So BNHA is ending this week…
There will be leaks tonight so be cautious at your own risk of being spoiled.
But I will say this: I hope some characters don’t end up with anyone in the end so we can just have our own open ending to our favorite couples. 🤗
To be honest, the whole ending feels kinda rushed but I hope that all of characters will have a happy ending.
Thank you Hori-sensei for a great long 10 years. It’s been a ride and an honor to experience. ❤️🥹

I wanted to keep it brief, but then I felt like it was too simple and I ended up going overboard anyway.
From all the things about bnhas ending I dislike, the fact that the hero ranking system is still up is probably the worst.
We've seen what it does to people, we've seen what happend with Endevour. We know it sucks, why is it still there?
Did Hori get told: hey this is shonen, and shonen loves rankings like this, so keep it up. It feels like the last ark just was made to cater to the main shonen tropes and not everything it set up for all of the rest.

Thank you Horikoshi for all the work and energy you’ve put into this series. I know the anime is still going but I hope that now that the manga is complete, you’re able to get some more rest and focus on your health.
Did I read the manga ending differently?
When Izuku says they fell out of touch I didn’t think it was that literal - like no contact whatsoever - I thought it was just that heroes might need to travel a lot of often so unlike midoriya the rest of class A would be moving around a lot?? But they would of course have been in connect??
Is this free for that kind of interpretation or did izuku REALLY not have contact with them for years?

A Reminder about MHA’s last chapter
Dear MHA fandom, the leaks never said that Class-A lose complete contact with Izuku for the last 6 years, only that they haven’t been able to see eachother because of scheduling conflicts. TEXTING, CALLING, AND VIDEO-CHATTING ARE STILL A THING. FOR ALL WE KNOW THEY’VE BEEN TEXTING 24/7 SO PLEASE STOP REACHING SUCH AN INSANE CONCLUSION WHEN THATS LITERALLY NOT THE CASE.
Translations say they “haven’t had enough time to get together”, which means seeing each other in person. It doesn’t mean anything about other forms of communications. Long-distance relationships happen all the time. Dont you remember still keeping in touch with others after moving away or after highschool/college? It’s the same case here.
So, let’s all take a deep breath, no matter who you ship or care about most, and remember that these kids all care about eachother and nothing can change that.
I don’t think I will ever accept the fact that Izuku, the one that deserved more than anyone else to be the greatest hero, lost his quirk and became a teacher. My baby deserved more and deserved to fulfill his dream to help people as a hero like he always dreamed to do, not as a teacher.
And ALSO the fact that is implied in chapter 430 that Izuku is the perfect number one hero: in the last chapter of the manga we see that Katsuki and Todoroki are competing for the number 1 spot as heroes, both are strong and have worked hard to get where they are but it is clear that they both lack something. Katsuki is strong but he is not friendly, kind and calm like the number 1 hero should be, he is too arrogant, proud and conceited (Aizawa also says that his personality will probably make him go down in the ranking). Shoto is calm and kind but not extroverted enough to empathize with people, he is too awkward. Izuku on the other hand is the perfect hero, just like All Might: he is kind, caring, extroverted (the opposite of Todoroki), humble but serious and confident when needed, he does not use strength as a way to increase his ego but for a genuine desire to help others (unlike Bakugou, who has made a huge glow up as a character but who is still too aggressive with the public).

Look I love MHA with all my heart and will never regret becoming a fan of the series, but the chances of me picking up any future content is low to say the least.
Unless this big announcement is that Horikoshi is doing a sequel where Shgigaraki and the rest of the LOV are alive I'm probably not going to be too interested.
