I like to think that above that highlight is where the hat end and hair begins.
So any wisps above that highlight is from the torn hat, any wisps below is his hair.
Here’s my examples with an altered manga and anime color palette.
As for that hat/hair style itself, it’s just curvy triangles in various places.

Just a Jotaro Kujo appreciation post! (Part 3 specifically)
I’m gonna struggle trying to put into words how much I am hyperfixated on this dude.
Because OH MY GOD this man is such a dorky badass.
I first got introduced to this man when JoJo memes were at the height of popularity in 2014-2016(?) and I was instantly attached to his cool-ass outfit and demeanor (long coats are peak character design). I even mimicked his iconic pointing pose during the time cuz I thought it was that cool. (I then kinda forgot about him years later).
But now that I’m actually interested and also trying to watch the show, I was able to learn more about Jotaro’s personality and traits.
And WOW I share so many traits with his Part 3 self more than I do with my other favorite characters;
we’re both highschoolers (same age of 17 too)
usually quiet/reserved unless with close friends
Introverted nature
Blunt
having a habit of trying to come up with cool one-liners/combacks (although his are more cooler than mine)
possibly autistic
AroAce vibes
I could even go far as to say he’s “literally me!”
And even with those simple traits set aside, this dude is cool as hell.
A stoic badass who is secretly a softie and a dork with a heart of gold and strong sense of justice.
And he’s so goddamn pretty while also being intimidating as well! I almost feel envious just by looking at him. And his English Dub voice just makes it better (thanks Matt Mercer)
Heck, I’m even planning to cosplay as him for my Senior high school year for Halloween (if my parents let me), and I’m so gosh darn hyped.
I probably sound like one of those schoolgirls lmao but TL;DR: I fucking love Jotaro Kujo.

So since I am back on the JOJO train, I came up with a fanfic idea I might (???) go through with (it’s an AU where they all live and it’s about figuring out how to be happy after a long time of being miserable)
Not an attack on anyone but my biggest pet peeve about Avpol stuff is when Abdul calls Polnareff ‘Pol’
Like guys.. please.. Polnareff and Abdul are their surnames… in Japanese culture, its respectful to call someone by their surname instead of their given name

I had a dream featuring good ol' Kakyoin in it (sadly I forgot any context associated), and it turns out he can't survive even in my dreams, which is a big oof if I've ever seen one
I am picking up using graphite pencils again, and I decided to do a quick sketch of Kakyoin for practice!
I decided to create a digital art version of my Kakyoin sketch, and I'm pretty satisfied with the end result! (Also, it slightly bothers me how one eye is bigger than the other, though I was unable to fix it without redoing a lot of work because I messed up with one of the layers, so...big oof -_-)

TO YOU sdc is just how it’s written and animated. To ME, it’s about a trans man in desperate need to be seen as masculine so badly he comes off as cold and horrible, and wears his jacket in Egypt to cover his body dysphoria. He’s accompanied by his bisexual grandfather who fondly talks about his days with his old boyfriend. Then, there’s his other friend, of whom is also trans, yet seen as effeminate even though he passes, and he loves cherries and painting and warm days. Then there’s the prophet and the swordsman with their small, talking dog, and they are quite in love, treating the dog as if it were their child. The six care deeply about one another, acting as if they are one family sharing the same blood, even though their struggles and joys are wildly different.
Anyways, what I’m saying is that maybe the real Stardust Crusaders was the friends we made along the way
