Remember this art piece I (re-)shared a while back? When I shared that with some of my friends on Discord, I ended up going into a little ad-libbed scenario that spawned the ideas for the plushes it sold, as well as the park name itself. The idea stuck in my mind, though it wasn't until months later that I was able to sit down and flesh out the idea!
Hopefully I get the urge to draw them again soon. They're quite an adorable duo.

this piano was a public art commissions for the city! it's covered in dinosaurs that have actually been found (and in the case of 3 of them, discovered) in my home state of colorado. i'm super happy with how it turned out and i had a blast painting it :^)

DinoDay: Brontosaurus
"Thunder Lizard" in Greek) is an extinct genus of apatosaurian sauropod dinosaur which lived throughout North America during the late Jurassic period, approximately 155 to 145 million years ago. It was originally considered to be a junior synonym of Apatosaurus, but is know regarded as a separate taxon after extensive scientific exploration conducted in 2015 revealed their were substantial differences between the two genera (for example, Brontosaurus can be defined as having a slimer build and slightly smaller in size).
