I know I probably don’t have any active followers yet but i figured I’d chat anyway. Here’s my Fitbit activity from yesterday, I’m a serious walker 😂. I did this on just 600 calories and i hope i could keep it up .
This is a bit late but here’s my Fitbit activity from yesterday. I prefer to keep my eating under 700 calories. ALSO ! I started my journey at 230 but i woke up this morning to 203. I was down to 202 before but i fucked up and gained alittle so I’m getting it together & hoping i can be outve the gross 200s by this week. 😩 send me good luck if you’re reading this.

I’ve been a fatass my whole life and now i can actually feel my ribs and hipbones and kinda see my collar bones. Now all that’s left is to FULLY REVEAL!!!!!!
Day 3 Fitbit Activity Today I couldn’t help but to step on the scale & im now at 202. Im gonna start fasting Wednesday’s and Sunday’s. During my fast in the morning im having ACV , warm water & KetoMTC oil ( supposedly a keto booster, but I’ll see what happens) & lemon water for the rest of the day. 😕 P.S. - I started looking for pictures of models with my body type so I’ll know what i look like under all this bullshit.
I fucked up my fast
1. The Keto oil i had this morning was a mild laxative 🤦🏽♀️ what a bad idea
2. I had brown pasta and a brownie....or two
I hate living with people especially people that cook. I really just wanna starve in peace . Honestly i believe everything i ate was still under 1000 calories so it should be easy for me to burn tomorrow. I’m definitely going to try again on Sunday. I also think i should hurry up and go to bed before i over think it and bawl 😣🤦🏽♀️
A fucking Catastrophe
I’m so pissed off....everything was going fine. I lost 4 lbs in a week. My hormones started regulating. All the symptoms of being a fat fuck started shrinking. AND NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN MY WEIGHT WONT MOVE !!

My body realized it’s hungry and is plateauing!
Please help !!!!!!!! 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩 i have so much to lose and i don’t want to have to eat a whole bunch to get moving again. Any ideas ?

How can I throw a large portion of food in the toilet and flush it without pieces of it refusing to go down ?
Someone keeps buying and making me food and I’m not eating it so it’s just sitting around. I keep refusing but they keep insisting. And I feel bad about them seeing that I’m not eating the food they’re buying or cooking so I’d rather throw it out. But this particular bit is too much for the garbage.
I haven’t eaten in days
but I’ve been drinking pedialyte and orange juice to keep from fainting. It’s full of sugar and garbage so I’m not losing anything despite heavy restriction. Oh, and I’m making a new ed journal for my iPad using canva. I’m gonna put measurements, body checks, all forms of inspiration, everything……should be fun.
