It had been weeks since any new news. Y/N had been waiting for her brothers to send word once it was done but nothing yet. Impatiently, she decided to check for herself. 

The fall season had just begun if the trees changing colors and the wind blowing leaves were any indication. With her fall attire on: a long beige coat, cream turtleneck, black pants, and black stiletto boots, she was ready to go. 

Y/N closed her apartment door and stuffed the keys and her phone in the coat pockets. It was cold outside but it wasn’t unbearable…yet. 

She had texted him several times, well only thrice, but that was far too many according to her. She figured she’d get a head start but right before she could enter the beaten path that led to the woods, she saw him. He was wearing that signature smirk of his. 

“Leaving without me?” He asked, raising one brow. 

“You were taking too long. You didn’t respond,” Y/N replied as she kept on walking, not even slowing down for him. 

“You only texted twice.” He slightly jogged to keep up, as if he wasn’t capable of running circles around her. 

“Thrice.” 

“Ah..thrice.” He looked at her from the corner of his eye with a small smile. 

“Stop that. We need to go.” She could always feel him looking at her though despite what she’d say, it didn’t bother her.

hi I love your blog we have very much the same opinions in everything except klamille is my favourite klaus ship and klaurora is second

I have been trying to enjoying klaus fics or any tvdu fics on wattpad but every thing I have read so far doenst show the characters accurately which is very annoying

I was hoping and want to request if you could give me some recommendations on fics on wattpad that are good. (Mainly klaus but any love interest would be good)

Don't worry, you're not sounding rude at all, if anything you actually sound really sweet. I'm glad we share some opinions and I'm really honored you came to me for some suggestions.

I haven't read long fanfictions in a while outside works in ao3, I left Wattpad a few time ago but I'll still try my best, tho I'm not very good at giving summaries. Fair warning these are mainly fanfics I've read in Archive of Our Own, not Wattpad, but I hope it's not a problem. If it annoys you, send me an ask and I'll give you some Wattpad recommendations!

Summary:

I think we've all read those kind of tvdu fanfics where the main character is a teenager, usually related to the Gilbert or the Forbes, still in high school and who suddenly stops trying to make a life for herself just because she gets dragged into the supernatural world. Well, Patisserie is the opposite of that. For once, the main character isn't a teen but an adult around her twenties, who works at a bakery and is completely unaware of the supernatural world until Klaus decides to change that.

The slow burn is is truly worthy of a chef's kiss, the way the author describes and writes the Mikaelson is just so on point it hurts. Their family dynamic is so entertaining to watch, but it's as fucked up as it is in the show, which it's something not many authors can accomplish. The way they behave around the main character, a simple human, it's so amusing because they truly know nothing despite their age and she's just so easy to relate to, because for once the oc is not ridiculously overpowered.

The way we perceive the Mikaelson and the vampire world from a human pov is truly interesting, how she copes with all of it and eventually learns to love all of them individually while being aware of the danger is so well done. Kol and her, as well as her relationship with Klaus, are particularly interesting to read, especially considering how they all behaved around her at the beginning and especially because both of them are the most dangerous members of their family. They are all selfish creatures, and I love how it shows the more their relationships with her develop.

Summary;

You know those fanfics who fix (almost) everything problematic in canon? Apotheosis does exactly that. In this story, Klaus isn't a complete irredeemable character for once, but he also isn't half as bad as his canon version, and due to the oc being a werewolf, this fanfic does expand on his werewolf side a little more than The Vampire Diaries or The Originals ever did. His family and him actually have a healthy bond, and Finn gets the recognition he deserves for once.

The story is set in season three of TVD, exactly when Klaus and Stefan are trying to make hybrids for his pack, and in a ironic plot twist, Klaus decides to take you with him when you're still a werewolf after you say you're not worthy to be a hybrid, at least not yet.

Her devotion to him is completely endearing and I absolutely love how Klaus actually cares for his pack, especially because they're all canonical characters who were killed way too quickly. Her relationships with the members of their pack are so well written, and this fanfic it's the perfect mix of humour and seriousness. It has a ongoing sequel, which I just adore. I warn you though, all the characters have several differences from their canon versions.

Twisted Obsession (fanfiction.net, Klaus x original female character) by rocket-queen98;

Summary;

Lola is one of the most adorable mc I've read. She is human and around nineteen, if I remember correctly, and just a sweet girl and adorable. She's introduced into the supernatural world thanks to baby Hope, who is just the cutest, due to her needing a mother figure now that Hayley wasn't present in her life thanks to the curse placed on her.

Her relationship with Hope is my favorite part of the whole fanfic. She doesn't suddenly turn into her mother, she doesn't intend to either, but rather becomes her best friend and Klaus and her develop a bond thanks to this. The way father and daughter interact is so heartwarming too, the subtle hints of them being werewolves, and seeing a main character having a good relationship with her father for once is a good turn, especially in tvd fanfics.

It's clear Klaus and Lola have something going on, even if they won't admit out loud, but for some reason the people around them give the impression they don't actually want them to date. There is implications something more fucked up than usual is going on with Klaus and his relationships, and I'm pretty sure him and Cami were a thing in this fic too. Surprisingly, Hayley and Cami aren't turned into absolute bitches, but there is Jackson bashing though.

The Girl in the Forest (fanfiction.net, Klaus x original female character) by noblecrescent;

This fanfic is a tetralogy of books set in The Originals, I read those fanfics a while ago so forgive me for any mistake. Maleny is a witch who was cursed, if I remember correctly, and was constantly body-jumping every short time.

In one of her lives, she met Klaus and they fell in love, but she died, if I'm not wrong, and they end up meeting again in New Orleans time later where he has a child on the way and a kingdom to conquer.

I can't remember a lot more without giving you spoilers, but it's worth checking it out!

Now, I'll give no more summaries because I honestly don't remember a lot of the next fanfics, but it's your choice if you want to read them;

I just could not not recommend this fanfic. Mia comes to Mystic Falls to seek revenge after Damon kills her best friend Lexi, but she of course gets dragged by the problems in that little town.

The thing I like the most about Via's story is how there is no cliché: no bashing towards Tyler or Elena, Mia actually befriends them, Bonnie gets the recognition and love she deserves, Klaus doesn't suddenly turn into a different person just because he loves the oc, he continues to be a piece of shit, and how sweet and empathetic she is, not like those reused badass mc who are just rude.

I would recommend some more, but it's kinda hard to find fanfics with a good Klaus depiction. I'm pretty sure I left out a lot of amazing fanfics, though.

hi <3 i was wondering if you would be able to help me out. i was looking for an old elijah fic that i read on here a while back, i think it was still incomplete at the time; maybe about 2018 or so? but it basically starts off with the events of tvd s2 with the mc also being kidnapped alongside elena by trevor and rose. and then the salavatores come and rescue elena but leave the mc behind, and elijah ends up taking her with him. she ends up sticking with him and the mikaelson fam throughout the events bc the gang aren't very apologetic abt forgetting her. very bare bones unfortunately bc that's all i can remember.

I was curious to see how you feel about those stories where the OC is significantly more powerful than the Mikaelson Family? Like the ones where people just add the OC as a Scarlet Witch. I honestly don’t think any of the Mikaelsons would react very well to having someone significantly more powerful than them in their vicinity. As shown in quite a few episodes. Let alone one of them being romantically involved.

Hi! I'm fine, how about you?

I'm not gonna lie, these kind of stories are hard to read most of the time, especially because the powers these ocs have are practically never executed well. Why do they have that magic, who gave it to them, how do they even manage to live having that much amount of power? If people are so desperate to have their ocs be the next Wanda Maximoff, at least try better. Make their parents a god or goddess, perhaps both, someone like Thor, Loki, Freyja, especially considering the Mikaelson worshipped the Norse deities.

I honestly don't see any of them reacting well at all, especially Klaus and Kol. For a thousand years, they believed themselves to be the most strongest beings on earth and often were proud of it, knowing it meant they were "untouchable" and the few who dared to go after them were easily dealt with (excluding Mikael). We've all seen how they reacted to their parents, Bonnie, Dahlia, Inadu, Lucien, and all the people who came close to killing them, so imagining them having to deal with someone who is in Wanda level, who can warp reality and create life from nothing would be an interesting dynamic.

Trying to kill this kind of ooc would nearly be impossible, but knowing how prideful the Mikaelson are this would not stop them at all. I can see Elijah trying to negotiate some kind of truce should the need arise, and I can easily see as well Klaus and Kol trying to seduce her/him to put themselves in their good side if they've run out of chances, but this would likely be the last option considering how much it would eat them inside to have to "yield" to someone who tried killing them/is more powerful than them.

However, Kol was also absolutely terrified of Silas, to the point where he tried to kill his sister to stop her from waking him up, so it's hard to determine with him. It's very likely in my opinion, that he sided with this ooc if he got something from it, some sort of protection or escape from his family - but this alliance would prove to be very short, as all the Mikaelson are cockroaches who can never be truly away from each other.

Rebekah, on the other hand, is a hard guess for me too, considering how short her time on both shows was. Someone more powerful than her family, than her brother, who often abused her? Depending on which Rebekah we're talking about, I can see her trying to charm her way into this ooc's heart to have a defense against Klaus. But TO Rebekah would without a doubt stand with her family against anyone.

Any Mikaelson falling in love with this person, however, is unlikely to happen in my opinion. As I said before, I can see them - all of them, to be honest - making this person fall in love with them to have her/him "under control" or to have a secret weapon, but love is a very different thing from manipulation or lust. I can easily see them developing a toxic relationship that lasts through centuries if they do happen to fall in love, and being some sort of "frenemies" with the Mikaelson, but all of this is hypothetical, of course.

Fate: Part 2

Emilia woke up with pounding head. Where the hell was she? She squinted her eyes around to get a clear view. All she could make out was a very dark dungeon. How did she reach there? Her mind raced trying to recall. All she remember was her talking to Vincent at Rousseau’s. After convincing him to join hand with her, she left bar for her hideout. But unfortunately, someone came out of nowhere and ambushed her. It happened so quickly that she was not prepared for what happened next. The attacker hit her on the head which rendered her unconscious. All she saw was a blonde face when everything went dark.

She struggled to untie herself. But the knots were too tight. She tried her magic. It was not working. She tried and tried. It still did not work. Panic started rising in her heart. This had not happened to her in decades.

“Hello Emilia.” Someone greeted her. She could not see anyone in the dark.

“Who is it?” she called out. She saw a suited man moving forward. When the face became visible, she gasped. She was fucked. Completely fucked.

Elijah Mikaelson stood there in all his glory, watching her, studying her. Recovering from her initial shock, she stared back at him expressionlessly. She won’t give away anything. Even at the cost of her life. Elijah noticed the change in her. She was defensive now. Ready to fight. He also noticed the small changes in her. She no longer looked like a soft meek teenager he had known two centuries ago. She was a strong woman now. Her hair shorter than before, but messy as always.

“How are you still alive?” he couldn’t help but ask. He got no reply.

“Um…. It may not be the right time to ask, but who the hell is she?” Marcel asked.

“That Marcel is sweet, little Emilia Murphy.” Rebekah replied.

“We got that already, Rebekah. Our question is who is she?”

“She is a witch. A Cherai witch, to be specific. And chances are she could be the one who orchestrated the whole kidnapping plan.” Klaus told them.

“Hold On. Cherai witches are all dead. Every last one of them.” Marcel asked.

“Yes they are, Marcel. Or were dead. We were the one who killed them.” Klaus seethed.

“How the hell is she alive then?” Haley questioned.

“I don’t know.” Klaus screamed. He had reached at the end of his patience. First his daughter nearly getting kidnapped. Now an old enemy who was supposed to be dead, was alive and locked in one of the dungeons below.

Emilia heard Klaus scream. She was sure Elijah did too. But he did not react. Guess nothing had changed in two century. Niklaus still had tantrum issues. No big deal. And Elijah still cleaned up mess left behind.

“I am a patient man, Emilia. I am sure you know that very well now. So I will not leave until I get answer to my questions.” Elijah said when she had not said anything yet. Suddenly they heard a blast. Taking advantage of Elijah’s distraction, Emilia willed all her powers to break free. She quickly hexed Elijah and ran out of the dungeons.

The scene in front of her eyes caused fear in her, but she quickly masked it and joined the fight. Jake and Chris were shooting arrows at the Marcel and Haley. Klaus looked angry and was going to attack May. If she didn’t intervene now, they would be probably dead. She used her magic to create a shield between them and the Mikaelsons. Klaus tried to attack again, followed by Marcel and Haley, but was thrown backwards, which caused the later two to stop.

“Stop!” They heard someone say. Elijah was back on his feet. He looked amused at the newcomers.

“Now since sweet Emilia here was not telling me anything, how about the rest of you enlighten me?” Elijah said helping Klaus up.

“Why bother with it, brother? Let’s just kill them all.” Klaus said.

“Hold on, Niklaus.” Then turning around to face the newcomers, he continued, “Emilia, if you think you can leave this place unharmed, than think again.” Soon they were joined by the rest of the Mikaelsons- Kol, Davina, Freya, Hope and Rebekah. They were surrounded with no escape. Looks like this would be their end.

Summary: Hope went missing and not even Freya can find her. Klaus and Elijah's human girlfriend can help them especially when the people who kidnapped Hope left a drawing of an octopus in it.

A/n: First fic I've wrote yay! I'm sorry in advance for wrong grammar. But anyway, enjoy reading!

"Found anything yet?" Klaus asked impatiently pacing around the room.

Hope was missing and everyone is trying their best to find something. The people or person who kidnapped Hope left a note that just have an octopus drawing in it and it certainly did not help them since they have no clue what the octopus means.

"Klaus be patient and calm down" Elijah scolded his younger brother even tho he too, is having a hard time calming himself.

"I can not calm down brother! My daughter is missing and all clue we have is a stupid drawing of an octopus!" by now, Klaus' voice was getting louder and louder to think that he was already yelling.

Freya is sat down the floor trying to do a location spell to find hope but there was a magic strong as hers that is blocking it.

"Hello everyone—oh" Alena Sinclair, Klaus and Elijah's girlfriend, greeted with a cheerful expression but was turned into a confuse look when she saw everyone's state.

"Hello dear" Elijah greeted her with a small smile. Alena started making her way to Elijah and kissed him in the cheeks.

She turned to Klaus and hope to greet him but he was clearly stress, pacing around the room with his hands on his hair.

"What's wrong?" She asked Elijah.

"Hope is missing and Freya is trying to find her but she thinks that there was a strong witch, strong as hers, blocking the magic." Elijah explained. Alena's smile fell and her faced morphed into a worried expression.

Alena was like Hope's second mother. Whenever Hayley is busy with the wolves, she would be the one taking care of Hope. And with her being Klaus' girlfriend it gave her and Hope more time together. Hope started calling her 'mama' when she turned 8 while she calls Hayley 'mom'

"Well is there any clue or anything that can tell us where she is?" Alena asked, worry in her voice.

"Well there is this octopus drawing that is colored red and black an—"

"W-wait wait!" Alena cut Elijah off. "An octopus?!?" She asked, gaining everyone's attention.

"Yeah, here" Kol handed her the drawing with his other hand as his left hand was on Davina's shoulders calming her down.

Alena stared at the drawing wide eyed. Memories started flooding in her mind. This can't be possible, there is no way that they were still alive.

"Do you know what it means Lena?" Hayley asked her, her voice in a whisper. Jackson beside her hugging her for comfort.

"Yes but I-i might be wrong" She whispered back her reply. Her worried expression turned to a mixture of disbelief, fear and anger.

"Well then what does it means?" Klaus asked her.

"I will explain later but right now we have to go to New York" she replied. Her eyebrows furrowed, bitting her lip.

"New York?" Freya asked. Alena just nodded her head.

—New York—

"So darling, why are we here again when we're supposed to be looking for Hope?" Kol asked.

The Mikaelson's, Hayley, Jackson, Davina and Alena were all standing infront of a tall building.

There was a lot of people wearing suits or catsuits or holding some gears.

Alena said nothing and started walking inside and gesturing her head for them to follow her.

"Come on" she said.

Everyone looked at each other with confused face but they followed her in.

Alena led them to a big office. Once that everyone was inside, she closed the door and locked it.

"So, what do you know about the octopus my love?" Klaus asked.

Alena cleared her throat. "Wednesday wake up, we got some work to do"

The blinds closed and holograms started showing. The monitors started opening and a femanine robotic voice spoke.

"Hello Lady Lena, its good to have you back. You have 5 recent unfinished projects, 3 recent received files from Doctor Jake and Agent Phil." Wednesday, The AI said startling everyone but Alena.

"Who was that?" Kol exclaimed. Alena who was walking towards the desk turned to him. "That's Wednesday my Ai, Artificial intelligence"

"You have an Artificial intelligence?!?" Finn has been fascinated with computer science since the moment he learned how to used a phone.

Alena chuckled. "Yes" before saying. "Wednesday please get rid of the holograms and replace it with all the files that you have on Hydra"

Many holograms appeared surrounding the room.

"What is Hydra?" Davina's question was ignored by Alena.

"Wednesday try to search for Hope Mikaelson" Alena said sternly. It was the first The Mikaelson's heard Alena serious, she was mostly cheerful and happy and positive.

A hologram appeared. Hope's picture popped up and text too. Wednesday started speaking again.

"Hope Mikaelson, 14 years old, daughter of Klaus Mikaelson and Hayley Marshall-Kenner, Date of birth: January 4, 2012, 5'3 tall"

"How does she know all that?" Klaus exclaimed.

"She's an Ai brother, Artificial intelligence" Finn replied and Klaus glared at him.

"Wednesday where is Hope Mikaelsons location right now, specific location" Alena ignored the two and ordered the bot.

"Siberia, Russia miss. Where the Winter Soldiers were held" With that, Alena paled.

What if they turned her into a Winter Soldier? What if they use her? What if they turn her into a weapon? How does Hydra even know who Hope is? They knew about supernaturals?

Alena was so caught up in her thoughts that she didn't notice that Klaus, Elijah, Kol, Rebekah and Finn sped off to find Hope.

Hayley went to Alena noticing that she was now sitting down with her knees in her chest.

"Lena you have to calm down, follow my breathing honey" Hayley instructed.

Once she noticed that her breathing is now normal, she spoke. "Hey what happened?"

"Wha-what if they turn her into a weapon? what if they use her?" Alena said her mind running with questions again.

"Lena calm down, Klaus and the others will take care of it and you know that nobody mess with the Mikaelsons and live" the wolf tried to reassure the agent.

"Y-yeah you're right" The Sinclair girl calmed down.

—An hour later—

"We're back" Kol announced. Hope ran to both of her mother's arms hugging them tight.

"Ohh thank God" Hayley and Alena both sighed in relief.

Alena turned to see her lovers covered in blood. She ran to them concerned.

"We are okay love, you don't need to worry about us" Klaus assured their lover. He kissed her first deeply as a thank you. Hope wouldn't have been found earlier without Alena's help.

"Thank you love, for finding Hope" Klaus said after they broke apart. Alena smiled and muttered a 'you are always welcome my love' which made Klaus smile widely with the pet name.

Alena turned to Elijah and kissed him too, and asked if he was also okay after they broke the kiss which Elijah nodded in reply assuring her too that he's fine.

"Now darling, you might need to explain with this all" Kol said gesturing the room with holograms and computers.

They all sat down in the sofa's after Alena ordered Wednesday to remove the holograms and open the blinds.

"Well it all started when I was 9 I think? Nick Fury found me at the street with bags in my hands. He asked me why was I all alone in the streets at night and I explained to him that I was kicked out of the orphanage and I had to stay in the streets. He made a decision to take me under his wing and from that day I was introduced to the world of spies, agents and assassin's. Nick trained me into becoming a great spy and agent. I was taught everything I need to know about, how to fight, how to use guns, knives and more weapons. He taught me how to watch my back every time and to not trust anyone. I grew up fighting for my way to become a great agent and make my father proud. And well, now I am a level 9 agent." Alena explained.

"Wait then how did you end up in New Orleans?" Davina asked.

"I was sent for a month mission to get information about supernaturals. Apparently my father found out about supernaturals and wanted to know more about them." Alena replied putting her hands in her lap.

"Wow so you've been an agent all along" Hope asked excitedly.

"Yes hon" Alena hummed in agreement.

"Wait can you teach me how to fight ma?" That gained everyone's attention and heads snapped to Hope's direction.

"I don't know honey" Hayley looked unsure.

"Please mom please please please, plus you know mama would take care of me and not get me to any trouble" Hope pleaded.

Hayley looked at Klaus who looked at Alena who looked at Elijah.

"Why not I mean, Alena would take care of her right my love?" Elijah asked. Alena hummed in agreement.

"Fine" Hope cheered loudly with that.

"Wait can you teach me too?" Kol asked loudly.
