It’s Pasta Time

Pasta, Italian sausage, tomato chunks, light homemade tomato sauce that's sweet, sour, and spicy, and freshly grated Romano cheese on top make the ideal meal. The perfect meal should also include some toasted garlic cheese bread.

One of the simplest foods to make is spaghetti. One never forgets a recipe they view just once. It has been permanently ingrained in the collective mind. Everyone has made spaghetti, which makes it incredibly relatable.

Lemon Parmesan Risotto with Shrimp
When life hands you lemons, make this creamy, Parmesan-topped, lemony risotto with shrimp. You'll need some time and some patience, because making great risotto requires superb cooking technique. Shrimp Scampi on Pasta al Limone
An excellent weeknight meal is shrimp scampi. With only a few ingredients, many of which you may already have at home, it comes together quickly. Naturally, good shrimp is the key in this situation. Frozen wild-caught or sustainably farmed shrimp are probably fresher than the frozen-then-thawed shrimp available at your neighborhood grocery, unless you have access to a fisherman.

Olive Garden
I have a craving for my favorite eggplant alla Parmigiana but am too lazy to make. When read off the menu, it could sound difficult. It is one of my favorite things to make, and this delicious pasta never fails to make it into my meal rotations. I really love how simple but flavorful this pasta always turns out. It's among my go-to quick dinners on weeknights. This recipe is sure to please those who love to squeeze lemon over everything they eat. The flavor of garlic and basil permeates every bite of this pasta, which is savory from the Parmesan cheese and acidic from the generous amount of fresh lemon juice.
