Ham and Pineapple Dinner - Main Dishes A great take on a Hawaiian-style dinner. This one's great for that leftover ham. Cubed ham sauteed with onions and pineapple in a sweet sauce. Kids love it and it's great served over rice or noodles.

Easy Hawaiian Chicken

This is adapted from a recpie I saw on Facebook. The one I saw called for brown sugar but I felt that would be too sweet.

2 large chicken breasts 1 cup crushed pineapple 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/2 tbsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1 tbsp sesame seeds 1/2 red bell pepper chopped 1/2 sweet onion chopped

All of the ingredents go in the slow cooker. Cook for six hours on low or until chicken is just starting to fall apart.

I’ll post an after picture when it’s done.

It doesn’t look near as good as it actually is but here’s an after pic of the Hawaiian Chicken I made eariler. It was soooo good on top of rice with a side of steamed broccoli.
