a question with what program do you make the characters or do you make them?
I work mostly in medibang paint pro, you can get it here .
(I'm assuming that you're talking about the utdr pixel sprites)
I suppose technically i do make them, but not from scratch, so also technically no.
What i do is i rework the existing game sprites, (they're easy to get from here). it's really easy to do because Kris has so many different sprites. For the teen Frisk and Chara sprites i made complete walk sheets for them using Kris' as a base. I used their colours and faces from their undertale sprites.
So, i do make the sprites, but i heavily depend on what already exists. I hope that makes sense, if not i'm happy to give examples and/or go into more detail : )
If you're taking requests for ship sprite art, Asgoriel would be absolutely 10/10
