Another one has been found during our last hiking trail excursion.
Now everybody knows that Pileated woodpeckers chip out large and roughly holes in trees while searching out insects; especially carpenter ant colonies and wood-boring beetle larvae.
But they also eat fruits, nuts, and many berries including the famous, Poison Ivy berries. Which is quite amazing.

Autumn
When the time comes, for the leaves to colour, when we long for plums, and to see the plants flower.
I will wait, for the sun to rise, so that the colours can, fill my eyes.
The wind is cold; the air is crisp, as I breathe in, the morning mist.
The colours of rust, sun and blood, are all around, including the mud.
My mind is a wiz, of sights and sounds, from the fair, in this autumn town.
