think about it. The gang all hate each other and make each other's lives a living hell, but they still stay together. It's like some divine force put them together and is keeping them together. It's just like what Michael did in the good place.
Or not. This is just a silly theory by a silly person. Don't take it seriously.
CGI de-aging will never hold a candle to the power of sitcom characters appearing in flashbacks to college or even high school looking exactly as they do in the present day, played by actors in their 30s or more, but wearing a wig to give them a hairstyle that was fashionable at the time but deeply dated now
Always Sunny and The Boys are both shows I once thought I wouldn't like because they're full of immoral characters. Turned out to be two of the most comforting shows I've ever seen 😄
Totally relate to this post, there's a weird wholesomeness to how thoroughly unwholesome the Sunny gang are together 😊
i find a strange comfort in sunny even though i probably shouldnt, but their weird bond with one another makes me so emotional its like yeah theyre all outcasts but theyre outcasts together yk

Amazing World of Gumball
I love the way that over the course of the show gumball goes from a clueless but well meaning kid with a touch of murphy's law, to just a straight terrible, overly sarcastic, selfish, actively going out of his way to make other people's lives worse, person. Like from season 2 onwards the show never misses an opportunnity to just remind you that yo this dude is a bad person but he'll pull through if he has to I guess. And I love that so much.
We need more just blatantly terrible people as protagonists.
