🍃¡Hola amigos! You can call me Astray, I'm a genderfluid person that fluctuates between boy and girl, so I use he/him and she/her pronouns, but I usually present as a boy so I prefer he/him.

🍃I'm a 20 year old, Mexican, university student that loves to read and write, especially about special interests, or in this case, about alterhumanity.

🍃I'm a poly-pluritherian, otherkin and fictherian. I awakened as an alterhuman, maybe a little bit more than 1 year ago because of TikTok, but have been presenting as one since as long as I can remember.

🍃I recently got more involved in the alterhuman community, and because I got inspired by a friend, thanks to star posts on various social media (@nimdreams go follow star hehe), I also decided to start sharing my experiences!

🍃Here, you will be reading about my childhood, adolescence and adulthood experiences as an alterhuman, but I will be sharing about other topics as well, such as my gear and facts about my types.

✨First of all I wanna clarify that all my content will be family friendly, so everyone can read it. My posts won't usually contain mature or heavy themes, but in the rare case I feel the need to add something like that, I will always put a trigger warning in the beginning of the post

✨Second of all, I don't feel like I'm in the position to inform correctly about terms and stuff, since I haven't been interacting with the community enough. I consider that I still have a lot to learn, so please don't take everything I say as the full truth about something, my goal is not to inform but to share my journey. I can, and will make mistakes.

✨Now let's get started! If you have read my introduction before, then you may be wondering, what else can I find on this blog a part from your life experiences as an alterhuman? Well then, let me tell you what you will find here.

✨Number one: You will find all the experiences I can remember about my alterhumanity, from childhood to adulthood. Spiritual, mental, dream or sensorial shifts, what may have triggered them, how I used to act when I was a child, and more! No matter how simple or complex they can be to describe.

✨Number two: Fun facts about my types and recent discoveries about them. For example; I'm a snow leopard, but maybe one day I can discover that I wasn't a snow leopard at all, and that I was confusing the theriotype with an arctic fox. I would like to update about this as fast as I discovered it.

✨Number three: Gear showing. This kind of posts will include images of the gear I own and general information about it, like where did I get it, how much it cost, the reason I bought it and what types do I relate it with.

But remember, gear doesn't define how much of an alterhuman you are, you don't need gear to be an alterhuman, it has never been about that. Although, gear can make you feel closer to your types.

✨Number four: Music. I would like to share songs that usually transport me to another world, songs that make my heart accelerate and therefore make me feel more free, more like my types. These songs can even trigger shifts, as I have experienced that myself.

🫧¡Hola a todos! Today's post is about my types list and some informative facts about non/alterhumanity, so you can't only get to know more about me, but non/alterhumanity in general too.

🫧But before we start with my short list, I would like to clarify a few concepts that might be useful for everyone that is reading this, especially if you are new in the community.

🫧I am a spiritual poly-pluritherian, polykin and fictherian. But what does all that even mean? You might be wondering, well I'm more than happy to answer your question!

🫧First of all, what is a therian? A person who identifies as an existing earthen animal in all levels except physical.

🫧So, what is a polytherian? A therian who identifies as more than one animal.

🫧And a pluritherian? A therian who identifies as more than one subspecies of the same animal, but not all.

🫧But wait! What is an otherkin? A person who identifies as a mythical or fantasy based being in all levels except physical.

🫧So, polykin is? An otherkin who identifies as more than one mythological or fantastic based being.

🫧Hmm, what about a fictherian? A person who identifies as a fictional animal that was created by humans (That has it's origins from books, movies, shows, etc).

🫧Good, then what does it mean to be a spiritual therian/otherkin/fictherian? To be a spiritual therian/otherkin/fictherian, just means that you identify as such in a spiritual level.

🫧Oh but, what are theriotypes? The animals a therian identifies as.

🫧Okay so, kintypes are? The mythical or fantastic being that an otherkin identifies as.

🫧And last one, what are fictotypes? The animal that was created by humans (That has its origins from books, movies, shows, etc) that a fictherian identifies as.

🫧Perfect! Now that we have learned this important information, I can continue with showing you my types list! :D

🪻¡Hey! ¿Qué tal? Today I have come to recommend a song! But before anything, you have to know that there is a possibility that this song triggers a shift, since I have experienced that myself, so be prepared when you listen to it!

🪻Now, I know that this song is very well known in the non/alterhuman community, but I wanted it to be the first one I recommend since I feel it very close to me. And who knows? Maybe there is actually someone who doesn't know it yet!

🪻I will not only recommend it but I will also add some information, like the date I added it to my playlist, with what type I relate it, and how does it make me feel in general.

🪻This song has two versions; the original and the Wolfwalkers movie version (What a piece of art). This is the original version.

•How does it make me feel? When I listen to this song I feel free, happy, energetic, as if I were running in a forest, feeling the cold wind running through my fur and the dirt or snow splashing my paws.

•Types I relate it with: I don't only relate it with my wolf theriotypes, but with my star wolf spirit kintype, fire dragon spirit kintype, Smoke Fury kintype, blue whale theriotype and scarlet macaw theriotype too.

•How does it make me feel? This version has a different vibe for me, I find it more relaxing, fantastic, magical.

Sometimes I feel like I can travel through the stars and observe the universe that I protect, or also how I illuminate the darkness in people's hearts with my flames, or how I fly through the air and how the wind embraces me as part of it, and likewise, I can feel how the ocean embraces me with a cold but comforting hug, welcoming me.

☁️Just to clarify, Smoke Furies are a Night Fury subspecies that is not portrayed in any httyd media, but since I don't certainly know if it is an original subspecies, I won't label it as one for now.

☁️I haven't seen someone in the non/alterhuman community use the Smoke Fury term before, so I assume there isn't any information about this subspecies and that I might be the first one to write data about them.

☁️But, have in mind that I will talk from my experience as one, and not all that I say is the full and only truth that exists about this subspecies, since I know there might be other fellow Smoke Furies out there.

☁️Information☁️

•Smoke Furies are a subspecies of Night Furies, these subspecies have almost the same powers and physical abilities as the Night Furies.

•Their body shape is the same as the Night Furies, but their size is slightly bigger. Their skin color can vary between different shades of grey, plus, the spines on their bodies are white colored, larger and more pointed.

Furthermore, what characterizes them most are the white spiral marks that are scattered throughout their body, along with other white colored markings, or patterns, and their white colored under body. Smoke Furies can have blue or yellow eyes and their plasma is always the same color as their eyes.

•Males and females don't have any aspect that differentiates them from each other beyond their sex.

So far there has been no indication that an alpha Smoke Fury exists or can exist.

•This subespecies is lonely and independent, but they are happy that way, they like minding their own business and they like to be left alone, they enjoy the peacefulness. Although, they can still bond with other dragons even if they are not from the same species, but they definitely can't be tamed by humans. They can be very territorial too, but not always, it depends on the individual.

•Although, Smoke Furies have almost the same powers and physical abilities as Night Furies, they lack of the retractable teeth ability and the lightning cloak power.

Instead of this last one, Smoke Furies have the power to partially turn their body into smoke, to be able to blend in with fog and gray clouds. This power can prevent any attack from causing them too much damage, but they can still be damaged since their body is still physical.

Smoke Furies have more strength, especially on their wings and therefore they have more speed. Because of this, they are capable of forming small wind tornados the size of a medium room, but it doesn't last much, since it is an artificial tornado

•They usually hunt during the day, preferably on cloudy days, as they cannot find a natural way to blend their colors in the night. However, depending on how bad the hunt went at day, they may also hunt at night, but this is very rare.

•Smoke Furies seem to love and enjoy rainy days, thunderstorms, hurricanes and anything related to having gray clouds and water.

•Lastly, their diet consists of fish and meat, just as Night Furies, but they have to eat more because of their bigger body, and the quantity they eat can be increased by the strength or powers used in the day.
