Yall time flieeeeeessss. I don’t know when am I returning to my homeland but I at LEAST want to be 60 kg by then. (In like 2 months I think)

I am currently at 70 kg (disssssssgusting Ik)

Any tipss? 😭💔 I’m currently eating 600-800 cals daily and doing around 10k steps daily, I've also been swimming a lot.

I’ve lost 7 kg so far (in a month and a half I would say). For reference, last month I didn't walked or exercised as much as I'm doing now.

Just had breakfast and now I’m going on a 36 hr fast!

Also, does someone knows how many cals does an egg, sausage and cheese sandwich has? (It’s my guilty pleasure—-literally what I waste my OMAD’s on hahahaha)
