One of my fav fluttercord fic tropes is for him to say something to the effect of "who am i to deny you anything, fluttershy?" It makes me INSANEEEEE he's watched entire planets die and be born and he still thinks she's the most amazing thing he's ever seen and will defer to her in every situation. Her, this little mortal who freezes when she has a panic attack at the farmer's market. Because SHE extended a hand to him in genuine friendship, she's worth infinite universes in his eyes. bangs my head against the wall
