Mun Talk

As someone on the spectrum, I don't always know how loud I am talking. I will sometimes just straight up get louder because I'm scared or upset, and someone (usually a parent) will think it's yelling at them or speaking out of turn. I wish they could understand it's just me being frightened... I wish they'd know, a couple decades later that it's me being afraid.. it's not me being angry...

"I think braids sound lovely, Jaybird," she giggled joyfully, she crossed one leg over the other to get more comfortable, trilling eagerly, "Maybe though one big braid at the back, it'd be a fun tiny change up."

The worker drone rubbed her LED screen, the bright light shining on her from the desk lamp above was bothering her. "Five more minutes..." she groaned, laying back down on her side. Wait... what? Tessa was standing in the Doorman household, wearing one of Nori's spare beanies and also her shoulder was bandaged with oil stained gauze. The blue-eyed drone, as soon as she saw Nate, she collapsed into his arms and started crying. "I'm so glad you're safe!" she whimpered, holding her little darling Nate closely.

That's really hurtful, anon! It wasn't JUST hair, it was a lovely gift from my old J. She spent HOURS weaving it and styling it.. it kept me warm and it made me feel safe... I will have to wait a while before it grows back, but I will grow it back out nice and long and I will be more careful next time. But be more kind with the words you say, it's really hurtful to say that to a girl who already had PTSD in regards to unwanted haircuts.
