Very First Kiss
“You’re hurt.” The boy heard someone say and his purple shaded eyes widened. He knew that voice and he knew exactly who it belonged to.
That voice had spoken to him with obvious malice too many times before to be forgotten. Austria wouldn’t be able to run away now.
The other boy had always been faster than him, and now that he had badly injured his leg he was barely able to move forward at all. As he stared at it he could see the amounts of blood streaming from the wound on his leg where he had torn it open as when he had taken a fall down a hill with a deep slope.
“Stay away.” He yelled repeatedly as loudly as he was able to manage. His best was not good enough however, as he looked at the figure that continued to approach him. It was only a matter of moments before he would get beaten up again and he raised his arms in front of him. Instinctively, because it would be as useful as attempting to run away from the other.
“Just stay there and it will be over soon.” Tears began to gather in young Roderich’s, as he was sometimes called, eyes. He didn’t want to go this soon. He was sure he could become great, was meant to become great. His boss had told him so.
“Don’t cry.” The voice told him and the next thing Austria heard was the sound of tearing fabric. His curiosity at hearing the sound enabled him to blink away his tears for a moment.
As he did that and managed to get a proper look at one of his usual tormentors, he was confused that the other boy was wearing a dress. The bottom of the dress had a rather large tear in it and as the boy in a dress came even closer, the Austrian realized the boy held part of his dress in his hand.
Kneeling before him, the bully started to wrap the piece of fabric around his injury. “It’s not that bad. Just a nasty scrape really. It will heal soon.” Just as the end of the fabric was tied to keep the make shift bandage in place other voices could be heard yelling and the strange bully stood up quickly.
“I have to go now. You’ll be alright.” Already running away, he called after the person that was now so confusing to him. “No, I will not be alright.”
At that the other stopped and ran back just to fall on their knees. “You will be. I know you are strong.” Saying that Hungary bend down and placed a gentle kiss on top of the make shift bandage before running off for real this time.
Watching the back of the slowly disappearing figure, Roderich softly cradled his injured leg and waited for Switzerland to find him and bring him home.
No one had ever kissed him before.
His first kiss.
Day 2: First
(Hungary becoming more feminine after learning she isn’t a boy, instead of being forced into being more feminine (wearing dresses and stuff.) under Austria’s rule.)

Edelweiss
“This flower is for you.” That was what her beloved former husband said to her as he held out a small, white and delicate looking flower for Erzsebét to take. “I got it myself.” Was added, almost like an afterthought.
She blinked, staring at the flower in his hand before recognizing what kind it was and looking back in awe at the man who gave her this special flower. Regaining her senses, the brunette took it from him, making sure to be gentle with it.
What a gift! She didn’t mean to sound ungrateful, certainly hoping Roderich wouldn’t think she didn’t appreciate the flower he had gotten her. However, she had already asked him why before she could stop herself from asking the question that took full control of her thoughts.
“It’s been quite a while since a last got you flowers.”
“You really didn’t have to do this just for me.” She told him at his simple response. He had gotten her this flower for no real reason whatsoever.
Roderich, bless him, was not the most athletic type.
Never had been, but she loved him anyway. Loved him so much.
However, he was very skilled at mountain climbing. If he felt like it. The Austrian usually preferred to be at one of his homes, honing his skills with musical instruments.
So the thought that he would go through all this trouble he did to get her this single Edelweiss himself told the Hungarian woman that the man she loved still returned her feelings.
Day 4 flowers
The edelweiss became a symbol of courage and also has means dedication.

Austria will certainly send sheet music instead of actual letters.

Older drawing, but I figured I could post this as a combination of the prompts flowers and history.
Austria wears a military uniform and Hungary’s dress, is Sisi’s hungarian coronation dress.
The flowers are the tulip and the edelweiss.
Roderich whispered gentle and kind words to his crying wife, trying to keep his voice as steady as he possible could while attempting to calm her down.
This was the woman he loved and seeing her so upset made his own heart ache even more at their current situation.
Erzsébet clung to him, her tears soaking through his shirt as she apologised over and over again, ignorant to the words her husband said to her.
“I’m sorry, Roderich, it is what my people want from me,” She managed to tell him between the sobs that shook her “but I still love you.”
“I love you as well and I understand that we must do as or people tell us. It will be alright.”
And he pressed a kiss to the top of her head.
“We will be alright.”
“No we will not be alright. When I leave, I’m truly walking away from you.”
These words brought forward fresh tears of his own, hearing her repeat what she told him earlier. The Hungarian woman had walked into his study and told him that she was leaving him.
He should have told her that he loved her more often.
“I don’t want to walk away.” She told him again.
Her people wanted her to leave the double monarchy, and so she didn’t have a choice.
Whipping away his tears he looked into her eyes.
“We knew this was coming. That our marriage was ending.”
She shook her head in denial.
“Yes, we did.” He insisted. “The events of the last battle made everything happen so very fast, but it was clear what all these things were going to lead to.”
He didn’t get a response and they simply kept standing where they stood. Unmoving, except for the tremors moving through their bodies as their tears slowed down at last.
“I need to go now.” She whispered.
As he let go of her, the long haired brunette turned around as walked away from him.
There was just one last thing he had to do before he could let her walk out of that door, marking the end of their marriage.
“Ungarn.”
She turned around and he could see how red her eyes were from all her crying.
“I love you.”
She turned her face away from him and walked out the door before Roderich could see the renewed tears that he knew were escaping her eyes.
The proposal
Erzsébet had automatically looked up from her work cleaning the room when someone spoke, disturbing the silence in the room.
“Would you join me for a moment.” Roderich repeated himself.
She nodded and stood up, putting the cloth she had been using in the bucket of water.
Austria had already turned around and was leading her towards another room down the hall before she had even left the room she had been cleaning. Hurrying to catch up with the master of the house, she hoped there wasn’t something else he wanted to add to her list of chores.
As they entered his music room, the man walked towards his grand wing and took a seat. Looking over his shoulder he motioned for her to join him and take a seat as well.
When she was sitting next to him he began to play. She grew more nervous at the lack of conversation, but she still noticed the tune was a rather simple one compared to the great pieces the Austrian normally played.
It ended and the man turned to face her.
“Do you know how to play the piano, Ungarn?” he asked her.
It always felt strange to hear him say her name in his own tongue and she was yet to decide if it was a good or bad strange.
“I do not, mister Austria.” Was her answer to the question. As a child she had been taught very different things than other women. Of course, back then she had believed she would grow from boy to man.
“I could teach you if you wanted to learn.” He said and it sounded like an offer.
Not sure what it meant, she chose to nod.
“I never learned to read the notes.” She confessed, pointing at the sheet placed by the keys of the musical instrument.
Her master frowned for a moment. “I’ll teach you that later, for now I’ll show you which keys to use.”
After a while of practicing , she had improved. However, she still didn’t know why the man had offered and the brunette was starting to worry about all the work she still had to do.
She stopped playing and turned towards him.
“I’m very grateful for the lesson, sir, but I have to return to my work for the household now.”
Roderich shook his head.
“There are going to be some changes around here. Our bosses have decided that we will be equals from now on, instead of master and servant.”
She blinked, not sure she was ready to believe what was happening.
“I hope you want to be my wife.”
Hungary threw her arms around her master and kissed him.
Erzsébet was slowly waking up. The first thing she felt was the warmth of the sun coming in through the window telling her that a new day had arrived, the second thing she became aware of was just how soft the bed she was lying in was. Now, her own bed was certainly nothing to complain about but this... and then she realised this soft bed was hers bed from now on. This was the bed she was going to fall asleep and wake up in from now on and she would not be sleeping in this bed alone.
She opened her eyes and stared up at an unfamiliar ceiling, it was so pretty and much more decorative than the ceiling Erzsébet was used to seeing when she woke up. How could she have possibly forgotten, even for a moment, that she got married yesterday. That she had fallen asleep in this room and in this bed next to her husband after their wedding night.
Then the brunette sensed the warmth next to her, a warmth that felt so different from the way the sun heated the room. This was the warmth of another person and gently she tore her gaze away from the ceiling and faced Roderich.
Her husband was there lying next to her, looking at her and she liked the way he looked at her as he said ‘good morning’ to her. She liked the way he looked at her while he said ‘I love you’ to her.
And because she returned this man’s feelings she told him the only thing that came to her mind. “I want to wake up with you every day, eat breakfast with you every morning.”
After she said this he called for the servants to bring their breakfast to their room.

Day 5 prompt "I want to wake up with you every day, eat breakfast with you every morning.” for the AusHun week @hetalia-aushun-week.
Bride and groom stood next to each other on one side of the desk while their bosses and other officials of their governments stood on the other side. These men had already signed the documents and now it was the couple’s turn to officially agree to this union. Signing this would mean that Roderich was no longer the Austrian empire alone, but Roderich and Erzsébet would be the Austro-Hungarian empire together.
This was their wedding. There was no wedding dress or grand party for Erzsébet, but being Austria’s wife would do so much to improve her position within the empire and it would please her people. So she had agreed to this marriage.
He didn’t know if he knew how to be Hungary’s husband instead of her boss, but he would have to learn. Marrying her would calm down some of the unrest in his, soon to be theirs, empire and there was so much trouble brewing within his borders that he desperately needed some relive. So he had agreed to a marriage.
Roderich took the pen that was laying on the contract and put his signature on the paper. As he straightened up again he held out the pen for his bride.
Erszebet took the pen that was offered to her and bowed over the desk to put her signature, the last one needed, and moved the pen across the paper.
And so it was official, but no one actually pronounced them husband and wife or told the groom to kiss his bride.
As all attendants began to leave the room, one person held back another until they were the only ones left. It was the husband who had held back his newly wedded wife.
“I know that we both had our own reasons for this marriage and that these reasons were not love. This might be out of obligation, but… I do care.” Her husband then gave her a small, gentle kiss on her cheek and simply left his wife alone in that room.
