he shattered his jaw but missed his brain, so he's just laying there in agony, writhing and gurgling, wishing he could have gone too
the cops storm in and find them both, and andre has to live out the rest of his days mutilated and miserable in prison
waiting for the moment his life finally snuffs out like it was supposed to on zero day
