why did I get a thought that Clef cannot process true and genuine kindness or someone genuinely being nice to him because he is far too used to being mistreated and "kindness" he was shown previously was nothing but facade so now when someone is kind or nice to him, he starts to like overthink their actions, thinking they are actually trying to hurt him or those he cares about, all this causes him to act out and get defensive/almost protective

Poofy hair kid is basically frisk in the sense they can talk but choose to never speak (Everyone thinks they’re mute but only reckless trio knows they aint). They’re also seen as super shy and doesn’t seem to care if you talk about them…. but as soon as you talk about their sibling, suddenly anything can be a weapon
