He loves to pat you on the head
He also loves when you hug him and your head sinks into his chest
When you've on his clothes, he'll blush a lot; once he almost risked turning into a titan: he was hurt and he thought he wanted to hold you in his arms so much that, if Levi hadn't been there, he would have become a titan
He's very, very protective
He loves so much when you grab him by the collar of his shirt to lower him to your level and kiss him
Armin A.
Since he isn't one of the tallest, he's happy you're shorter than him: you make him more confident
He loves when you're curled up in his lap while you two read
He also loves to give you kisses on the forehead: this is the only place he can kiss you without blushing or stuttering
Like Eren, he loves when you grab him by the collar of his shirt to kiss him; every time you do it, he blushes a lot
His nicknames are like "my little one" or "my little ray of sunshine"
Levi A.
Like Armin, he isn't tall, so he's very glad about that
When you need to take something that's higher than you, he has no problem picking you up, so you can take it
He thinks you're cute
He'll pick you up and place you on his desk to kiss you
When you wear his clothes, he'll turn his head away and, if you pay attention, you'll see his cheeks turn slightly pink

He loves teasing you, but not in a mean way
Like Eren, he loves when you hug him and your head sinks into his chest, especially while you cuddle yourself
He loves when you're kissing and you wrap your hands around his neck to pull him closer
His nicknames are like "chibi" or "baby-girl"
He loves a lot when you ask him for help catching something up high (he often puts objects up high so that you always ask him for help)

The headcanons of them with children who are titan shifter are here.
Premise
S/O has just opened the front door of his, his wife (Y/N) and his son and daughter's house, tired from an intense training session.
However, he's surprised to find neither his wife nor his children at home, so he decides to look for them at the back of their garden, and there he finds them: (Y/N) is sitting under the gazebo in the center of their garden, holding a doll, which she's finishing sewing, but never taking her eyes off her children; their five-year-old son is playing with the ball against the fence which delimits the garden area, and which he had struggled to build, and their two-year-old daughter is playing with the two dolls his wife had given her on her last birthdays.
Furthermore, on the table next to (Y/N) there are chocolate biscuits prepared the day before and a very inviting looking tart, probably prepared that day for the children's snack.
Eren Y.
He'll remain watching you on the doorframe overlooking the garden for a few minutes -or that's what he'll think, because it'll actually be an hour-
He'll stare at you with a sweet look until your children notice him and run around him
During his hour of contemplation of you he'll wonder how lucky he's to have become your husband and the father of your children and, after greeting your children, he'll come to hug you and give you a kiss, murmuring: "Tadaima (I'm home)."
After letting you go from his embrace, you'll all sit around the table to eat your desserts, which he loves: he really appreciates your passion for cooking, and he and your children love to taste everything you cook
And so, while he enjoys the afternoon with his family, he'll swear he'll do everything to protect you
Armin A.
He'll smile sweetly as he looks at you, thinking both of the beauty of his family and the happiness of tasting your desserts
Regarding your desserts, he also appreciates your skill in making them and, if you ever want to open a bakery or pastry shop, he'll be your supporter and first customer
Returning to the idyllic scene, he'll greet you and your children and then sit next to you, telling you about his day and watching your children with you
Furthermore, every now and then he'll move his gaze from the children to you, watching you work on the doll with affection, sometimes gently moving a lock of hair ended up in front of your eyes, other times giving you sweet and delicate kisses on the cheek
After a few hours spent chatting with you, you'll have dinner together and then eat a slice of your cake; after, you'll lie in bed, and he'll hope the same will happen the next day
Reiner B.
I think he might be moved to see you and your children: Reiner is a broken person, and he doesn't think he deserves the joy of having a family
So, he'll run towards you and hold you tight, murmuring many thanks to you, and then move on to your children, stunned to see their father so upset
After calming him, you'll have him sit next to you, continuing to whisper comforting words to him, while you watch your children together and he's hugging you, not wanting to let you go
Only after calming down, he'll notice your sweets, of which he's very proud: he always brags to all his friends about your great skills in creating delicious desserts and bakery!
You'll all be happy to eat your sweets and end your day
Bertholdt H.
He'll reveal himself immediately because, due to his enormous shyness, he'll feel very embarrassed and blush if he's caught staring at you
He'll go first to greet your children, who are as shy as him -in fact, their greeting will be quite embarrassing-, and then to hug you, not avoiding blushing
After greeting you, he'll play first tag and then hide and seek with your children, but, before going to them, he'll steal a biscuit from the plate
He loves your desserts and, every time he has to be away from home for the whole day, he brings a slice of your cake for a snack and a homemade sandwich for lunch
You'll all remain together in the garden for the whole evening, and the desserts will remain forgotten
Falco G.
His heart will be full of love and beat strongly when he sees that scenario, and he'll feel truly lucky to be a spectator of it
He'll approach you only when you notice him, as he doesn't want to break that beautiful image with his presence, and he'll hug you and then play with your children
After playing with them for a few hours, he'll decide to dedicate some time to you: he'll sit next to you and blush brightly when you put yourself in his lap and, after he recovers, he'll wrap his arms around you, and so you two will cuddle
While you cuddle, he'll talk to you about the possibility of you opening a bakery: he has always encouraged you to do so, because he loves your sweets and is confident you'll conquer everyone with them
Know he's truly happy with his family and would never want to change it

He could get very angry, especially if his children wanted to be titans
Instead, if they were forced to become them, he'll get even more angry with the higher ups, and he may even try to attack them
He'll be very worried if they're forced to go to the front lines and, if they're ever in danger, he'll transform into a titan -if he isn't already in that form- and go to them
For example, an enemy had managed to force them out of their titan; he rushed away from the enemy in less than a second to save them and then he received a good scolding from his teammates and superiors
Your children will know nothing will happen to them as long as he's with them
Armin A.
He'll try to dissuade his children from becoming titans if they've a choice or the higher ups if they've no choice
When he doesn't succeed, he'll still attempt in every way to protect them, even manipulating them or his superiors with his words
However, he'll sometimes be prevented from saving them due to his inability to transform himself into a titan because, if he does so, he'll risk worsening their situation
However, what will make him much sadder will be their short life expectancy
Therefore, he'll do everything to spend time with your family, before he or your children die
Reiner B.
One word: sadness
He'll be very sad if your children decide to become titans, and he'll surely beg Marley's officials -and even your own children if they're the ones who propose themselves as Warrior Candidate- not to turn them into them
Furthermore, he'll feel very sorry for you, because you'll be alone after all your family passes away
He'll be firm on one thing: if your children have to carry out a mission similar to his, he'll firmly oppose it to prevent the same thing that happened to his from happening to them
And rest assured: Marley's Shield will never allow your children to be harmed
Bertholdt H.
He won't have the strength to oppose either your children or the Marleyan officials (let's be realistic: between you two, you're the strict parent)
He too, like Armin, won't be able to intervene directly if your children are in danger, but he'll ask one of his fellow Warriors (probably Reiner) to save them
And, like Reiner, he too will try to prevent them from carrying out a mission equal to his
Whenever he can, he'll spend time with you and your children because he'll know their time is running out
He'll hope you and they will still be able to live out their final years happily and peacefully
Falco G.
Besides being sad, he'll also be angry and disappointed, but not with you or your children: he'll mentally reproach himself and be disappointed in himself for failing to adequately protect them
In addition, if they voluntarily want to be titans, he'll be even more sad and disappointed in himself for not having taught them how excruciating being a titan shifter can be
Every night before all the battles he'll pray and beg everything will be okay and nothing will happen to them
During battles he'll attempt to stay close to them, for example flying by them in his titan form
His favorite moments with your family will be when he and your children return from the battlefield, when he can finally hug you

EREN: it’s most likely his fault..he snores really loud at times and it can keep you up all night. nevertheless, he always asks you’re okay (you never mention the snoring though) and if he can get you anything, from a midnight snack, to cuddles. oblivious. but cute, eren really cares for your well being.
ARMIN: he honestly doesn’t know what to do besides stay up with you, by your side. or in some cases he offers you to stay up all night with him to read or play video games with him. but if you have something on your mind or any steam to release, armins always there to listen. and that alone, usually puts you to sleep.
LEVI: levi can't sleep, either. as in he can't sleep most of the time you two go to bed, seeing you awake with him is great - he gets to talk to you until he puts his own self to sleep, taking you with him. he’s always there for you, and as long as you're there with him, the two of you will soon fall asleep.
