Till Death (Darkiplier x reader) -PROLOGUE
(I got bored and decided to watch Wandavision and I got an interesting idea)

You stood in the kitchen, humming to a song on the record player while you prepared something special for Damien. He'd been working late for weeks on end and he always seemed to come home incredibly tired, so you'd hoped by making him his favorite dessert he might feel a bit better.
You poured the batter into the pan and picked it up, heading towards the oven. Neither you nor the batter made it to the oven due to sudden whispers overwhelming your senses. They felt so near, so familiar.
You knew this voice, but from where? Your surroundings went dark and the pan dropped from your hands, clattering onto the ground. A small light at the end of the hallway beckoning you towards it, the closer you got towards it the louder the whispers got. You soon found yourself standing before a dusty old cracked mirror, it made you feel uneasy. The whispers got clearer, and you realized it was giggling which made you raise an eyebrow. There shouldn't be anyone else in the home except for you..But it couldn't be coming from the mirror, could it? You ran your fingers across the jagged shards of the mirror and gazed into it, expecting to find your reflection amidst all the dust it had collected over the years. But instead, you found a shadowy silhouette staring right back at you. You shrieked and backed away from the mirror, causing the voice to laugh even more.
"I really shouldn't find this so amusing..Yet it's difficult not to.. Tell me, what has he done to you?" The shadow asked, tilting their head. "I-I don't know what you mean! Who are you?!" You shouted at it, continuing to back away.
"If you let me out I'll tell you!" The shadow offered eagerly, grinning from ear to ear. Before you could respond though, a cold pair of hands pulled you out from the shadows.
You awoke with a start, finding Damien sitting beside you. Your head was hurting so badly..
"Damien..?" You mumbled weakly, sitting up and rubbing your head. He turned to you quickly. "Oh darling, you're awake! I was so worried! I found you lying unconscious on the kitchen floor, thankfully you weren't bleeding. Tell me, do you feel alright?" He put his hand on your cheek and smiled lovingly at you, but something about him was off..
"Damien, why are your hands so cold..?"
