Running into the League again wasn’t really a surprise by now, but that didn’t make them any easier to deal with. Eijiro was mostly concerned for Bakugou, knowing that it hadn’t been that long since his friend had been held captive by them. But this wasn’t something Bakugou would be interested in hearing about. Still, he tried to at least keep Bakugou away from the villains as much as he could, hurrying to intercept Toga since her knives couldn’t do much to harm him against his quirk.
But she was quicker than expected and while one of her blades broke against his shoulder, she moved away from him before he could grab her, the cruel grin on her face his only warning as she shot forward towards Bakugou another blade in her hand. “Bakugou!” He dove forward as well before one of his friend’s explosions sent him and the blonde girl back. Toga had been closer than he was, so she skidded back farther, but as the smoke from the explosion cleared, Eijiro’s eyes widened as he saw Toga’s knife sticking out from Bakugou’s right side.
Scrambling up, he only spared a glance to make sure that the blonde wasn’t getting back up, and now that Todoroki had moved in to fight Dabi instead, Eijiro was able to hurry forward slowly reaching out towards his friend. “Oh my god, Katsuki..” Red was quickly spreading from the knife wound and Eijiro could feel himself beginning to panic, he had to get Bakugou out of here so he could get him help. He was almost afraid to touch the blonde, not wanting to hurt him worse, but as Bakugou swayed, he stepped closer to support him. “God, we’ve got to.. You’ll be okay, You’re gonna be fine.” He had to be.
