Big naturals... small naturals. Doesnt matter to me. The only thing natural is the love for tits amen
we've got some real philosophers in the askbox tonight. so fucking real
I live my life under the basic principle that people know their minds, bodies, genders, and orientations better than I do so I just take them at their word when they say they are a thing.
Stickin ur feet in a river is cleansing. You just roll up your pant legs and step into the stream. Bam. You’re a new man.
This idea that therianthropy, otherkinity, nonhumanity and other forms of alterhumanity is either completely nonhuman, or completely human that identifies as a nonhuman creature bothers me. It's either we are crazy to think we are animals, or we're just roleplaying or regressing as animals and not taking it all that seriously.
One can be both human and animal. One can be completely animal. One can be completely human. There's no wrong or better way to be a therianthrope, otherkin or any other kind of nonhuman.
The way most make it feel like you have to pick one or the other, and how folks take sides, bothers me. The ableism coming from those who think the fully nonhuman are crazy and should be locked up. And the misanthropy coming from those who think the human nonhumans are awful or below them for being part human.
And I see it the worst in the physical nonhuman groups. One can be both physically or biologically a human and a nonhuman animal at the same time. How do you think werewolves or any kind of shapeshifter works? They aren't only one creature. They're both, or all their forms at the same time.
I'm both human and nonhuman. I take my nonhumanity seriously. This isn't a game or roleplay to me. I am an eagle and dog just as much as I am a human. And I've gotten shit from both sides. I'm delusional for thinking I am my theriotypes and fictotypes. And I'm too human to be taken seriously.
I didn't word this as well as I wanted, simply because I'm a tired old mutt and english is hard. But I hope you get what I mean.
Man, I was watching the movie and the entire time I was thinking "Wow. This would've been so much more satisfying in the show" because the show has earned it. The show's writing is far from perfect, it has many, many flaws, but my god is it far better than Miraculous Awakening will ever be. And I'll tell you why.
I will preface by saying, yes, an hour and a half movie has way less time than a TV show with several episodes to build up characters and relationships, so time constraints will make it so we may not get as much depth in the on-screen relationships.
You know what, though? The time they spent playing mediocre songs could've been used better to show us all the things the songs had to outright tell us. Cause that was the problem.
The movie sure liked telling us how the characters were feeling. It rarely showed it. Like could you tell me why movie Marinette liked Adrien? Because I couldn't. What did he do to earn her affection beside look pretty? Why did we only get a montage of them getting closer instead of actually seeing it? Or how we never really see much of Gabriel and Adrien's struggles with the loss of Emilie, we simply get glimpses. How am I supposed to feel anything when Gabriel stops being Hawk Moth when this movie showed us literally nothing of their strained relationship? And then there's Gabriel's claim that he did absolutely everything to get Emilie back. No he didn't. He did actually nothing. He freed a couple of criminals and then akumatized himself. That's it. That's all he did.
Could you tell me why Alya decided to befriend Marinette? Could you tell me why Adrien "who decided not to get close to anyone" was friends with Nino? Could you tell me why Chloe was so confident Adrien had any interest in her when they never actually interacted?
And then there wasnt enough explanation on how anything that we should've been told worked. Could anyone really tell me how these versions of the miraculous work? Or why Master Fu was in possession of them? Or why they really chose their holders? Could you tell me if the kwami had much personality and were necessary?
Like, I will say, there were funny moments, the animation was nice, and there were cool set pieces, but where was the substance?? It was nonexistent. If you don't watch the show, would you know or feel anything for what was going on in this movie?
Cause even for me, who does watch the show, I didn't.
Think about this. The show has even faked out multiple reveals to me and every time I was hyped and screaming, I have read fanfiction of these same to characters falling in love and confessing every which way and I've swooned, but we get reveals and love confessions that are real and permanent in this movie and I felt. Nothing.
It's okay if yall disagree with me, but I just needed to get this off my chest. I'm hard on this movie because I wanted it to be good because I love the characters and story from the show.
The only true fact that matters is that Roger Taylor can still get it
Same here☺️
I am weak for fanfics when Spock is sick/injured or in some kind of emotional distress and he’s just like “i’m fine” and then Jim or Leonard (or ✨both✨) come and they’re just like “are you though?” And if you have any fics like that, I am begging you, support your local addict and send them. Please. I have no life.
I don't want to be patronizing towards younger folk on the internet 'cause like... I used to be one of them.
I understand where some people come from when they say "kids shouldn't be on the internet", but... that is simply not realistic. And also potentially dangerous.
For kids/teens who were sheltered like me, the internet was/is just about the only place where I had any sense of freedom, autonomy, and connection with others like me/my own age. It was my only escape, and no amount of "you're too young" would've kept me away.
There are things I regret, things I shouldn't have delved into, and byproducts of social media that I resent... but not being able to have access to the internet at all would've been devastating for me.
For youth in bad situations, especially marginalized youth, not having access to the internet and support outside of their home is also a potential death sentence.
Kids and teens have so little agency and places to go, so... no, I don't think the answer is to bar them from the internet entirely.
To be honest, I don't know what the answer is. I wish there were more free kid-and-teen oriented sites like there were when I was younger. I didn't even know about YouTube until I was like 10 or 11??
But adults and youth alike are forced to carve out their own spaces in these mass social media sites, where everyone sees everything unless they make an effort to curate what they see, and even then there is an inevitable overlap bc these sites don't actually care about privacy and boundaries.
And with the whole "proship vs antiship" thing, I really don't like all the animosity that has been further ignited between youth and adults in fandom space as a byproduct. This constant dunking game where it's always "HAHA look at this cringe adult" or "HAHA look at this cringe kid"... I don't think it should be this way? And I don't want to fall into that trap.
And I know not everyone does that. But I do think it's important to remember that it's not "just kids" who are doing this, but people my age and older as well who are harassing others and spreading misinfo about serious and complex things.
I don't have a tidy resolution to this as I'm limited on time, but basically I do believe it's possible to have a healthy camaraderie between adults & youth in fandom space / on the internet that is age-appropriate and where everyone's boundaries are respected.
And most of all, barring kids & teens from potentially life-saving resources and communities just seems like a recipe for disaster, and frankly terrifying when you remember a lot of people's rights are being taken/in jeopardy right now...
scara: was seen by ei as too emotional and fragile to be a vessel for a gnosis, couldn’t bring himself to kill kazuha’s great grandfather due to sentiment, didn’t hesitate to erase himself to try and fix his past mistakes, is always seen surrounded by small creatures in his official arts, literally carries a little doll he made himself around as a traveling companion, etc.
a lot of people after this event, for some reason: wtf why is he suddenly being soft?

Indie Sleaze: 5 item shopping list
My non-negotiable 5 clothing items to live your indie sleaze truth, written as 2000s/2010s fashion historian.
Ballet Flats
Worn by school-teachers and it girls alike, ballet flats have always been a staple in fashion history, especially in the late 2000s and 2010s. For a first time wearer a simple black flat is a safe bet as it can be paired with anything, but if you want to sleaze it up, opt for a metallic or glitter variation. Something to note about indie sleaze fashion is that the more extra it feels, the better it looks, so don't hold back on cool, funky, flats. These can be found in thrift stores, department stores, and all over Amazon.
Metallic Fabric
Since the dawn of rave/party culture, glamorous lamé fabrics have used for just about every article of clothing possible. Cheaper spandex alternatives rose to popularity as The Cobra Snake era partying merged into mainstream. Shiny red leggings paired with a black cropped tank was peak casual 2010s sleaze attire. A great place to find styles like this is Los Angeles Apparel aka American Apparels re-brand. Though they no longer sell the fun colored disco pants and shorts, the lamé collection offers a variety of shiny colorful items with that trustworthy AA quality. Other places to look are party supply stores, poshmark/depop/ebay, rave shops, and of course Amazon.
Ultra Feminine Dresses
One of the most underrated pioneers of indie sleaze fashion is model and t.v. personality Alexa Chung. While Alexa is often grouped with the Twee (shopping list coming soon) and hipster aesthetics of the 2010s her ability to blend soft girlish dresses with last nights makeup allows for an uber sleazy effect. Mini shifts, polka dotted a-lines, and vintage baby-dolls all work as long as you pair them with unkempt hair and grungy tights to keep the edge, bonus points if your dress has a peter pan collar or your tights have rips. You can find these practically anywhere but start at your local thrift store as they usually have large selections of outdated dresses that were popular during this time period. Alternatively look at department stores, vintage/antique markets, and you guessed it Amazon.
Ringer Tee's and Shorts
Before athleisure was an over-saturated mess of "flare leggings" and Lululemon we took inspiration from student athletes everywhere with the iconic ringer tee's and ringer shorts. Getting their name from the contrasting ring of fabric outlining the seams of the article, ringer style pieces were seen everywhere and worn with everything. Both such versatile basics that could be kept casual or dressed up that you might see a ringer tee with a skirt, or ringer shorts with stockings and a blouse. Los Angeles Apparel has great options for both the shirts and the shorts, places like Walmart and Target often carry ringer shorts, and Forever 21 with great ringer tees, and as always Amazon.
Stockings/Tights
It doesn't matter if they're black, white, multicolored, fish-netted, or opaque, stockings always find a way to elevate a basic look and is often what takes an outfit from mainstream to indie sleaze. Don't worry about buying a super nice quality pair as stockings look best with ripping seams and enormous holes. But don't tear them with a fork like those tiktok girls did in 2020, it screams try hard as a real indie sleaze girl would rip them via dancing, curb sitting, and drunken stumbling. Just like the dresses, you can find tights anywhere. However I don't recommend secondhand as they are technically an undergarment and it's hard to ensure the level of cleanliness.

and now presenting an all-female great comet revival cast made by a raging lesbian. this is the slideshow i made and sent to my best friend. there is one (1) guy in the entire show and it is alex brightman as old prince bolkonsky and that’s just because i think he would be great in the role. some of these explanations don’t make a whole lot of sense but to be fair i did this on a whim whilst drinking on my couch. i have never claimed to be perfect.
