You had become a hunter a few years ago when a group of werewolves had killed your family, that’s when you met Sam and Dean Winchester. Meeting them had been the best thing to happen to you, even under the circumstances in which you had met. You’d gotten your revenge, but it hadn’t made you feel better like you thought it would but the Winchester’s helped you out. They offered you shelter in their newly found bunker, and you had become close to both of them. Sam was your best friend; he was the one you went to about things you couldn’t tell Dean, the one you nerded out with. He was like your brother. Dean Winchester was something entirely different. You adored him from the moment you had met him. This life was hard, and Dean had tried to deny his feelings for you whilst trying to make you do the same, it didn’t work out. Eventually, Sam talked some sense into Dean and you two had gotten together. He was terrified something would happen to you but knew you could protect yourself though he had given you a speech about how in this life it was dangerous and there was no time for that perfect picket fence and apple pie life that most people dreamed about. You’d known that from the moment you had gotten involved in hunting though but any moment you spent with Dean was so much better than that life.
Recently you had been skipping cases that popped up, opting to stay at the bunker instead. It’s not that you wanted to but recently you’d been throwing up, with was unusual for you. You started the day of bent over the toilet, Dean holding your hair back and wiping your face for you even though you protested him being there. Throughout the day you felt better but you had been more snappy than usual with the boys as of late, the other day you had snapped at Castiel for something so minor and stupid, it had ended in you crying into Castiel’s shoulder as you chocked out an apology and he awkwardly held you until Dean showed up. You had no idea what was wrong with you, your emotions were usually something you had a grip on, in this life, you had to otherwise you’d be having a breakdown every other day. Whilst you were confused, you had to ignore it as best you could as you sat in the library reading over lore books to help the boys with a new case.
Dean had run out to the store to grab a few things you guys needed in the bunker whilst Sam had gone out for takeout. You were thankful he had as you had a real craving for your favourite food from the place, it was the one thing you had been looking forward to as you and Castiel read book after book. You looked up as the door slammed shut and Sam came in, shortly after he put your food in front of you and immediately your appetite went, your face paled as you stood up. You knew you wouldn’t make it to the toilet so quickly made your way over to the trash can and began to puke, tears ran down your face, a mixture of tiredness, being fed up of puking and disappointment over your usually favourite meal making you sick before you even had a bite. Sam came over and began to rub your back with one hand whilst his other held your hair back, you thought you heard him ask Castiel to grab you a bottle of water but you were so focused on your pity party you weren’t sure.
Once you had finished puking you leaned back against Sam, letting him wrap his arms around you as you cried. Sure enough, a water bottle was being held against your lips and you drank slowly before pushing it away from you, a whine leaving your lips. You vaguely recall seeing Castiel leave the room again as Sam helped you up, most of your weight on him as he helped you to your room. Gently he laid you on yours and Dean’s bed, tucking you in before taking a seat on the bed himself. He had noticed your behaviour over the past few weeks, nearly a month. He noticed the exhaustion you were feeling, made note of your sickness, Dean told him about how you usually felt better after puking in the morning but sometimes complained of stomach pains. He took note of your ever-changing mood, one minute you were snapping at someone and the next you were crying into their shoulder and then went back to your regular self. He had a hunch of what could be causing this but wasn’t sure how to bring it up, the best tactic was probably to ease into it but he hated seeing you like this so just tried to ask as best he could without upsetting you further.
“Y/N, I know you’ve noticed your own behaviour these past few weeks. The lack of sleep, the morning sickness, the cravings, the mood swings, hell even your favourite food is making you sick. Is there any chance you could be,” here he paused, looking at you waiting for understanding to cross your features, instead your eyebrows knitted together in confusion. ‘Great’ Sam thought to himself, ‘the thought had never crossed your mind.’
“Y/N, I think you might be pregnant.” He watched as your face betrayed a range of emotions in such a short space of time, confusion, sadness, happiness, anger, hope all showed before you settled on disbelief. There was no way you could be pregnant, you and Dean were careful, you had to be! This wasn’t the kind of life you could bring a child into. You liked this life and you knew Dean did too, you couldn’t take that away from him but you also knew you couldn’t get rid of this baby if you were even pregnant. You were freaking out over something you didn’t know was certain yet but deep down you knew, it was the only reasonable explanation for your mood, the sickness and tiredness. Thinking about it now you realised you had missed you period. You let out a choked sob, letting Sam wrap his arms around you tightly.
“I can check for you,” Castiel said causing you both to look up. You nodded, still clutching Sam as Cas came over and pressed his hand gently on you before pulling away, a small smile threatening to spread onto his face as he nodded to you. You gasped, more tears flowing down your face as Sam rubbed your back. He let himself smile without you seeing, ‘I’m going to be an uncle!”
“How am I supposed to tell Dean? He’s going to hate me!”You sobbed causing Sam to laugh softly.
“Dean couldn’t hate you if he tried and you know it. Just tell him, he’s gonna be shocked but trust me I’ve seen him with kids and he’s gonna be the best dad and you, you’re going to be a great mom.”He smiled down at you causing you to smile back up at him, tears still ran down your face but came to a stop as you thought of the good things. These hormones were really going to be a bitch these next nine months.
“And you and Cas get to be Uncles!” You grin at them both. Castiel’s eyes widened, he knew he was a part of the family but moments like this really opened his eyes to how much he loved the family he had been accepted into, he wouldn’t change it for anything.
“Whoa, what’s going on in here?” Dean asked as he entered your room. He had come into the bunker and saw the evidence that you had puked again, takeout cartons full but discarded on the table and immediately sought you out. He didn’t expect to see you laying in bed clutching Sam, tears evident on your cheeks, Castiel smiling to the side. Once he’d made his presence known the room was tense and he couldn’t help but worry, they clearly knew something he didn’t.
“You want Cas and me to leave whilst you tell him?” He heard Sam ask and couldn’t help but frown, ‘what the hell is going on?’ He looked at Cas who smiled but shook his head. You asked Sam and Cas to stay in the room before beckoning Dean over, he complied and sat opposite you on the bed, hand reaching up to wipe stray tears from your face.
“Baby, what’s wrong?” He asked, and you shook your head, controlling your emotions was bloody hard when you were pregnant, how the hell were you going to cope with nine months of this!
“I need to tell you something, and you’re going to freak out but just listen ok?” You asked him and he nodded his head straight away, his eyes filled with concern. God, you loved him so much. You couldn’t imagine not being with him; the thought of him leaving you now had your eyes filling with tears. Thankfully none spilled, you’d had enough of crying. “You’ve obviously noticed my mood has been a bit all over the place recently and I’ve been really sick and not sleeping well. Sam had an idea of what it could be, and Castiel was able to confirm his idea. Baby, I’m pregnant.”
You watched as Dean’s eyes widened in disbelief, waiting for the argument to come but it never did. Instead, Dean’s face softened and he whispered, “I’m gonna be a dad?” You nodded, a smile forming on your own face. He moved you from Sam’s arms and into his own, kissing you gently before wrapping you into a tight hug himself. Castiel joined you all on the bed and smiled at Sam who grinned back. -

Obviously, it wasn’t all rainbows and sunshine. You and Dean needed to sit down and have a very serious and mature conversation about the future. Thankfully the boys weren’t just staying in motels or their car anymore, they had a stable home which you had been invited into on day one. After a bit of baby-proofing, you were convinced to stay there; it was the first place you and them had called home in a long time and you didn’t want to move. You talked about hunting, Dean didn’t want his kid being raised a hunter, which you understood and supported, but he didn’t want to give up being a hunter. You’d made the decision to stop full time, instead, you would help out from the bunker with the research and looking up lore in the books.
Castiel and Sam had gone a bit mental buying things for the baby, going even more overboard once they found out you were having a baby girl. Dean had cried at that news, he was going to have a baby girl! He knew she was going to ruin his life in the best way possible, even more so if she was anything like you. You had gotten a better grip on your emotions but were still a mess on the best of days. You knew your little girl was going to have every man in this house wrapped around her finger, she wasn’t even here yet and her daddy and uncles were spoiling her rotten.
The day you went into labour, let’s just say you’ve never seen two hunters and an angel look so hopeless, scared and horrified. Dean was in the room with you as you gave birth and though he was pale and sweaty, he’d somehow gotten through it. He praised you continuously, telling you how well you were doing, how you were gonna be the best mom. When he held her you saw the moment he fell in love, your baby girl wrapped her fist around his finger and he was gone, tears ran down his face as he held the girl like she was going to break. He kissed you sweetly, thanking any God that would listen for you, thanking you for putting up with him, told you how much he loved you and you did the same. Sam and Castiel entered the room shortly after and went through the same process you and Dean had. Sam looked at the baby like she was the most precious thing in the world, he’d do anything for her. You smiled as he pressed a slow and gentle, barely there, kiss upon her head before passing her off to Castiel. The angel looked down at your daughter and then back at you, telling you the amazing job you’d done. He was in love, if there was any chance of him going back to Heaven it was squashed as he looked down at your baby girl and swore he’d protect her against anything. Finally, the baby was passed back to you and a few tears fell from your eyes as you leaned against Dean and looked around at your small family.
“Y/D/N, you’re gonna be so loved and protected by everyone in this room.” You whispered as you kissed her head. Dean wrapped his arms around both of you and kissed you again.
“I love you so much, Y/N.”
“I love you too, baby.”

Warnings - Self harm, suicide attempt, self hate, depression
Requested - anon ~ I know there is a load of prompts in here but I was wondering if you could do Jensen & daughter reader w/ Jared & niece reader. Basically the fandom is sending Jensen’s daughter a lot of hate about whatever you want and she ends up self harming and one day she just decides she’s done and cuts herself too deeply, but then Jared calls her and she talks to him whilst she’s dying or smth. Then in the hospital Danneel’s with her until Jared and Jensen come from vancouver. Happy ending.
Reader saying 12 and 32 to Jared whilst she’s bleeding out or smth. Then reader saying can we stay like this for a little while?”’ to Jensen “you’re not a burden” to the reader. Can I request Danneel & reader as well. IDK if I can request my own prompts so if not then they don’t really matter but I’d appreciate it. Sorry I sent so many asks it wouldn’t let me fit it in one box:/xxxx
Jensen’s daughter, Y/N Ackles, is receiving a lot of hate messages on social media that over time cause her to become depressed. What happens when she’s pushed over the edge?
It was an odd feeling to feel like you were a stranger in your own home, to feel like you didn’t really fit in. It was nobody’s fault, nobody in the house treated you any differently to how they treated each other but you couldn’t help but feel like a burden.
Your dad was around as much as he could be with his job, you knew how much he loved being an actor, going to the conventions and whatnot. Danneel treated you just how she treated her own biological children, sure she spent more time with them but that was only natural considering they were so much younger than you. The kids obviously didn’t see you as anything other than big sister Y/N.
It wasn’t any of them that made you feel like you weren’t properly apart of the family, no it was the constant stream of hate messages you received on the daily. People telling you that your dad, Jensen, didn’t love you and that you were a burden on his perfect family with Danneel and the kids. It was the messages that told you that you were worth nothing and that your family wouldn’t miss you if you were gone.
It was just strangers online but it affected you in such a serious way. You were able to block it out to begin with but over recent years it had really affected your confidence and the way viewed yourself. You started thinking that maybe all those people were right, maybe you weren’t good enough, maybe your dad would be better without you.
Over time you had started to become more withdrawn, hiding away in your bedroom and distancing yourself from your friends and family. Slowly at first but eventually Danneel began to worry and she called Jensen one night.
“Have you spoken to Y/N recently?” She had asked him once the younger kids had gone to bed and she had the privacy to talk seriously.
“Um, yeah I spoke to her this morning for a bit. She didn’t seem too chatty though.” Jensen’s response only made Danneel worry more for you and she decided, after discussing it with Jensen, that it’d be best to try and talk to you and involve you in things.

Most nights were spent in your room, Twitter open on your phone with a new stream of mentions telling you how you weren’t good enough. You knew looking at the messages would only hurt you more but for some reason you couldn’t not look.
Some time not too long ago you had taken to hurting yourself. It made you feel a bit better, like you were finally getting what you deserved for being such a burden on your dad and his family. At first you’d cried as you cut yourself but eventually it was like a comfort, you craved it and with every new hate message the cuts got deeper and the what if’s left your mind.
You grabbed one of the blades you had hidden away and pulled your pants down, it was too risky to do it on your arms. You let the blade sit in your hands, moving it from palm to palm as you took in some of the messages, these people hadn’t met you and they knew you didn’t deserve to live. Why would you? You were a burden to Jensen and Danneel. Strangers knew it, you knew it, Jensen and Danneel probably thought it.
With that you guided the blade over to your thigh, pressed deeply and cut at the flesh. It hurt, of course it hurt, but it eased the mental pain just a little so it was worth it. It was less than you deserved but it’d have to do.

It had been a few months and little had changed other than the fact that your mood had significantly lowered, your thighs were littered with new and old cuts, the hate messages continued and you hated yourself. You had no idea what you’d done to deserve this but your mentality to all the hate was bad, you had accepted it and believed what everyone was saying.
One afternoon when things were really bad and Danneel had taken the kids to Genevieve’s, you sat in your room with bleeding thighs and tears streaming down your face. You didn’t want to do this anymore. You were ruining your dad’s life, Danneel and the kids hated you and nobody else on the planet seemed to cared if you lived or died and honestly neither did you.
Without much thought you brought the blade away from your thigh and sunk it into the unharmed flesh of both your wrists, slicing deeply at the skin with a wince of pain.
Of course it was that moment your phone rung and Uncle Jared’s name was flashing up on FaceTime. One last phone call you thought to yourself with a humorless laugh.
“Hey Y/N.” Jared’s voice was filled with concern. He had seen the messages that had been wrote about you in the past few days and after a little digging he’d come across far too many hate messages aimed at you.
“Uncle Jared.” Your voice was breathy, like it was taking all your energy to talk. You weren’t holding the phone either, Jared was currently looking at your ceiling. You didn’t think you had the energy to hold the phone and with the mix of tears and blood it was probably for the better.
“Y/N/N, sweet heart, is everything alright?” The concern in Jared’s voice doubled, something in his stomach turned as a bad feeling washed over him. His eyes scanned the set looking for Jensen but he wasn’t anywhere to be seen.
“Ever wonder if the world would be better off without you?” You asked him, eyes clenched shut as you focused on him and not the immense pain you were feeling. Your voice sounded distant even to you but you weren’t worried.
“Y/N, what are you talking about? Of course the world wouldn’t be better off! Misha, get Jensen now! Hey, Y/N, stay on the phone with me, yeah, keep talking to me.” He stayed on the call but clicked off the FaceTime so he was able to text Gen and tell her to get Danneel in the house. Something bad was happening and he was worried sick.
“M’sorry, I…I can barely keep my eyes open.” You told him sadly.
It wasn’t long until you felt yourself feeling weak, tired, sick and lightheaded. You let out a small whine as your head spun, making you feel dizzy. Your vision blurred dramatically and you were glad you were sat down. All it took was a few slow blinks before your world turned dark and the last thing you heard was Uncle Jared calling you name worriedly.

Pain.
All you could feel was pain.
You were awake but didn’t open your eyes. Confusion was another strong feeling and it took a few moments before the events that had occurred caught up with you. You remember talking to your Uncle Jared, telling him that you wanted to die or something along those lines, remembered him talking to Misha and calling for your dad whilst trying to make you stay on the phone. Remembered cutting into your wrists without a care in the world, without caring if you would survive.
Clearly you had survived though. Even without opening your eyes you knew you were in a hospital, the smell that every hospital seemed to have and the consistent beeping of a monitor were a dead give away.
You felt someone holding your hand and could hear soft sniffles coming from the person. You knew you had to open your eyes, had to face the reality and the consequences of what you had done but now, when you knew you had to speak about it, the reason behind it seemed silly. To you it was a big deal but you figured your dad and Danneel would brush over it by just telling you they cared.
Reluctantly you forced your eyes open and saw Danneel sat in an uncomfortable looking chair next to your bed, dried tears remained on her cheeks, as she clutched your hand tightly in hers.
“Danneel?” You asked, throat dry and croaky before you let out a fit of coughs. In seconds she was up and pouring you a glass of water, helping you guide it to your mouth and held it steady as you gulped it down greedily.
“How are you feeling?” She asked once you were finished and she’d sat back in the seat.
You honestly didn’t think you were capable of answering that question right now so you opted to just shrug your shoulders and avoid eye contact.
“Yeah, that was a stupid question, huh?” She asked rhetorically before continuing, “so your dad and uncle are on their way home. Jensen texted me right before they got on the plane so they should be landing within the next half hour.”
You nodded at her though you couldn’t help but feel guilty that both Jared and Jensen were flying home because of you, cutting into their busy filming schedule.
“The kids?” You managed to ask, wincing at the pain in your throat.
“They’re fine, they don’t know what happened yet. Gen offered to watch them as soon as we got Jared’s text.” She informed you and you couldn’t help but raise your eyebrow questioningly at the last part.
“Uncle Jared called you and once he started speaking to you, well, he said he had a bad feeling and asked Gen to get me to go home and check on you. Thank God I did, any later and-” Here she cut herself off as her eyes filled with tears, you looked down and began to play with your bed sheets as the guilty feeling grew within you.
“Oh sorry, this probably isn’t helping you. Anyway the kids are fine.” She finished, drying her eyes quickly.

It was another hour or so before Jensen walked into the hospital room, immediately making his way over to you. As he embraced you tightly you saw Danneel leaving the room and caught a glimpse of your uncle Jared.
“Baby girl, what’s going on in that head of yours, hey?” Your dad asked softly and that was all it took before you broke down in his arms. Tears fell down your face as you finally let out everything you were feeling. Jensen held you tightly, letting go only to climb into bed with you before clutching you tightly to his chest and letting you cry.
“That’s it baby, let it out. Good girl, that’s it. So good.” He continued to whisper random words of encouragement to you, soothing you marginally.
It took a while but eventually the tears began to fade and you had calmed yourself down enough to talk.
“I’m sorry.” You choked out causing him to tense up.
“Don’t say that baby girl, don’t you ever apologise. I’m sorry. I should’ve been there. I knew something wasn’t right and I didn’t do anything. God, I nearly lost you.” You looked up at him and saw his own eyes were filled with tears, some having spilled when you yourself were crying.
“S’not your fault daddy. I hid it, didn’t want help. Thought it was better this way. With me gone I wouldn’t be a burden to you or Dani.”
“What? You thin- Y/N Ackles, you’re not a burden. You’re my whole world, you, Danneel, Zepp, Arrow, JJ. My whole world. I’d be lost if I lost any one of you!” The passion and sincerity in his voice made you pause. “Don’t listen to people online, I know it’s easier said than done, trust me I know baby, but they don’t know us. We love you, Y/N/N, so damn much!”
Your eyes filled with tears again but they weren’t completely sad. You had this overwhelming sadness clouding over you, your head was telling you Jensen was lying but a part of you knew that was just because of the mentality you had adopted over the past few years. Nothing was going to get better instantly but something needed to change.
A few tears fell down your face as you cuddled further into Jensen’s chest, arm slung over his stomach and asked “can we stay like this for a little while?”
He kissed your head, telling you of course you could.
That night you fell asleep feeling some sort of hope for the future.

Three years.
That’s how long it had taken you to get better.
It was a long, hard, challenging, emotionally draining road but you had come out of it so much better. You’d deleted social media, realising that it was so toxic and you didn’t need that in your life. You’d given up going out of your way to search things about yourself and it had helped so much.
Jensen was home more now that seasons were shorter so he could spend more time with the family, a family you were very much a part of.
Right now you were sat in Jensen’s bed, smushed between him and JJ, whilst Danneel had her arms full with the twins. A Disney movie was playing on the TV, JJ and you singing along loudly and overdramatically causing you all to laugh. You turned your head in time to see Jensen looking at you with soft eyes and a fond smile.
“What?” You asked quietly causing his smile to grow.
“Nothing, it’s nice to see you this happy again, that’s all.” You couldn’t help the proud grin that made its way onto your face at his words.
It had taken so much time, a few different therapists and a whole lot of breakdowns but you were finally genuinely happy and confident with yourself and your emotions. You knew that your family cared about you and you wouldn’t let people’s opinions drag you down any longer.
“Nice to be this happy again.” You told him honestly and laughed as he dragged you closer to him and pressed a kiss on your head.
“I love you so damn much, baby girl.” Jensen told you softly.
“I love you too daddy.”

“Where’s Dean?” I walked into the kitchen to get lunch. Even though it’s like 2 in the afternoon, but it’s hard to tell time in the bunker.
“Your dad is moping in his room.” Sam answered looking over to me
“Do you know why?” I asked my uncle. Who of course was making rabbit food for lunch.
“No, just that he grabbed a case of beer and a sandwich, he hasn’t left his room since.” he gave a tight lipped smile
“Ok” I replied as I let out a deep breath and headed down the hall towards my dad’s room.
After of course getting food.
Once I got to Deans room I knocked on the door. I heard a silent ‘come in’ and opened the door.
He has his back kind of turned so he doesn’t see the doorway, where I’m standing.
“Sam how many times do I have to tell you I don’t want your idea of a meal.” he said putting his face in his hands, leaning forward resting his elbows on his knees.
“Well I agree with you there, But I’m not Sam.” I responded biting my lip to contain my smile. Funny he thought I was Sam and gonna force him rabbit food.
“Hey kiddo” Dean said looking over shocked to see it was me
“Hey, Why you hold up in your room?” I asked him as I entered the threshold
“Felt like it” he shrugged
“Oh come on! You forget, I’m your kid, and we” I pointed between us “are exactly alike, so I know that's not it.”
He smiled slightly, nodding a little.
“Yeah, yeah we are just a like” he agreed
“So, tell me what’s up” i sat down next to him. As he moved to sit on the floor. I nudged him with my shoulder.
“Just - just not a good day”
“Bad day?” I asked looking at him. When he nodded. So I continued. Hoping I wasn’t pressing him to hard. But if he isn’t going to talk to Sam I hope he will maybe talk to me “What happened?”
“Sometimes this life, it’s just a lot. All the losing people and all the dying. It takes a toll… Never wanting to let people in because just by knowing you they could get killed. Then living with that. Its just a lot.” he let out trying to hold back most of his tears. Looking anywhere but me. Probably to not seem weak.
“I get that, I really do actually. And I’m not just saying that to try and relate.” I started. His head snapped to me, looking confused.
“I’ve uh lost a lot of friends, to the point were I don’t even try making any anymore. I’ve lost people to monsters that I considered family. . . before I met you and Sam. Yeah you guys lose people to - I still lose people being with you guys. But you’ve always had Sam. That makes things a little more bearable, right?” I told him. He hasn't been in my life for more than 5 months. So I knew that all this new information probably shocked him. Hell were still getting to know each other.
“Your right. Having Sam has made things better.” he admitted
“Through all the shit?” I giggled
“Yes, through all the shit.” he smiled but looked at me seriously “I’m sorry kid, about all you went through before you found us, and before we found you.”
“Its alright. I have you guys now. And I’ve met some awesome people through you guys.” I smiled at him before looking forward again.
“Plus I’ll always he here for you. You know that right?” he asked me, nudging me with his leg to get my attention.
“Yeah” I smiled turning to look at him. “I know”
Sam and Dean take care of family. An family don’t end with blood. I could tell he was still a little down so I nudged him back. And he turned to look at me.
“Hey, sometimes I feel like giving up. Then I remember I’ve got a lot of people to pissoff.” After I said that we both started laughing uncontrollably.
“Come on.” he stood up, reaching out to help me up
“Where we goin?” I asked him
“For pie and burgers. We need real food.” he raised his eyebrows with a goofy smile on his face. Grabbing his keys and we headed to the garage.

“Dude are you sure that there's a case here?” Dean asked his brother as they stood outside the hospital where they have been posing as paramedics for the cases.
“It seems like our kinda thing.” Sam replied taking a bite out of his lunch.
“But the attacks stopped a day ago how do we know it didn’t leave town?” Dean questioned not wanting to have to stay in the town much longer than needed.
“Well we have to make sure” Sam told him knowing that they have to make sure the towns gonna be safe before they just up and go. Meaning they have to make sure the monster is dead or gone.
“Woah what's going on?” Sam asked one of the paramedics as they rushed out.
“Climb in boys some guy called in saying he found his girlfriend beat up and its bad. Looks like you two are gonna get your hands bloody.” the paramedic told the brothers.
With that, they hopped into the ambulance.
Once they arrived the boys jumped out and followed the other 2 paramedics.
Once they arrived at the scene they all got out of the ambulance they split up. Sam headed over towards the boy and Dean headed over to the girl laying on the floor.
“Sir? Sir talk to us what happened?” Sam tried asking the boy that is by the bloody girl. Moving him away from her.
“We were walking I went to the car to get something when I came back she was like this” the boy explained to Sam, pointing at his girlfriend's bloody body. Dean came over and nodded at Sam to the girl. Silently telling him to change places.
“Ok kid, just take a step back and let us get her to the hospital.” Dean told the teenage boy he assumes is the boyfriend that called 911.
“Shouldn’t we try and fix her up here?” Sam asked
“She’s into bad of a condition we can’t help her here.” the lady paramedic Taylor said as they strapped the girl onto the gurney.
“Hey kid, it’ll be ok. She’ll be ok.” Dean said to the teen boy who seemed very distraught. So Dean put a hand on his shoulder for comfort.
“I hope so. I can't lose her” the boy said to Dean, watching the paramedics take his girlfriend into the ambulance.
“You two over here” Taylor said pointing to Sam and Dean. The two brothers walked over to the ambulance and hopped in, closing the doors so they could race to the hospital. ”Ok keep pressure on her stomach and you, her shoulder. I’m gonna run a DNA test to find out all her medical history.”
Sam and Dean did as they were told. Sam keeping pressure on her shoulder while Dean on her stomach to stop the bleeding.
Taylor then took some blood and put it in this medium handheld machine and after a while, it stopped searching and let out a ding.
“There we go, Y/n Winchester. Ok, she's only allergic to medical sulfer. Ok start the-” Taylor said as she started getting the right type of blood out since she’s lost so much of it. But the boys tunned her out after that and looked at eachother, shocked.
“Winchester?” Dean questioned looking over at his brother
“Well, she does look a little like us. A lot like you Dean-” Sam started looking down at the girl then back at him.
“I never had a kid” Dean interrupted
“Dean you’ve slept with a lot of women you don’t know-” Sam whispered calmly hoping to not upset his brother.
“NO, I would’ve known. I would-would have known if I had a kid out there Sam.” Dean stuttered, scared that what if Sam’s right?
“When we get to the hospital we’ll check all her records see if you recognize her mother's name. See is she put the name of the father on the birth certificate. Ok?” Sam told his brother hoping that would ease him till they know for sure.
Once they got to the hospital the girl was taken into surgery. After making sure she got there safely the boy found a vacant computer and printed off her file. After picking up the papers Sam took them over to Dean waving them a little before the two walked into an empty room. They started looking through all the papers.
“Oh my god Sam” Dean let out reading over the birth certificate.
“You recognize her mother's name?” Sam asked before gulping
“Yeah. she is or at least was a hunter. I spent 5 months with her. I was ready to leave Sam. I was ready to leave the life and marry her. I truly loved her, Sam.” Dean told Sam slowly having recalled something that he hasn’t wanted to think about in years.
“Oh wow, Dean I didn’t know” Sam didn’t know exactly what to say, yeah he has questions but should he ask right now?
“No one did Sam. I never told anyone.” Dean handed him the birth certificate
“But Dean why? Why keep her a secret especially when you loved her that much?” Sam had to ask that at least.
“Dad, he realized I was hunting anything around the same area and finding reasons to stay so he came to town. Threatened her life, said some extremely choice words to both of us and we said our goodbyes. Dad crushed my phone so I couldn’t contact her and she couldn’t contact me.” Dean explained looking anywhere but at Sam. He’s always felt ashamed like he should have gone back or fought back harder.
“Dean, man I’m sorry. Dad could be a real ass” Sam sympathized.
“Yeah, yeah he could. Even more, now that I found out he stole me away from my daughter. I don’t know her Sam. She doesn’t know me. We don’t know if she knows about the supernatural. If her mom told her about me-” Dean ran his hand over his face.
“Dean we’ll figure it out ok? We’ll find out. But your gonna be in her life from now on. Whether it’s as her father or an old friend of her moms. Your gonna be there.” Sam told his older brother. He’s not gonna let Dean lose his daughter, and he’s not gonna lose his niece.
“Yeah. . .Sam her wounds weren’t from being beaten up.” he said after some thought as they exited the room
“Yeah, I noticed to and the boy had some wounds. It looked like the both have been through the wringer.” Sam agreed
“Hey, you guys did a good job with the girl.” Taylor came over and told the brothers after spotting them from afar.
“Thanks, uh is she gonna be ok?” Sam asked her
“Yeah, the doctor said she’ll make a full recovery she didn’t end up being in to bad of shape but she’s got a dislocated shoulder, spranged wrist, and ankle plus those deep gashes. She's coming out of surgery.” Taylor told them
“Thanks” Dean mumbled
“No problem, the boy that was with her he’s in the room that their gonna put her in waiting.” she said before leaving the two brothers alone again.
The brothers headed over to where the hospital rooms are, looking through the windows from afar till they saw the teen boy in one.
“Hey, kid. How are you doing?” Dean asked as they came into the room
“Yeah-uh I’ll be better when she wakes up.” he said obviously stressed from the situation. But he also seemed nervous about them being around again.
“I take it you two are together” Sam pointed out
“Yeah, have been for years.” he answered, shifting in his chair next to her bed.
“At you guyses age that's impressive” Sam said impressed
“We’ve been through a lot” he concluded
“What?” Sam asked once they left the room.
“He has the tattoo.” Dean whispered his shirt over a bit so you can see
“Wait the-”
“Yeah”
“That explains her injurys and his. That would also explain why the killings stopped. They have happened every night and morning if they got the vamp’s that would explain everything.” Sam put together
^ ^ ^
“Here” Sam handed him a cup
“Oh-ah, you guys didn’t have to” he spluttered out
“Its ok. We wanted to.” Sam told him.
“Um, I’m Jason by the way.” the teen boy stated
“I’m Sam and this is my brother Dean.”
“Why are you out here?” Dean asked
“The doctors checking her wounds” he rubbed his face most likely from tiredness
“Is she-” the boy quickly asked the doctor standing up in a rush as soon as he saw him exit the room.
“She’s gonna make a full recovery. The stitches need to come out in a week just walk into a hospital and tell them. She can leave tomorrow.” the doctor told the teen
“Thank you” the boy replied nodding with a smile
“She’s asking for you” the doctor said before leaving smiling at the teenage couple.

“Hey, so how you feeling after everything?” Sam asked as the brothers entered the room after giving the two teen’s some time.
“Uh, I’ve been better. Who are you?” she asked looking at the two tall men
“Their two of the EMT’s that helped save you” her boyfriend explained.
“Oh, thanks for that. I’m Y/n and it seems you already know Jason.” Y/n introduced herself after thanking the two strangers in her hospital room.
“No problem. But um we aren’t really EMT’s.” Sam said looking sheepishly at the couple
“Then who are you?” Jason stood up ready to defend Y/n in a heartbeat
“Wow, cooldown kid. Judging by your tattoo and most likely one you have to sweetheart. You know exactly what we are.” Dean stepped up putting a hand out to show that him and Sam aren’t a threat.
“Hunters. Explains the plaid.” Y/n joked and laughed before long the injuries hurt because of the laughing movement. Jason rushes over to her. Y/n smiles pulling Jason into a kiss. Judging by the way he relaxed into the kiss it seems to calm him.
“I’m Sam and this is Dean” Sam introduced after Y/n and Jason pulled away
“Nice to meet you” Y/n giggled
“Hey, Jason lets go get some food and let these two talk.” Sam suggested nodding to the door behind him.
“Yeah as long as you tell me why they need to talk alone.” Jason told Sam as he followed him out of the room.
“Yeah” Sam replied to him patting his back. Leaving the two alone in the room in a kinda awkward silence.
“So um why do we need to talk? And privately at that.” Y/n asked the man left in the room that she apparently needed to have a talk with. Not minding the silence. Was it awkward? Yes. But she feels safe with the man. Even though they just met and he’s a stranger.
“Y/n. What do you know about your father?” Dean asked her as he sat down in the chair previously sat in by her boyfriend.
“Mom said that he’s a fellow hunter. That she believes that they were in love. But his dad came to town looking for him, a lot went down and they split. A week later she found out about me. She tried to reach him but the phone was disconnected. He doesn’t know about me, probably never will. Why?” Y/n told him. Now she was curious about this strange man. She feels comfortable around him. But they just met. Why is he asking about that of all things?
“Well, sweetheart I can confirm me and your mom were really in love. And I would have left the hunting life to be with her and if I would’ve known about you-you would’ve grown up with me around. With your dad around.” Dean said looking at her in the eyes, noticing that she has his eyes.
“How did you know who I was?” Y/n asked not understanding how he would know.
“When they tested your DNA to find out your medical history, they said your last name is Winchester and Sam said you look like me. And you look a lot like your mom to. I can see that clearly.” Dean’s voice cracked a stray tear falling down his cheek. Looking at his babygirl who’s pretty much all grown up.
“Yeah. She hyphenated my name, gave me hers and I guess yours.”
Y/n let a couple of tear’s come out her eye’s to. She doesn’t know what’s suppose to happen next but she knows what she would like to happen.
“So-uh, um what now? I mean, you now know about me, now so what happens?” Y/n asked what she believes to be the most terrifying question of her life. At first, he just didn’t know but now he does. Now that he does what's gonna happen? If he rejects her now that would hurt more.
“If you let me I wanna be in your life, for the rest of it.” Dean stated grabbing her hand and holding it between both of his.
“I would like that.” she smiled. Which Dean returned, both wearing general smiles. That both haven’t done in a while.
“Awesome” Dean let out with a small laugh
“Awesome” Y/n did the same
“Oh god he says that to”
“Oh god she says that to”
Sam and Jason said at the same time, looking at eachother in a little bit of shock. All four hunters ended up laughing.
“So I’m gonna guess and say you're my uncle now?” Y/n asked looking between her father and Sam. Sam nodded with a smile she could tell he was trying to contain.
Jason walked over to her bedside opposite of the one before “Sam told me an I put the pieces together. Fate brought you together.” he smiled down at her
Y/n grabbed his hand in her one not occupied by Dean “fate also brought us together.”
Dean let go of her hand to give them a little space. He walked over to Sam by the door, but they didn’t leave this time.
“How’d it go?” Sam asked his brother with a hopeful look
“Good, great. She wants me in her life Sam.” Dean smiled at Sam. Sam hadn’t seen Dean this happy in a long, long time.
“Dean that’s amazing.I’m happy for you man. But, uh now you have to deal with that.” Sam tried not laughing but couldn’t help it. Dean looked confused before looking in the direction of his daughter making out with Jason.
Jason and y/n pulled apart to look at her father and uncle. “Don't worry, we’ll keep the PDA on low so you can get use to it at first.” Jason smiled at him as Y/n giggled at what her boyfriend said thinking ‘we kiss all the time so good luck with that’.
“Oh, I don’t know if he ever will” Sam laughed loving the look on Deans face. Also loving the idea of his brother having to deal with teenagers in love and one being his own daughter.

“How are you feeling kiddo??” Dean asked as he walked over to sit next to his daughter, kissing the top of her head.
They had just got back from doing some more research. More determined than ever to find the nest of vamps that hurt Dean’s daughter.
“Better.” Y/n smiled at him before asking. “Did you guys find the nest?”
Sam shook his head taking a seat at one of the table chairs in the tiny motel kitchen. “Not yet. What are we going to do when we find him?”
Sam was still on this not all monsters are bad kick, and it was pissing Dean and Y/n off. Especially now, did he not want to kill the monsters that tried to kill his niece and injured her?”
“We kill the sons of bitches.” Y/n stated with a determined look in her eye’s. That vamp was going to suffer for hurting her.
“That's my girl!” Dean stated proudly with a smirk. No one hurt his daughter and would get away with it.
