hey!! tattoo idea for all of us with OCD!!!

crappy drawing but that's the gist of it - basically it's two crescent moons facing each other, because the left one looks kinda like a C, and the right one looks kinda like a D, and together they look kinda like an O, and it looks pretty as a moon.
and then the quote doesn't have to be there, it can also be swapped out with a different quote or smth, and extra details could be added or whatever.
oh and here's a version with a semicolon in the center:

anyways. just an idea i had. reblog if you do something with this. i might give this tattoo to myself, i'll reblog with results if i do.
This would have triggered my C-PTSD so bad if I didn't know in advance. Reblogging for everyone with a condition that being startled is not conducive to.
hey btw if you're in the USA at 2:20 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Oct. 4, they're testing the emergency broadcast system. your phone is probably going to make a really loud noise, even if it's on silent. there's a backup date on the 11th if they need to postpone it.
if you're not in a safe situation and have an extra phone, you should turn that phone completely off beforehand.
additionally, if you're like me, and are easily startled; i recommend treating it like a party. have a countdown or something. be surrounded by your loved ones. take the actions you personally need to take to make yourself safe.
i have already seen mockery towards any person who feels nervous about this. for the record, it completely, completely valid to have "emergency broadcast sounds" be an anxiety trigger. do not let other people make fun of you for that. emergency sounds are legitimately engineered to make us take action; those of us with high levels of anxiety and/or neurodivergence are already pre-disposed to have a Bad Time. sometimes it is best to acknowledge that the situation will be triggering for some, and to prepare for that; rather than just saying "well that's stupid, it's just a test."
"loud scary sound time" isn't like, my favorite thing, but we can at least try to prevent some additional anxiety by preparing for it. maybe get yourself a cake? noise cancelling headphones? the new hozier album? whatever helps. love u, hope you're okay. we are gonna ride it out together.
A Natural Boost for My Brainpower: My Experience with NeuroActiv6
I've always been interested in natural ways to support my cognitive function. As someone who juggles a demanding job and a busy personal life, I find myself yearning for that extra edge in terms of focus, memory, and overall brain health. That's why I decided to give NeuroActiv6, a brain-boosting superfood powder, a try. Promising Ingredients for Peak Performance One of the first things that drew me to NeuroActiv6 was its list of ingredients. The formula boasts a blend of natural ingredients like ashwagandha, citicoline, and coffee fruit extract, all of which have been linked to cognitive benefits in various studies. Ashwagandha, for instance, is an adaptogenic herb known to reduce stress and improve focus, while citicoline supports the production of brain chemicals essential for memory and learning. The inclusion of coffee fruit extract, a natural source of theanine, further piqued my interest, as theanine is known to promote relaxation and focus without the jitters associated with caffeine. Easy Integration into My Routine Another aspect of NeuroActiv6 that I appreciated was its convenient format. The product comes as a powdered drink mix that easily dissolves in water or juice. This made it incredibly simple to incorporate into my daily routine. I typically mixed a scoop into my morning smoothie, ensuring I started my day with a brain-boosting dose. The drink itself has a pleasant berry flavour, and the stevia sweetener provides a touch of sweetness without any artificial aftertaste. Enhanced Focus and Sharper Memory
Within a couple of weeks of using NeuroActiv6, I started noticing a positive shift in my cognitive performance. I found myself able to concentrate more effectively on tasks, particularly during those demanding work meetings. Recalling information seemed easier, and the brain fog I often experienced in the afternoon significantly subsided. It's important to note that these changes weren't drastic, but rather a gradual improvement that made a real difference in my daily productivity.
A Supportive Addition to My Wellness Journey Overall, I've been very impressed with NeuroActiv6. The combination of natural ingredients, convenient format, and noticeable cognitive benefits has made it a valuable addition to my wellness routine. While I still prioritize a healthy diet and good sleep habits, NeuroActiv6 provides a natural boost that helps me stay sharp, focused, and ready to tackle whatever the day throws my way. If you're looking for a way to support your brain health and cognitive function, I highly recommend giving NeuroActiv6 a try.click here
