Sorry, I’m just thinking of the contrasts between Leb and Elise and the destinies they were essentially pre assigned along with their parallels. Both were found somewhere abandoned but Elise was always a witch. She was the product of a curse, a deal with the devil, and Lebkuchen was assigned a nun, a holy woman. Both of them want to be free from their destinies, from Kieferberg, but Elise wants to leave because she is an outsider, a person who is rejected, and Leb is the holy woman, a role that strains her, one she wants to escape. Friends since childhood, yet split apart by arbitrary things.
my fave Mori hc of all time is that he carries pics of Elise around in his wallet like Hughes from FMA and pulls them out in the middle of Important Mafia Meetings™️ like “look at my daughter :)”
