Christian was live streaming once again and I was currently at a shoot getting my necessities together before leaving. I received the Instagram notification and decided to see what my soon to be man had to offer.
A lot of people figured we were together because of what we post via Instagram, and Twitter. We were just two individuals obviously in love with each other but too afraid to take action. We acted like a couple, that’s for sure. I met Christian when Dabin was searching for a certain someone for his ‘RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW’ music video, and he just so happened to be paired up with my very best friend.
“Who is Y/N?” Christian repeated from a fan who commented.
“She’s a friend of mine. Such an appealing girl.. ridiculously stunning, and over all just a great catch.”
You’d have to be stupid to not realize how intrigued he was. Not a day goes by of him not expressing his genuine feelings to poor little Dabin about you.
“I’ve hung out with her plenty of times, and not a second goes by where I’m not completely fantasized by her damn beauty of a smile. I swear she’s got to be Santa’s little present to me or something,” Christian grinned before placing his chin on his balanced fist.

A lot of these have been sitting in my notes for awhile now because i didn’t think they’d be good enough to share but ahh why not.Hope whoever reads this enjoys it! feel free to hit me up,ask me questions.
“Babe,” Christian called out from the bedroom.We both had the day free and decided to be lazy within each other’s company.
“Yeah,B?” I replied after filling up Lori’s bowls.
“Can we do the what’s in my mouth challenge?” He yelled out like I couldn’t hear him.Making my way towards the bedroom I dropped onto the bed beside him.
“Have you been watching those challenges on YouTube with Dabin again?” I asked looking at him,he gave a cute lopsided grin.
“Maybeeeee,” he singsonged.“but can we, on Instagram live?” He pleaded.
I don’t know why he was asking when he knew I’d say yes.After explaining everything to me we set out to find the five things that we were going to use.We both returned to the bedroom with our five items hidden from each other.Christian set his phone up on the tripod,placing it on the desk and turning on his Instagram live,waiting a couple of minutes before the views came in.
“Hey guys,” he commented as he adjusted his phone to capture both myself and Lori who had made her way into the room and onto the bed.
“I’m doing fine,wassup with you guys?” I heard him ask as I rubbed Lori’s tummy.It wasn’t the first time I’d been in his live,we’d been friends for years so they were used to me basically.
“To be honest I didn’t plan on getting on here but I really wanted to do a live challenge and as my best friend who loves me dearly,Y/N has decided to help me out.” He turned and looked at me with a cheesy grin on his face. I stuck my tongue out at him before smiling and waving at the camera then returning my attention to Lori.
“We’re going to be doing the what’s in my mouth challenge as soon as y/n over there decides to share her attention.btw loser has to wear the other person’s clothes in public for an entire day.” I could feel him rolling his eyes.Pushing him lightly I left a now sleeping Lori and sat beside him on the edge of the bed.
Explaining how it works we played rock,paper,scissors to see who was going first.Chris lost all three rounds which meant he got blindfolded first.Using a pillow case as a blindfold I tied it behind his head and waved my hand in front his face a couple of times.
“What are you doing?” He asked.
“Just making sure you can’t see.” I replied back holding up my first item so they could see. The comments that were coming in had me dying but I held it in.“Open up and stick your tongue out.”
He did as told and I placed the dirty sock on the tip of his tongue.He pulled it back and his face scrunched up before he stuck his tongue back out.Once again placing it on his tongue.
“Did you just put my dirty gym sock in my mouth?”
“Yes,” I laughed as he wiped his mouth on the back of his hand.We continued like this until I got to my last item.
“I swear to God if you put some weird ass shit in my mouth again we’re going to fight.” Looking at the bottle in my hand I contemplate on whether to go through with it or not.Saying ‘fuck it’ I placed a small amount on the spoon and placed it in his mouth. I grabbed the bottle of water near me as he removed the spoon and started tasting.It didn’t take long for the sting of the pepper sauce to kick in and his face to turn bright red.He pulled the blindfold off and looked at me with a really look before grabbing the bottle of water.
“Out of everything you chose hot sauce?” I smiled innocently at him and shrugged my shoulders.
“Stop being extra,you’ll be fine.” I patted his cheeks.He turned to the camera.
“You guys see how she treats me.” He pouted looking so fucking cute.

Christian laughed sarcastically.“ She thinks she going to win guys.She’s so funny.” He placed the blindfold on and proceeded. The first one was super easy mainly because I ate kimchi regularly. The second one fucked me up cause he thought it’d be fun to give me dog food.That shit does not taste good. The others were challenging but I was still tied with Christian unless I got this last one.

I looked at her as I pulled out my last item. I honestly didn’t care if I won or not because I’d already won at life when she agreed to be my girlfriend. I got my best friend and my girlfriend all wrapped up in one. I’m a cheesy fucker, I know.
We both talked about going public but couldn’t decide on how but after what I was about to do I don’t think we’d have to think about that anymore.Placing the sour gummy worm in my mouth I got closer to her as I placed it on her tongue for a bit before pulling it away when I thought she’d had enough. I could see the comment section blowing up at my actions.
“Is that sugar?” She questions.
“Not quite,want another taste?” She nodded and put her tongue back out.God she looks so fucking beautiful like that.Placing a fresh worm in my mouth I repeated the action keeping it on her tongue for a while longer.Just as I was about to pull back her mouth clamped down on the worm and she sucked on it trying to figure out what it was she kept going until the sour worm rested on the tip of my tongue.
“What the hell is that?” She asked pulling back. I ate the worm trying not to laugh.
Bro stop teasing the poor girl. I read Dabin’s comment and laughed.

“No you didn’t kiss Lori and it was partially a tongue.” She took the blindfold off and crossed her arms over her chest.

“y/n..baybehh,where are you going?” I asked Standing and holding onto her wrist pulling her against me.
“To sanitize my mouth,lord knows what weird shit you made me kiss.”
“So now my tongue is weird?” I smirked playfully at her. The expression on her face was enough to set me off again in a laughing fit.
“You jerk!” She hit my bare chest.
“You love me though,” I whispered leaning down closer to her face.“ It was actually gummy worms and then my tongue.” I winked at her my lips hovering mere centimeters away from hers.Her eyes darted to my lips and I took the initiative,pulling her closer by the waist I cupped her face in one hand as my lips descended upon hers.
Her lips pushed against mine as her arms draped around my neck,her hand pulling on my nape.My hands travel down the curve of her waist to her hips and over her round behind gripping one cheek firmly.
Reluctantly pulling away I peck her lips a few times before resting my forehead against hers.“ I love you.”

*Flashback*
You and Live were just chilling at Subway, during one of his breaks, discussing which sub toppings were the best, but to everyone else, you two were in a full on heated argument.
“I said it once and I’m gonna say it again, olives on subs are gross af”, you huffed.
“Just because you’re an olive hater doesn’t mean you’re right”, argued Live.
“Ask anybody and they’ll say olives taste gross, ESPECIALLY on subs”.
While you two continued to argue, one of Live’s co-workers came out from the back to see who and what was causing a ruckus in the shop. You knew most of his co-workers, as you came by often, but this particular girl was new and never met you, which would explain why she said what she did.
“Oh, Dabin I didn’t know you had a girlfriend, she’s quite pretty” she remarked.
As soon as the words left her mouth you nearly choked on your drink. Live patted your back to help you out, slightly chuckling. You threw him another glare and quickly cleared up the confusion.
“Ummm, I’m not his girlfriend, just his best-friend who happens to be a girl”, you explained awkwardly.
You and the girl made some awkward eye contact before she laughed slightly and apologized for the misunderstanding. The whole fiasco left you red with embarrassment and Live just laughed at your expense.
*Present*
You crack up remembering that day. After that delicate encounter, you and that girl were always super awkward with each other, hoping to avoid each other whenever possible. You wished that was the first and last time people mistook you and Live as a couple, but luck never worked in your favour. It happened constantly with even your friends purposely teasing the two of at any given time. You had never fully seen Live in that way, to you, he remained your best friend who just so happened to be a guy; your brother from another mother, a lad from another dad, closest guy friend, you never thought of him as a boyfriend — right?. You were almost 99.99% sure Live felt the same way and only saw you as a sister, yet little did you know, the thought of dating you crossed his mind pretty often. At first he also thought it was stupid when everyone mistook as you as a couple, however, the more he dwelled on subject, the more he understood it from a different perspective. The two of you understood one another without needing to say anything, but also the bond and chemistry between you was undeniable. Christian had even thought of casting you in one the videos as Live’s love interest but you always laughed it off, which to admit, deep down kind of stung. You both lay in your beds wondering how it would be to become an actual couple. As amazing and loyal Live was, you didn’t want to risk your entire friendship if it didn’t work out between you. Deciding to dwell on it another day, you close your eyes hoping to catch some sleep.
*A Few Weeks Later*
Live had a show on tonight, so you being the amazing friend you were, decided to go and support him. Arriving at the club you showed the bouncer your invitation and he escorted you to the VIP area where you were greeted oh so enthusiastically by the DPR crew.
“Well damn you look great!” remarked Scott
“Oh dang he’s right, you sure you aren’t here to impress a certain someone?”, added Christian with a wink.
You rolled your eyes, there it was, the neverending teasing, luckily Live saved you just in time.
“Leave her be guys, she dressed up for herself not some guy” defended Live
Always a gentleman you thought, though you couldn’t deny the comment made blush slightly.
You two conversed until he moved around to talk to some other artists. You sipped your drink and observed everyone. The staff and the boys were busy preparing for the performance while Live joked around with a group of girls. You continued to watch him laugh, talk, and then laugh again as some girls put their hands on his bicep and move closer. There was something wrong, why were they laughing so much? Why did those girls keep touching him?, didn’t he have to get ready for his performance? So why was he still standing there?
Without thinking you walked over and pulled slightly on his arm.
“Live it’s almost time for your performance” you spoke urging him to move away.
He did have to go but he wanted to spend a bit of time annoying you
“Yea, yea I’ll be there in a bit” he replied, turning back to laugh at something else one of the girls remarked.
For a few minutes you two continued this small banter until one of the girls told you off
“You really have to go now”
“He said he’ll be there in a bit, so just give him some space” she retorted.
Hurt, you retracted your arm and walked away without another word. You ordered another drink and went to find a comfortable seat. 15 minutes later the host announced it was Live’s time to perform, as he got on stage he looked around for you hoping to catch your eye. The club was a little dark and the fact that you had on dark clothes didn’t help either, nonetheless he continued to look for you.
He started his first set with To Myself, then followed by Know Me and Laputa, all the while hoping to catch you before a big reveal. You were seated off the side, almost hidden, quietly sipping your drink; the 3rd drink of the night that is. You bobbed along to the songs while letting the alcohol do its magic. Suddenly the stage lights dimmed and changed to a purple glow, with a soft instrumental playing in the background, Live began to speak.
“This song is dedicated to an extremely special person, they have been with me for a long time. They are one of my biggest supporters, after my mom of course.” everyone laughed, even you. He continued,
“I feel at peace and comfortable being around them so at first I thought of them like a sibling and my best friend, but for a while my feelings towards them have changed. They probably don’t know this but they are one of my biggest muses and inspiration behind my songs and stories. I’ve already said a lot so I’ll stop now, but that person is here tonight so I hope they pay close attention to the lyrics of this new song. Please enjoy my new single Jasmine”.
He finished his mini speech, the previous instrumental started and he began to sing.

Half of you felt giddy and happiness inside but the other half was confused and worried. Was Live even talking about you?
You thought back to his words, there weren’t any other girls he had known longer than you or that you knew of. He always said how you were like a sister he never had and one of his best friends, but lately he hadn't even uttered those words to you or about you. If he really did have feelings for you, did you have any for him?. Earlier this evening you were jealous with the attention he got from those girls and how they kept touching and laughing with him. Tonight wasn’t the first time you felt this way, whenever you two went out and he pointed out a cute girl without fail there was almost a small ache in your heart hearing him talk about other women. Opposite of that, you couldn’t help the flutter and burst of happiness in your heart whenever he did something silly or complimented you. “Oh shit”, was all you thought, you DID like him.
Until now the only thing stopping you from confessing or actually acknowledging your feelings was losing the friendship but now that he indirectly confessed, to hell with fear you thought. You were pulled out of your thoughts when the song stopped playing and a spotlight shone on you.
“Hey Y/n!” Live sang.
Looking up, your eyes adjusting to the light, you made eye contact with Live and there it was, the flutter.
The boys motioned you to come up and without a second thought your legs started to walk towards the stage. You finally reached, but before you could go up onto the stage, Live came down.
You two stared at each other, just blushing for god knows how long until Scott finally yelled at you two,
“For my sake please just kiss already!!!” he shouted from backstage.
The crowd was laughing and cheering the two of you. He rubbed the back of neck and shyly approached you, taking your hands in his. Leaning his forehead on yours he whispered,
“Can I kiss you?”
You nodded and shut your eyes, feeling his lips meet yours.
The flutter in your heart turned into fireworks and the butterflies in your stomach were uncontrollable but in a pleasant way. You two finally pulled apart for a breath of air, breathlessly he gently asked,
“Will you be my Jasmine?” flashing you a charming smile.
You pretending to ponder over his question and saw the smile start to drop the longer you stayed quiet. Smirking, you hugged him in the tightest grip you could muster up. The crowd and DPR crew cheered for the both of you and once again Jasmine started to play on the speakers. This time even you sang along but in the comfort of Live’s arms where he didn’t let you go for the remainder of the night, not that you were complaining. Maybe everyone was right, you two were a good couple and definitely more than friends.
