AAAAAAAAAAHhhhhrrrRRRaAAAhhG!!!! I fucking hate hallucinations so much– I've been feeling bugs bite and crawl over me for days!!! UUUUUUUGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!! I know it's summer and all, but I KNOW a good majority of the sensations aren't real. If anything softly touches me or the wind blows my hair the wrong way I fucking flip out. Now, don't get me wrong, I love bugs, I even named myself after one, but I enjoy my personal space and (generally) only picking up bugs I can identify.
I'm tired of having the creepy crawlies all the time. Idk what's even causing this feeling, and that's the worst part because I don't know what to do, and I just want to feel comfortable in my own skin. I'm pretty sure it's the BPD, but idk what to do about that.

I designed this mask recently while I was feeling in a mood for some Halloween creepy crawlies. The centipedes are made with a bookbinding stitch called a caterpillar stitch, which I've used on a few things.
Here it is for sale. I'm not sure if I'll make another one with the same design. I'd like to make more, but I'm enamored with the idea of rearranging the centipedes differently on each one I make.
I made a variant of the crawling centipedes leather mask I have available over on my Etsy shop. The bugs are made with a fancy stitch used in bookbinding called caterpillar stitch. I really enjoy working with it.
Compared to the time spent sewing the insects, making the layout for the holes is really fast. So I've decided that I’ll design a new pattern of centipedes for each mask I make, so each one will be unique. I'll be keeping the general character the same--3 centipedes of about the same length--but I'll switch up how exactly they move around the face.

I found this little (actually pretty big!) guy crawling across the floor and trapped him under a glass but I felt bad since I won’t take him outside until morning so I gave him a bottle cap with water in it in case he gets thirsty
