First and foremost, he is not a rapist; his character, Aegon, the second Targaryen, is. Second of all, I hate how some of you pretend Viserys and Daemon weren't groomers. Nine times out of ten, you don't see sane people from Team Green making rape accusations against Paddy and Matt. Just please fucking stop it; it's like some of you really want to ruin this man's career. And you can say what you want, so please do comment in defense of the toxic actions being taken because I want all the smoke.  I was also told by my aunt that he was a rapist, but I was quick to shut that shit down from the door. It goes to show how quickly false information is spread and how much it could really impact somebody's life. It's disgusting and makes me sick that some of you team black fans have so much hatred for his character that some of you are willing to corrupt this man's life. I find it hilarious that some of you have the sheer audacity to be that fucking bold behind a computer screen or a screen of whatever mobile device is in your possession, but would some of you ever make a statement like that in front of his face? No, most of you wouldn't even dare to do so because he is able to sue for defamation in court by law. So, please don't ditch what you can take because you will get verbally bodied by me morally, and that's not a will; that's a promise.

She definently did because , it's so fucking out of character for him. Why would he kill a strong bastard , to get with a strong bastard , and have a bastard of his own. It makes absolutely no damn sense unless he was down bad being a nine-teen year old boy with raging hormones. Yet it still makes no sense why would he specifically fall in love with her?

If they want to people to sympathize they'd have to get rid of the shitty writers except George RR Martin because , they are his books. Good writers not shitty ones = Good plot material. It's the only way for people to sympathize with him. They should've just went along with the book from the door. This kind of reminds me of Harry potter franchise and how they lessened the potential of Ginny Weasley and made her the typical younger sister with a crush on her brother's friend. This also reminds me of how George RR Martin left young griff out of the game of thrones plot too. Why do the main writers show their potential on paper but , not on screen?

The situation with Aegon is an example of how the screenwriters, not understanding what they're doing, harm themselves. My love for him is based mainly on the book and I can say with confidence that Aegon is the most destroyed character in the series. I've already written a lot about this, so I won't repeat myself, everyone who reads me and other pro-green blogs knows what I'm talking about. Eight minutes of screen time, r*pe, an attempt to leave the family and escape. However, since the beginning of the war, Aegon has become the second key figure in the conflict. He's the king, he confronts Rhaenyra. This is HIS story as well. That's why it's so important to reveal him. You can also recall that after Rhaenyra's death, Aegon actually becomes the main character. Judging by the trailer for the second season, the writers started trying to fix the situation by changing Aegon's character, giving Tom more screen time, but I'm really not sure that this will help. The main part of the audience is people who haven't read the book and all they remember after the first season is that Aegon is an irresponsible and lazy drunk who r*ped a servant girl. I don't know what the creators should show so that people would at least start to sympathize with him.
