Hey, how do you do the Edward art I am meditation? I'd watch the video but my wifi is super slow to run a youtube video properly without getting stuck... can you tell me the insturctions
Hello!
In the beginning he says that the point of the mediation is learning to let go and then to feel. The video is 11:08 minutes long.
1. Lay down in a comfortable position and relax. Observe the blackness.
2. Pretend the outer world no longer exists. The only thing that exists is your awareness.
3. Repeat “the outer world no longer exists, I am just here now”.
4. Start feeling safe in your mind. There’s nothing to fear as the outer world no longer exists. Don’t reason with it, just feel it.
5. Repeat “there is nothing to fear in here, I can have what I want in here”. What would you give yourself and create now that the outer world doesn’t exist or matter? Imagine yourself how you want to be seen, feel how you want to feel etc.
6. Imagine having your desires, not desiring them anymore but actually having them. Embrace and accept it, you’re safe to do so.

Consulter de nombreuses sources (au début, principalement) est nécessaire et recommandé pour se faire un meilleur avis, mieux comprendre, ainsi que toucher différentes perspectives et approches au sujet du principe de manifestation consciente, et même plus. Car ces ouvrages / plateformes / personnes ne traitent pas seulement du fait même de manifester, mais de bien plus de choses; de ce que l’on considère « développement personnel » à la philosophie en passant par le lifestyle / style de vie. C’est d’ailleurs ce genre de thématiques que j’ai pris la décision d’implémenter dans mon contenu sur les réseaux sociaux, récemment. Au final, tout se rattache, et c’est ce qui rend le tout intéressant et si personnel. N’hésitez-donc pas à vous renseigner un maximum (après, je suis aussi une personne avec beaucoup d’intérêts et « d’hyperfixations » sur différents sujets, donc c’est facile à faire pour moi)

👛MEANING OF SELF CONCEPT
The way we perceive ourselves and the ideas we hold about our competencies and attributes is called self-concept. ( This definition is from my psychology textbook but it described self concept really well )
🖤IS IT NECESSARY TO MANIFEST ?
Self concept is not necessary when it comes to manifesting but it is very helpful and it does make manifesting more simple and easy.
👛HOW TO IMPROVE IT ?
💞Affirm !! Affirm and saturate your mind with those affirmations. The best way to reprogram your subconscious is through REPETITION. The more you repeat a thought / affirmation , the more dominant it will become.
👡Never underestimate the power of music. If you go on a spotify , just search self concept or confidence or that girl playlist & you will find so many songs which are filled with powerful and positive affirmations. Artists like Nicki Minaj , Le sserafim , Ariana Grande always include powerful affirmations in their songs. Listening to their songs enhanced my self concept.
💞Find a role model! Refer to my post on self concept icons , there are three parts in total . Click here - 1, 2 , 3. Suppose you want a self concept like Blair Waldorf , you can use her effect affirmations and a playlist dedicated to Blair and her vibes. Or maybe your self concept icon is Song Jia ? Then use affirmations based on her and listen to playlists dedicated to her. I have made affirmations for Jia too !! Your self concept icon can be anyone !!!! If you go on spotify and just search Blair , Regina, Song Jia or Thewizardliz etc you will find alot of playlists dedicated to them.
👡Create an alter ego and start acting like her . YOU ARE HER NOW !!! STOP IDENTIFYING WITH YOUR OLD SELF WHO HAD POOR SELFCONCEPT. THAT VERSION DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE.
💞Already assume that you have a perfect self concept . Don't give the old story any attention or don't waste your energy on your old self. Stop affirming how you have a " bad " self concept and need to work on it. Just assume that you have a perfect self concept already.
👡Mental diet can do wonders. Whenever you have a thought that doesn't align with your perfect self concept. Ask yourself , "Does this thought align with my perfect self concept?" . If the answer is no , then reject it. Become aware of your thoughts and only entertain productive and useful thoughts. Have a positive SELF TALK
💞Realize how powerful you are. You control your reality. You tell your reality/ 3D what to do. Your circumstances , 3D or reality doesn't control you, you control them. Your inner world creates the outer world. Stop victimizing yourself. You are the main character and director of your life. Start acting like it.
Self concept work is supposed to be easy and fun . Don't complicate it.

how i manifest when i feel anxious •°. *࿐


i decide i have what i want…
when i feel anxiety -> i let it pass while knowing its only a human reaction
◦ since i am beyond just a human (i am limitless imagination/self), i know any anxiety is below me and it has nothing to do with my limitless self. i have exactly what i decided i have, regardless of any anxiety.
know anxiety usually comes from a fear of failure
◦ so, i cannot limit myself based on what i see or what i negatively assume my future will look like bc i am always beyond the 3d, no matter what feelings/anxiety my human self experiences.
◦ i become indifferent/i dont care about what i see or what i assume i will see because i know everything comes together in the 3d once i change self/know its done. fact: everything always comes together and works out in the end. being indifferent to the 3d = being indifferent to emotions, anxiety and everything that doesnt serve you.
dont fight it, dont avoid it, tackle it head on
◦ acknowledge you are experiencing anxiety bc you are. yes it can feel like shit but it doesnt have to affect who you are being (whatever version of self you are embodying). again, i can choose to be indifferent to this anxiety. you dont have to be scared of the anxiety. it is a natural human response. cry if you need to, let it all out. dont try to suppress it bc that will only come to bite you back in the ass, believe me.
◦ take care of your mental health in whatever ways necessary. when i used to experience anxiety, i used to take walks in the park, clear my head, meditate, express myself and my emotions through art and journaling, etc. remember nothing you do (or feel) in the 3d has to affect who you are being/your state.
"how can i still have anxiety yet still be a desired version of me?"
anxiety has no affect on anything unless you allow it to change your identity. you are the one with power, the anxiety is only an experience, similar to breathing in oxygen and using our sense of touch; its all neutral. when you start surrendering to the anxiety, you are creating and accepting negative stories that you create based on the feeling of anxiety. allowing that anxious feeling to change your state/identity is surrendering to something you view as more "powerful" than you. stop transforming that anxiety into a state that you embody based on the false, negative stories u imagine.
remember a 3d experience or anxious feelings doesnt have to influence who you are being. an example: a model who knows (fulfilled) that she is graceful and beautiful can have anxiety about doing her catwalk. the anxiety is normal, she can experience the symptoms of anxiety (shortness of breath, dry mouth, shaking) but her core identity/state is still a graceful model. the anxiety is only a temporary feeling. usually when we experience these feelings, they occupy all of our attention in that moment which is why it seems so scary but in reality, its not that big a deal. know that anxiety is just a feeling. you are safe. you can still experience shitty feelings while knowing you are a bad bitch!
you dont always identify with everything you experience. for example, a lot of people experience good things and still identify as people who are unworthy of good things. so its really up to you to choose what to identify with.
i know my only job is knowing its done
◦ if i just decided its done, as the operant power, as i say goes, therefore its done. so my job is done. anxiety is part of the 3d, not my limitless self, imagination. so i can be indifferent and experience it without identifying with it, the same way people manifest what they desire while experiencing their shitty circumstances daily (because they do not identify with those shitty experiences).
◦ ive heard/experienced situations were we know its done yet we cried and felt like shit, and what we wanted still manifested into the 3d. bc anxiety is only a feeling. do not allow your feelings to take hold of your state, but if it does, its never the end of the world... just get back in the state. 3d shit/anxiety doesnt have to intervene with who you are being/what you identify with.

2. Chief delusion,
and I almost considered deleting this whole blog. Why didn't I listen to Edward Art earlier?
Living in the end is literally IT 💀.
I wasted 10 whole days doing a routine without living in the end when I could have just assumed that 'I AM' already in my desired state.
I feel somewhat angry, that I let some silly manifestation method interrupt my sleep cycle—when the journal is
LITERALLY already right beside my bed 💗💗💗.
I just woke up this morning from a lucid dream, and I woke up directly from the dream because my little brother was banging at my door 😤, so the dream was very vivid. And I remembered that when I became lucid, I didn't try to do anything concerning my desire: as it was a lucid dream. I realized that I didn't need to have done anything in the dream, like drawing a portal, or affirming, because I already have my desire. The power comes from my imagination, not from my lucid dream.

The Subconscious Mind —
According to Neville Goddard.

I've always known about the power of the subconscious mind. Even before I came across Neville Goddard's works. But I always wanted to know his take on the topic of the subconscious mind, as nothing he thought seemed to be in alignment with it (at least not in any of his works which I've read.) When yesterday, I was reading his teaching:
"The Power Of Awareness"
It was then I found out what I wanted to know; how the subconscious mind had any general relation with the law of assumption (just like consciousness and imagination.)
Here it is:
Now, there are certain words that in the course of long use gather very many strange connotations. And so, in the course of time, they cease to mean anything at all. Such a word is the “subconscious”. Such a word is, too, - and do not beshocked - such a word is “Christ Jesus”. No two have the same opinion of the word, the same definition or mood of the word. Let us now take a look at the word “subconscious” and see how it is defined for us. This is the definition as given to us in any good dictionary. It is that portion of mental state not directly within the focus of consciousness, but capable of being called into such focus by the proper stimulus. Now that is the definition of this fabulous realm. Now let us look at the claim made for this realm. Our mental scientists, psychiatrists and psychologists of today refer to this region as the creative power in man; that everything in man’s world is determined by the activities of the subconscious mind; that man himself has absolutely no control over the activities of this region unless he first gets into a relationship with it. For here is a region that they call the subconscious; others call it the “unconscious”, and still others speak of it as the “collective unconscious”, but they claim for it a creative power that moulds the outer world in harmony with the inner arrangement of its self. So they give it structure, they give it reality, they give it form, and they claim its structure determines the outer structure we observe and call the only reality: that any modification in the internal structure of this deep region results in corresponding changes in the outer objective world. But then they leave us at the mercy of IT, unless we can find the trick of entering into a relationship with it. Now, let us turn to the Gospel. What is said of the central character of the Gospel - the one I refer to as Christ Jesus. It is said of this central figure that “All things were made by Him, and without Him there is nothing made that is made”. All things, not a few things, all things - it includes all. I read my Gospel carefully and I find that from within out is the order of the Universe. In the 7th chapter of Mark, “Not what goes in defileth the man, but what proceeds out of the heart”, either for good or for evil. Not just the good comes out, but the evil can come out too. All things come from within out; what goes within cannot defile the man; only the thing that proceeds out of the heart of man can bless him or defile him; that there is some creative power in man that constantly moulds the outer world in harmony with itself, and this Creative Power is described for us as Christ Jesus.
You are NOT your intrusive thoughts.
Realisations from an OCDer:
Edward Art mentioned in his videos that the identity we have in the 3D is like a character that we embody. Therefore, the physical body that we have is just a character that we embody in the 3D. Think of it like a skin that you wear to navigate this reality. Its main job to do is to keep you alive, so your body is just trying their best to do so. For example, when your character experiences high levels of stress and anxiety, intrusive thoughts are triggered and is sometimes accompanied by anxiety attacks, nausea, heart palpitations, repetitive behaviours (esp in OCDers) etc etc, making these intrusive thoughts feel "real". However, that is not true. Your physical body is merely trying to get you out of the distressing situation that you are in, so it is doing all that it can to cope. Do you see it now? All of what you have experienced is not coming from YOU, but your physical body, your character, your skin. That's not to say that your experiences or feelings aren't valid, they 100% ARE. But the problem here is that we tend to identify ourselves with those thoughts and feelings and assume that those are us.
They aren't.
What YOU are is pure consciousness.
"You are the universe having a human experience, You are the universe experiencing itself" - Alan Watts
Think about it. Without your existence, without YOU, how does ANY of the things in the 3D matter? How do your desires matter? What is any of it if YOU do not exist?
Because we are everything and nothing all at once, intrusive thoughts do not matter at all. Intrusive thoughts only feel "real" because of the character that we embody in the 3D, it is not coming from US.
Isn't it comforting to realise that we're not responsible for our intrusive thoughts? They are literally just thoughts. A thought is just a thought until you give it meaning. So its time to take back your power!!! You are in control!!
And so what if an intrusive thought pops up? So what if you feel like shit because of it? None of this is coming from YOU. It means NOTHING. Its coming from your character. So feel those feelings if you have to, cry if you have to but whatever you do, DO NOT give your power away to these thoughts! You are not a failure for having them. They CANNOT stop your manifestations as long as you don't identify with them. Remember your thoughts are NOTHING without you! They hold NO POWER.
