Context: Jungkook showing up for Jennette in her times of need. Super-duper sweet Jungkook
A/N: I may add more in the morning, but I wanted to publish something (it's been a minute)

Jennette sighed, rubbing her forehead with the rubber gloves she used to wash dishes. Last night, Jennette and Jungkook hosted a birthday dinner party for her little sister Asia. She was officially an adult, stepping into her identity as a young woman. Jennette didn't realize how many dishes had stacked up after the five-person dinner party.
Jungkook didn't linger in bed long. He was naturally morning and enjoyed starting his day with a brief cardio session. Typically, that was with a half-mile jog to the park and back to the apartment. He laced up his tennis shoes, getting ready to head out but stopped in his tracks.
Jennette in her all of her morning glow, scrubbed the plate in her hand with the scrub daddy in her hand. Her braids slightly swayed above her butt crack, showing the force she was putting into her scrubbing. Placing his water bottle down, Jungkook stalked over to Jennette.
"Morning." He applied a quick peck to her cheek. His hands rested on her hips.
"Hey." Jennette pulled away, noticing Jungkook was in his running clothes. His hair was slightly up in a fluffy ponytail. "Going on a run?"
"Yeah, after this." Jungkook rolled up his sleeves, grabbed a drying rag, and wiped down the damp plates. Jennette smiled, grateful for the assistance.
"Alexa play 'How Many Drinks' by Miguel ft. Kendrick Lamar." Jungkook spoke out the robotic device. Jennette immediately perked up, dancing to the song. She and Jungkook harmonized with Miguel, clearing the entire sink of dirty dishes.
Soon enough, the cleaning expanded past the sink, kitchen, and living room. Brooms were brought out, warm water ran for the mops, and the swifter collected the dust mites. It was two hours before Jungkook and Jennette finished cleaning their entire place.
Jennette lifted Jungkook's arm, placing it over her shoulder. Sitting down on the couch. Heads connected, Jennette watched Jungkook's stomach inflate and deflate. Her hand rested on his abdomen, rubbing it softly. The pair dozed of in the warmth of each other.

Procrastination was a nasty habit Jennette developed in her undergraduate years. Waiting until the eleventh hour to turn in assignments created just enough stress to allow her fingers to type fast enough to turn in the assignment before the 11:59 deadline. Now that she was a professional in her career, such habits have lingered into her day-to-day life.
The Atlanta Child Protective Services (ACPS) was preparing for their annual audit in November. The audit was always near the Thanksgiving holiday, and it was a time in which Jennette was on her last leg. As much as she enjoyed the winter months, the fellowship and quality time with family. She just needed to get to the Wednesday and she would be done til December first.
Her head lay in the center of her crossed arms. The blank report glared right back at her. Five o'clock was approaching, and she wanted to log out of her computer. But the workload for tomorrow would just become too unbearable. She needed to do half of the tasks tonight.
Her head shot up when she heard Jungkook's keys twist, opening the door. Fuck! It was her night to make dinner, and she hadn't started anything. Dragging herself out of her office, she rattled off apologies, taking out random pots and frying pans.
"Jeanie, calm down." Jungkook sipped his Sonics slushie.
"I texted you earlier to let you know I was craving Sonics. I picked you up something, too." Jungkook pointed to the fast food bag sitting at her designated spot on the table.
"Thank you bug."
"What's got you all worked up?" Jennette explained the pickle she got herself into. Jungkook nodded attentively. He always found a way to resolve issues timely. He was an action-oriented person. If he needed to do something, he did it. Right then and there, he never allowed for thoughts in the back of his mind to convince him to put if off for 'later'.
"Well, you can't work on an empty stomach. Let's eat and then we can go back to the audit stuff."
Jungkook kept Jennette completely distracted from her looming task. As he recalled his training session tonight at the gym. He was preparing for a fight this weekend. He would be going against his dear friend Mingyu. The pair would be sparing to raise money for a charitable cause. The money would be going to fans battling a terminal illness. Jennette gushed hearing Jungkook talk about the charity in such a light. It made her heart warm, knowing that he genuinely cared about the wellbeing of the fans who watched him.
"Chop chop, Jeanie." Jungkook pointed at his naked wrist. "We got work to do." Jennette groaned.
"Let's have dessert, then I'll do work."
"I'll give you dessert after you finish your work." Jungkook wiggled his eyebrows. His tongue sticking out to lick his lips.
"I was thinking strawberries and whipped cream." Jungkook helped Jennette out of the chair, escorting her to her office. The computer screen was now black.
" I'm not feeling the strawberries, but I make you and the whipped cream work." A lightbulb went off in Jungkook's head.
"Sit here." He looked down at Jennette before exiting her office. Jennette cracked her knuckles before typing a few procedural sentences on her document. She pulled up a list of the cases of children she had over the past year. 231 kids. 231 reports she would need to review and place into the folder for the audit.
Jungkook came back into the room with a can of whipped cream. A devious smirk on his face.
"For every ten minutes, you work diligently, equates to one squirt of whipped cream and a kiss."
"What if I just want the whipped cream." Jennette teased just to flatten out the smirk on his lips. She rolled her eyes, hearing his reply.
"Too bad, they're a packaged deal."
"Fine." Jennette pulled up a timer before reviewing the first case she handled.

Please don’t tell me jungkook or oc cheats because they just had a baby 🥲
Jungkook would never! If anything Jennette giving birth to little Peanut only enhanced is love for her.
Jungkook During the 40 Weeks of Pregnancy
Finding Out
Jennette didn't experience the typical signs of pregnancy. No morning sickness, no excessive weight gain, no mood swings. Nothing like that at all. She was perfectly fine. She was taking down the silver and gold Christmas-themed tree in February. Still in her festive onesie, Jungkook noticed something quite odd. An open jar of smooth peanut butter.
"You bought peanut butter?"
Taking a big lick from the spoon, Jennette nodded her head.
"Babe you can't stand peanut butter. You literally gag at the smell. Now your eating it straight of the jar."
"I don't know why, but I've been craving it. The smell isn't bothering me right now."
"Are you sick?" Jungkook placed the back of his head on Jennette's forehead.
"I'm fine."
Jungkook found that moment weird, but didn't harp on it. Maybe she was giving peanut butter another chance. Surely that was just the explanation. But it didn't stop there. More peanut butter treats arrived in the house in the next few weeks. Nutter Butters, Reeses Cups, and an unhealthy amount of peanut butter jelly sandwiches.
Jungkook watched in awe as Jennette ate her fifth Reeses in one sitting. The empty wrappers were piling beside her, as she watched an old episode of Martin.
"Jungkook I can literally feel your eyes glaring holes into my face."
"Jeanie are you sure nothing is wrong? Like you aren't hiding anything from me."
"I'm not sick, Jungkook. I'm not coughing, no sore throat, and no fever. I'm literally fine- stop asking."
Six hours later while Jennette was lying in bed, Jungkook lay on his back, deep in thought. The amount of peanut butter products Jennette had been consuming in the past three weeks was absurd. How could she go from gagging at the smell of the ingredient to finishing family-size jars by herself in three days. Jungkook needed to get to the bottom of this. Slipping out of bed, Jungkook went to the 24/7 pharmacy. He went up and down the aisles, hoping to find some fancy brand to explain the eating habits shift.
Tylenol?
Advil?
Metamucil?
No no no.
Soon enough, he found himself of the family planning aisle. In front of him were three rows of Clear Blue pregnancy tests. His heart skipped a beat as he contemplated picking up the pregnancy test.
Better safe than sorry.
The drive back to the house seemed longer, despite him going ten over the speed limit.
"Jeanie... Jeanie baby, wake up." He gently rocked Jennette awake.
"Go away." She yawned turning on her side. She nuzzled into her pillow.
"I need you to take this test for me."
"What test?" Jennette's cracked.
"Just take it."
Irritated, Jennette squinted as she sat up. She slipped her feet into her slippers. She headed into their shared bathroom beside their bedroom. There, she saw a pregnancy test on the counter. Her lips ready to fire off.
"Please just take it. I can't help but think this could be why you have been acting so different lately."
Closing the door, Jennette just went with the motions. Taking the test and peeing on the stick. She wasn't even anxious about the results in the slightest. She wanted to just get back in her bed, before her spot of warmth disappeared.
"Are you done!?"
Jennette washed her hands and opened the door. Jungkook had the edge of his thumb in between in teeth. A soothing habit he only did when he was highly anxious.
Jennette adjusted her bonnet slightly, slipping of her head. She went into her nightstand and put on her signature purple glasses. She couldn't read the test because of her astigmatism in both eyes. The lines would be moving too much for her to read the test accurately.
"See, look, one line." The thin second line arrived as she turned the test to gloat in front of Jungkook.
"Oh fuck."
"Wha-. shitttt." Jennette did a double take, seeing the positive pregnancy test.
Weeks 7-10
The next day Jeannette and Jungkook scheduled an appointment at the doctors office. She got her pre-natal vitamins and an official test done. They found out that they were seven weeks pregnant. The couple wasn't actively trying for a kid, but they were't devastated by the news. They were 29 respectively and could now use the next seven-ish months to prepare themselves for parenthood.
During this time they got their first sonogram. Jungkook was moved to tears and asked for several copies of the picture. One of them going in his car, one on the back of his phone, and the other in his night stand. The picture was so precious to him
It was only one time Jennette experienced morning sickness. She blames the vertigo spell for pushing her over the edge. She was doing perfectly fine, but when she was riding in an elevator one morning. She got nauseous all of a sudden. She told Jungkook, and he ordered her to take it easy for the rest of the day.
Weeks 11-14
This is when the nickname Peanut came about. Now, reaching the end of the first trimester, Jennette and Jungkook was looking at their developing child on the screen. Jungkook could point out their eyes, and tiny toes.
"Looks like this angel is gonna be on the chunky side." The OBGYN commented.
"Their so cute, though. Look at ‘em."
Moving around the wand on Jennette's small belly, they looked at all angles.
"What are they doing doing, doctor?" Jungkook wondered.
"Oh just sucking their thumb."
Jungkook gushed harder at the screen. "Look at our little Peanut."
Weeks 15-18
Time for the long-awaited gender reveal. Jennette and Jungkook opted to keep this moment more intimate. They didn't want a crazy gender reveal party. They were going to keep the gender of their little Peanut a surprise until she was born. But they still had to create a memorable experience.
Surprisingly both Jennette and Jungkook believed that they were having a baby girl. The April weather allowed for Jennette to wear a baby pink shirt and skirt set. Her bump was protruding more, especially from a side-profile perspective. Jungkook was wearing a pink button-up jacket. White t-shirt with pink pants to match. He found this really cute plushy online called 'Cooky'. It was a pink bunny, a perfect gift for the little girl he hoped to have.
"Are you ready to find out the gender of your baby?"
"Yes!" The answered at the same time.
Applying the cold gel on Jennette's belly, the doctor handed the wand to Jungkook. Allowing him to do the honors. He grasped the wand, eyes wide-looking for any declaration of the child's biological sex.
"Wait slow down, bug. Go a little more to the left." Jennette guided. The angle they were looking at they could only see her legs and stomach.
In a gasp of excitement, Jennette saw the outline of a labia majora. Stronger than she anticipated, she gripped Jungkook's shoulder and shook him.
"We're having a baby girl! OMG! OMG!"
“Peanuts a girl! She’s a girl! I’m a girl dad !!!”
Jungkook jumped up and down. The wand was long forgotten as it hit the ground. The OBGYN enjoyed watching the couple celebrate their baby girl.
Week 19- 22
Jungkook was very protective over Jennette's now obvious baby bump. Whenever they were out in public together, he walked slightly in front of her. Avoiding from touchy strangers, placing their filthy hands on her stomach. Only he could touch Jennette's stomach. His little peanut was inside, and he was obligated to protect her, and her mother of course.
On a lazy Sunday morning, Jungkook was playing with Peanut. Jennette was able to feel her kicking, and her moving around in her stomach. Her baby was quite receptive to her father's voice. Jungkook would stand on one side of Jenentte and speak. Watching the little imprints of hands and feet press against her stomach. Indiciating that Peanut was following her father's voice.
"Oh Toodles." Jennette jokingly tapped her stomach. Jungkook was coming closer to her, to do his daily quality time with his baby. She felt a flutter in response.
"Peanut. Come to me sweet girl."
"Ooo!" Jennette reacted to the sudden dart across her stomach.
"That may have been the fastest she's moved." Jennette paused in between her words. Her little Peanut was developing some speed, which always tired her. Even though she hadn't moved a muscle.
"Okay come to this side." And peanut did. Jungkook capturing the moment on his phone.
"I'm for sure showing her this when she's older." He snickered. "Okay I'm over here now."
Week 23-26
Jennette and Jungkook were sitting a frozen yogurt creamery looking at another sonogram picture of their little Peanut. They had gotten a really nice close-up of Peanut's face. Her lips and eyes were well-seen in the image.
"Peanut will be the first person in my family who is bald."
"Everyone in my family is born bald. Including me.” Jungkook commented. He dug deep into his camera roll finding an image of him when he was just a few days old.
"Oh-" Failing to hold in her laughter, Jennette's stomach shook with a violent laugh. Poor Peanut probably thought she was on a roller coaster.
"Most black babies I've seen were born with a head full of hair. It would explain why I don't have heartburn." Doing the same Jennette pulled up a picture of herself when she was a baby. She was born with a mini afro, just like her mother and her sister.
"But look I can already tell she has your eyes. I just know they are gonna be so pretty."
Jungkook agreed. "I make some pretty babies."
"I make pretty babies." Jennette emphasized.
"Can't argue with that baby." Jungkook took a scoop of Jennette's yogurt. "I hope she looks like you."
"I hope so too."
"Just because you said that, Peanut will look just like her daddy." Jungkook kissed her belly. His tattooed hand rubbed over the now darker vertical line running down her bump.
Leaving the yogurt shop, Jungkook and Jennette walked around the area, getting some exercise. Like an excited dad, Jungkook told random strangers he passed about his "twin".
"My twin is in there."
"She only has four more months left."
Week 27-30
Jennette is super clumsy. Don't hand her anything fragile that can break. She has butter fingers unlike ever before. Jungkook had to move the precious pottery to the top of the cabinets. No way would she step on a ladder to get it, so it would require Jungkook to assist you.
"Bug you up?"
Jungkook had a tough training session in the gym and was trying to take a cat nap on the couch. It was 2 am and he believed that Jennette had already been sleep.
"Huh? What's wrong? Peanut good?"
"Yes, she's good. A craving is just hitting me."
"Peanut butter is in the pantry. You can reach it." Jungkook pouted his lips, looking so adorable in Jennette's eyes. She felt bad for waking him up.
"But I kinda want something different. I'm sorry baby."
"Don't apologize. I got you." With one eye barely open, Jungkook got the sweet treat Jennette had been craving. Being the good boyfriend that I knew he would be.
Week 33-36
Peanut's baby shower was a busy affair. Jennette's side of the family flew out to Korea. Her parents, grandma, and her little sister Asia were all able to come. Jungkook's parents handled all the food matters for the party. Jennette was hanging up some decor on the walls.
Jennette felt as big as a house. She looked exhausted and greasy. New growth from her braids were taking over her scalp. The August heat was not making her feel any better. She was already constantly warm with a growing child in her belly. The external temperature of high 80s didn't help either.
It was smart for her to get dressed later in the day, as she would have sweated out her yellow sundress. Instead, she was in her comfy maternity shorts that were extra-large. Cream-colored stretchmarks ran rampant across the surface of her stomach. She hasn't been able to see her feet in the past month or so. She could only imagine what her feet looked like.
Jungkook came down the stairs. Blothes of paint on an old graphic T-shirt. "Baby, there you are. I have something to show you." Jungkook was cheery this morning despite the few hours of sleep he got. He waited at the airport to pick of Jennette's family before coming home around 2 am.
"Come look." Jungkook gently dragged Jennette up the stairs. He had been cooped upstairs with his friends for the last four hours.
"Voila!"
Peanut's crib was set up along the purple-colored walls. There were small animals along the wall. The purple went along nicely with the accent color of white. White flowers were thinly painted, creating a beautiful garden of flowers. Which all came ahead above where Peanut's crib was.
"Bug I love it!" Not wanting to cry, Jennette felt so moved by everything she saw. The nurse was so homey for their Peanut. The carpet was soft, a mobile spun slowly.
"Thank you! Thank you!" Jennette thanked Jungkook's friends, her Peanut's uncles. She would forever treasure the beautiful work that they did.
"Come on you need to get dressed. Guest will be coming in less than an hour."
Week 37-40
Jungkook is the type of boyfriend with labor emergency kits in every vehicle. So that no matter what car they were in, if they needed to drive straight to the hospital then they could. With Peanut arriving in less than a few weeks, Jungkook has become a lot more stressed.
He overreacts to any groan coming from Jennette.
"Was that a contraction?"
"Did your water break?"
"Do you feel her head coming out? Lay down, let me look."
Jungkook was getting on Jennette's last nerves. His pre-parental panic was cramping her style. She looked like a goddess. Afro out, wearing slightly form-fitting clothing. She was like Rihanna, making her bump an accessory with her outfit. Not hiding it under maternity clothing. She does several solo maternity shoots before inviting Jungkook to do a couple with her.
The afternoon of August 31st is when Jennette's water breaks. She was baking peanut butter cookies when a liquid trickled down her leg. Jungkook who was in the shower, wasted no time ushering his pregnant girlfriend to the hospital.
It was seven o'clock and Jennette was only four centimeters dialed. She bounced on a huge yoga ball. She did breathing exercises, and Jungkook was attentive the entire time.
Rubbing her back when requested. Holding her hand, kissing her forehead.
"You are doing amazing baby. I love you so much."
Jennette could FaceTime her mother for a couple of hours as she slowly dialted to eight. Her contractions were becoming closer together, and Peanut was slowly lowering herself into the birth canal.
"I don't think I could do this again." She huffed. She wasn't in pain but was in extreme discomfort. She couldn't get comfortable laying on her back. It just felt wrong.
"Whatever you say baby. Peanut is enough for me."
"Bug can you hold me up. I don't think I can lay down any longer."
Jungkook did just that. As Jennette moaned through her contractions, Jungkook rubbed her back. Trying to keep the hospital gown as closed as possible, he didn't want her ass out for any passing staff member to see.
"Thank you so much Jeanie." Jungkook was on the brink of tears. With the help of three other nurses, Jennette was lying on her back again. The doctor had declared Jennette at 10cm. She could start pushing, and her contractions were much closer together.
"AHHHHHH!"
"GET HER OUTTTT! NOWWWWW" Jennette tossed and turned her head. Her screams of discomfort broke Jungkook's heart. He didn't know what else to say but 'Thank you' and 'I love you'.
Jungkook held Jennette's hand for the entire twenty minutes she was pushing. Jennette's head hit her pillow with a soft thud. All energy left her body, as she watched the doctor hold Peanut in the air. Her lip was quivering with no sound.
"Why isn't she crying?" Jennette choked out, trying not to cry. The nurses didn't respond, wiping Peanut's face of all the mucus. Jungkook's eyes never left Peanut. Her little pink self. He couldn't help but smile and notice that Peanut was bald. Very little hair was on her head, but Jungkook didn't care. She was the prettiest baby he had ever seen. Bald or not.
The doctor smacked Peanut's bottom, eliciting a scream.
"Oh my baby." Jennette smiled, arms open, ready to hold her. Peanut was placed on Jennette's chest. Jennette nuzzled her cheek against hers. Loving the warmth Peanut radiated. Jennetted motioned for Jungkook to get in the bed with her.
"Come on, come hold her. Take your shirt off for skin to skin."
Jungkook was a crying mess holding Peanut. This was the same person scattering across Jennette's stomach as the sound of his voice. He was now face to face with his Peanut. Yeah Jungkook was crying real bad.
Her eyes were like Jungkook's. It was too early to determine her skin complexion as she was just different shades of pink and slight grey. Her nose and lips were like Jennette's. After being washed up and dressed she took a nap on her mother’s chest. Preparing for her baldness, Jungkook put on a gentle (non-squeezing) bow on her head.
Looking at the time, Jungkook smiled even harder.
"Guess it was fate for Peanut to be my twin."
"What makes you say that?"
Shaking his phone, Jennette saw the time.
12:28 am September 1st.
"You got your twin bug. You definitely got your twin."
Series Masterlist:
TEASER!!

No One Likes Being Played ...
The family of three wrapped up their outing by returning home. Peanut rested her head on her mother's shoulders. She was tired, and running around the trampoline park was much more fun than anticipated. Her appa showed her how to do flips and all types of tricks. Then, after bouncing around for sixty minutes, she filled her belly with beef and rice noodles.
"Peanut you have a good day?" Jennette asked, walking into their house. Turning on the low lit lights, as not to fully wake up the drowsy toddler. It was thirty minutes out from Peanut's scheduled bedtime. It was enough time for Peanut to get her second bath of the day and read a short story.
Peanut didn't verbally respond to her mother but she moved her cheeks up and down her mother's shoulders. Jungkook went into the bathroom, running the warm water. Jennette undressed Peanut, placing the worn clothes in a hamper. Still clutching onto her mother's shoulders, Peanut didn't move much.
"Go decompress baby. I'll do the nighttime routine." Jungkook received the naked toddler in his arms. He made silly noises as he gently placed her in the tub. Peanut slapped her palms against the water. Drops of water collected around her face.
Jungkook squished the rubber duck, eliciting a sound that Peanut found hilarious. She laughed, showing her small teeth. Jennette closed the bathroom door, going into her bedroom. She threw herself backward on the bed. Eyes closing and reopening slowly. Her busy day catching up to her. She had do some shopping for Asia's upcoming birthday. So she went to the strip mall and looked around for an hour. She got her hair done, sitting in the salon chair for six hours getting her waist-length box braids. It was the summer and was time for her favorite summer style. Giving her natural hair a much-needed break.
Then of course she met up with Jungkook and Peanut for the family activity, which happened to be going to a trampoline park. It was a lot.
But it was fun.
She loved looking at her chunky baby's smile. Bouncing repeatedly, trying to keep up with her overgrown kid-like father. When looking at the two, it is obvious that Jungkook is Peanut's father. Her eyes were a direct copy of Jungkook's. She expressed her emotions with her eyes. They were the size of saucers when she was excited. They were almonds when she was being shy or bashful. And when she was having an attitude, she was notorious for cutting her eyes at someone.
She scrolled through her photo gallery. Liking pictures that she liked, to see, which she would send to Jungkook's parents. Since they were living in Busan, Jennette made a conscious effort to send pictures or videos of Peanut. It was almost an everyday occurrence. Just so that they could still be in their granddaughter's life.
Jungkook entered the bedroom. He had a similar look of tiredness but with a lighter tone. The front of his shirt was slightly damp, probably as an aftermath of bathtime with Peanut.
"Today was a good day."
"Yes it was."
"Peanut didn't even make it past the fifth page. Kiddo was tired." Jungkook laid beside Jennette. He loved days like this spending time with his family. The two most influential women in his life. He wished all his days could be like today. Spending the morning with Peanut, watching her play with her Barbie dolls. Her sassily tells Jungkook what she wants to wear for the day. To spend the evening with his lover. Taking cringy selfies together at the dinner table. To just lay in each other's presence. If he was lucky he could finish the night with some extra loving that only Jennette could give him.
Jennette's mind was furthest away from anything romantic. She pushed thoughts to the back of her mind, making their way to the forefront. The topic of marriage. The idea of moving forward, becoming something more.
It's been dancing through her mind for a while. She initially thought that it would have occurred by now. Back when she was still in her twenties, and definitely before Peanut arrived. She didn't necessarily have a timeline for her relationship with Jungkook.
But she didn't think it would take so long.
Six years passed, and she was still just Jungkook's girlfriend. Well technically, his baby momma. A technicality that she didn't like. Her relationship with Jungkook wasn't just some one-night hookup that resulted in a pregnancy. There was no lingering tension between parties, just two adults raising a child together. So many like Jennette opened their hearts and their bodies to men that they loved. Carrying and pushing out a child or two symbolizes that love. At any moment, they can be dropped.
She didn't believe it took six years to know if you wanted to marry someone. The old her would have cut her losses and moved on, but Jungkook was different. He wormed his way into her heart. His heart was genuine. He wasn't thinking with his dick. Letting lust or physical attraction lead his actions. It was obvious that he led with his heart. Jennette loved him. Her family loved him, her friends loved him. Yet it seemed that wasn't enough. Six years in with no sight of marriage.
The past year or so had been calm. Jungkook's boxing schedule had calmed since he officially moved into the professional league. His fights were more sparse, but the payout was double what he got at the old gym. He was able to spend more time at home with his family. Now would be the perfect time to propose and continue on with the next step.
"Jungkook," Jennette started, nerves slowly getting the best of her. She was putting herself in a vulnerable position. "Do you ever think about our future?"
"Yes, always." He gently rubbed her hip. "I love our life together. I don't want it any other way. Why?"
"We've had six beautiful years together. We were friends, became lovers, and birthed a beautiful baby girl. Not to sound ungrateful or anything. I just can't help but wonder..."
"About?"
"Getting married. Making our family official." Jungkook took Jennette's hand in his. Pressing a sweet kiss to her knuckles. His eyes never left hers.
"I love you, Jeanie. I love you and Peanut with my whole being. This family is official. It was official when Peanut was born."
Jennette was disappointed. She sighed harder than she wanted to.
"It is, but don't you think we're ready for the 'next'?"
"We are. I just want to make sure that everything is right. I don't want to rush."
"How long have you been thinking about this?" Jennette released another sigh.
"About four years ago."
"Four years ago!?" Jungkook was gobsmacked. "Baby! Why'd you wait so long to tell me."
"Ironically for a similar reason you just said. It just didn't seem like the right time. You were under so much pressure from boxing. I didn't want to add onto it. And then, we found out about Peanut."
"Jeanie, I wish you told me sooner."
Jennette continued to explain, finding it difficult to keep eye contact with Jungkook. She rested her eyes upon a family picture on her side of the bed.
"I just don't want to be just a 'baby momma'. All of the women in my family were married, THEN they had kids. I can't help but feel as if I did my life backward."
Jungkook furrowed his brows, sensing the weight of her words.
"You aren't just a baby momma to me, though. You are my lover. I love you. I know I haven't proposed, but it's not because I don't see you as wife material. Quite the opposite."
Jungkook reassured Jennette. She gave a slight smile. Jungkook was always good at comforting. He always knew just what to say. It was one of the many things she loved about him.
Interjecting in the moment, she heard her mother's voice. A conversation that took place shortly after to told her parents about her pregnancy.
Love is one thing, but securing a life together is another. Don't get stuck and settle for something less."
She didn't want to admit that her mother's words might be coming true. Had she been settling? Had she been content with her status of 'girlfriend'.
Was she stuck?
"You know I don't just want this for me. Well, at least not anymore. I want Peanut to have a family that's officially hers. I want our relationship to bring security in her life."
Jungkook pulled Jennette closer to his body. Her face was now a mere inches away from hers. His hand draped across her hips. She placed a kiss on her forehead.
"When the time is right."
The sentence shouldn't have triggered her as it did, but she couldn't help it. What was he running away from? She removed herself from Jungkook's arms. A knot formed at the bottom of Jungkook's stomach. He felt as if he had just chosen the incorrect dialogue option.
"I've been patient for six years. Six amazing years. Six long years. 'When the time is right', I don't know if I can wait that long. Giving myself hope for something that may never happen."
Jungkook sat up on his elbow. That romantic conclusion he was hoping for long gone. Jennette stood up in front of the foot of the bed. Frustration laced her tone. But she internally chanted a mantra to calm herself down.
"What are you saying?"
"I can't, wait possibly another six years for you to gather the courage to take the next step with me. I can't."
"I'm not asking you to do that Jeanie. And one day I will marry you. I swear on my life that I will. I just want it to be perfect for you and Peanut. I don't want us to rush into things and later come to find out that you regret it. It'll crush me."
"But I'm okay with imperfections. I want decisiveness. I want you to claim me. I want you to claim me to the world. I want to be your wife, for you to be my husband."
Jungkook didn't respond.
"I need to know that these six years will lead to somewhere. That we aren't letting feelings and comfort keep us coasting through life."
The knot of anxiety was transforming into a boulder. Flaring in the pit of his stomach. The fear of losing his family becoming more and more real. It was taking him to a place he didn't want to remember. His childhood. Feeling powerless and out of control. Like he was forced to watch this nightmare just unfold. He needed to remember those breathing techqniues that his mother taught him.
"It will. I promise. I'll make it right, I just need more time."
Jennette shook her head 'no'. Her lips pressed against each other.
"We can't get time back. I need to know if you will take this step with me." She was more forceful with her response. Her heart and her mind pulled in opposite directions.
Her brain knew that she was long overdue for a proposal. The longer she stayed, the harder it would be to leave. No matter how she looked at it, six years was too long.
Her heart, wanted to nuzzle in bed with Jungkook. Telling him that she loved him, and that she would always love him.
"I think we should spend some time apart." She didn't want to make a rash decision in the heat of the moment. Maybe a break was what they both needed. Perhaps this was what their relationship needed. A pause. A moment to reflect.
"Jeanie- no."
"I don't want to give you an ultimatum, Jungkook. That's not fair. But in the same breath it's not fair for me to keep spinning in circles. A break could give us time to figure this out."
Reality was sinking in. Time was moving in slow motion. He could hear every heartbeat thump in his head. Like his heart was hitting his ribcage and cranium at the same time. His salvia was thicker. Throat dry. Fingertips tingly.
"We can work through this. I don't want a break. I- I can't lose you."
"I just need clarity."
With that Jennette turned away from Jungkook. She pulled out a large duffle bag. Taking clothes for herself and for Peanut. Jungkook watched Jennette packing in horror. Disbelief takes over his body. He simply couldn't comprehend what had happened.
A break? She wants a break. Those words struck fear into his heart. Him and Jennette would never be over. He wouldn't allow it. He'd swallow glass before choosing to break up.
"I don't want you to leave." His voice was strained.
Jennette momentarily paused. But she remained firm in her position. This break was to benefit both of them.
"Don't we both deserve to be sure about our future?"
The question lingered in the air. Jungkook watched helplessly as the woman he loved packed to get away from him. Even for just a limited time, the hurt was settling in his chest. For the first time in forever, he wasn't sure what the future held. It wasn't a guarantee that Jennette would come back to him.
At the end of this break, she could decide to leave his ass in the dust. Taking Peanut with her. He hated how negative his thoughts were becoming. He needed positivity and reassurance.
His anxiety was surging, an unbelievable level of panic gripped his heart. He was struggling to find the words. Like he was being submerged underwater. No oxygen. No Jennette. There was a storm brewing in his chest.
His breathing was erratic. He clutched his chest, noting that each breath was becoming shallower. Jennette moved throughout the room, getting plenty of necessary items. Packing extra, as she was unsure how long this break was going to be.
He wanted to alert Jenentte about the impending anxiety attack he was getting ready to have. Yet he was mute. Nothing was coming out, even though he wanted to, like his throat was constricting. He was suffocating in silence. He needed to get a grip.
Barely able to get out of bed, Jungkook's legs lost energy. He sank quietly onto the ground. He was paralyzed by the panic. His hands reached out to Jennette, but her back was to him. His mind provided him vivid imagery of a life without Jennette. His thoughts were torturing him.
If this temporary separation has him acting like this, then surely a permanent separation would end him. It wouldn't be able to survive something like that. In a desperate gasp, Jungkook heaved. The sound catching Jennette's attention.
His unusual silence struck Jennette as odd. She looked over her shoulder to find Jungkook on the ground. A panic of her own encompassed her as she rushed to his side.
"Wha- What's happening?" She kneeled beside him.
He couldn't speak full sentences. Only getting out a singular phrase. "Don't go." He repeated it. Jennette rubbed his jaw. She could feel how tense he was. A wave of guilt rushed over her.
"I'm sorry bug."
She was the one setting them along this path. The one with uncertainty. She was tearing apart her happiness. Hoping that, in the end their mutual love for each other would bring them together.
{ Not an attack on single parents or couples with children who are unmarried. But I think we can all agree six years is LONGGGGG}
Piercings
Pairing: Jungkook x Jennette (ft. Peanut)
Synopsis: Story of Peanut getting her ears pierced.

Jungkook was more than familiar with the procedure for piercings. He was becoming the poster child for body modifications. At this rate, he would run out of area to get tattooed or pierced.
His influence even spread to Jennette. A couple months ago she got an industrial and flat piercing. Jungkook was this close to convincing her to get a matching lip piercing. But she turned him down talking about "professionalism."
Had Jungkook been going to his piercer alone, he wouldn't be contemplating turning back to speed off in his car. The little person in the car seat he was carrying was staunchly different from his typical appointment. His peanut cup was getting her ears pierced. At the request of her mother and aunt (mostly her aunt though).
Jungkook, drawing the short end of the stick, had to take Peanut to get her ears pierced. As he chickened out on taking Peanut to her vaccination appointment.
He couldn't help it. Watching his peanut cup in pain gave him heart palpitations, which led him to wonder how he was going to make it through this appointment all by himself.
Jungkook's leg bounced as he sat on the stool in the back of the piercing/tattoo shop. His piercer, Gus, sterilized the needle. Oblivious to Jungkook's panic. Peanut was waking up from her nap. Bubbles were around her mouth as she did the adorable newborn scrunch.
Jungkook smothered her cheek in kisses. Embracing the natural warmth she possessed in the winter temperature.
"Ready, boss?"
No.
Jungkook nodded his head. He was already chewing on the inside of his cheek. Placing Peanut on his lap, Jungkook secured her head in his hands. Peanut was calm as ever, looking around at the new environment. Her fist became tasty as she lodged it in her mouth.
"It'll be quick. In and out. You don't have to fret baby." Jungkook spoke out loud. Unsure if his prep talk was for Peanut or for himself. Taking his cue to get this process done, Gus walked to Peanut's left side. The infant watching the man get closer. Not visibly uncomfortably, but definitely keeping track of his every movement.
"Give me a countdown," Jungkook asked, his voice sounding small. His eyes already closed tight.
"One, two." Before getting to three Gus injected the needle through Peanut's lobe. Prepared with the small stud jewelry to add to her ear.
With one eye open, Jungkook braced himself for the horrific cry. Tears of his own brewing at the waterline. Peaking down to look at Peanut, her expression was emotionless. Fist still in her mouth, saliva strands dripping down her winter coat.
"Like a soldier." Gus complimented, going to the other side. "This should be a piece of cake then."
Giving Jungkook the same countdown, Gus finished the piercing on the right ear. Unlike the other ear, Peanut started to whine. Fist came out of her mouth to touch the recently pierced ear. She whimpered, turning her body away from Gus.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry." Jungkook whispered to Peanut. Bouncing her in his arms. Finally, standing up. Still not happy, Peanut gently rubbed her ear.
"Thank you for squeezing us in." Jungkook paid with his Apple Watch, refusing to place his sniffling baby.
"Any time man."
Jungkook sat in the driver's seat. His phone dialed Jennette's.
"Oh my baby, well, my big baby." Jennette was graced to see Jungkook's red eyes while holding Peanut.
"I take it things went well." She had a teasing smirk on her face.
"I'm never doing this again." Jungkook wiped the stray tears falling down his face.
"Can I see my actual child? I can check up on you later."
Peanut faced her mother. Eyes just like her father.
"I'm so sorry, mama." Jennette blew kisses to her baby, who rested her head on her father's shoulder. Her sniffles eased as the pain went away in her ear.
"Jungkook, bring my baby home."
Matcha Tea
Pairing: Jimin x Althea (OC)
Synopsis: Althea never had Matcha before. Jimin is sweet enough to take her to a spot he knows.

Konnie's Kafe was the name of the shop Jimin walked hand in hand with Althea. The spot was owned by a sweet Arab woman who Jimin met at one of the many food truck festivals in the city. The shop was a minimalist but modern decore. Tables were stacked toward the front of the restaurant, and the behind the counter is where the bar was.
"It's gorgeous, the lighting is perfect." Althea spoke to her phone camera. Documenting the experience as she usually did with new things she tried. In the camera, the ceiling light gave her a golden-hour look. Skin was poppin!
"Oooo, look at the flavors." Althea flipped the camera to show the blackboard calligraphy hanging above the bar. Cream-colored pendant lights hung above the cash register, and oil paintings of floral and matcha herbs sat behind the light. Little things that, as an interior designer, she loved to pick up on. The air was clean, the furniture was warmy. She could see herself here frequently.
Jimin figured he would try something new. Deciding to join in on the experience of trying something new with Althea. He tilted his neck, letting out pops as he internally figured out what to try.
The matcha and white chocolate combination caught his eye.
Konnie came out of the backroom. Her cheekbones are high as she smiled at the customers.
"What can I get for you all?"
Jimin looked over to his left to see if Althea was ready. She was too caught up in her monologue to notice the social cue Jimin was giving her. With a loving hand, Jimin wrapped his arm across her shoulder, his face coming into view of the camera. He looked at Althea through the camera.
"Ready to order?"
"Yes, sorry. Can I get the tropical matcha, mama?" Jimin read the flavor description.
Matcha, coconut, and mint leaves.
"I would like the midnight matcha." Konnie punched in the orders on the POS system.
Jimin handed Konnie his card before she announced the total. Swiping the card, Jimin thanked her before following Althea to a table. As part of the decor, a flippable hourglass was in the center of the table. Althea rambled, talking about nothing in particular.
In record time, Konnie delivered the drinks to the table. Jimin watched Althea's pupils dilate in real time. Althea's tropical drink had a paper and toothpick tent hanging off the corner of the cup. Brown sugar on the rim appeared like sand, really selling the beach vibes.
"It's gorgeous!" Althea lifted the cup. "Jimin try." She turned the straw toward his mouth.
"You haven't even tried yet yourself." Jimin laughed.
Konnie, watching the two, smiled. Althea reminds her a lot of her bubbly granddaughter. A soul who was experiencing her first life. She was so open to exploration that it was nearly impossible not to love her.
Sipping the drink, Althea pondered. "ten out of ten!"
"Drink your drink, baby." Jimin picked up his drink, enjoying the new flavor he had tried. He gave Konnie a thumbs-up. She smiled, leaving the couple to enjoy their beverages.
In seconds, the sound of air passing through a straw. Jimin, not even a quarter through his drink looked at the empty glass in amazement.
"It was really good." Althea shrugged, tapping her mouth and applying a fresh layer of gloss on her lips.
Reunion
Pairing: Hoseok x Nala

Author Note: Nala is a plus-sized woman. So while there is no fc plus sized women will be selected to show outfits. Also she's dyed her hair a ginger color. So yeah :)
Club Carnival did not disappoint. The music was catchy, rotating between hip-hop and reggaeton. The vibrations could be felt outside when Hoseok was handing his keys to the valet. The exterior was upscale. Red carpet, security carrying firearms, and who looked sharp in their crisp suits. Hoseok flashed his ID before the two men parted, allowing him to enter.
Hoseok noticed the sweet smell in the air. Most clubs he went to had a pungent smell of must. He was pleased. It was clean, another check in his mind.
Hoseok, nicknamed Jay by many celebrity friends, was among the expected guests of honor. Hoseok a game changer in the fashion industry. Four years ago, he launched a clothing line that rivaled many other luxury brands like Gucci, YSL, and Prada. He was a businessman looking for new ventures to invest his money into. The entertainment business was lucrative and showed signs of paying off. But he had a philosophy. Before signing any checks, he had to ensure the venue met his standards. He had to trust management and trust that they can manage a club. As anything attached to his name, he saw himself liable for.
Hoseok is a thorough man who gained lots of respect for it. He exchanged brief pleasantries with the friends he spotted. He hoped to find Seokjin, the man he spoke to on the phone. Hosoek stood on the edge of the bar. He sent a quick text to Seokjin, letting him know he arrived.
From a distance, Hosoek knew his sense of style made him appear standoffish. He frequently wore dark shades that hid his eyes, often wearing muted colors, and rarely smiling in pictures. Nevertheless, those who truly knew the man knew he was approachable. Willing to always assist those in need. Taking a look around, I observed the clubgoers. Many in cocktail attire, dancing freely. The dance floor was spacious and far enough from the bar to not feel overstimulated. Even standing on the bar's edge, he could hear the bartender take an order from a customer. It was genius.
Seokjin: Thank you for waiting. I'm stuck in traffic and will be late.
A grunt slipped out of Hoseok's mouth. He read the message, shaking his head. Tardy manager? Hoseok remembered that little fact in the back of his mind. Now, since he was playing the waiting game, he supposed he could divulge in the club atmosphere. After all, it was a Friday night, a typical way for young adults to let off some steam.
Ordering a strong whiskey beverage, Hosoek sipped, swaying to the music. The song was a classic throwback. A song from his b-boy days in high school. His muscles remembered every movement of choreography. Dance was his first love. A talent that he wished he discovered much earlier. Who knew where he would end up if he devoted the same hours to his clothing brand, to a dance studio. Hmm. Maybe even becoming one of the greatest dancers in the world. Wishful thinking. He finished off his drink, returning his glass to the pair. Rolling up his cuff links to dance when he saw a woman in the corner. She stood alone, her back facing to him. She occasionally turned, showing half of her face. Her mouth moving a mile a minute, Hoseok could tell alone by her body language that she was not in a good mood. Maybe the strong whiskey wasn't in his blood stream right now he would have migrated tot he dancefloor. But the little voice in his head was compelling him to go over.
"Is everything alright?" He spoke clearly, trying not to startle the woman.
Her slicked-back donut bun sat perfectly on top of her head. Wavy pieces shaped her face, dangling beside her lips. She nodded her head at Hoseok.
"Okay, just get here as soon as possible." She sounded defeated before hanging up the phone.
"Yes, I am, thank you." She said, looking into her bag and shuffling around in it. The woman in front of him missed his taken-aback 'shocked face'.
"Nala?"
"Whose asking?" That caused her head to pop up. Her face mirrored Hoseok.
"Hoseok? Oh my goodness! So good to see you." She embraced the taller man in a hug. Breaking out of the hug, she looked Hoseok up and down.
"And you look good."
Hosoek smiled, returning the compliment. Nala also had a good sense of fashion. She could always follow trends yet maintain her own identity, never truly 'copying' someone else. Even six years later, that part about her stayed the same.
"I knew the ginger hair was familiar."
"Oh, you know me, if it ain't broke, don't fix it." She smoothed down the bun. Her stressful phone call was now forgotten. Hosoek was a pleasant and well-welcome distraction.
"Are you busy? I-"
"No. Nope, not busy." Taking her arms in his, she walked Hosoek toward a private section. Laughing at her eagerness, Hoseok allowed Nala to lead him to a section in the club. The area was in a well lit spot in the club. Not toward the discarded hooka smoke, but with a second-floor view of the dancers below.
"Soooo what have you been up to?"
The conversation between them flowed naturally. The six years of no talking didn't make it feel awkward or stale. Nala was charismatic, witty, and most importantly herself.
"It was humbling having to move back home. I tried to stay in the city longer, but jobs weren't hiring. So I started working as a secretary at a medium-sized record label. Hours weren't great, but the money was good so I couldn't complain.
One random day, I was delivering a stack of contracts for my boss to sign when I saw my neighbor in the office signing some papers as well."
"Your neighbor."
"Yeah him." Nala looked around the club, before pointing at the brown-skinned man with blonde locks. He was standing at the center of the floor, rapping. A shiny chain around his neck.
"Lil durk is your neighbor?"
"When we were kids. He was just as surprised to see me. He gave me his business card for his record label, he was looking for someone to manage his friend Von and it was kinda history ever since. With much better pay too."
"Good looking out." Hosoek looked back in the direction of the rapper. Another rapper stood beside him with locs, slightly taller than Durk. He was interacting with the crowd, holding the hand of a female fan. In a similar fashion, a chunky chain with a large 'O' around his neck.
Seokjin: I apologize again. I'm five minutes out.
The notification reminded Hoseok he wasn't visiting this club for leisure fun. He was here to network and expand his business partners.
"Do you have to go soon?" Nala questioned, picking up on the minor shift in Hoseok's mood.
"Yeah, I'm supposed to meet with this Seokjin guy about potentially getting into the clubbing business."
"Oh you're gonna like Jinnie. He's sweet, corny, but sweet."
Nala stood up, and Hoseok followed suit. "May I have your number?" Hosoek asked. He peered over the second floor to see Seokjin enter the club's doors.
"Yes! And let's take a picture, too. I'm glad I saw you." Hoseok, slightly bent down, got in frame. He used his signature 'no smile' pose. Nala snapped several pictures.
"Okay, now don't let six more years go by before we hang out again." Nala joked but was very serious. She would put more effort into ensuring that they would keep in touch, no matter how far either of their work took them.
"You have my word."

Fandom: BTS Pairing: OT7 × OC (Leah) Warning: Bullies, heart condition, divorced parents, etc. Genre: Angst Summary: Leah’s little background check and the start of it all...
Part 1 - Part 2 - Part 3 - Part 4 - Part 5 - Part 6 - Part 7 (Complete)
*************************************************
The name’s Leah and I’m 17 years old. Being born with a heart murmur and having a heart surgery as a baby, gave me the advantage of being spoiled by my whole family.
My parents were originally from Trinidad and Tobago. But I was born and grew up in America. Everything in my life was great until I reached 9 and my parents got divorced, leaving my safe haven being torn apart from the center.
I said my last goodbye to my father with tears on my face and moved with my mother to South Korea. She remarried a South Korean retired marine within a year. My step-father too, like my biological one, spoiled me with everything I wanted.
The main problem was outside my house, the people from the neighborhood. I was always considered an outsider. Being the only black girl in school was really tough for me, until my best friend, Nina joined.
Then there was this boy in class, Jungkook. At first, I considered him to be extremely shy. I really liked him and wanted to be friends. But it turned out to be a nightmare.
Jungkook took me to meet his group of some older boys from the neighborhood. The first meeting proved how wrong I was about Jungkook. He was the naughtiest kid I had ever encountered whenever he was in front of his hyungs.
Speaking of his hyungs, they were crazy as hell. They teased me with such mean comments I never expected on a first meeting. I was on the verge of tearing up when one of them, Namjoon, stopped the others and told me to go away.
Since then I tried my best to avoid them. Even during classes I would avoid sitting with Jungkook and talking with him. But they didn’t give up. It seemed like they really enjoyed bullying me. During breaks, they would all come to our class often to tease me or to make some remarks about me, making others laugh.
This continued, even after we got into high school. Seemed like they always had something new for me and they never got bored. I tried my best to avoid them. But at times, I would aggressively react to their behaviors making them shut up for some days, only for them to return with more jokes after.
I did ballet since I was 2. It was something like breathing to me. I didn’t love doing it, but it was a part of me anyway. I was taking ballet class where every now and then I bumped into Hoseok and Jimin. They also took dance classes. Mostly when they were alone, they would either ignore me or would try to talk nicely. But if they were together, they could make me wish I never took the classes in the first place.
The boys’ behaviors were really confusing sometimes. Most people assumed we were close friends, since we could be seen together in many places, though it was always them following me. Sometimes the boys would actually try to treat me nicely and then again went back to being their old selves.
So, this was a life I was used to. The teasing and hurtful comments they made about me was somehow bearable until at a point, it got worse and I slowly started to hate them.
But if I had to tell the truth, I pitied them more than I hated them. Here they were, seven very young boys, living together without any guardian. Who could teach them how to behave?
I felt like these boys lack the most important emotion it takes to be a human. The Bangtan Boys lack love.

Part 1 - Part 2 - Part 3 - Part 4 - Part 5 - Part 6 - Part 7 (Complete)
*************************************************
“Which one do you want this time?” the florist asked his regular customer.
Jimin looked around for a moment, “Those pink ones over there.”
Jimin had been visiting Leah regularly. Whenever he was done with his dance class every day, he would go to the flower shop to buy new flowers for her.
“She can’t even see those flowers you give her.” Hoseok once told him.
“I don’t care.” Jimin had said, “As long as I’m capable of, I’ll do it. So that whenever she wakes up, the first thing she would see are the beautiful flowers by her bedside.”
Hoseok didn’t argue further. Jimin had been bringing flowers to Leah for the past three weeks. He had also asked Hoseok many times to go with him. But Hoseok never visited her, not even once.
When Jimin went inside Leah’s room, he found Nina sitting beside her.
“Oh! It’s you.” Nina said, “new flowers again?”
Jimin nodded. He went to change the flowers that he had brought yesterday from the vase. Though they were still fresh as new, Jimin would still change them every day.
Nina sighed, “What are the uses of them now? You had never cared about her when she was healthy.”
Jimin didn’t answer. He had asked the same question to himself too. He had been regretting it every day. Only if he knew how much it would hurt him once she was gone, he would have never been terrible to her.
“What are they called?” Nina finally asked.
“Garden Primrose.”

*************************************************
It had been more than two months since Leah had saved them from the accident. She was still in a coma. Nobody knew when she was going to come back or if she would ever come back or not.
Hoseok had thought about her quite a lot. Every time Jimin had asked him to go with him, he had refused. Seeing her still body would be too overwhelming for him.
Today, Hoseok had got up his courage to finally visit her in the hospital. As he looked at her motionless body lying on the bed, his eyes filled with tears. At that precise moment, he had a flashback.
Leah was dancing to her favorite music that day. Hoseok had been watching her secretly. He was awed by her skill. “How smooth her moves are!” he had thought.
Before she had ended her dance, Jimin came to stand beside him. Hoseok felt uncomfortable. For some reason, he couldn’t bring himself to compliment her. Instead of encouraging her for the performance, the boys had joked and laughed at her that day.
Remembering that painful memory, Hoseok couldn’t control his tears. He let them fall. He leaned toward Leah.
“I’m sorry for not appreciating you enough.” Hoseok whispered, “You are truly a gem.”

*************************************************
Min Yoongi had been drinking a lot lately. His mind was racing. He had never felt so helpless before. The only easy way to calm his messy brain was drinking.
He was the worst among the boys. That was what Leah had once told him. He had laughed and said that he was proud about it, that it was rather a compliment.
He remembered how innocent he used to be once. How he had hated all the bullies in his elementary school. He had been scared of the world and hated everyone. But since he had friends, he started to feel more confident.
“How did this happen?” Yoongi questioned himself, “since when did I turn into such a monster?”
He knew he couldn’t undone the damage he had already caused her. He couldn’t even apologize. Seemed like God had taken away that chance from him.
He stroked the piano keys really hard. “Shit,” he swore when his hand banged on a key and it hurt.
He took the bottle beside him and drank. “Guess I’ll just have to drink away all the pain.” He thought.

*************************************************
“Shit” Taehyung had another nightmare, “shit, shit, shit.” He swore while kicking his bed sheets and throwing away his pillow.
Namjoon woke up with a start. “Taehyung,” he called, holding him firmly on his grip. Taehyung opened his eyes wide with full of terror.
“It’s just a dream.” Namjoon reassured him, “You’re alright.”
Taehyung looked confused for a while, trying to process his surroundings, his breathing heavy. As the reality kicked in, he buried his face on his hands. Then he started to sob.
Namjoon brought a glass of water and stood beside Taehyung. He didn’t know what to say. The nightmares were getting more frequent. Maybe he should suggest Taehyung to visit a psychiatrist. Maybe they all should see a psychiatrist. But he wouldn’t dare mention it now to Taehyung. Not when he was in this state.
When he calmed down, Taehyung took the glass and gulped down the water. Then he stood up and walked toward the door.
“Are you going out for fresh air?” Namjoon asked. Taehyung nodded and went out.
On his mind, he was replaying the recurring nightmares he was having since the accident. The contents of the dreams were always similar: The car hitting Leah, her motionless body, the blood coming out of her head. But the thing that terrified Taehyung the most was the blood on his own hands.
Taehyung shivered at the thought of it. It felt like a punishment he was suffering for his past actions.

*************************************************
Namjoon was worried. He worried about himself. He worried about the boys. But mostly, he worried about Leah. Given the chance, he would have gladly taken the place of Leah, saving her and the boys that night. He could have easily given his own life to save theirs.
But karma was a bitch. He knew that they deserved the suffering. They had troubled her enough. Now it was her time to rest while they endured all the pain their guilty conscience had to offer.
It was getting unbearable for Namjoon to see Taehyung waking up from yet another nightmare. Yoongi had started drinking again, the only solution he seemed to have found. Jungkook had stopped going to the school. Even though others were trying hard to act as if everything was fine, he knew deep down they were all hurting.
Namjoon had hard time accepting the situation at first too. But the more he had thought about it, the clearer it became. They had been terrible to Leah. It was only natural for a kind hearted girl like her to smack some sense into them.
Namjoon sat on his table. He took out a pen and a paper. Then, he started to write.
This song was different. He didn’t need to think hard about the rhythm and the lyrics. It was all coming naturally to him. He wrote and wrote until it was done. He was satisfied with the result. The song had everything he wanted to say to Leah. It was a perfect apology.
“If only we could ever sing to her.” Namjoon whispered to himself.

*************************************************
Jungkook hadn’t gone to school for the past two months. Jin had called his teachers to let them know that Jungkook was having a really hard time since the accident. They understood. Or at least that was what they said.
Jungkook spent most of his time on his room. He wouldn’t even come out to eat. Either of his hyungs would bring him whatever was necessary. Without necessity, he wouldn’t even talk to them.
Jungkook felt anger within himself. Some parts of it was directed toward himself. But there was another part of him who had been blaming the other boys.
He remembered the first day Leah had joined during their elementary years. She had been very friendly and kind towards all of them. But all she had ever received from everyone was laughter and teasing.
She had even helped Jungkook with his homework. She had defended him when the teacher had mistaken him for another naughty student in class. Jungkook had liked her a lot. He really wanted to be her friend.
He felt like it was a mistake, bringing her to meet his hyungs. They had teased her and laughed at her that day. Jungkook was being a coward. He couldn’t defend his friend the way she had done him. Instead he had taken his hyungs’ side and bullied her along with them.
Jungkook was angry with himself and the boys.

*************************************************
Jin had been taking care of the boys. Whether they were aware about it or not, he didn’t care. He had been doing it since the very beginning. Being the oldest, he felt like that was his fate.
He had taken Jungkook to school every day when all of them had moved on to the high school. Jungkook was the only one left in the elementary school. He had been cooking for every one with Yoongi’s help. He had never shown his struggle. He had been strong for his boys.
Even now, during this difficult time, he had kept his pain within himself. He was still trying to show his positive side so that the boys would not break down. He was doing everything he was capable of.
He remembered why the bullying had begun in the first place. Jungkook had told them about his new friend in school. He was very excited for them to meet her. But that scared Jin.
Leah, being a black girl, was being bullied by everyone. Jin feared that they would start bullying Jungkook too, once he became friend with her. Jin felt like he had to protect the youngest. It was him who gave the idea of teasing her for fun. The boys had agreed since he was the oldest. What could he do anyway? After all, he was only 14 years old back then.
But now, Jin felt the opposite. He felt like he had lead the boys into doing something terrible. He felt like he was to blame for everything they were going through. He felt like Leah would never forgive him.

Other than Jungkook, the boys were having lunch together, when Jimin’s phone rang. It was Nina. Jimin’s heart skipped a bit. “Could it be about Leah?” he thought.
Jimin received the call even though there was a grunt heard from Jin. There was a pause. He asked, “Really?” Another pause. “What do you mean?” Then after a moment he hanged up. His eyes were twinkling.
“Who was it?” Namjoon asked eagerly.
“Nina.” All the boys’ attention came to Jimin now. “Leah’s awake.” Jimin finally broke the silence.
There were sigh of reliefs from some of them while the others sat in disbelief. “No way!” Hoseok rose from his seat, “are you serious?”
Within a moment, they were all cheering to each other. Jin was already making a toast to celebrate the good news. Jimin thought, “Should I tell them about the bad one now?”
Yoongi noticed the change in Jimin’s expression, “What happened?” he asked, “is there something more?”
“Yes, actually.” Jimin said, “Leah seemed to have suffered from amnesia. She can’t recognize anyone precisely nor can she recall any past memories.”
The boys felt silent again, thinking. Finally, Namjoon had an idea, “Why don’t we use it to our advantage?”
“Huh?” was the only thing that came out of Jimin.
“Think about it this way,” Namjoon started to explain, “she would have hated us all if she could remember what we had done to her in the past. But now, we can get our redemptions that we’ve been wanting so badly these past months. Let’s work together to help her get better. We can finally be real friends.”
Namjoon’s idea sounded great. All the boys agreed. They really felt like they had been given a second chance.
“So, who’s gonna break the news to Jungkook, huh?” Taehyung asked with a smirk on his face.
Jungkook had never been this happy in his entire life, not even when he came first in every school race. In excitement he forgot about all his rage and hugged Taehyung. They both were laughing like idiots now.

*************************************************
The first thing that caught my attention as soon as I woke up was the bright yellow sunflowers. I was trying to absorb my surroundings. I realized I was lying on a hospital bed beside which was a table where the flowers were put on a vase.
A nurse came in and then everything started to happen at once. A doctor came, followed by a young girl. Questions were asked. How was I feeling? How much could I remember about the accident? Could I recall my name? Did I recognize the girl?
That was when I noticed that I couldn’t recall any precise memory. I could not remember the reason why I ended up in the hospital. All I could remember were some facts like my name and age. I could form an image of my mother in my mind but I couldn’t remember anything about her either.
I was afraid. I asked the doctor what was happening to me. The doctor didn’t give an exact answer. Rather he suggested me to take some rest and went away, along with the girl, outside.
Afterwards, I learned that I had been in coma for more than two months and had suffered an amnesia. The girl I saw earlier was my best friend, Nina. We had been friends for almost eight years. My mother and step father also came to visit me. The meetings were really awkward. I didn’t know what to say. But I recognized my mother and lied to her that I had remembered something about us so that she wouldn’t be very upset.
The group of boys came in the evening. For some reason, Nina didn’t seem to be happy about their arrival. She didn’t talk to them, but remain beside me the whole time.
One of the boys approached me with yellow roses on his hand. “Welcome back!” He smiled at me, “We’ve missed you.”
I smiled back. Though I couldn’t seem to recognize them, they had a familiar scent about them. I felt like I knew them for a long time.
They stayed with me for some time, introducing themselves one at a time. I found out the boy who brought me flowers and had been bringing them every day while I was in a coma, was named Jimin. He was the sweetest.
I felt comfortable throughout the evening. They assured me that they would help me with my school works since I had missed two months of classes. I also learned that Jungkook, a boy in my class, had also stopped going to the school since I was in a coma. I felt that we might had been really close.
At a point, we were already close enough to cut jokes. Though Nina was not joining in our conversation at first, she eventually gave in.
We were laughing at something Jin had said, when I suddenly had a flashback; there were the boys and me, laughing just like today. But for a reason, I felt like they were rather laughing at me.
Jin noticed something in my face. He carefully asked, “Are you alright, dear?” I shook my head and said that I was feeling dizzy and that I needed to rest. Nina asked the boys to leave so that I could rest. Reluctantly they left.

Note: This work is totally fictional and has nothing to do with BTS on real life. I mean no hate toward any person in particular. This plotline was requested. Though I personally hate bullies, I still believe there is hope for everyone.
Fandom: BTS Pairing: OT7 × OC (Leah) Warning: Bullies, allergy attack, OC suffering from amnesia, flashbacks etc. Genre: Fluff and Angst Summary: The boys plan to meet Leah one at a time for her to get to know them better...
Part 1 - Part 2 - Part 3 - Part 4 - Part 5 - Part 6 - Part 7 (Complete)
*************************************************
The doctor had suggested me to stay in the hospital for three more days and to take rest for the whole week even when I go home. The seven boys had made a schedule to meet me one at a time throughout the week. That sounded alright to me since I wanted to know them individually and talking in a group did not allow much opportunities.
*************************************************
Day 1: Hoseok knew the steps too…
I was lying on my hospital bed. Hoseok had been sitting next to me on a chair while humming a song that sounded familiar to me. “What is this song?” I asked.
“Tightrope by Michelle Williams” he replied, “do you remember it? It was your favorite song to do ballet on.”
“It rings a bell.” I said.
He smiled at me and said, “I can’t wait to see you do ballet again.” I smiled back. I couldn’t wait to do it too. I wanted to know the feeling of dancing again.
“Oh, don’t make that face.” Hoseok pouted.
“What face?”
“That Smile-through-the-pain face. It hurts right here.” He put his hands on the left side of his chest to indicate his heart. The cute faces he was making were enough to melt my heart away and I laughed. This time it was genuine.
“Get up.” He said, “I don’t think anyone’s coming to check on you now.”
I did as he asked me to. He turned on the song I knew so well on his phone and came toward me. He took my hands in his. Then, we started to move along the music. We danced and danced. I closed my eyes to feel every beat. Hoseok didn’t need to lead me. I already knew every step of it.
The song ended. I opened my eyes and stared into his, breathing heavily. We were standing too close to hear each other’s heart beating, fast but rhythmic.

*************************************************
Day 2: Jungkook spilled the truth...
Jungkook was complaining an awful lot about how he had missed half of the day because his hyungs had made him go to the school.
“It’s okay.” I said, “We still have enough time.”
“We have time, though,” he said in an annoyed voice, “but not enough.”
I had been pondering over the fact that Jungkook had stopped going to the school since I was in a coma. That sounded like we were very close. Hesitantly I finally asked him about it.
Jungkook’s face turned red as he shook his head slowly.
“No?” I asked, “Then why would you stop going to the school?”
“Don’t you know about the accident?” he asked in a serious voice.
What could the accident had to do with it? I was told that I was hit by a car and ended up being in a coma. But nobody gave me any details about it.
“What about it?” I asked.
“It was supposed to be us.” He said, his voice sad, “me and the boys.”
“Supposed to be?” I was confused.
Jungkook explained how they had been drunk that night. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t have ended up the way I did. Jungkook’s eyes were filling up with tears.
“Come on, Jungkookie!” I tried to cheer him up, “I must have cared for you enough to have save you like that.”
“Yes, you did.” A tear fell from his eye, “Only we didn’t do the same.”

*************************************************
Day 3: Namjoon defended the boys...
I woke up hearing a rather loud conversation in the hospital corridor. It sounded like Nina was arguing with someone. I went closer to the door and I could hear what the other parties were saying.
“I can allow some of you,” Nina was saying, “But never Jin and Yoongi. I bet they’re still planning to prank her the way they always did.”
“Nina!” It was one of the boys, but I couldn’t recognize the voice, “We’ve talked about this. I promise you, nothing’s going to happen to her. We’ve learned our lessons.”
“I don’t trust you.” Nina snapped back, “You guys are capable of anything.”
“Alright!” he sounded exhausted, “How about we talk about it later, this evening? Does that sound good?”
There was no reply from Nina. I could hear footsteps approaching my door. So, I quickly ran toward my bed, grabbed a book from the table and sat there pretending I was reading.
Namjoon opened the door and as soon as he met my eyes, his grim face broke into a smile. I smiled back at him, not knowing what to do otherwise.
“Are you done with that one?” he pointed at the book I was holding.
“Just a little bit left.” I lied, though I had already finished reading it yesterday.
“Here,” he handed me the book he bought with him, “I hope you’ll like this one.” It was ‘Me Before You’ by Jojo Moyes. I took the book and thanked him.
I didn’t want to talk to him. I was too confused about the conversation that I just overheard. Somehow, hearing Nina not being able to trust them made me question their behaviors. Why were these boys being so good to me?
To avoid Namjoon, I pretended to read my book. He seemed to have understood that I was not in a mood to talk. He patiently waited for me quietly. After an hour, when I was still not paying any attention to him, he rose up.
“I’ll get going, then. Enjoy the book while you’re still here. They’re gonna release you tomorrow. So, good luck!”

*************************************************
Day 4: Jin made a promise...
I felt really bad the whole day once Namjoon was gone. I felt bad for suspecting him. He was such a gentleman. There was no way, he would try to hurt me. I thought of taking a chance to meet the boys and get to know them by myself. I was not going to judge them just because of something I overheard.
The next day, I was released from the hospital. My mother, stepfather, Nina and Jin came to take me home. As expected, Nina was not comfortable about Jin being there. It was visible on her facial expression.
When we reached home, everyone was busy making me feel comfortable, asking me if I needed anything. I said I wanted to stay at my room if that was okay. My mother nodded.
Nina and Jin followed me to my room. It was evident that Nina was not going to let me be alone with Jin today. I did not make any complaints either.
When Jin failed to get any attention from the two of us, he announced, “Leah, do you remember that I am a great cook? Master chef actually. Just wait and see how I’m going to surprise you.” Saying that he went to the kitchen while Nina rolled her eyes.
Jin came back with two bowls of hot ramen. “Oops!” he said, “I forgot that Nina’s with us.” And then he started to giggle like an idiot which made me laugh too.
“Very funny!” Nina said in an annoyed voice. Then she bought a pair of chopstick for herself and shared the ramen with mine.
As I slurped the ramen I remembered something from the past. I had an allergic reaction from ramen in the school cafeteria. Someone had mixed MSG with my ramen.
“Was it you?” I asked Jin.
He was confused but seemed to have understood the graveness of the matter. “What is it, dear?” he asked.
“Did you ever prank me by putting MSG in my ramen?”
He was startled as if he didn’t expected me to remember that. Nina sighed but stayed silent, wanting him to explain it himself.
“I…” he hesitated, “Yeah. But I didn’t know you would have such a violent attack. It was meant to be a joke.”
“Thank you but I’m not eating that.” I pushed the bowl away from me, “Can you guys please leave? I’m tired.”
Nina nodded and walked out of my room. Jin sat there for a while, his expression unreadable. Then, he slowly walked to the door. He turned to me and said, “I’m sorry, Leah. I promise we will make it up to you.”

*************************************************
Day 5: Jimin had cuteness in his bag…
The doorbell rang. I knew it was one of the boys. I stayed in my room and heard my mother open the door. There was a few minutes of greeting. Then came a knock on my door.
“Come in” I said.
Jimin peaked his head first. “Hello!” he called with a smile. He had bought flowers again. This time it was orange tulips. He handed me those.
“Are you a florist?” I asked. In reply, Jimin just laughed.
I was still not over yesterday. I had a feeling that I had shared a somewhat bitter-sweet relationship with the boys. Nina had told me that the boys were trying their best to be better. I asked her what that meant. She just shrugged her shoulders and told me that she would let me figure it out eventually.
“Are you still mad?” Jimin asked pouting his lip. He looked too cute for me to remain mad at him.
“Jimin,” I said, “will you tell me something honestly?” Jimin sat beside me and said, “Ask away.”
“Why are you guys being so nice to me?”
“Because we care for you.” Jimin said. Before I could say anything further, he added, “I know, you might be having some doubts. But trust me, we really do.”
I felt like I could trust him. I pushed my suspicions away and said, “So tell me, what we are going to do?”
Jimin grinned, “Just wait and see what I have in my mind.”
It was true. There weren’t any fun games left that we didn’t play. Starting from painting old stuffs, we played video games, card games and board games, we even played a little hide and seek around the neighborhood. Finally at night, we watched a movie together.
Jimin really had a charm about him. It was hard not being happy around him. Unexpectedly the day went too good. Even my mother noticed that I was happy. And when I went to sleep at night, I was already missing Jimin.

*************************************************
Day 6: Taehyung made a valid point…
I waited for the next Bangtan boy to arrive. I really had fun with Jimin that I was regretting being rude with Namjoon and Jin. I told myself that these boys were probably very fun loving and made jokes without thinking about the consequences. I let Nina’s words assure me that they were trying their best to be better.
The sun had already sat when Taehyung showed up in my house. I was getting a little angry at that time.
“Why bother coming at all?” I asked him first thing once we met.
Taehyung said, “eeeh” to show me his teeth.
“What was that for?”
“I had a sudden toothache” he said, “had to see a dentist. It was really scary.” Then he started massaging his cheeks.
“Aww!” I said, “I’m so sorry, dear. Does it still hurt?” Taehyung pouted his lips and nodded.
“Since its already dark,” I continued, “wanna go sky gazing?”
“Yes! Let’s do that.”
We were lying down on our back in the backyard. There were not much stars to be seen. But staring at the empty sky was somewhat peaceful. I was thinking about how my life had turned out, how little I knew about myself and others. It was really overwhelming.
“I’m scared for the first time since I woke up.” I said to Taehyung.
Taehyung looked at me and asked, “Why are you scared of me?”
“I’m not scared of you, silly!” I chuckled, “I’m just scared about the fact that I’m all empty inside.”
“You’re not.” Taehyung’s voice suddenly sounded very serious, “You’re still the same you. It’s just the memories that’s gone.”
“But aren’t memories what make us who we are?” I asked, turning to face him.
“I don’t know. But hey! We can always make new memories.” Taehyung tried to cheer me up, “Why don’t you take it as a fresh start; a new chapter of your life?”
“A new chapter” I whispered, “at least I’m glad I have you guys.”

*************************************************
Day 7: Yoongi showed his humorous side…
“I can’t believe it’s raining at this time of the season.” Yoongi said. He was a little grumpy today. He had planned to surprise me by taking me to see the local basketball match. But due to bad weather and the fact that the match was to be played in the open, it was cancelled.
“It’s alright, Yoongi!” I put my hand on his shoulder, “take me there some other time. You should be happy that it’s raining or else Nina would have showed up.”
Yoongi gave a fake smile, “Oh yeah! Thank God that Nina is not here today.”
Since we couldn’t find anything interesting to do, we tried to solve an extremely hard puzzle, which exhausted us both. We couldn’t even find any interesting topic to talk about. We were getting bored at a point when Yoongi suggested to make a bucket list each for the next 10 years to come.
I said, “Tae told me last night that it was a new chapter of my life. Making a bucket list sound like a good place to start.”
“So without further ado, let’s get started.” Yoongi bought two pieces of papers and pens for us and we both started to write whatever came to our minds.
“Number one: Go see the Egyptian Pyramid.” I said aloud while writing.
“Number one for me would be going to the city, Barcelona” Yoongi wrote.
So we kept writing. What food we wanted to taste? What classics we wanted to read? How many pets we wanted to own? What our future home would be like? Etc. etc.
“Number 27” I said, “Experience a burning and passionate love.”
Yoongi paused to think his number 27. Then with a smirk, he said, “Help you experience a burning and passionate love.”
We both broke out into laughter. It was rather hilarious hearing a grumpy boy like Yoongi saying something so silly.

Part 1 - Part 2 - Part 3 - Part 4 - Part 5 - Part 6 - Part 7 (Complete)
*************************************************
It had been some months. I was getting used to the new life without my old memories. I still had some flashbacks. But most of them were confusing and I couldn’t make any sense out of them. So, avoiding them were better. So far, everything seemed to be okay.
I was showered with love and affection from my family. My step father would bring me chocolates, ice creams and other snacks every day when he returned from the office. My mother would often ask me what I wished for dinner.
But the boys were a little too extra. They had been pampering me with flowers, gifts and attention. It was cute but embarrassing at the same time. I would put a few words on their behaviors.
Jungkook would not let me sit with Nina in the class. He would always save a seat for me beside him and Nina had to sit behind us. He would follow us everywhere from the cafeteria to the playground. Slowly Nina started to like him too and now we were kind of a golden trio of our class.
After school I had dance classes at evening where I would meet Hoseok and Jimin regularly. They would come to watch me perform whenever they were free. As I was always late to leave they would wait for me after their practices were over and walk me to my house every day.
Jin would frequently send me special foods that he cooked with his master-chef quality. I would sometimes go over to their house with Nina for dinner. He would also teach me how to cook different items. But cooking with Jin mostly ended up with both of us being frustrated; him, for not being able to teach me and me, for being too clumsy to do it.
Namjoon would lend me his favorite books. We would often sit together and read. Those times we wouldn’t really talk much, but being around him was somehow comforting.
Whenever I was looking forward to having some fun, I would always go to Taehyung. On the contrary, whenever I was feeling down and didn’t want anyone being too loud, Yoongi would be my comfort zone.
Somehow, the boys had grown on me by the time. Now I felt like I wouldn’t be able to be apart from them at any cost. I knew, I would gladly sacrifice myself to save them again just like I did before.

*************************************************
I was aware about the fact that some of the students didn’t like me and they talked behind my back. Nina had suggested me to avoid them and so I did.
But one thing didn’t go unnoticed. Almost everyone would call me and the Bangtan Boys ‘Snow White and the seven dwarfs’. I knew they were probably teasing me because the boys were giving me a lot of attention than needed. But one day I heard a group discussing the matter. “Think about the irony,” one of them said, “a black girl being the Snow White.” Then they started to giggle.
I wouldn’t say that I didn’t care at all because I actually did. By the end of the day, I would sometimes cry myself to sleep thinking about how mean they were toward me.
I told Yoongi about the matter. He remained silent for some time. At last, he said, “They don’t really know you. Don’t let them put you down.”
There was something which was confusing me. And that was the fact that whenever Jungkook tried to defend me they would say stuff like, “Since when are you taking her side?” Jungkook would go red in the face and won’t say anything else.
Jin always gave me a ride home from school since he was in charge of taking Jungkook back home. So, Jungkook and I would always wait for him to arrive. On such an occasion, one day, one boy from our class approached us and started to cut jokes about how I was such a drama queen and that I was just pretending to have an amnesia to get special treatment from the boys. When Jin came to rescue us, the boy asked him, “Are you guys worshipping her as a superhero now?”
That made Jin really angry and he started to scream at the boy. He warned him not to do the same mistake again. Otherwise he would have to say goodbye to his dear legs. That scared the boy off.
I was trying to put the pieces together. Everything seemed to point to the fact that the Bangtan Boys used to be one of them. They had also made fun of me before the accident. But it was hard for me to imagine that. These boys were too kind to me. How could I believe that they were also capable of such cruelty?
I decided I would ask Nina. I had to know the truth. THE WHOLE TRUTH...

*************************************************
I sat motionless on my bed, tears rolling down my cheeks. I couldn’t believe what I had learned from Nina earlier today.
I practically begged Nina to tell me exactly what kind of relationship I was in with the boys before my accident. She told me that the truth might hurt me. But I was determined to know it anyway. And so she told me everything.
I was being bullied by the entire school. When Nina joined, it was reduced a little though not wholly. By the time, people got bored as I kept avoiding them. But the Bangtan Boys had been especially mean toward me and their teasing never stopped until the accident. They had been regretting their acts since then.
Nina told me, “I personally hated them too. But I think they have really changed a lot. That’s why I kept the truth away from you thinking they might deserve a chance.”
I didn’t say anything further to Nina about the matter. I came back home. I couldn’t sleep as I kept thinking about the boys all night. Then, it suddenly clicked. All the memories seemed to be poured down to my brain all at once.
I sat up on my bed, my eyes closed. The last thing I remembered was the scene of the accident.

Red Hope! - Part 7 (Final)

Specially requested by @lelewright1234. Hope you enjoy!

Part 1 - Part 2 - Part 3 - Part 4 - Part 5 - Part 6 - Part 7 (Complete)
*************************************************
I confessed to my mother about getting back most of my past memories. Some of them were still blurry. But I was remembering everything eventually. I told mother I wanted to take a break from school for the day. I was still not prepared to face Jungkook or any of them.
After the school was over, both Jin and Jungkook stopped by my house. My mother told them how overwhelmed I felt as my memories came back and that I didn’t want to meet anyone just then.
I had been getting calls after calls from the boys. Some of them even texted me, asking if what my mother said were true. I neither picked up the calls nor replied to them. I had decided it was better to avoid them. I didn’t need any fake friends in my life. Nina was enough.
But I knew, deep inside, I was hurting. It pained me to even think about not talking to the boys anymore. All I knew for the past few months were the boys. They had been in everything I was doing. Without them, I wouldn’t even be able to recover as fast as I did.
I stayed in my room the whole day and cried. I felt like I was broken into pieces and I would never be able to put them together. Every beautiful experience I had with the boys felt like a lie.
Since Taehyung kept calling me non-stop, I thought it would be better to let them know how I felt about them now.
*************************************************
Taehyung: Finally you’ve answered. What happened, Leah? Are you okay?
Leah: I’ll get straight to the point, Taehyung. It’s true that I’ve got my memories back.
*A pause*
Taehyung: So, you remember everything?
Leah: Everything.
Taehyung: Are you mad at us?
Leah: What do you think, Taehyung? Should I?
Taehyung: Listen, Leah. We’re all really sorry for everything, okay?
Leah: Stop it! I don’t need your apologies. I just want you to convey the message to the rest of the boys. I don’t want you guys near me anymore. Our so called friendship ends here.

*************************************************
The next day in school, I sat with Nina avoiding Jungkook. But he came to sit behind us and started to say how sorry he was for his past actions and that he deeply regretted them now and other stuffs like that.
I said, “You have apologized and I took it. But I still don’t want to talk to you anymore.”
Jungkook still followed me to the cafeteria at lunch break. I was really annoyed at the way he was acting. “Could you please stop following me?” I almost shouted at his face.
“Please, Leah…”Jungkook tried to say something more when I turned to go. Then, he grabbed my hand.
I looked him dead in the eyes and said boldly, “This is the last time I’m going to tell you this, leave me alone.”
Instead of letting go of my hand, Jungkook took a step toward me. That was when I slapped him, really hard on his face. As soon as I did, I regretted it. Some of the students were staring at us by then.
“Leah,” Jungkook’s voice trembled as he looked at me in disbelieve, “You hate me so much, don’t you?”

*************************************************
Jimin had texted me to meet him even if it was the last time I did. I was very upset about the whole school affair. To ease my unsettling brain, I thought it would be better to talk it out.
As I waited for Jimin in the nearby park, I kept replaying in my mind how Jungkook had looked at me after I had hit him. I knew I would never forget that look.
I saw Jimin approaching me from a distance. He brought flowers for me again. He came to me and smiled. Even with the smile on his face, he still looked sad. It was hard to be mad at Jimin. I took the purple flowers from his hand.
“I know how you’re feeling, Leah.” he said and it sounded like he really did.
I started to cry, “Why did you have to be so cruel to me?”
“We’re really sorry, Leah.” Jimin’s voice broke as he struggled to say the right words. “We were stupid. Trust me, if only we knew just how much you would mean to us, we would have never done that.”
“You said you care for me!”
“And we do.” Jimin stepped forward and hugged me. There was a feeling of comfort in his arms. I buried my face on his chest as he gently stroked my hair. “Just trust us this one time and we wouldn’t let you down.”
I nodded. There was no way I could stay away from them. They had become a part of me. As much as I hated to admit it, I knew I loved them.

*************************************************
The boys had arranged a special dinner for me. The reason was obviously to apologize to me officially. I called Nina to ask if she was coming. She said that the dinner was meant for me and she’d better not intrude.
I was having mixed feelings toward the dinner. I kept worrying whether I had made the right decision or not. I felt like I really didn’t have any choice. I loved the boys too much to break off the friendship that was so precious to me.
Even if I could now remember everything, most part of my life I had felt empty. These past few months I had spent with the boys were the most exciting part of my life. No matter how terrible they had been to me before the accident, they had been double nice to me afterwards.
I had put on my best dress to go to the dinner party. When my mother saw me, she literally gasped and said that I looked so pretty. Before I got out of the house, she told me that she was glad that I had finally found the friends I deserved and that she had never seen me so happy before.
Jin came to pick me up since I still didn’t have the driving license. He was awestricken when he saw me. “Leah,” he said, “you look beautiful.” Then immediately he added, “even though that’s nothing compared to me.” I punched him in the arm and got in to the car.
Once I got down from the car, I ran straight to Jungkook and hugged him. "I'm really sorry, Kookie. I didn't mean to hurt you." I said after releasing him from my arms.
Jungkook shook his head and said, "No, Leah. It should be me apologizing to you instead. I AM SORRY!"
"Can we please skip this part?" Yoongi poked his head in between us and gave me his huge gummy smile, melting me right at the spot.
As soon as the other boys saw me they started to shower me with compliments. None of them could deny the fact that I looked beautiful in that dress. I was blushing really hard and told them to stop it.
After some times of talking and fooling around just like the old times, I almost forgot about all the worries I had earlier. Hoseok stood up and declared, "It is now time for the special performance that we've arranged for our precious friend, Leah."
The boys arranged their position to sit facing me. Namjoon said, "This is the song I wrote just for you when you were in the coma."
Then, they started to sing, one by one. It was so beautiful. The music was really soothing. It calmed me right away. And what could I say about the lyrics. It was so heart-warming.
They had admitted their fault of not being good friends to me. They had failed to realize my worth. They had regretted their actions once I was gone. There was nothing in this world that they could ask for other than my forgiveness and the promise of our friendship.
They said those words in the most poetic way and it made me tear up. Once the song was over I hugged them all, one by one. I said that I was so lucky to have them in my life, that I had already forgiven them and that I wished to continue our friendship till death.
We sat at the dinner table and made a toast to our friendship. We ate and drank till our stomachs could no longer take it anymore.
Then, the disco lights were turned on and we danced to the loud music. It was the best night I had spent in my entire life.
Being exhausted, I went to sit beside Jin, who had already given up dancing at that point. We laughed at the other boys doing stupid dance moves.
I rested my head on Jin’s shoulder. "See," Jin said, "I promised, we'd make it up to you, didn't I?"

The Bangtan Gal Chapter 93- Our First Time

Summary: Jennie celebrates her birthday in Japan and Jungkook makes it a memorable one.
Genre: Jungkook fluff! And smut! (A for effort on the smut! I'm sorry if you're a bit disappointed with the smut writing but I'll continue to get better. Practice makes perfect!)
Words: 15,000+
Author's Note: It's been a while! I missed writing this story, I'm happy to be back at it. I missed you all dearly! I have been overthinking the HECK out of this chapter. Like ideas kept coming but then I was worried cause it was like ah...is this too much or not that realistic? I had a vision but I kept going back and forth regarding realism and contemplated deleting stuff but then I wanted to keep it. So, I hope you enjoy this and it was worth the wait. I wanted to make it romantic, fluffy, intimate, and a bit vulnerable in a way. I mean this is a critical point in their relationship and I didn't want to screw it up.
I just feel like these two will be comfortable with each other and certain about their love. Everyone especially black women should be loved on and cherished by their significant other and I thought a lot about how Jungkook would feel in this moment with Jennie in the story after pinning for her for so long.
I'd say Summer Walker's Nobody Else and Best Part by Daniel Caesar & H.E.R is super relatable to JenKook. Loveeee these song so much. Both are so beautiful and always get me in my feelings.
Also: context on Booker T and his Spinaroonie which will be mentioned in the story. Black wrestlers mean a lot to me and he has been a huge part of my childhood.
Soon after chilling for a bit, and celebrating my birthday on May 10th, I will be working on my wrestling story next to update that and then I will be back writing the next chapters for Bangtan Gal. There will be two chapters updated for this one, the Muster chapter which will have Jin and Jennie's wrestling match, and then the next story chapter :)
So, bear with me for the slow updates. It may take a bit but I will try my best to not take forever. Again, thanks for sticking with me and I hope this was ok. Lemme know what you think! Until next time!!

A loud sigh escaped Jennie's lips as she sat down in the middle of a wrestling ring. Here she was alone at Big Hit, in one of their rooms which had a standard sized wrestling ring for her and Jin to practice for their next match. Lately, it had been used as a private room for Bangtan's Oldest and Youngest members and held a lot of gym equipment as well.
For a while now, Big Hit proposed for Jennie and Jin to get professional wrestling lessons. Jin stuck with learning the basics but Jennie wanted to learn more and asked for extra lessons as wrestling had started to become a new hobby for her. Despite the soreness and occasional bruising she'd endure while training, wrestling was fun and stress relieving. Their professional lessons were a few days a week as they learned the basics and prepared for their choreographed match to make sure things went well. Juggling dance practice, recording music, events, and wrestling lessons took a while to adjust but the two members remained dedicated and wanted to put on a great video for ARMY when it was time to record their match.
Big Hit wanted to ensure their safety as well and thought professional wrestling lessons would help. Because at the end of the day, Jin and Jennie were still idols and the last thing the company needed was two of their artists injured off of wrestling. And Jennie knows from watching WWE that those wrestling injuries are no joke. She was grateful every day for not suffering a serious injury and hoped to keep it that way.
Since her hair was dyed red, Jennie wanted to portray WWE's Lita for their next match while Jin was still researching which wrestler to portray. Since the matches are predetermined, Big Hit wanted Jin to win which made sense to Jennie and she was all for it. For the past week, Jin and Jennie would go over what they wanted to do for the match and their trainers were extremely helpful in making their vision come to life while assisting in producing the match.
With it being evening time and everyone had left for the day, Jennie stayed behind to practice while wearing some shorts, knee pads, and a tank top. She wanted to get a few moves down and hoped to perform them better as she kept jumping off the top rope safely onto a padded mat to pretend it was her opponent.
After drinking water, she stood on her feet and stretched.
"There you are!" Jungkook's bright voice filled her ears as she turned around and smiled.
"Hey! Sorry, Jungkook, I should have texted you. I wasn't ready to go, yet. I wanted to train a little bit more,"
"It's all good, honey. What are you working on?" he strolled over to the ring and went in, wearing a hoodie with the hood over his head and sweatpants.
"My moonsault. You know the move where you backflip off the top rope and onto your opponent lying on the mat?"
"Yeah! I know the move," he reached out for her and wrapped his arms around her waist.
"I'm sweaty," she giggled and tried to pull away but he wouldn't budge.
"I don't care,"
He smiled and leaned down to give her multiple kisses on her lips which she immediately returned, smiling into the kisses.
"Show me what you got with the moonsault. I can help you," he said while she looked at him in surprise as they pulled away.
Jungkook even learned a bit of wrestling just in case he wanted to participate in future matches. He was still trying to convince the rest of the members to join but so far no luck. But hopefully one day.
"A-are you sure? I should practice more on the big mat first," she said with a hint of nervousness.
"I'm the Golden Maknae, I got this," he flashed a big grin. "Where do you want me, Jagi?"
"O-okay. Um, let me move the mat and you can take its place," she pulled the mat to the other side of the ring while Jungkook got on his back.
"All set! Let me know when you're ready, Jennie,"
Nervousness continued to overwhelm her as she replied, "Kookie, are you sure this is a good idea? I don't think I'm ready to perform it on someone just yet,"
"You never know unless you try! Come at me. Let me see what you got,"
"Fine, fine. Stay still," she got up the top rope, trying to remember everything she could for the move. "Three...two...one...go!"
She backflipped off the top rope gracefully and landed right on him. However, a loud groan escaped his lips as her knees landed on his stomach instead of her torso, which made her freak out.
"Ah! Oh my God! Are you okay!? Why am I such a klutz!?" she got off of him to see him clenching his stomach with his face twisted in discomfort.
Oh, this was so bad. She knew she shouldn't have decided to practice on him. All that training went out the window as she saw her man in pain.
She cupped his face while he continued to clench his stomach. "Kookie, I'm sorry! Are you okay!?"
"Yeah..." he grunted, '"We'll work on it,"
"I am SO sorry!" she exclaimed after releasing him. "I did so much better, earlier! I promise, I did! I just miscalculated! I can do it, better! But I'm not quite ready to do the move on someone! Ah...why did I agree to this!? My knees were on your stomach! God, I know that had to hurt. And I got my knee pads on, too? Sheesh!"
As he watched her ramble, Jungkook couldn't help but laugh and stopped clenching his stomach, sitting up.
"You're cute when you freak out like this," he giggled.
"You're not hurt!?" she exclaimed.
"I am a little. My stomach hurts but I was exaggerating the pain. It doesn't hurt that bad,"
"I-you idiot! Don't do that!" she smacked his arm, making him laugh again. "You had me thinking I injured you! I was about to freak out and cry to Bang PD!"
"Wow, you were going to do that? I should have kept up the act,"
"Shut up!" she giggled as they both stood up. "You're a piece of work, you know that?"
"So, I've been told," he smiled and placed a warm hand on her cheek, brushing his thumb against it. "You did good, babe. You just gotta work more on the delivery of your moonsault. I say Jin stands no chance against you in the high flying department,"
"Thank you. I'll keep practicing on the mat, for now," she kissed his cheek and placed the mat where it was before.
"How are you and hyung coming along with the match?" he asked as he stood across in a corner, leaning against the top turnbuckle with his arms crossed.
"It's going so well! Jin still gotta figure out who he wants to be. I gave him some suggestions, so he's researching to get one of their personas down. And once he does choose the wrestler, then the trainers can try to teach him some of their moves to add to the match. I lowkey want him to be Booker T from WWE. I told him earlier as a suggestion and he said he'll think about it. But yo, if he chooses him that would make my day. To watch Jin do the spin-a-roonie though...that will have me crying," she laughed at the idea with Jungkook.
"Can you dig it, SUCKA~!" Jungkook said Booker T's wrestling catchphrase in English with Jennie as the two laughed again.
"Yeah, hyung would be so extra with his persona. I can't wait to see who he decides to be. And I'm looking forward to being front row to watch it this time instead of on video,"
"Haha, you're in for a treat. Man, all this makes me want to go to a WWE event one of these days. If we're back in America and they're doing a show close to where we are, I want to go!"
"I hope so too, so you can go. I'll come with you,"
"It's a date!"
"Speaking of dates, we still need to go to a rock concert together like you wanted,"
"Yeah! I gotta research that too whenever we are free. I have no idea who will be on tour but no matter what we have to do GA! And we must crowd surf! It's gonna be fun, I promise!"
The lovers could see the date now. She was on top of his shoulders, singing the lyrics to whatever song was playing from one of her favorite bands while he vibed and smiled at her having the time of her life. It needed to happen soon.
As she continued to practice her wrestling, Jungkook's eyes began to roam down her body, as he pondered about his self control. Her dark skin glistened in the lighting of the room from the sweat of her workout and her hair was in a messy bun. Every day the want for her increased and her birthday couldn't come fast enough with the way his body reacted to her. He wondered if she felt the same.
As her birthday drew near, Jungkook's anticipation and nervousness kicked in tenfold. It was a huge step and he hoped everything would go well and he could make her feel how wanted and loved she is.
"Did you hear me?"
"Do what?" Jungkook snapped out of his trance and looked into her eyes.
"I asked, since you're here do you want to train with me, too?" she repeated.
"Yeah, why not. I could use a workout before we go back," he took off his hoodie to show his tank top, revealing his muscular arms as her eyes eagerly checked them out.
Now this was a little dangerous. Jennie was already trying to keep herself in check to not let her dirty thoughts get to her. Shaking the thoughts away, the two trained back and forth, practicing moves. She was grateful for it and it was nice to have a partner to assist. But as time went on, she began losing focus because, in the back of her mind, her desire to be intimate with her man had gotten stronger, these days. But maybe...just maybe...
Jungkook currently had his arms around her from behind in a waist lock while she struggled to get out of it. With him breathing down her neck and his firm arms holding her, she seemed to have completely lost focus.
Abruptly, she pushed back against him to grind, making him sharply inhale.
"You know that should be a disqualification," he said in her ear as his hands began to roam down her body.
"Hm, well, there is no referee in sight. So, what now?" she turned in his arms.
Before he could reply, she pulled him by his shirt to smooch him as he groaned softly against her mouth. Their kissing became needy and his hands traveled down to her ass, squeezing it. She gasped at the sudden action which led him to slide his tongue into her mouth and lift her up as she wrapped her legs around him. As he proceeded to walk forward to press her up against a corner, Jennie cupped his face and held onto him.
She wanted him so badly. She was ready and felt herself getting aroused that she didn't even care where it was as long as it was with him. With Jungkook, as much as he wanted to touch her and lose control, he didn't want it to be abrupt like this. With every last restraint, he set her down and reluctantly pulled away, running a hand through his messy hair.
"Did I do something wrong?" she asked, catching her breath from their passionate kissing.
"No, of course not. I want this and I want you. Believe me when I say I've been wanting to touch you and make you feel amazing for a long time, now. But you deserve a bed, Jennie,"
Her heart fluttered at how serious he sounded about that.
He stepped forward and placed his hands on the top rope, connected to the top turnbuckle, trapping her in the corner. "And I want to take my time and kiss every inch of you...and I want to hear you say my name again when I make you feel things no one else can because you're mine...but not now. Not here. It'll be on a bed. And soon. I promise,"
"You say that and expect me not to pounce on you? You're giving me images that I want to become a reality, now,"
"You do the same to me,"
"And I was only going to ask for you to come to my studio. I mean...there is a couch,"
He chuckled at the suggestive thought. "And a bed for your first is even more inviting,"
"Touché,"
"Wait a little longer for it, okay?"
She smiled and nodded. "Okay. I know it'll be worth the wait,"
He returned her smile and leaned back in to kiss her passionately, not ready to let her go just yet. However, their making out was cut short when they failed to realize the door opening. A loud clearing of someone's throat was heard, making the couple quickly back away and turn to who was there.
Of all people...it was Bang PD.
'This would be my luck...' Jennie thought to herself as she bowed with Jungkook apologetically.
She was mortified while Jungkook blushed out of embarrassment.
Jennie thought everyone left but then she realized she had forgotten Bang PD had told her he would also stay late to finish up some work. He must have come by to say goodbye to her since he was done.
"Jennie..." Bang PD let out a sigh, shaking his head as he looked at the couple.
These kids...boy was he amused at the scene.
"Y-yes, sir?" she answered, flustered.
"When you told me you would be staying late to practice, I didn't mean making out in the ring with Jungkook. You two should be working," he replied with his arms crossed.
He scolded them for not focusing on training and then laughed about it in the end, wishing them a good night and to next time focus on work. After he left, Jennie and Jungkook glanced at each other and ended up laughing at the embarrassment.
"Oh my God...I can't believe that just happened," she got out of the ring with him. "We are NEVER telling the boys about this. This is going to the grave,"
"I second that. Do you think he's going to mention this to anyone?" he feared.
"Oh, fuck outta here, I hope not!"
----------
"I cannot believe this..." Jennie grumbled with her arms crossed as she sat in the van with the members, on their way to the airport.
She had her fair share of goofy moments but this right here was currently number one. The boys were struggling not to laugh as they snuck glances at her wearing a large Pikachu Onesie. The reason? Losing a bet with Jungkook on who could beat who in Smash Bros, last night. She tried her hardest but he prevailed in a best out of 5.
"You look adorable," Jungkook giggled.
"Be quiet," she snapped at him in a playful tone, earning another giggle from him. "I can't believe I have to walk out in public with this on. Why? You know Dispatch is going to be there taking photos."
"You did bring it on yourself. You should have beat him in the game," Yoongi chuckled.
"Wow." she shook her head. "I am loving the support, right now,"
Bangtan had some fan events in Japan just before their 3rd Muster in Seoul and were headed to the airport to get on their flight. Once they arrived at the airport, fans and reporters were already there to take videos and photos. Jennie watched as the members and staff made their way out of the vehicle as she tried to mentally prepare herself to be seen with the onesie.
About to get out of the car, Jin turned back to her and chuckled. "Are you coming?"
Seated next to him by the window, she groaned. "Yes..."
With a smile, Jin helped her out of the car and surprised sounds from the crowd were heard when they saw her in the onesie, along with giggling and various comments on how cute she looked. Being a good sport, Jennie grinned and waved at the cameras, walking inside the airport with everyone else.
She laughed, forgetting about the embarrassment, and began to pose, with the members. Miss Bangtan even started playing the part of Pikachu, while reporters ate it up. After photos, the group started going to the destination of where their flight was as the large group of fans and reporters followed them.
"Jennie-ah, why are you wearing a Pikachu onesie?" she heard a fan ask who was recording her with their phone.
"I lost a video game bet against Jungkook," she grinned sheepishly, earning giggles in response.
Safe to say, her look went viral and became an instant classic BTS moment for ARMY as they tweeted their thoughts:
'Look at Jen-kachu!'
'The fact that she agreed to this lmfaooo.'
'Jungkook was the cause of this!? LOL the Golden Duo never has a dull moment!'
'Wait I thought this was photoshopped! WHAT!?'
'Jennie blessing us with her cuteness!'
'I deadass thought it was a joke but Jennie is actually at the airport as Pikachu!'
'Hahahaha not Jennie getting caught in the mix of losing bets!'
'I LOVE cute Jennie! This made my day!'
--------
Because of her birthday, the staff treated Jennie to have her own suite in the hotel BTS stayed while the rest of the members roomed with each other. The room was huge as it even held a kitchen, which Jungkook was currently using to his advantage while Jennie was out eating with the Hyung Line for her birthday. Jungkook's birthday plans for Jennie were in motion as he and the rest of the Maknae Line decorated her suite with balloons and other birthday accessories.
"She is going to freak!" Jimin beamed.
"Yeah, this looks like it's going to be her best birthday, yet! You gotta tell us her reaction when she sees the room," Taehyung added.
Jungkook grinned as he decorated. "I will! You two okay continuing to decorate? I want to start the cake,"
"Yeah, go ahead! I still can't believe you're going to bake for her. This is adorable," Jimin giggled.
Jungkook wanted to go all out for her birthday and thought of baking for her. She always baked for him and the rest of the boys. It would be sweet to have her receive a cake that was made from the heart. The Golden Maknae researched some good birthday cake recipes and chose to bake a small red velvet cake for her.
He whipped out all the ingredients he purchased the night before and placed them all on the counter to begin while the oven was preheating. Getting right to work, Jungkook was diligent in making sure he followed the directions and mixed the ingredients while checking to see if the measurements were fine.
"Do you know what you're doing?" Taehyung teased while walking over to him, trying to throw him off as he mixed everything in the bowl.
"Go away!" Jungkook playfully shouted at him, turning away.
"You sure you don't need help?" Jimin added to the teasing.
"No!" Jungkook exclaimed. "You two just continue decorating and stop messing with me,"
However, Jimin and Taehyung decided to continue messing with him by playfully hitting him and throwing some decorations his way, which resulted in Jungkook setting the nicely mixed bowl down and running around the suite to chase them. It didn't take too long for him to beat them up before going back to working on the cake. Once in the oven, Jungkook put a timer on his phone and continued to decorate with the guys.
"What do you plan to do with Ennie when she returns?" Taehyung asked.
The question caused Jungkook to smile to himself as his heart leaped. To spend the day with the girl he had fallen for and was proud to call his girlfriend was something he'll cherish forever. He wanted everything to be perfect because she deserved the world. For her birthday, Jungkook convinced his hyungs to let him and Jennie have the entire day together. He was happy they all agreed and that he'd have some sweet alone time with her. He thought long and hard about how he wanted to spend the day and hoped she loved what he had planned.
"I have it all planned out but don't want to jinx myself and give it away. I just hope to make it as special as possible," Jungkook answered with joy.
"No matter what you do, she'll love it. I mean it's Ennie. She appreciates everything we do for her,"
"And we're happy to see you be the best boyfriend for her. Our ship is still sailing strong, isn't it Tae?" Jimin praised.
"Indeed!" Taehyung high fived him with enthusiasm.
Jungkook chuckled and blushed at the kind words. "I sometimes still can't believe she's mine. I'm really happy I told her my feelings, that day,"
"Us too, Jungkookie," Jimin patted his back.
After Jimin and Taehyung left, Jungkook went to where the bedroom was to start decorating it. She had told him she was ready and he hoped that tonight would be special for the both of them for that first time. To take that next step in the relationship.
Later, his phone began to buzz and he took it out of his pocket to see a text from Jin.
Jin: We're back at the hotel! Meet us in the lobby.
JK: On my way!
--------
To Jennie, she was with the rest of Bangtan and patiently waited for Jungkook. Her tummy was full from the delicious breakfast and she had a big smile on her face. Her birthday had been filled with great vibes so far and she couldn't wait to see what else was planned today.
"Jennie~!" Jimin ran up to her with Taehyung to embrace her. "Happy birthday!"
She giggled and returned the hug enthusiastically. "Thank you~! I feel so loved! First, it was the breakfast, and now the hugs from you and Taehyung!"
"I'm glad you're enjoying your day so far. It's only going to get better,"
"Ooh? More surprises? I wonder what's next. That breakfast hit the spot. Japan has some amazing food,"
As they all chatted, Jungkook finally came down on the elevator to see Jennie chatting with the guys. Sensing his presence, she turned and grinned.
"Kookie!" she waved as he strolled over to her.
"Happy birthday!" he grinned and embraced her tightly, spinning her around as he lifted her in his arms.
"Thank you!"
"We'll leave you two, to it," Namjoon smiled and began walking to the elevator.
"Yes and please just stay safe. And no, I will not blow up your phones to get updates. I promise," Jin chuckled and waved, following Namjoon.
"Have fun, today! We'll see you, eventually," Jimin giggled and left with the rest of the members.
"Oh? They're all leaving? Even Jin? What a surprise," she said in wonder. "So, it's just us?"
"Yeah, you're with me for the rest of the day," Jungkook proudly said.
"What?! Oh, that's perfect! How'd you get them to agree? Especially Jin?"
"I am the Golden Maknae," he grinned.
"You always say that shit, give me the details! I want a proper answer," she playfully hit him.
"Haha, I told them I'd treat them to Korean beef when we return to Seoul. So, they were fine with that. They eagerly agreed once I mentioned food,"
"I like that. So, where to?"
"You'll see. Let's go,"
As they were en route to their destination, Jennie continued to scroll on Twitter to see the sweet messages from fans for her birthday. And then she smiled when ARMY began to notice that Nike and a Nike PR followed her Instagram. She was excited to announce her being sponsored by Nike and was just waiting for the OK.
As soon as they made it to the destination, Jennie looked around in awe.
They were at Universal!
"Universal Japan!? Oh, hell yes! We about to have a TIME, today!" she cheered and put a black mask on with him as Jungkook laughed at her enthusiasm, agreeing.
After they checked in, they walked inside the park while Jennie looked around, amazed. She always wanted to check out amusement parks in other countries. She can check this off her bucket list.
"Follow me," he said as she walked closely with him.
"Oh, wait! I wanna take a photo with Hello Kitty!" she pointed out the mascot taking photos with the children.
Jen waited patiently for her turn, smiling under her mask at the adorable kids. Then, she kept her mask on and posed with the peace sign while Jungkook snapped the photo. She'll be sure to tweet it on Twitter, later.
Walking inside one of the stores, the large variety of headbands caught her attention.
"Soooo many options! Look at all these headbands," she looked through them.
After looking around, the two decided to get matching headbands. Once they put them on, they took cute selfies together and even some silly ones. As they walked further into the park at Universal Japan, Jennie began to hear the Harry Potter theme song, taking her by surprise.
"Wait a damn minute...are we-are we going to Harry Potter World!?" she exclaimed. Once she turned to Jungkook and saw him nod happily, she jumped and squealed excitedly. "What!? Oh my gosh! Wait, you took the test!?"
"I did. I'm a Ravenclaw,"
"Ahhhh! It suits you! So much to do! Okay! We gotta get wands! We gotta do the whole thing. We gotta go on the rides, we gotta get butterbeer, get the outfits, everything! You ready?" she giggled excitedly as he smiled, thinking it was the cutest thing.
"Lead the way,"
"That's what I'm talking about!" she grabbed his hand as they wandered around.
Jungkook had brought a camera with him and had been filming her since their arrival. Smiling as he filmed, he observed as she looked around the area, geeking out. This was so going towards a future GCF for their relationship reveal.
"Ah~! It's just like the movies! I feel like I'm actually in the movies!" she beamed.
After picking up their wands and robes, they check out Three Broomsticks to eat lunch.
"Here we go! Butterbeer! Let's see..." Jennie checked out the options they had.
"Should we get cold or hot butterbeer?" Jungkook pondered.
"Let's get both and try it together,"
After ordering food and two cold and two hot butterbeer beverages, the couple sat together and ate while discussing how much fun they were having so far.
"Okay, the moment of truth. You filming?" she grinned as she watched him with his camera.
"Yes, milady,"
"Okay! Let's see if butterbeer tastes as good as everyone says! I'm going to try the cold one first," she presented the cup and began to take a big sip.
"And the results are...?" he asked with anticipation.
"This SLAPS!" she praised and took another sip, enjoying the delicious taste and cream on top.
After watching her praising the cold drink, Jungkook filmed himself trying the drink and nodded in approval, enjoying it as well. Turning the camera back to her to film, she presented the hot butterbeer next.
"Okay! Now for the hot one!" she announced and began to take a careful sip. "Oh, I like this, too. Very rich taste. And I feel all warm and cozy. It's warming me up nicely,"
Jungkook filmed himself trying the hot one and enjoyed the taste as well but not as much as the cold one.
"It's good. But I like the cold one, more," he said, still enjoying the hot drink as he took more sips.
"It's hard to choose. I like the hot version just a little bit more. Both are amazing. Well, butterbeer is worth the hype. I'm glad we finally tried it!"
The rest of the day was spent all over Harry Potter world, enjoying the rides and shopping in the stores. They even got to check out some other areas of Universal while taking lots of photos. After a fun filled day, the couple began to leave the park and Jungkook gave her his jacket to wear so she wouldn't be too cold.
"Enjoyed yourself?" He asked.
Enjoying the warmth of his jacket while holding his hand, she said, "One of the best birthdays ever! We gotta go back again, soon. Thanks for today. I had an amazing time,"
"I'm glad you did. Now, onto your next surprise,"
"Wait, there's more?"
-------
Making it back to the hotel, Jungkook guided Jennie back to her room, having her close her eyes as she walked in.
"And...open," he smiled after closing the door behind him.
Once she opened her eyes, she looked around in shock.
"No way!" she grinned and walked around.
A large happy birthday banner was on display, tons of gifts were placed in the living room area and even cute balloons and decorations were scattered all around the room.
"Jungkook...this is incredible!"
"You deserve it," he grinned. "Jimin and Taehyung helped out,"
"They're the best. You're the best. Everyone is the best. This is too sweet, what?"
"I'm glad you like everything. And...these are for you," he presented her with a vase full of a dozen red roses and she placed a hand over her chest, appreciative of the gesture.
"Aw...thank you!" she gave him a big kiss and set the vase down on the dining room table. "Wow...these are gorgeous! And they smell great!"
"Nike sent you something as well," he pointed to the living room couch as he made his way over.
"What!? A whole custom birthday box from Nike? What!? Oh, I am about to lose my mind!" she shouted happily and ran over to the large Orange box, sitting on the couch with him.
It held a card wishing her a happy birthday and that they were excited about her working with them. When she opened the box, there were tons of Nike goods in her size and custom made items just for her which made her heart soar.
"Wow...I sound like a broken record but...I...I feel so loved. And I'm so grateful to have you and everyone else in my life. Like really...thank you for always showing me how special I am," she said and kissed him again.
"Always. You mean a lot to me and you deserve all of this and more,"
"Kook...you mean a lot to me, too,"
After the two checked out everything from the Nike box, Jungkook spoke, "I made something for you,"
"Oh? What is it?" she looked on in anticipation.
"Close your eyes, first,"
"Okay," she closed her eyes with a smile, awaiting the surprise.
Getting up from the couch, Jungkook made his way to the fridge to grab the small red velvet cake that he had made for her. Despite the constant teasing from Jimin and Taehyung on whether he knew what he was doing, the cake turned out quite well and was decorated nicely with the icing. After grabbing a few paper plates, plastic forks, and a plastic knife, Jungkook set everything down on the coffee table in front of the couch as Jennie continued to wait patiently.
He placed a 1 candle and a 9 candle on the cutely decorated cake and presented it to her with a smile.
"Open," he softly said.
Opening her eyes, she looked at the cake in surprise, covering her mouth. She glanced up at him, back at the cake, and then back at him, uncovering her mouth to reveal a grin.
"What? You baked for me?"
"You bake for everyone. I wanted this birthday to be memorable so I decided to try to make you something,"
"Jungkook, today has been way more than memorable. This is so sweet, thank you. It smells so good. And it looks good, too,"
"I hope you like it. But before digging in..." he lit the candles and then began to sing Happy Birthday angelically which made her heart leap.
"Make a wish," he happily said.
After a moment of thinking of a wish, she blew out the candles and they both cheered.
"Let's try the cake together," she requested.
Once Jungkook cut a big slice and put it on a paper plate to share, he placed it on the table. The two picked up a forkful and decided to feed each other. Jennie expected Jungkook's cake to taste delicious and she was correct, enjoying every bite as they continued to feed each other.
"How do you like it? I think it's pretty good," he said.
"You've outdone yourself, this tastes great!" she complimented.
"Better than you?" he teased in a hopeful voice.
"Alright now," she deadpanned before breaking out into giggles with him.
After finishing the slice, Jungkook put the rest of the cake in the fridge.
"Ah, I'm so spoiled. Today has been magical! Like, look at this! I don't even know where to continue for the gifts," she said, looking at all the gifts scattered around from friends and family.
"Do you want to open your gifts now or see your last gift of the evening?"
"Last gift?" she looked at him curiously.
He smiled softly and nodded.
The curiosity took over her. "Show me the last gift,"
"Follow me," he grabbed her hand and led her to the bedroom door.
Once he opened it, they walked in and saw that the room was decorated romantically. Cute electric candles lit up the dark room along with rose petals scattered around the floor and bed.
She gasped lightly as her heart fluttered. "Jungkook..."
After closing the door, he watched as she stood in front of him, looking around in awe. Slowly walking over to her from behind, he saw her turn around. No words needed to be said at the moment as they smiled at each other. They both knew they wanted this and felt secure in their feelings.
He gazed at her lovingly as he reached out to pull her into his arms, leaning down to capture her lips tenderly. She held onto him as they kissed and their stomachs leaped with joy and anticipation of what was about to happen. Pulling away she smiled and grabbed his hands, walking back until she was closer to the bed. Turning him around, she made him sit on the edge of the bed as the butterflies increased in her stomach. Straddling him, she wrapped her arms around his neck while feeling his hands rest on her hips.
'Wow...we're really about to do this,' she thought as she held his gaze.
"Nervous?" he asked softly.
"A little," she admitted.
"I'm nervous too but whatever we do it'll feel right," he responded while she ran a hand through his soft hair and cupped his cheek. "We have all night and I plan to take advantage of it. We'll go slow, okay?"
"Okay," she smiled and explored his mouth again, tasting the red velvet cake from his lips.
Once she pulled away, he guided her soft hands to his firm chest and she slowly began to undo the buttons of his dress shirt. Unbuttoning the last button, she took it off him eagerly and got a good look at his toned torso, admiring the view which did not go unnoticed by him. She kissed him again, having her hands all over his body as the warmth of his skin radiated onto her. Jungkook smiled into the kiss, loving how her hands roamed, making him feel satisfied with his body. He had been getting slightly bigger in muscle and had been working out even more these days.
She didn't know how much time had passed as she kept touching and kissing him but she loved how patient he was. He didn't rush her. He let her set the pace and let her do whatever she wanted.
As her soft, full lips trailed down to his chin and his neck, she began to slowly grind into him, making him groan softly which caused her stomach to leap at the pleasant sound. The grip on her hips tightened as he moved with her to create more friction. He sighed out her name when she nipped softly on his neck. Trailing kisses up his neck and capturing his lips again, she could feel him through his jeans as he pushed his hips into hers again, making her moan softly.
She felt his warm hands on her waist as he met her eyes, asking if it was OK to continue. Once she nodded, she felt her sweatshirt ride up and helped him take it off, tossing it on the floor. Jungkook swallowed hard, looking at her chest with desire as it was covered in a red bra.
"You can touch me, you know," she reminded with a smile and grabbed his hands, guiding them to her chest.
"I-I know...just...wow..." he said breathlessly.
He was in a trance and felt himself getting harder, enjoying the view up close like this. She sighed into his touch when he squeezed lightly and had his lips travel around her neck.
"You are so beautiful..." he murmured against her skin while his hands caressed her, making her squirm and whimper softly.
He was pleased to hear the sounds coming from her as she moved her neck to give him better access, feeling his sweet kisses all over. Suddenly, he easily stood up with her legs wrapped around his waist. Spinning around a little, she giggled, making him smile and capture her lips as she cupped his cheeks. Not breaking the kiss, he gently laid her down on the bed, crawling on top of her as she wrapped her arms around his neck.
Everything he was doing to her so far made her body feel warm all over as her heart pounded. The way he kissed her and continued to caress her body had her intoxicated by his touch. As they both sat up a little, Jungkook glanced at her to see if she was ready to continue and she nodded. Reaching out to the back of her bra, he attempted to unclasp it but began to struggle. The sight made Jen look amused as she thought it was cute how concentrated yet confused he was at trying to do such a simple task.
"Need help?" she teased.
"I got this," he said but continued to struggle.
As she watched him fumble with the bra, a giggle escaped her lips, making his ears twitch and glance back up at her.
"Are you laughing at me?" he chuckled.
"A little~. Here, let me help," she helped him unclasp it and take it off as she tossed it somewhere on the floor.
"Wow..." he breathed, drinking her in.
He gently laid her down and grabbed her right breast in his palm. Feeling him place kisses over her chest, she let out soft moans and writhed under his touch while he gave her left breast attention. While he sucked and swirled his tongue around her hard left nipple, her back arched as a wave of heat surged down between her legs. This felt too good as she continued to let out sounds of pleasure, enjoying what his mouth was doing. As he brushed her right nipple with his thumb, he continued to suck and nip on her left one, before moving over to give her right breast the same attention.
"Can I?" he breathed as his hands moved down to the button of her jeans.
"Yes," she breathed with want.
Unbuttoning her jeans and zipping down the fly, he helped her out of them, along with her red underwear, and tossed them off the bed. Moving back up, he kissed her again passionately. She then began to whimper against his mouth and squirmed when she felt one of his hands traveling down to her thigh.
"Still sensitive here, I see," he murmured, pleased to have remembered one of her sensitive spots.
He kissed her hungrily as his hand traveled down to rub against her core, causing her to moan loudly into his mouth and hold onto him.
"Jungkook..." she gasped.
Proud to feel her getting so wet for him and being so responsive to his touch, he kissed up her neck and whispered in her ear, "I'm right here,"
They've been here before. They have done this a handful of times since Prom Weekend and each time felt amazing as he knew how to make her feel good with his hands and tongue.
As he kissed every inch of her body, being vocal about how beautiful she was and how beautiful her black skin was which continued to make her dizzy, Jungkook began to kiss down her body. While he kissed down her stomach, she let out a gasp and began breathing heavily once his lips kissed around her hips and inner thighs. Finally, he was face to face with her entrance. He was pleased to see how wet she had become and it was all for him as she was anticipating what he would do next.
His mouth got to work, kissing her thighs and landing right to her core as her heavy pants were heard throughout the bedroom, which was music to his ears. Jungkook felt her grip fistfuls of his silky hair as he swirled his tongue around her folds, starting at a slow pace since he wanted to take his time to enjoy her. His tongue felt warm and soft against her as he licked his way up to her clit.
"Ah, Jungkook!" she cried out as her hips jolted at the sudden sensation.
As he continued, picking up the pace to lick and suck her clit, he felt her remove her hands from his hair and try to move away because the pleasure was beginning to make her feel like she wouldn't be able to handle it. However, Jungkook was having none of it and pulled her back to his mouth and kept her firmly in place, digging right back in.
"I-I can't—fuck!" she moaned, squeezing her eyes shut as she threw her head back into the soft mattress.
She wasn't going to be able to take much more of this as she felt vibrations against her from his chuckle, sending shivers up her spine. Meanwhile, Jungkook looked up with lustful eyes, enjoying the view of her looking disheveled with her mouth open.
"Yes, you can," he encouraged. "You're taking it so well like you always do,"
He felt a sense of pride. No one else was able to make her feel the way he made her feel. And he enjoyed the fact that he caused this reaction from her and only him. He continued to devour her, paying attention to her cries of pleasure. Instantly after that, her entire body tensed up as she shuddered and cried out his name. Smiling to himself, he kept his head buried between her thighs as his mouth was slick with saliva and her juices. Pulling away, with his mouth glistening, he licked his lips.
"You all right?" he asked with a soft smirk, feeling a bit smug that he left her in shambles.
As she steadied her breathing, she finally was able to speak, "Hm-hm...it's like...every time you do this you get better,"
He smiled at her praise. "The motivation is you,"
She smiled at his reply. They truly loved each other. And now they were expressing it on a whole new level. She felt so safe with him and felt amazing so far. Deep in her thoughts, her eyes began to roam down to his physique, admiring the view. Those arms...those thighs...everything. He looked beautiful and she felt so lucky to call him hers.
"Normally, I'm the one caught in a trance. Like what you see?" he raised a brow in a teasing manner, making her look back up at his doe eyes.
She giggled. "Caught red-handed,"
Reaching out for him, she pulled him to hover over her as she crashed her lips against his.
"Are you okay to continue or do you need a break?" he murmured against her lips.
"I can continue," she replied, helping him take his jeans off.
As he tossed the jeans off the bed, Jennie noticed the bulge in his underwear and reached out, wanting to pleasure him but he gently stopped her.
"I want to focus on you, tonight," he said softly. "Another time, okay? Let me take care of you. I've been dreaming about this moment for a long time...tell me what you want and I'll give it to you. I'll give you anything and everything, Jennie..."
Her heart pounded at his words as she cupped his left cheek, thumb caressing the little scar on his cheek.
"Jungkook, please...I need you," she begged, making his dick throb while he sweetly kissed her body again.
It took every ounce of strength from him to not let her wish be granted just yet. He still wanted to make sure she was well prepared for him.
"I know...I know...just a little longer," he murmured against her skin. "I love you like this...I love your beautiful skin...your lips...your shoulders...your arms...your hands..."
As he called out each body part, he moved to kiss them as he continued to take his time with the foreplay which began to drive her crazy with her need for him increasing tenfold. He kissed every inch of her body once again and made mental notes of all her sweet spots. Even though he also had lube to assist, he meant what he said when he wanted to take his time and make her feel beautiful as he whispered sweet nothings to her.
When he finally felt like she was ready, he slipped out of his boxers and she finally got a look at all of him as she laid on her back. From his broad shoulders, strong arms, and thick thighs, to his hard length slick from anticipation, she loved everything about him as she bit her bottom lip softly, enjoying the view. He was so captivatingly handsome and no longer the little boy she met at Big Hit when they were younger. He was a man whom she fell in love with and is proud to call hers. A man who has made her feel desired and gorgeous all night. A man who she's giving herself to.
A man she loves deeply.
Watching him put a condom on along with putting a generous amount of lube, her stomach flipped with anticipation. Lining himself up at her entrance, he met her gaze and they both smiled.
"You ready?" he breathed.
"Yes. I love you,"
"I love you, too," he immediately replied.
He hovered over her and gave her a deep, passionate kiss as he pushed his tip in slowly and entered her. As she felt him push all the way in, she moaned into his mouth and held onto him tightly. The stretch felt good and it didn't hurt as much as she anticipated. Honestly, the way he prepared her was a great thing as she felt more pleasure all around.
"Fuck...you feel amazing," he groaned.
He felt like he was in heaven at how good she felt around him while his head was on the crook of her neck. He kept himself still for a moment to allow them both to adjust to this new feeling as he breathed heavily with her. It felt like a big stretch and she felt full. But damn did he feel good and he didn't even move yet.
"Are you ok?" he whispered.
"Hm hm," she breathed.
"Let me know when to move. I'll try not to cum too quick...you feel so good," he sounded a bit strained as he tried to control himself.
They remained still for a while and Jungkook lifted his head to take a good look at her with love in his eyes. This was another sight he'd never get tired of and wanted to experience over and over again with her under him like this.
She reached out and cupped his cheek. "You can move,"
"Okay. I'll go slow,"
Their bodies pressed together heatedly with Jungkook slowly thrusting into her with ease as he grunted along with her gasps and whimpers. It felt so good. Better than she ever imagined.
So this was how it felt to be intimate with someone you love. She felt euphoric.
He kept the pace slow, careful not to hurt her, and found a sensual rhythm after a few thrusts. Picking up his head, he watched her with adoration while maintaining eye contact with her.
"I love you so much...you feel so good. Better than I ever imagined..." he moaned.
He noticed she was trying not to be loud and was keeping a lot of sounds to herself. But he wanted to encourage her to break out of that and it was all for his ears only. He kissed her sloppily and pressed his body against hers again with his head on the crook of her neck.
Grunting in her ear, he spoke, "It's okay, Jennie. Let it out. It's just us. I want to hear you,"
He began to pick up the pace a little, causing her to cry out and lightly scratch his back. She held onto him tight as her panting and moans increased in volume. When he heard her beginning to moan out his name, he smiled to himself.
"That's it...good girl," he praised with a huff.
She involuntarily clenched around him, causing him to moan. That nickname was going to be dangerous in the future she could already tell from the way she reacted positively every time he called her that. Because of her sudden reaction to it, his confidence continued to boost.
Grabbing her hands, he pinned them to the bed on each side of her head and intertwined his fingers with hers as he continued to thrust into her.
Feeling her release, Jennie cried out his name with her body stuttering. As she rode out her high, Jungkook soon followed as he groaned out her name. His body shook violently as he filled up the condom and collapsed on top of her, panting heavily.
He rolled off of her, removed the condom, and placed it in the wastebasket next to the bed. Immediately he pulled her into his arms and held her as they came down from their high.
"Wow..." he sighed deeply with a big smile.
She giggled and looked up at him.
"Wow..." she replied breathlessly.
Wow...they just took the next step in their relationship and it was something they were always going to remember. Jennie had a dull ache between her thighs but she felt amazing. She felt treasured and she felt important. He took his time with her and made her feel beautiful. They both were sweaty from their physical activities and tangled in the sheets as they smooched again, soaking in the euphoria.
"Are you all right?" Jungkook asked in a gentle voice with a smile as she looked at him.
He admired the afterglow on her face as he thought she was the most beautiful person he ever laid eyes on.
She cupped the side of his face and beamed. "I feel amazing. Thank you."
"I'm glad you do. Did I do ok?" he hoped as she moved strands of hair sticking on his forehead.
"Of course. It was everything I wanted and more,"
"Good. I'm glad. Does anything hurt?"
"Not really. You prepared me, well. And the lube was a bonus, too. A few friends of mine told me how it hurt them for their first time so I was trying to mentally prepare for the pain but...with you, I was in bliss,"
He smiled at that as his heart pounded. "I was in bliss with you, too,"
Jennie truly was in a state of utter bliss, right now. She felt so good and relaxed. Jungkook had been so loving and attentive for their first time.
"Honestly, I love it when you praise me, in bed. And I really love the things you do to me...how you make me feel. Physically and emotionally,"
She could sense his confidence boosting even more from her compliment as a big grin came across his face.
"That makes me very happy. So, I can keep calling you my good girl in bed?"
She giggled. "Yes. It makes me feel good and makes me feel like I'm doing a good job,"
"You're always doing a good job. You have nothing to worry about when it comes to us. I like it when you're vocal and the way you hold onto me. Don't be timid about it, okay?"
"Okay, I'll do my best,"
"We need to work on you not running from me when I'm trying to give you head," he teased.
"I...listen...it's..." she couldn't find the right words as he laughed, making her chuckle. "You do it so right, I can get overwhelmed with the pleasure. I didn't think I was going to be able to handle it,"
"You handled yourself, well. And you'll continue to. Also, I think you scratched my back a little,"
"Oh gosh, I'm sorry. I hope it's not too bad,"
"I liked the feeling, it's okay. It did have me thinking about the future. If I'm able to get this reaction out of you now then...what about the other things I want to try with you because there are a lot of things I want to try...a lot,"
She felt her stomach flip at the way his gaze intensified when he said that. "Me too. I kind of...want to see how it is in front of a mirror, one day,"
"Thinking ahead, too, huh?" he smirked softly at the thought. "I'm curious, as well,"
She decided to lay on her back, looking at the ceiling while he chose to lay on his side and propped his head in his hand as he watched her.
"Wow...I remember when I first saw you..." she said with a smile as he listened attentively. "I walked past you a few times when I was still training. You didn't notice me but I'd see you from time to time at Big Hit. You were so focused on your training. And it was always a treat to catch a glimpse of your smile. I always loved seeing you smile. I was closer with Tae at the time since he was the only BTS member I knew but he'd talk about you and the rest of the members and I was just praying...just hoping that I'd get chosen as Miss Bangtan when I auditioned,"
"And here we are," he spoke up.
Turning her head to him, she chuckled. "And here we are. Over the years...being your best friend and learning and growing up with you have been some of the best moments of my life. And being here in this moment with you...being your girlfriend...is when I'm the happiest,"
Jungkook's eyes softened as he listened to her. "And I'm the happiest with you. Always. You taught me a lot of things and you're still teaching me. You taught me how to love. And how to express myself,"
She smiled at that. "I'm glad. Thank you. I'm happy you made me wait. This was perfect. Wow..."
Jungkook watched her with heart eyes as she rambled. He couldn't help himself and blurted his thoughts out loud, "You're so beautiful,"
Hearing him say that caused her to stop talking, feeling flushed at the sudden compliment. She giggled as he looked at her lovingly. Hiding her face in his chest made him chuckle as his heart leaped.
"I'm serious, Jennie. I'm happy. I'm happy to be here with you in this moment,"
Looking up at him, she responded, "Keep it up and you're gonna make me fall in love with you harder,"
He grinned and leaned down to kiss her, wrapping an arm around her. Jennie was already down bad. She couldn't get enough of him and didn't want this to end. She wanted to stay here forever if she could.
As they cuddled and rested in bed in a comfortable silence, Jennie spoke, "What are you thinking about, Jungkook?"
"What you said earlier. I remember my first thoughts when I first laid eyes on you at Big Hit," he brought up as his fingers began to trace over her curves. "I caught a few glimpses of you during the trainee days. Before we officially met when you were declared Miss Bangtan. I always thought you were so pretty. Me and my shyness prevented me from trying to approach you to say hi but whenever I saw you train, I'd stop for a moment to watch you work. You worked so hard and there was a unique fire in you that made you stand out from the other girls. And I had hoped you'd be the one to become Miss Bangtan,"
"And here we are,"
He chuckled at her response since he had said that earlier. "Here we are. I was so happy. And then I got to know you and asked you to be my Golden Best Friend. We confirmed it with friendship rings and did everything together. And I couldn't help but start to fall in love with you and that scared me because I didn't want to ruin our friendship. But as we got older and I finally had that confidence to tell you how I felt...it became one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I'm really happy that you're mine,"
"Jungkook..." she cupped his face and smiled. "I'm really happy that you're mine, too. We'll be together for a year in a few months. Time flew, huh?"
"Yeah, it did. Wow...a year already?"
"Seems like just yesterday I told you I loved you, too in your room. And since then, every day has been an adventure,"
"A fun one at that. I just want to be the best boyfriend, ever. Your first and last,"
"You will be my first, last, and always," she said as he played with her hand and intertwined his fingers with hers.
"Are you ready for our reveal?" he asked, since later this year they'll be revealing their relationship to the public.
"Yeah. I am. I'm going to miss this. Miss the privacy and everyone not knowing anything but I know Dispatch knows we're dating. But at least we can beat them to it and say our truth. I'm mentally prepared for it. I know you'll be by my side through it all. I have nothing to worry about when I'm with you,"
"I'm happy you know that. We'll be fine. Just like what I told you when I confessed. I meant every word. No one is going to take you away from me so easily. I'll stand next to you through it all,"
Time passed as they continued to be in each other's arms to talk. Angelina was right, pillow talk was definitely the best.
While Jungkook listened to her talk, he thought about how connected he felt with her after everything. He was never going to let her go. Not after all this. Jennie noticed his expression change which caused her to stop talking. The way he stared deeply into her eyes with deep longing made her stomach flip.
"A-are you okay?" she asked.
"Yeah...I just can't get enough of you," he leaned down to start kissing her lips again, slowly turning them over as he hovered over her.
She gasped and held onto him when she felt him grind into her.
"A-again?" she asked keenly, melting into his touch as his hands roamed over her body.
"Again. I'm not done," he responded as she giggled.
Jennie was happy that they were on the same page with this. She wanted to ask to go again and wondered how to bring it up. His dick felt nice and introduced her to a whole world of pleasure and she couldn't wait to try different positions. Also, who knows when they will have alone time like this, again? Especially for the whole day. So they should take advantage of this moment.
Jungkook wasn't expecting himself to be hard again so suddenly but this was Jennie who he had in his arms. Who he kissed over and over again and made love to. Who he had longed for since he could remember. He wanted to do everything with her and his desires began to take over.
"Are you still flexible?" he suddenly asked.
Flexible? Just what did he have in mind? The question weighed in her mind as she thought of how she should answer.
Feeling playful, she replied in a teasing manner, as her hand went down to his hard length, "Hm...why don't you find out?"
Groaning from her touch, Jungkook's ears perked up when she asked that enticing question.
Was that...a challenge?
"Challenge accepted," he said huskily in her ear, making her shiver.
It didn't take long for them both to be ready for the next round as he went to grab another condom to put on. On his knees, he heard her let out a surprised yelp when he quickly grabbed her ankles and swiftly pulled her to him as his pupils dilated.
"I always wanted to do this to you," he grabbed her legs and placed them over his shoulders.
He kissed her right ankle softly and looked down at her while placing a warm and firm grip on her hips. She felt even more vulnerable and excited to be in this new position as she tried to prepare for what was about to happen.
"Just tell me if it's too much or if this hurts, okay? I'll go slow, first," he reassured.
Once she confirmed that she would do as she was told, Jennie cried out when he pushed in and began to move at a slow pace to get her used to the new position. Now this position felt even deeper and had her louder as she gripped the sheets and let out a series of curses from how good it felt. Pants left Jungkook's lips as he kept his eyes locked on her while Jennie's eyes were closed, overwhelmed with pleasure.
"Look at me," he demanded.
Managing to open them to meet his ardent gaze, short, ragged gasps left her.
"W-wait—Oh my God!" she cried when he began to pick up the pace, leaning forward, bringing her knees to her chest as he placed his palms on the mattress, on either side of her head.
She tried to grab onto anything she could. The sheets, his torso, his hair, anything as she kept her eyes on him, watching his face contort in pleasure. His eyes were as dangerous as that sultry stare he kept on her and he was using all of it to his advantage to make her tremble underneath him. When she told him to find out if she was still flexible, she wasn't expecting him to bend her this early on as his hips snapped faster.
Her release hit her in waves as she screamed with her body shaking. With one last powerful thrust, his body twitched and he released into the condom. Both were shaking and breathing heavily as they stayed in the position with him looking down, enthralled by her.
"Shit...Where did you learn that!?" she exclaimed, catching her breath, feeling the after effects of her high.
He chuckled and leaned down to lock lips with hers as his tongue brushed against hers. Pulling away, he smiled. "Ah...I hope you won't get mad but I've been asking Namjoon Hyung for some advice,"
"Me? Mad? After what you just did to me, are you crazy? I need to thank him,"
He laughed as she giggled.
Jungkook felt like Namjoon was the best to have serious discussions on topics regarding taking that next step in the relationship. He loved all his hyungs and trusted them. And with Namjoon, he felt like he could confide in him the best about being an attentive boyfriend in the bedroom. And overall, the best to go to for any advice. He was a great leader and a great friend.
"I am not complaining whatsoever...oh my God..." she sighed deeply. "That was amazing,"
As they continued to catch their breath, Jungkook hadn't pulled out yet.
"Just let me...let me stay inside you just a little longer. You feel too good," he told her as she enjoyed the sensation.
He relished the feeling of being inside her. The warmth of her around him. He was happy to be vulnerable with her and be able to express himself like this. After a while, he slowly pulled out of her to remove the condom and throw it in the trash.
"Stay right there, I'll be back," he said and got out of bed.
Turning on her side to watch him, she spoke, "Nice butt,"
He chuckled and raised an eyebrow suggestively at her before leaving the room. Moments later, he came back with two bottles of water and a wet washcloth. Handing her a bottle while setting the other on the nightstand, he got back in bed.
"Thank you," she smiled and opened it to gulp some water.
The cool drink quenched her dry throat and she was grateful. Especially due to the amount of yelling and screaming she had been doing because of him.
"Let me clean you up a bit," he said and used the washcloth to gently wipe her down.
They both were sweaty and spent from their activities as sleep was heavy on their minds. After he wiped her down nicely, he turned off all the electric candles in the room and got under the covers with her. Pulling her into his arms, she laid on his chest with her chest flushed against his as he put the covers over them.
"You all right?" he asked, sleepily.
"Hm-hm...I love you..." she murmured sleepily as she snuggled into his chest.
"I love you, too," he kissed the top of her head and closed his eyes.
----------
In the morning, the bedroom was brightened with the sun peeking out. Still under the sheets and lying on her own side of the comfortable bed instead of on top of Jungkook, Jennie began to stir in her slumber.
Opening her eyes, she stretched and laid on her back. Her body felt a little sore from last night's physical activities and her face flushed, remembering what had happened. A smile tugged on her mouth as she thought about how good Jungkook made her feel. Was this what it was like to be with someone you truly love? She felt like she was on a high. Warm and fuzzy feelings filled her heart as she was elated.
Turning around, she was greeted by the beautiful view of a naked Jungkook still sleeping. His hair was messy and the bed sheet was covering his lower body, showing off his toned chest and abs. His face exuded calmness as she watched him with a smile and looked at him with a deeper love. After last night, their love for each other amplified and they were even more affirmed in their feelings.
She kissed his nose and turned her back to him to grab her phone off the nightstand. She focused on answering birthday messages from yesterday and thanked friends, family, and fans for all the love.
Feeling the bed move, she set her phone down on the mattress and felt Jungkook wrap an arm around her, pulling her to his firm chest.
"Mm...good morning," he greeted in her ear, making her shiver.
Oh...his morning voice was a whole new level of sexy. His voice was rough and deeper and she even heard a bit of his Busan Satoori accent.
Before she could speak, he gently moved her onto her stomach and began to place soft, sensual kisses on her shoulder and down her back, making her breath hitch. His lips traveled down her spine as she trembled and he found himself going lower.
"Ah! Stop!" she laughed and squirmed when he went to gently bite her left ass cheek, feeling playful this morning.
She felt him chuckle against her body as he kissed back up her spine with his length hardened. Pulling her back against his chest, as they began to lay on their sides, she looked back and crashed her lips against his deeply.
The both of them were all over each other, unable to get enough as they kissed and touched each other like they did the night before. Both ready for round 3, Jungkook slipped on another condom as they laid on their sides, spooning. Sliding in smoothly, she gasped as he held her close, with her leg over his, thrusting in and out at a luscious pace while she pushed back with each thrust.
They can get used to this. Being able to love each other this much without any interruptions. Their moans and heavy breathing filled the room as they made love once again. After they came down from their sweet release, with Jungkook pulling out and throwing the condom away, Jennie snuggled into his arms.
"Good morning. Can't keep your hands off me, huh?" she giggled after kissing him tenderly.
"Not after last night. And I just wanted to make sure I wasn't dreaming that last night happened. I'm happy this is real. How are you feeling?"
"Me too. I feel good. Just a little sore but I'm fine,"
"Did I do too much?"
"No, you're fine, Kook. You made me feel special," she answered while he kissed her temple.
They stayed in bed for another hour, enjoying each other's company, and proceeded to get ready for the day. Jennie put her hair in a high bun and planned her outfit for the day, setting it out on the dresser of the bedroom. Putting on her shower playlist to play on a small speaker in the bathroom, the two began to shower together. This was a whole new level of intimacy as they smiled at each other and reminisced on last night.
They showered but before they could turn off the water, the two found themselves all over each other once again. This time it was Jennie who had initiated it, pulling him to her wet body as the warm water rushed down Jungkook's back. Her heavy breathing and moans mixed with the running water as she writhed under his touch.
"You want to do this in the shower?" he grunted against her ear as her hands released his length.
"Wait...condoms. We don't have any,"
"We do. I put one condom and a specific type of lube that'll work in the shower for it. Right here," he pointed to one of the shelves of the shower.
As he said, there was a packaged condom and lube to assist with the shower. She was surprised. He really thought of everything.
"Wow, you really had this all planned out for me, huh?"
"Just in case," he grinned sheepishly. "There are a lot of places I imagined us in...this is one of them. So, we could try it here. See if we like it, if you're up for it. I don't want to overdo it or anything if you're tired,"
"Overdo it? Nah, come here. I'm never going to get enough of you. I can handle another round," she pulled him back, backing up against the cold tile which made her shiver slightly.
He smirked. "Your wish is my command. I'm never going to get enough of you, either,"
As they kissed repeatedly, the shower water ran down his back while they were all over each other. They didn't know how much time had passed as they explored their bodies in this new environment for lovemaking but all that was on their minds was each other. After grabbing the condom to put it on himself, he used a generous amount of lube.
"Hold onto me," he instructed after lifting her to hold her securely in his arms while she was pressed against the shower wall.
He slid right in, slow and sensual as they both gasped at the feeling. The two became lost in each other once again as Jungkook began to move at an agonizingly slow pace, to try to tease her. It began to work as she whined and held onto him tighter.
"Faster..." she murmured in his ear while his face was buried in the crook of her neck.
He heard her and chuckled as she felt the vibration against her wet body. He knew what she wanted but wanted to hear her say it louder.
"Speak up, Jennie. What do you want?"
Oh, this little shit...How could he have the strength to tease her like this? This wasn't fair.
Unable to handle the slow pace, she finally relented as she let out another curse and spoke up as requested as she begged, "Please...go faster!"
Giving her what she wanted, he immediately picked up the pace, making her cry out and hold onto him tighter. Moving his head he smooched her sloppily as she moaned and whimpered against his mouth. There was no way she was going to be able to survive this with the way he snapped his hips against hers. God...her head was spinning with the way he had her yelling out for him. She knew for a fact her legs were going to feel like jelly after this with the way he was making her feel. He felt so good and felt better every time they were intimate.
She moaned his name loudly and clenched around him as she had her release. His hips snapped into her faster with his movements getting sloppier, groaning out her name as he followed her, both riding out their high together.
Still catching their breaths, they looked at each other with satisfied smiles and kissed again as he remained inside her, enjoying the feeling. After their shower, Jennie's legs felt weak and she almost fell until he caught her.
"Easy," he soothed. "You all right?"
"I am but my legs feel like jelly," she admitted.
"Yeah...I overdid it," he chuckled.
"And it was so worth it," she responded tiredly with a chuckle.
Turning off the shower, and grabbing a towel, he wrapped it around her body and carried her bridal style out of the shower. Gently laying her on her bed, he went back to the bathroom to dry off and wrap a towel around himself, walking back in the bedroom.
"I'll take care of you. Relax. I'm going to lotion you up and help put on your outfit. Then you'll rest up, all right?"
"Mm-hm," she responded tiredly again.
Her body was spent.
To pamper her like this even though her birthday was over was sweet. He lotioned her body and even massaged her while he did it to help with the soreness. Especially for her legs. He then helped her put on her sports bra, sweatpants, and a hoodie. After she was squared away, she immediately fell asleep as he chuckled at the cute sight. Readjusting her on the bed, he gently placed a pillow under her and placed the covers over her.
Kissing her cheek, he watched her sleep, feeling satisfied. He made love to her how many times, now? Made her say his name with ecstasy in her voice, how many times? She was his and he was hers. They were 100% locked in.
After she was taken care of, he grabbed his bag to put on his new outfit for the day, consisting of a similar outfit of a hoodie and sweatpants. He then gathered their scattered clothes from last night and straightened up the bedroom.
Gently closing the bedroom door, he let her sleep. While he waited for her to wake up, he brought his Wii U and played it in the living room. After an hour passed his phone buzzed on the coffee table and he saw Namjoon calling.
"Morning, hyung," Jungkook greeted happily.
"Good morning. Are you two getting ready for breakfast?" he asked.
Breakfast?? Jungkook had forgotten that the group planned to go out to eat for breakfast. But he planned to make Jennie breakfast.
Jungkook rubbed the back of his neck as he got up to check on Jennie still sleeping and went back to the couch. "You mind if we both do a rain check? We'll be ready for dinner, later. She's still sleeping and I plan to make her breakfast in her room,"
Namjoon laughed at his response, having an understanding of what was up while Jungkook began to blush.
"Ah...Hyung, can you keep this between us?"
"Of course. I'm happy you two are happy and affirming your love for each other,"
"Thank you,"
"Is that Jungkook? Are they getting ready?" Jin asked in the background.
"It's him. They're going to eat breakfast together. They won't be joining us," Namjoon informed.
"What!? I wanted to see Jennie and spend more time with her after he hogged her all day,"
"We ate breakfast with her yesterday,"
"And I'd like to spend more time with my daughter, thank you,"
"Our daughter,"
Jungkook laughed at their banter and ignored Jin's complaining as he hung up the phone. He proceeded to make Jennie a Japanese breakfast. He planned out making her breakfast a few days before her birthday and went grocery shopping in advance. Once he finished making everything for them both, he set the dishes up on the coffee table while the TV was showing the news and how the weather was going to be today.
Heading into her room to see her awake and scrolling her phone, he smiled.
"Hey," he greeted softly.
Her face lit up when she turned to see him. "Hi...something smells good,"
She sat up and stretched, feeling refreshed as the soreness had felt more dull now and her legs didn't feel as weak as before.
"Call it brunch. It's waiting for us," he proudly announced.
"Brunch with you? How cute. What time is it?"
"It's past 1 now,"
"There is no way," she looked at the clock on her phone.
She was so fixated on continuing to reply to birthday messages and seeing the nice tweets from ARMY that she failed to acknowledge the time. It was truly past 1 pm.
"Jungkook!? Why didn't you wake me earlier? We were going to hang with Jimin and Tae, I just remembered,"
"Trust me, you needed the rest after what I did to you these past 24 hours," he reminded, causing her face to flush. "And it's a good thing we don't have a schedule today and you get to rest. So, it all worked out,"
"Okay, you got me there," she chuckled with him.
Reaching out to gently grab her, he easily lifted her in his arms to carry her to the living room and sat her down on the couch where their food was waiting for them.
"I already let them know we'll hang out with them, later. They're still here at the hotel. We'll meet them when ready,"
"Okay, cool. Wow, this looks delicious. Spoiling me, still?"
"Always. Let's eat,"
She took a bite of her steamed rice and praised him for his cooking as he felt great about himself. He loved hearing her praise him and thank him for the little things. Jennie was always vocal about the things he did for her and he appreciated that.
As they ate, Jennie found a channel that showed a familiar anime that she remembered Taehyung mentioning. The two chatted about what they planned to do for the rest of the day and as they ate with Jungkook focused on the TV, she observed him in contentment.
So valued...so secure...she wanted this relationship to last forever. She truly believed she found the one. A walking green flag, he is. Someone so open and patient in loving her. Someone who truly sees her and is not afraid to love her, even in public.
"What?" he grinned, sensing her looking at his face as he got lost in her eyes.
"I love you, Jungkook," she said with a smile.
His bunny smile got wider as he leaned over to kiss her deeply. "I love you, too,"
After eating breakfast together, Jennie continued to open up her gifts and made sure to send texts and tweets to shout out everyone who had gifted her something. The two lovers continued to get ready for the day and made sure to cover up any marks from their physical activities since last night with concealer.
Making sure she had everything, she left her room with Jungkook and placed a white cap on her head. "Okay! Let's meet up with Jimin and Taehyung,"
"Onward!" Jungkook smacked her butt and walked beside her as she giggled.
----------
The couple met up with the other half of the Maknae line so they could do some sightseeing for the day. Meeting them outside, the four of them began walking. Jimin and Taehyung began to notice Jennie and Jungkook acting closer than before and peeped at how Jungkook seemed to act clingier in a way. And there was a sudden glow about Jennie that could not be ignored as she smiled happily. Curiosity popped up between the two as they wondered what happened.
"Ennie! So, how was your birthday? It's been all day and now we see you? Are you all right?" Taehyung asked with a grin.
"Yeah! It was so much fun! We went to Universal and we got to see Harry Potter World! Butterbeer is SO good! And yeah, I'm fine. I was catching up on sleep. I was up all night,"
A low chuckle escaped Jungkook's lips as he thought about the context of her statement and smirked to himself. All the memories of her under him came back as he thought about how crazy they were about each other. Catching the reaction, Jennie locked eyes with her lover and felt her face warm up as she chuckled softly.
Jimin and Taehyung glanced at each other as they watched closely at the couple's body language and reactions to her statement.
"Jeon Jungkook...Jennifer Walker." Jimin called them out.
"Yeah? What is it?" she asked, reluctantly turning away from Jungkook to look at him.
"What, hyung?" Jungkook asked as his lingering gaze on her stayed. After a moment, he finally turned to Jimin to see what he wanted.
Jimin narrowed his eyes, observing them suspiciously while the couple raised an eyebrow.
"Mm-hm." Jimin nodded to himself and glanced at Taehyung.
"Mm-hm?" Taehyung glanced back and Jimin nodded in response.
"Mm-hm..." they both said and gave each other knowing looks, chuckling to themselves.
"So, Jennie, was Jungkook golden in lovemaking, too?" Jimin teased with a grin.
Jungkook let out a cough, looking shooked while Jennie widened her eyes and turned away.
"He was! Oh my God! You two finally did it!? It took you both long enough! And why didn't you tell us this, earlier!? Our ship has sailed to NEW heights!" Taehyung cheered.
"Why would we do that!?" Jungkook exclaimed.
Jennie groaned. "This isn't something the whole world should know."
"But we're the Maknae Line! We tell each other everything!" Jimin whined.
"Oh my God..." Jennie sighed.
"Oh my gosh, do your sisters know that their baby sister is-"
"NO!" she cut Jimin off.
"Does Jin know!? His reaction will be priceless!" Taehyung laughed.
"NO! And we'd like to keep it that way!" Jungkook exclaimed.
"So, this is why she was walking a little funny," Jimin laughed loudly while Taehyung giggled.
Jennie pushed her cap down to hide her embarrassment as she looked down. Her face was on fire from their constant teasing while Jungkook went to hit them both.
"Hyung!" Jungkook shouted, face getting pink.
"What? We think it's adorable! If you need any alone time, we can help!"
"Yeah! It's nice to see our Golden Couple so close as of late," Taehyung added with a boxy smile.
"So, Jennie, was Jungkookie manly?" Jimin teased, raising his eyebrows.
"Chill!" Jennie whined, covering her face.
"Let's go!" Jungkook grabbed her hand and walked away while the 95 Liners continued to laugh out loud and ran after them.
--------
Later in the evening, all of Bangtan went out to eat in a private area for dinner to catch up. Jennie sat in between Jungkook and Hobi as they all ate their food happily. Jen settled for ramen and devoured the noodles with delight.
"Well, it's finally good to see you, Jennie. Where have you been all day? We tried to get a hold of you for breakfast but Jungkook said you were still sleeping," Jin brought up.
"We ate breakfast together," she answered with a smile.
"He hogged you all day yesterday and even all morning. It's good to see you, now," Yoongi added.
"Haha, it's good to see you guys, too! I just had a long night and slept in. But my birthday was fun!" she replied, smiling brightly.
"What did you do? I saw your tweets at Universal! I want to go next time,"
"We all gotta make a trip there, it was a blast! The rides were lit," she enthused as she recapped her time with Jungkook at Universal.
"Butterbeer, huh? I'm curious," Hobi added.
Dinner was filled with good vibes and silliness like always as everyone laughed at whatever jokes were said or silly acts were performed. Amused at Hobi and Taehyung's silliness, Jennie and Jungkook began clapping their hands while laughing, throwing their heads back.
Jimin and Taehyung glanced at each other and grinned. Now they were doing the same mannerisms as each other? This was too cute.
"You two laugh the same!" Taehyung giggled.
"Yeah! And you moved the same!" Jin pointed out.
"Lately it's like you two are starting to act the same, sometimes," Hobi added.
"We are?" the couple asked in unison which caused the guys to chuckle at their point being made.
"Usually Jungkook claps and laughs. Jen, it seems like you picked up on his habit. It's cute," Yoongi observed.
"Really? I didn't even notice," she giggled, glancing at Jungkook with a smile.
After eating, Jennie decided to do some last minute grocery shopping because she wanted to try to make a Japanese cake after coming across so many bakeries in Japan. She wanted to learn more about baking different types of sweets and decided to try to make herself a Japanese Strawberry Shortcake. She had tried one before and loved it and wanted to create her own version.
Wanting to keep her company, the Hyung Line decided to join her while the Maknae Line went to hang out somewhere else. Finding a grocery store that didn't have that many people, they began to shop while wearing their masks.
"What do you plan to make?" Jin asked while Hobi pushed Jen's shopping cart for her.
"Oh, so you know the Japanese strawberry shortcake? I've been researching how people make it and their techniques. I want to try to create my own," she answered happily.
"You sharing?" Namjoon immediately asked.
"I want a slice," Yoongi spoke up.
"Me too~!" Hobi cheered.
"If there is anyone who deserves a slice, it's me! You are sharing, right, Jennie?" Jin asked, hopeful.
She giggled at their enthusiasm. "Yes, I'm sharing. I'll let you guys know when I finish making it,"
The boys cheered at that, yelling happily as she laughed.
"Do you have the list of ingredients?" Yoongi asked.
"Mm hm. I have it on my phone," she answered while checking out the fruit section.
While they shopped, Yoongi began to research the Japanese Strawberry Shortcake on his phone and wandered off to grab recommended ingredients. Finding his group after a few minutes, he placed the ingredients in the cart.
"What's this?" she asked him.
"I read that these specific brands are the best for making the cake. Try it out, see if it'll enhance it,"
"Aw, thanks, Yoongi! I'll try it out,"
Yoongi smiled under his mask, happy that she accepted his suggestion.
As they were finishing up their shopping with the boys carrying the bags for her, they began walking back to their hotel. But then, Jen's phone crashed onto the ground, being protected by her phone case after it slipped out her hands.
"Ahhhhhh~! Her phone dropped!" Hobi yelled while the guys began freaking out with him which startled her.
"Miss Bangtan dropped her phone! Holy shit!" Yoongi dramatically yelled.
"She dropped her phone! Her phone is down!" Jin cried.
"Her phone is on the ground!" Namjoon shouted as he and the rest of the boys gathered around the phone, looking down at it.
Jennie watched in amusement as they pretended to be a referee for a boxing match and began counting like it was a knockout.
"1!"
"2!"
"3!"
"4!"
"You guys are so dramatic! What the hell?" she laughed as she bent down to pick up the phone while they laughed with her.
Once making it back to the hotel, she stayed in her room alone to work on her cake while Jungkook was still out. Looking back at the recipe and videos to make sure she followed the directions, she felt confident in having the cake turn out well. She worked hard as she followed every tip and direction, making the cake with love and putting her spin on it.
After a while, she heard a series of knocks on her door and Jen washed her hands and opened it to let Jungkook in.
"Hey! Welcome back," she gave him a sweet kiss after shutting the door.
"Hey, I missed you. How was shopping?"
"It was fun. I just finished the cake. You want to be my taste tester?"
"Hell yeah! How did it go baking it?" he asked as they walked over to the kitchen to see the delicious shortcake.
It looked mouthwatering. The soft, fluffy sponge cake sat on a platter, decorated nicely with strawberries and whipped cream.
"I think it went all right. I didn't have any trouble when making it. I had some good references. I want to start trying new recipes to expand my baking skills,"
"So, I get to be your taste tester before you give it to the guys?" he asked happily.
She giggled. "Yes. They're eager to try it but I wanted you to try it first. I like hearing your opinions. Your feedback means a lot to me as well as your suggestions with everything,"
Jungkook smiled at that and kissed her temple. "How lucky am I? I'm glad to hear that,"
"Moment of truth. Let me know what you think," she cut a slice and placed it on a paper plate along with a plastic fork for him.
His doe eyes looked at the slice with delight as he picked up the fork to take a big bite. His expectations for her baking were always reasonably high because he was confident in how talented she was with her baking. No matter what she does, it always turns out well.
The Golden Maknae's eyebrows furrowed immediately as he continued to eat it. The cake was moist and light as the strawberries tasted sweet. Jungkook felt like he just bit into a cloud and whatever she had done for the whipped cream enhanced the cake even more. Meanwhile, Jennie watched him chew as nervousness was at the pit of her stomach. She was her worst critic when it came to baking new recipes and hoped she did it justice.
As she observed him he looked...angry? Did it taste nasty?
'Damn, this is good. How did I get so lucky to have a girlfriend who bakes this well?' he happily thought.
Jungkook immediately ate another forkful, chewing it vigorously as he enjoyed every bite. He kept chewing while Jennie assumed it was a negative reaction and he just wanted to keep eating to not hurt her feelings.
"U-um...Kook? You good?" she asked with some nervousness in her voice.
Swallowing the sweet bite, he looked up at her as if nothing was wrong. "Yeah, why?"
"Why? You tearing that shit up but you look mad," she giggled. "Is it good or bad? You're making me a little nervous,"
He laughed at her concerns and reassured her, "It's amazing! And this is your first time making this, too? You did a great job. The right amount of sweetness and the cream is the best part. I want another slice!"
Relief washed over her as she smiled widely and kissed his cheek. So, if something tastes really good, Jungkook looks angry when eating it. Jennie made a mental note to remember that.
