This is a faerily reminder that Joey Batey (aka Jaskier in The Witcher series) has a powerful alt-folk band called The Amazing Devil with Madeleine Hyland, one of the most beautiful voices out there. Their lyrics and music are simply magical and breathtaking.

nothing like trying to fall asleep at 1am and accidentally uncovering the amazing devil character lore. bc its more than scarlet scarlet and the blue furious boy. its scarlet scarlet and the blue furious boy, and the boy from inkpot gods falling for her over and over again. its the parents from chords and the parent from welly boots. it’s scarlet scarlets trauma in her relationships and the lyrics in all of the songs with simultaneous melodies. its these lyrics from pruning shears and its my half baked nighttime theories

what does it mean when chords and ruin have the exact same chords and strumming pattern just a key apart.... what does it mean when there’s so much emphasis on remembering in chords and there’s "and now, even though youre mad and these memories wont stay, that’s okay / cos now i get to meet you for the first time every single day" in marbles..... what does it mean when chords repeats abt the waves so much..... what does it mean when there’s only one song in g major (marbles) but there’s 4 songs in c major (chords, fair, battle cries, ruin)...... i don’t know enough abt music theory for this
