Garroth and Zane in MCD is so funny because imagine you live in a small town, so small that everybody knows everybody. And then this guy shows up who wears a full face tactical helmet all the time, and just goes by the name William. No last name or anything, just William. And he becomes this well known person who is close to the town’s mayor despite being very mysterious.
But then suddenly the mayor is assassinated for some reason (who assassinates a mayor in a town that literally no one knows?)
So everyone assumes this William guy will run for mayor because he took it upon himself to handle all the town’s matters after the mayor died, but he refuses. Like he gets genuinely upset whenever someone mentions it. And the guy is still wearing the helmet 24/7, by the way.
So then the town just?? Doesn’t have a mayor?? And so William is running around doing everything until this random person with amnesia arrives and takes over.
Then one day two people from your town is getting married. The bride’s mom hires this priest to officiate the wedding and it’s… Prince Harry?? Like literally the freaking prince from England??
And your like “that’s a bit overkill for this small town wedding but ok”
But then Prince Harry is like “that William man must reveal his face or else I can’t be here”
But William refuses and so he just doesn’t go to the wedding.
So Prince Harry officiates the wedding, and then unexpectedly William arrives, and it’s… Prince William?! The whole time the weird guy who wears a full face tactical helmet 24/7 that’s been taking care of your small town is the first born son to the king of England??
And throughout the whole night the two brothers are just giving each other the stink eye.
my Roman Empire is how laurance should’ve been the descendant of shad, it was set up so perfectly! Him referring to himself as having a darkness inside of him, and aph being the light to that darkness is soooo Irene and shad coded
All thinga in universe, cosmos, fanon and canon is as it should be 😌
I'd like to acknowledge the Batman fandom and the Aphmau fandom (I know, weird combo) for the different ways they handle the anniversary of a major character death.
Like, on the anniversary of the day Jason Todd died the Batman fandom is like, "Aw, this is the day Jason Todd died, that's so sad. He's such a good character, so well written and relatable and cool. Let's all make fanart and talk about how much we love him"
And then the Aphmau fandom on Aaron's death day all just collectively come together to go, "fuck that guy! That guy sucked, so glad he's dead honestly, he was a shit character!"
I just think the way that these two fandoms celebrate their Jason's death is really funny, cause one comes together to love and show support for a character, and the other comes together to show support in hating a character.
Say what you want about the Aphmau fandom but they sure do know how to come together when it comes to hating something.

More info dumping time! so basically Gene, Laurance, Sasha, and Vylad Are like high levels of Shad's army and they're the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse like his generals. In order of which one they are and what their powers are:
Gene: Famine, everything he touches rots
Laurance: War, causes madness around him like a violent mass hysteria pretty much lotta violence
Sasha: Plagues creates a poison gas that kills people almost instantly
Vylad: Death can summon an undead army and see people die a kinda future vision
Pretty much all their surface-level powers I'm so not good at writing down my thoughts in a way that makes sense lol
Okay but CAN WE TALK ABOUT THIS PLEASE!!! I have been obsessing over the episode since 2016!!! It is the most random unexplained scene in perhaps all of MCD history.
I thought this was a forgotten plot line, but wait- this same creature and weird realm thing also show up in the final episodes for MYSTREET SEASON 6!
You're telling me that some random shadow-creature-thing from all the way back in season 1, around 2015-ish, is never mentioned again after that episode in it's original series. BUT RETURNS in Mystreet season 6, four years later, in what is canonally either an alternative universe or like 1000 years later....and just for sh!ts and giggles???

probably one of the few times this show actually made me want to cry (during my current rewatch and during past ones) was that persons whole dialogue
