trauma in friendships

is it normal for it to take a long time to heal from trauma caused my people you use to call friends ? I often ask myself is it normal for behavior like this ? to still care after all the things said and did to you ?

the love hate relationship with texting

the love hate relationship I have with texting is hard for me to talk about. I do enjoy texting and being able to talked to my loved ones but I just don’t like how when texting it doesn’t come out as the way it does in my head. in my head it seems positive kind or shy but when it’s on text it comes out with attitude or rudeness which just confuses me.
