Kurapika X Reader - Tumblr Posts

Hi, just wanted to send this in! Headcanons for two characters of your choosing plus Chrollo about their reactions after their s/o’s death? Maybe like the grieving process. Bonus points if their death was caused in/directly by them 😈 angst angst angst

Hi, thank you for the ask! Ooh this is quite sad, I think I have two others that might be interesting to write for here

Chrollo, Feitan, Kurapika reactions to their s/o's death (inadvertently caused by them)

Chrollo

He had pushed you too far this time, telling you to go on the mission by yourself since you kept insisting you could do it. How foolish of him to let you go without thinking a certain chain user might be in the way. You hadn't returned after many hours. The mission shouldn't have taken that long, and the rest of the troupe was also agitated

The search started as soon as the sun began to rise. The troupe members scattered throughout the city to see if you were accidentally sleeping somewhere and forgot to come back. However, Chrollo stumbled upon your lifeless body in a rubbish dump. How fitting, you were from Meteor City, a junkyard.

"Y/n, are you sleeping?" He laughed, but as he kept calling out, you weren't responding. Touching your face, he felt his heart stop. You were cold. "Y/n," he breathed out. The sun's rays caress your face as if you were reached by the heavens. But this moment was nothing peaceful inside Chrollo's heart.

The troupe returned and saw Chrollo carrying you. The rest of them asked what had happened, he remained calm however. "We lost another it seems," he says quietly. Though he looks composed, the entire room fills with bloodlust that fades just as quickly as it came. He asks to be left alone and the rest of the spiders oblige.

Chrollo does not show his emotions to others, especially because as a leader he must be strong. But he breaks down, he had failed his role in keeping the spiders, no, you safe. Though revenge is something he wants, at the moment he wants nothing more than for you to hear his apologies of not keeping you safe

Feitan

He knew he was rough, that was why at first he didn't want to be in a relationship with anyone, especially someone outside of the troupe. You were just a regular person, you didn't know about anything related to the troupe nor nen, you were fragile. But maybe it was that fragility and that brightness that drew him to you.

This time however, you found out about his business with the troupe. You were upset at him hiding this fact from you, and this sparked a fight between the two of you. Feitan warned you to calm down, but it was really him that should have calmed down because the minute you threatened to let the officials know he quickly aimed his hand for your neck.

Had you been any other nen user or opponent he was used to, you would have survived and maybe had a sore throat for a few months. However, he punctured your neck, causing blood to spill and for you to splurt out a weak "Feitan" before slipping to your knees. Ater a split second he realized what he had just done.

"Y-y/n," it was the first time you had seen any emotion from him. It was fear. His eyes grew wide, he held you up, trying to keep you from falling. You tried tell him sorry, but blood kept spilling everywhere and your words were reduced to nonsense choking. Feitan kept telling you to shut up and that you had to stay alive.

It was an agonizing two minutes before you lost consciousness and eventually stopped breathing. Feitan stood up, not knowing what to do with your body. He was used to cleaning up corpses with what his job demanded, but this time he was lost. The next time the troupe saw him, he was a lot colder than usual. No one knew what had happened, other than that when Phinks asked where Feitan's lover was Feitan gave him a punch but his eyes held sadness more than anger

Kurapika

He shouldn't have prioritized his path of revenge over the lives of people he cared about. Sure, the Kurta seemed to call to him to avenge their deaths, but those that were living were also calling to him to not go down the path of destruction. He should've listened a little harder to those that were still with him in the physical world.

Being someone from Meteor City, someone that was close to the troupe didn't exactly translate to you being sympathetic to the spiders. But an argument got heated, and he lost control. You were trying to get him to stop his fight to hunt for the rest of the Kurta eyes and even the troupe but he thought you didn't understand his pain. Nen was involved soon enough.

Though you tried to fight him, he was skilled. Being Kurta made Kurapika much stronger too even in terms of sheer physical strength. He couldn't use Emperor Time on you, but that didn't stop him from using his chains in general. When you thought he was done with his chains, you rushed to restrain him from continuing his anger but he only grabbed for a nearby pen.

The anger blinded him from seeing what had just happened. The next thing he remembered after you told him that he should stop his revenge was that he had a pen in his hand that was stabbed into your chest. You were coughing violently, eyes wide and brimming with tears. You told him you were sorry and that you should've understood him better. Weakly, you reached up to his face, meeting his red eyes that soon faded back to brown. But you were too weak, your eyes closed and you slumped.

"No," Kurapika breathed out, "No no no no, y/n, y/n don't leave me," he shook you, holding you up and trying to get you to wake up. His actions took someone's life once again, another burden to shoulder. He knew his anger could be deadly, but never did he think it could kill you. How was he to forgive himself any longer when he was already feeling the anguish of his clan? Kurapika cried as he held you, repeating apologies and refusing to let go of you.

Hunter x Hunter ~Nicknames~

Manga/anime: Hunter x Hunter

Warnings: nothing

(Y/N): your name

Gon F.

Cherry: he started calling you that after you two made a cake with cherries one day; he had given you a sweet kiss, so you had blushed a lot. "You're as red as a cherry!" He had screamed

Cutie: he started calling you that unconsciously during a date, where he said you were beautiful ("You're too cute, cutie!")

Sugar: calling you that gives him a sense of tenderness and, by giving you this nickname, he wants to convey all his love to you

Sweetie pie: it was the first nickname he gave you when you started dating. He generally uses it very often because he believes it represents you perfectly

(Y/N)-chan: before you two got engaged, he called you that, and he sometimes still does it. When he calls you like that, he remembers your first date, during which he actually called you "(Y/N)-chan"

Killua Z.

Babe: he calls you that because you arouse almost the same emotions he feels when he's with Alluka. In fact, he wants to take care of you, love and protect you, and he sees you as something truly precious. However, he rarely uses this nickname because he's ashamed

Baka: this is Killua's iconic nickname, also given to you by him. Nevertheless, when he calls you that, his voice takes on a soft tone, different from his usual joking voice, and his eyes soften

Honey: he usually uses this when you cuddle, when he softens in your arms and wants nothing more than to stay there for all his life

My light: he thinks you're his light, the reason he doesn't fall into darkness. For him you two are complementary opposites: he's the darkness, you're the light that illuminates it. Nevertheless, he only used this nickname once: you risked dying and he, running towards you almost crying, called you that, begging you not to let him too die that way

Pookie: he often uses this nickname. For him it's a perfect term of endearment for you

Kurapika K.

Darling: very classic nickname, just like him. He uses it very often when you're in public because he's ashamed of calling you by the sweet nicknames he uses in private

Love: this too is used in public by him, although to a lesser extent than the previous one

My heart: he thinks it's thanks to you that his heart beats, thanks to you he can live and distract himself from his revenge, so he wants to communicate it to you with this nickname

My life: similar to the previous nickname, he believes you're what makes him feel alive, who makes him live

Sunshine: like Killua, he thinks you're the light that illuminates the darkness of his heart. This is the nickname he uses the most and it's also the name he wrote on your contact

Leorio P.

Doll: he thinks you're beautiful and perfect like a doll and this is one of the nicknames which suits you best

Hottie: he's Leorio, what can we do? There must be at least one slightly perverted nickname in his vocabulary

Princess: he thinks it's the perfect nickname for you and it represents exactly who you're and how he should treat you. When you aren't home, he calls you that. Furthermore, this is the name he wrote on your contact

Shorty: Leorio is tall, very tall, and he wants to underline this by calling you that. He uses this nickname when he's in a particularly playful mood

Sweetheart: nickname used the most, it also shows his true sweet character. He loves calling you that, especially in front of your and his friends because it shows he isn't just a pervert in this way

💮 Rules 💮 Masterlist 💮

Kurapika is the type to fall face first into your boobs and just stay there. He’s so tired, and damn when did he find such a soft pillow? He will either fall asleep or start crying, and if it’s the later he will become super attached to you afterwards.

He is not used to being comforted so he may stiffen when you place your hand on the back of his head and pet him as if he’s an upset child, but he’ll relax into it, finding comfort in your warmth.

He is also the type to fall in love with people that give him genuine kindness and care, especially when he’s feeling vulnerable and helpless. You’re there when he needs you and when he doesn’t, you’re the one constant in his life that doesn’t leave him when he loses control or says something nasty.

So when he falls into your breasts and doesn’t move, instead clinging to you like an exhausted child, that’s all you can see him as in the moment. Both of you know he’s an adult, but did he ever have the chance to experience a childhood without trauma?

Did he get the chance to relax without fear of his eyes being seen by the wrong person? It’s only you that eases the tension in his shoulders and jaw, that lets him close his eyes and really focus on the sound of your heart. He feels at ease with you and you alone, although he’s not the type to tell you that outright.

So you let him rest and feel him occasionally nudge his nose against your chest as he tries to get comfortable. Truly, could you push him away when this was the first time he’s felt comfort in years? No, you couldn’t. Kurapika may be a bit rude and cold at times, but you see under that facade he keeps up for everyone else. He’s a scared and lonely boy, that needs your company and care. He needs someone that will be there for him when he falls apart.

And you will fill that role, hoping that one day things will be different, that one day you’ll feel less like his caretaker and more like his partner, if he’d have you.

You just didn’t know how much he truly loved you, that he would do anything to have you… if only he wasn’t so bad at expressing his emotions.

Her hair couldn’t just stop getting into her eyes. It was a terrible decision to just cut her hair days prior to the exam.

Arriving at the big tunnel, she started looking at the rest of the competitors, so many of them will give up or die on their way to become a hunter, with a low humming she made her way to join the rest, her hands finding comfort in her sweater pocket while walking right after the tag with her number was located over her chest, stopping her from moving a stranger approached her with a welcoming smile.

“Hello there, rookie! Would you like to have some refreshing juice to calm the nerves?”

He was accompanied by other three guys, yet her eyes immediately turned towards the blonde, his expression was stoic while the other two were smiling, her skin flushed as his eyes looked all over her frame. A quick nod was all she gave away before coming near the group, making a small bow in greetings to the others.

“Welcome to the exam! My name is Tonpa, it is an honor to make new friends and meet new competitors, just like I said to my friends here, this is my thirty-fifth attempt!” the smile on his face made his eyes close, she just left out a nervous giggle feeling the eyes of the rest over her, yet before any reply could come out of her, the smaller kid presented himself and the other two. Gon, Kurapika and Leorio, just in that order. After all greetings were provided, Tonpa delivered a drink to all of them.

“This is my first try with the exam, is it yours as well?” the soft response prevented her from drinking, which seemed to be the right decision as Gon just spat the drink. Even after the man apologized and they all dropped the drink, suspicious was left in the air.

“What a talkative old man…” Leorio said after Tonpa left the group. A sigh left her body, it seems there’ll be obstacles not only in the test but the in other fellows as well. “Never mind! So, you were saying this is your first time making the exam?”

“It is! My aunt is a hunter as well! She inspired me to go this way, I want to see the weirdest of animals that are in this world” her hands clasped as the group began to make a conversation that later will develop into making all four of them bond.

𝙿𝚒𝚌𝚝𝚞𝚛𝚎 𝚘𝚏 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚏𝚊𝚌𝚎 𝚒𝚗 𝚊𝚗 𝚒𝚗𝚟𝚒𝚜𝚒𝚋𝚕𝚎 𝚕𝚘𝚌𝚔𝚎𝚝

Nothing was as exciting as to be with the whole group again, even more if in the process of it there was a visit to a city she has never been before. Yorknew City was as bright as the sun and full of new adventures. Unfortunately, the exact place of the reunion in the city was never spoken with the rest of the group, after arriving at the hotel she’ll be staying there was nothing else to do but make a call for information.

“Hello? Who is this?” a bored like voice answered.

“Killua! I’ve called you a millionths times over this exact number, why don’t you just save my contact, punk?” giggles were all she could listen next, and yet with a huff of annoyance she listened to the excuses on the other side of the line, allowing herself just a tiny smile towards the kid’s joke. “Anyways! I am in Yorknew City, when and where will we meet? I cannot wait to see you all! You must have grown… like what? Three centimeters over all this long time?”

“Hah, baka! I am sure you cannot wait to see us, especially a slim blonde fellow with magical red eyes, right?”

Curses and puns were delivered over both sides of the line, luckily a date was made for the four of them. Gon and Killua managed to get with Leorio during their visit to the market, Killua mentioned. An hour later, she was entering the coffee shop Killua told her to go, she moved faster at the table once she identified the classic tuxedo Leorio usually wears making her dress dance with the air while her friend just caught her weight with ease and surprise. Gon screamed her name and Killua laugh at the way the napkins and salt in the table just fell for the impact she caused.

“Guys! I am so happy to see you all.” Her smile was as big as it could be, she parted from Leorio’s arm and turned around to pinch the cheeks of both kids in the other side, making one laugh and the other roll his eyes. “you kids look so handsome!”

“You look so much like a girl I almost do not recognize you!” bold, Killua just needed a simple phrase to bother her much, but Gon used the moment to squeeze himself under the table and go towards her friend’s arms once again.

“You look so beautiful!”

“Thank you, Gon. And you, platinum kid, the only thing I can say is almost illegal to say in front of a young human” her eyes rolled but she corresponded the nice hug Gon gave to her. “Have any of you contacted Kurapika? Last I knew he was looking for a job… haven’t heard of him in a while…” looking at the options over the table, she took a sandwich.

“Is sure that he will come… haven’t you heard the news?” Leorio serious glance took her breath away, it wasn’t common for him to be like that.

“I arrived today… barely had time to prepare myself and come here, why? What happened? Is Kurapika okay?!” whisper screaming she put her sandwich down, looking at the face of them three.

“Calm down, lover girl. The new is this…” Killua handed her the pamphlet with the faces of some members from the Phantom Troupe and the prize of their heads.

Calming down, she sat and listened to their plan to capture them to get some millions and be able to win the bet for the Greed Island game. Leorio interrupted their conversation to make a sign for them to look at the window, of course, there were two of the spiders sitting outside, looking at the pictures their matching names were Nobunaga and Machi.

“Shit, when you fuckers told me to come here, I was expecting some nice lunch, not to chase criminals” hissing and taking deep sight, she took the pamphlet and save it in her small bag. Taking a drink of her soda, she spoke again. “Weird… they are being chased but still hang out in public, they are clearly trying to catch someone… but who?”

“Impossible to know… but we are not here to catch them, they are way too strong for us.” Killua continued talking about the time his father killed a member of the troupe. The situation was tense and her grip tight in her glass, they had no chance to capture them, specially not with a girl in a short dress, as Killua remarked.

After paying for the meal, they were divided in two groups, Gon and Killua were going to chase them down while Leorio and her will take care of the auction. She was sure they both can take care of each other and themselves, but the idea of any of them getting trapped by the same people that killed all Kurapika’s clan was still eating her brain alive. During the rest of the day, she kept herself busy, the auction was going well and Leorio was talking her ear off with any nonsense that came into his brain. When the night began to set, she followed Leorio and Zepile to celebrate the progress they made for the kids. She laughs among them, but didn’t drink as much, after checking the hour every five minutes, Killua and Gon walked through the door.

“Captured?! Is that why you did not answer the phone? Are you kids okay?” her pulse went up again, hands touching their heads and faces looking for any harm until it was stopped by Gon’s hands. She listened to all their explanation worried but relieved they were in one piece.

“Kurapika? You got a hold of him?” Leorio was surprised as excited and confused, she could feel the nausea in her throat at the mention of the chains, something didn’t feel right about all the situation, but there was nothing left to do but wait until the five of them could be together to solve any question.

“Hey, (T/N), why don’t you come with us? Leorio and Zepile will be busy with the auction” Gon suggestion made her blush for no reason, so much had happened during the day, and she could not wait to just take a sleep and forget about the world... and seeing back her crush friend.

The next morning was as good as it could be. The hotel room was cozy and warm, a nice shower woke her up completely but the terrible decision of what to wear was already giving her a migraine. I am not nervous, Kurapika is just a friend, there is nothing to be nervous about in here, she throws the nice blouse with more strength that necessary and screams in silence when her phone begins ringing with her incessant alarm sound.

At the end, the long summer blue dress gets chosen out of any option with a white cardigan on top, her hair was braided, and her makeup was soft and delicate, but none of it seemed fit in her anxious mind. Before she could try and change into other clothes, the phone began ringing again, this time it was a call, the other side of the line only reminded her that it was a bit late and they were already buying food, but Kurapika was not there yet, and she thought that only a sweet angel like Gon could be as calm while she was freaking out. The arrive at the park was easy, the cardigan provided enough fabric to just hold and stop playing with her fingers, since when do  I behave like this? Kurapika has seen me looking worse before and dressed like a boy.

Gon and Killua were eating and throwing food at each other, the sight in front of her made her steps began to lose their rhythm, slowing bit by bit, Kurapika was standing there and laughing at the sight the kids were offering, until, of course, Killua screamed her name and called her over. She felt the three pair of eyes in her form and hug herself in the cardigan again before stopping in front of them, cheeks incredibly hot. With a defeated breath, her eyes locked with another grey pair who looked surprised, yet a tiny smile formed in his rosy lips.

“Kurapika… it’s been a while, is so nice to see you!” the way her lips murmured his name felt so precious, it felt so right to just repeat his name over and over, like a love song.

“What? That’s all? She jumped over us yesterday and filled us up with hugs and kisses” the cattish and mocking tone in Killua’s voice caused her skin to crawl in horror, her head turned as quick as it could without breaking her own neck, a look over her expression was enough to make the platinum kid fall in his back, laughing of her disgrace. “Don’t worry, Kurapika! It was also hard for me to realize she was the same girl we made friends with.”

Her limps both fell on her sides, there were tears on her eyes for all the embarrassment she felt, but there was a stronger need… the need to torture the kid in front of her, but as quick as she was to run over to him Kurapika’s arms held her in place with little giggles coming from his lips. He turned her around and hugged her properly for the first time ever. It felt as if heaven opened for her, but she could not breath yet slowly she returned the hug.

“Please, do not deprive me from your affection or I’ll feel left out” his delicate voice only made her heartbeat faster, taking a small breath she laughs a bit before being delicately put out of the best hug she ever had. “And I will always recognize you, no matter what you wear.”

“Kurapika…” she was giggling now. Why was I so nervous? This is Kurapika, he’s just as sweet as honey. “I promise I will not, Killua is just exaggerating, I didn’t shower them in hugs and kisses…”

“Uhm, I do hope you didn’t, especially with Leorio, he might get the wrong idea…” his fingers pinched her warm cheek, while his grey eyes traveled over her figure over again. “You look very beautiful, definitely different…” he guided her towards the mat in the floor with his hand in her arm. Taking the cardigan off her shoulders before helping her sit and cover her legs with the same fabric.

“Well, I was in the Hunter Exam and definitely was not going to wear a skirt or a dress for it” her eyes rolled with humor, being helped to sit made her stomach explode with butterflies, his hands were so delicate against her skin. “By any means, is so nice to see you again, you’ve been busy… enough to not pick the phone.”

Three days later all her heart could feel was a constantly pain, worry about what the future might bring to all of them, and what plans did Kurapika had for the future. He was laying still on the bed, while she paced through the small room, before deciding to go at the kitchen to take a break from the sad image of her beloved laying sick. Stealing a chocolate that belongs to Killua, she sat by the window letting the wind mess his hair and dry her watery eyes.

“There is nothing as relaxing yet exciting as the melody the heart plays when is in love” the calm voice distracted her, her eyes went to Senritsu, the new friend Kurapika made during his work. “Even in sickness sounds with a strong fierce…”

“I wish I could hear it… your power is truly amazing” that was all answer she could mutter, even breathing felt like a challenge hard to face. Taking every piece of the chocolate, she began eating them with the idea of distraction.

“For me, is impossible to ignore it every time the two of you share a room. Just the proximity or the thought of the other one makes your hearts play the best song ever” Senritsu allowed herself to touch the sad girl’s hand, trying to show any support for her.

“There is no space for love in Kurapika’s life, Senritsu. I knew it back there, the moment he told me about his clan genocide. And I’ll do the same if I were him, there is no worse pain than lose the warmth of your home… but, fuck, it hurts, you know? Thinking whenever he’ll put one of them down his life is also ending.” Nails hurting the skin of its palm to not cry or let her voice falter. Biting every piece of the chocolate stronger, as if that will stop the ache in her heart. “Is not even a matter of romance, I mean, aren’t we friends? Seeing him like this just kills me, I don’t want it for him nor any of you… maybe I should switch job, my sensible heart can just take so much.”

The final joke made them both giggle a bit, the pain in her transforming into a wholehearted laugh only stopped for the owner of her pain entering the kitchen. Kurapika took a bottle of tea out of the refrigerator, looked over at her and went to Gon and Killua room.

“It might be worth, if anyways my life it’s going to end, to know I was loved so much.”

“Everyone knows, I doubt I need to say it out lout. Besides, I do not wish to know his answer now, not knowing how it’s meant to end. I don’t want to spend the rest of my life wandering how it would’ve been, or what if, none of that.” Resignation set on her heart, knowing the future didn’t mean it was easier to move on, but it provided the security of avoiding more vulnerability.

“This might be the last chance you have to do it. It doesn’t mean you’ll get what you want, but isn’t better to open your heart and be true than hide it and later regret it?” Senritsu didn’t wait a minute longer, taking her hand once again to guide her to the room where Kurapika and Gon were talking, both looking at her once her figure was seen in the door frame.

Wide open eyes turned to search for Senritsu, but she was already out. Gon stood out quickly, calling for Killua at the other room and leaving them both alone. Heartbeat louder now and warmer cheeks closing the door behind her, before choosing to sit next to the boy she loved the most.

I guess it really, it’s now or never.

“I am so happy to see you stand… look at your eyes, you seem still tired” her hand caressed the skin of Kurapika cheek with tender care, if this was going to be the last time they’ll see each other, might as well go all over.

“I’ve felt better, I won’t deny that… but I feel well now to keep going” grey eyes looking at hers, his hand covered the ones in his cheek, getting ready for the goodbye that what was coming.

“I- I know that you know what I’m about to tell you, but Senritsu said something about knowing you were loved before dying and then took me to the room, now here I am rambling and about to die of a heart attack at any minute” it was hot, she thought; the room turned hot even if the sky was cloudy. Taking off her hands of his face and moving her hair out of her eyes.

“You don’t have to do anything that you don’t want to-“ fingers stopped any word coming from his mouth, her watery eyes were such a sight that made his heartbeat grow faster too.

“I’ve had the biggest crush in you since the moment I saw you, Kurapika. I thought with time, since we became friends, it will pass… but it didn’t. It became stronger. I knew I had no chance with you since always, and I know that the future would end up breaking us apart since your mission is to avenge your clan. Your Nen, the spiders, your conviction… you won’t stop, and I won’t ask you to do so, either.” Heart open and her smalls sobs filled the room and heart of Kurapika. “And neither I want to know if you reciprocate my feelings, I just want you to know that I love you so dearly and so much. I’ll burn the world if that’ll meant you are happy. So, when you fail, if you do so, I hope you are well aware that in some other part of the world there is someone that will wait for you, even if it takes this whole life or another, for them to meet with you again.”

Her hands covered her crying face while she stood, there were no more words left to say. The table was served and her heart totally open. Her instinct was screaming at her to run away from this scene and forget it ever happened, but a pair of arms held her tight and still. It felt like hours, but only some minutes passed when her cries ceased, another pair of fingers cleaned the dried tears.

“It’s selfish of me to be happy that your feelings for me didn’t die with the passing of time. But I can allow myself to just feel loved by you. And the next time we saw each other, I will confess how deeply craved you are for my heart.” One of his hands took place by her wait while the other moved her head up, deep shiny red eyes photographed by her mind, a small hopeful smile was the only answer he needed before his lips made a trip over her forehead, cheeks and top of her nose.

Kiss me, kiss me, kiss me; screamed her mind.

Take me, take all before the world destroy me; prayed his soul.

Just a couple inches separated their lips from meet each other, but after a strong thunder scared her, they parted ways. Realization falling upon her, she had to return home that same night.

This time she took the initiative, sealing her goodbye with a small kiss on his cheek. That was the last time she saw Kurapika.

𝙸 𝚕𝚘𝚟𝚎𝚍 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚒𝚗 𝚜𝚙𝚒𝚝𝚎 𝚘𝚏 𝚍𝚎𝚎𝚙 𝚏𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚜 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚕𝚍 𝚠𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍 𝚍𝚒𝚟𝚒𝚍𝚎 𝚞𝚜

The world never stopped to surprise all the living creatures simply trying to exist in it.

For so long her life consisted in searching for impressive creatures, studying them, and spread the knowledge. Then, the world was shocked to know that the Chimera Ants evolved to the point of feasting on human and reproducing, mixing themselves with other creatures. The panic and studies around it made her part to the cities where she could get more information. When the Chimeras were eradicated, she had to travel over to meet with older colleagues and her own group in a terrible reunion, her dear friend Gon was on the verge of death.

Supporting Leorio and dealing with Killua’s brother threats took all her will during that challenging time. Their last goodbye was still grabbed on her mind so tightly, even now her heart will get warm at the thought of it.

Before the four of them parted in different ways, Leorio, Gon, Killua and his little sister, Alluka, decided to give her their company while waiting for her dirigible. Knowing only minutes were getting in between their goodbyes, she kneeled to be at the perfect level of the kids.

“You two better not scare me like this ever again, please, I won’t be able to take it.” Her voice broke in the middle of the sentence, but shame and his friends were two words that long ago didn’t matched any more. “I’m in the process of getting a home! And is so big, you all are welcome to crash and stay as you want. Promise me, when you finish your adventures you’ll come to me.” A deathly and serious look made the three kids nod, a laugh leaving her mouth. “Alluka, take care of Killua and you Killua take care of Alluka. You don’t have to return to that place you call home again, the doors of my house are open for you. Doesn’t matter what, how or when.” A small caress on the cheeks of both kids and a small kiss in their foreheads were her last affection for them. It was not long before Killua’s arms hold her as tight as possible while still being gentle, even in their jokes there was more love than anything else. Her eyes were already watery, even if all the bad had already happened. “Gon, you-“ tears were already streaming on her face, even Leorio got in his knees and joined the big hug. The call of her flight was being announced, “You guys have no idea how much I love you all. I’ll have your rooms ready, and food served for our next meeting. Oh, Leorio I have some books that might help you too!” they were all covered in tears and laughter, this was her formed family, the one she chose and built. “I’ll see you soon! Take care, eat a lot and study hard.”

The remind brough tears on her eyes, but she quickly blinked them away, the car arrived at her destination. The big building was dark and old but had a strong presence. There was an old man at the entry, and she walked straight to him.

“Guilliard Lenford, sir?” she asked and bowed at the other’s affirmation. “It’s a pleasure to meet you, sir, thank you for having me.”

“I was expecting a man, the one I spoke with.” His eyes got smaller as his features turned in confusion. “How can I trust a woman can keep this object under protection? I was to meet with the Ixquic”

“I am Ixquic, sir.” A dry laugh was all answer she gave. “My brother might be the man, but I am the only force of our blood.”

“I was offered a strong soldier to protect this. Do you know how many dangerous people are out there wanting it?” screaming in a whisper and angry, he moved his cane and men with guns came out of every side, the older man wasn’t satisfied. “This is your last chance, leave and you won’t die today.”

“How many men do you need to protect you, after you give me that piece of paper?” she murmured, not moving a single inch of her body, looking bored in his eyes. “That will be the number of men I’ll let alive, the other will be the proof of why I am called Ixquic” his driver was waiting for her, gun in his hand too, aware of all the danger surrounding her.

The click of a gun was the only sound made by the men, still looking at Guilliard Lenford, she shrugged and raised her hands, her aura growing before having the nearest men on his knees and the others paralyzed on the ground. Walking until standing in front of the older man she smiled. “I do not need to touch any of your men to disarm them… as long as there is blood in their bodies, that is” she whispered, closing her fist before they passed out and fell on the hard floor. Moving her head, a soft move of her hand made the older man kneel before her as well. “Now, give the document to me, your part of the deal will be done, and mine will begin.”

“Are they-“

“No, just kind of knocked out. They are alive.”

The building was almost all made of gold inside, turned out that the man that received her wasn’t the owner of the document, nor even of the house, it was just the butler. Now next to her, a tall man with her arm took over his, guided her over the hallways in the building. The building alone could be an entire rarity, and the inside was even more expensive than the whole island.

“Mister Lenford, your house could just become a collectable. Think about it, just need to take every piece and look for a well reward of every element…”

“You are so smart, darling. Unfortunately, the only valuable antique I have is the map I offered your brother… the rest is at today’s prize.” His smile was shiny, and there was not denying on how charming he was since the first moment. Moving her, offering tea, nice words and a whole tour in the property.

His office was as extravagant as the whole mansion, the map was safe inside a red box, and he let her open it and check the item over and over. The document was old and delicate, it showed the places with more magical power and gold in the whole world. The gold was surely there, but it’s said if you get to it, a magical force will kill you immediately if you aren’t worthy of the power that comes with it. The whole map was covered in a special aura, strong and striking.

“You see it, don’t you?” the smile of his lips never leaving him. His perfect factions looked at her with curiosity.

“I feel it, yes. Remind me, why do you want to give this to us?”

“I never told you. But this same cursed paper killed my older brother… maybe another bastard will die because of this, but not another member of my family.” His words were harsh, but out of venom. He wasn’t lying. “The moment this arrived in his hands; he went insane. He created this horrible house, and wanted nothing but more gold, and power… he got it, of course… but the odds didn’t believe he was worth of their cursed money. It would continue, history will repeat itself.”

A shiver ran through her back, she was not ignorant to all the people that died because of it. But the effect of hearing it from someone that lived the experience so closely, made her heart shudder just a bit.

“If you and your brother can run a place with more things like… this” disgust evident, this time there was poison in his words. “Then I just find myself the right people to take this weight off of me.”

Safe and sound in his passenger seat, she was saying her last goodbyes to the so kind man over and over. It seemed not only the map was magnetic, but him as well. Jeff, her driver, was ready to part and started the motor.

“Please, think of my proposition!” he parted from her window. Confused, she looked at him surprised before he answered flirty. “My marriage proposal!”

A sweet laugh was the last thing he heard of her lips.

The car was in a comfortable silence, her bag was secured to her body and the return was even quicker than the arrival. Once they got into the thick woods, two cars came out of the tress and started chasing their car, it wasn’t expected but there was no surprise. The map was desired for many people around the world, including the mafia. Even If they had the advantage, the cars were getting closer to them, getting ready for any attack she was interrupted for the ringing phone just at the same time a shot cut through the air. A surprised scream left her, the shot made her jump.

“Ma’am, the cars have no license plates.” Jeff informed, taking out the gun in this belt. “Should we let them get near?”

“Yes, let them get closer. That way I can have control over them better.”

More shots and shouts, taking off her seatbelt she got ready to jump over the sliding roof. Her phone didn’t stop ringing, one look over it was enough to make her heart miss a beat, Kurapika. It was not the best moment to answer in such a moment, but she needed the cars to get near to have better control over the people inside them so, without thinking much, she answered.

“Kurapika?” her voice sounded way to excited for her like.

“(Y/N)?” her eyes shot open; a bad feeling made her tremble all over. That is not Kurapika’s voice.

“Senritsu, why are you calling me from Kurapika’s number?” her hands began shaking, there was no way this could be good. On her left, Jeff shouted over another shot and her mind began to get dizzy. The cars where closer, she could feel the people inside. Three on the left car, the red one and four in the black one at the right side.

“I… have bad news for you, dear. Kurapika is so… sick and weak… I don’t think he has more than tonight with us, I’m sorry…” Senritsu was still talking but the pitch on her ears made it impossible for her to hear, her arm was taken by Jeff and her body jumped, once again. It was now the moment to act, the phone fell from her hand once she left her torso get outside of the car, her hands were open ready to attack, yet one of the many shots that were raining hit her arm.

“I don’t think he has more than tonight with us” No, Kurapika…

Expanding her aura, two people from the left car pointed right at her. Another car came behind those, her shaking hands closed in fits while she screamed, and then she flicked her hands. Perplexed, she saw how both cars crushed each other and how the third joined the disaster. A fire was formed. The strong movement of the car made her come back of her senses, getting inside the cabin.

“We are getting near the city, ma’am. You’ll be safe in the hotel until we leave tomorrow.” Jeff was quick to talk to her, noticing her lack of words. “Ma’am?”

“Go to the port, we need to leave this island in this moment.” Her hands quickly looked for her phone, messages kept arriving over and over from her friends, denying the situation wasn’t making it better.

As expected, the port was empty at their arrival. No ship was on sight, but she just had to try. Her feet began to run before any thought formed in her brain, stopping right before one of the members of the personal. “When does the closer ship gets here?, I need one now, I’ll pay whatever” she said with desperation in her voice.

“Excuse me, miss. The ship will arrive tomorrow, there is no more ships coming tonight.” The poor girl was surprised but answered very professionally. Looking around for any coming help.

“No, no, please! Look!” she took out her hunter license, almost shoving it in her face, tears coming down her face, the weight of all that happened finally sinking in. “I’m a hunter, I’ll give you any amount of money, just get me a ship, please.”

“Ma’am, I’m sorry, but only two ships come daily to the island… there is nothing more we can do.” A ringing in her ears made her close her eyes in pain, she could hear the same girl asking her if she was alright, but she just walked away, back into the car.

“Take us to the hotel, Jeff” was all she could muster. The pain in her chest was making her dizzy, the thought of using her own power on herself just to shut off was strong in her head. The cars, the recent battle and the map in her bag were just a distraction to her real problem.

Three days later, she finally set feet over her brother’s company, the imposing building never seemed as dull as now. Jeff was still by her side when she came in and gave the box to her brother, who looked as worried and serious as ever, just like when she was younger, and her parents died. She avoided him, his words falling into deaf ears.

An hour later after she arrived at the hotel, when she got the map, Senritsu let her know that Kurapika was already gone.

The walk towards her brother home was silent, the noise of the city didn’t get to pass over her ears. The wind didn’t touch her skin, not even the sun warmed her enough to show any emotion. Three entire days without a single emotion. Instead of walking over the front door, she moved over to the back of the house, avoiding his brother wife as well.

Her room was clean, a note was left over the table besides her bed. Throwing the bag in the floor, she took off her clothes and moved towards the bathroom, were she sad in the bathtub, letting the water wash away the tiredness of the passed days.

“The next time we saw each other, I will confess how deeply craved you are for my heart.”

Her mind pictured that last day, his tired eyes and messy hair. His skin was still warm from the recent fever, it was almost as if she could touch him right there in front of her. Every detail recorded in her mind, his voice was weak and yet she never felt as in love with him as in that moment, or so she thought.

She came out of the bathroom an hour later, taking the note she moved to the kitchen, a small plate with cookies were served and the front door opened, letting Marian get inside walking towards her.

“Oh, darling! I’m so happy you’re here… and just find the cookies!” her voice was raspy and her eyes nervous, not daring to look at (Y/N) face. “I hope you like them… I made them to offer you something.”

“Thank you, Marian.” The girl took a cookie and give it a bite, not wanting to be rude in a house that wasn’t hers. It was the first thing she ate in three days. “I’m not taking any mission now, I’m sorry. I’ll get a break from it, I already told Daniel…”

“No, not a mission from work.” Marian denied, coming to stand in front of her “stay here, please. I don’t want to go to that big camp house all alone-”

“I don’t want to be rude, Marian… but I can’t, besides, Sunshine, I need take care of her.” She reasoned; her cat didn’t like being alone for so long.

“She really loves being outside, I noticed, but since I left I didn’t want her to be outside and without supervision. Give me a moment…” moving to the bathroom door, she opened it and her black cat came meowing as hard as she could, running towards the girl now kneeling to carry her, her eyes already shinning. “See? Since the moment your brother told me I moved everything to bring her, so you won’t deny my proposition of staying.”

“Marian… you know? I won’t hurt myself, please. I have my cat…”  trying any excuses, she kept fighting, her fly was in two hours. Craving for solitude, her head began to hurt, and her stomach felt turned down.

“(Y/N), when your parents died I watched over you every day. You never showed pain, just stopped eating and then fell sick.” Marian eyes were covered in tears that took little to fall “I had to carry your brother, who thought his sister was also leaving him. I have been part of this family for long, I won’t let you go over this pain again, not alone.”

When Marian tried to hug her, she refused. Holding her cat tighter and causing her to hiss and move down. Without more excuses, Marian arms covered her smaller shape, and inside her something finally cracked. A strong gasp left her out of breath, before her body collided on the floor in her knees, tears running like a storm on her cheeks.

“He’s gone… he’s gone, dear. I’m sorry, he’s gone”

Senritsu words were soft that last time, but in her mind they were screaming. Screaming and throwing her dreams and hopes over the window, making her heart turn black and empty. Her limps hold no strength and her will was gone since those words were said to her.

The next morning, the day went as best as I could be. Being scolded and forced to eat by Marian and spending the whole day in the bed. The exhibition for the famous map was happening tonight, and many people were going from all around the world. As in every exhibition, she was expected to go, and as unfortunate as it was, her brother needed to have her there.

When the day was finishing, she was sent to take a shower, she got dressed on an elegant red dress by her sister-in-law. Marian took care of her make up and hair.

“Do not worry yourself, I spoke with Daniel, so he won’t take you to the center of attention. Nobody expects you to be happy today, we just want you to be there.” Marian hugged her from behind and took her hands, so they’ll part together.

At their arrival, many guest and collectors were already there. Marian stood all the time by her side, telling her all the news since she parted and making her laugh a little. Two days ago, a new collection of paintings arrived, and were being showed on the back room, although the main event was captivating everyone. His brother truly out made himself this time.

Wanting to see the new collection, she parted from Marian and went to the room. The new paintings were very colorful, they stood out and were harder to decipher. There were a couple of people also looking over them, but the room was silent.

Moving along, a throat clearing behind her back made her turn. Her eyes opened in surprise, her friends stood there, all of them dressed in tuxedos. The little girl in the group, was in a pink dress. Killua moved faster and held her against him, Gon, Leorio and Alluka joined after.

“Guys, I’m a simple Hunter and a woman, if you keep hugging me, my sister-in-law will have to kill me for ruining the makeup she made, I’ll also look like a clown, and not exactly like Hisoka” her voice cracked, but she still hummed in happiness by the big hug. After all, they were her favorite people in the world.

“So, you always dress like this for these events?” changing drastically the topic, Killua commented her. Eyes scanning her from head to toe, covered in pretty but uncomfortable heels. His sister was faster and hit his arm.

“Oh, Alluka. I needed another girl in our group. Thank you my dear.” Caressing her cheek, she looked at the boys. “My God, you all look terribly handsome, and this princess here is now the most beautiful in the whole event” she smiled, her heart getting a bit warmer at being with her friends. “And yes, I dress myself like this for the events. You annoying and little piece of sh-“

“You look even more beautiful, (Y/N)!” Alluka screamed, making her fall in silence, giving him a dirty look before turning to the little girl, and bend as much as she could to be at her side.

“Dear, we brought a gif with us.” Leorio voice made her snap and stand tall again, interrupting any possible answer to Alluka. “You have to wait here for us, we let it for a moment with your brother.”

“Leorio, why, a gif?” confusion was written on her face, her brother could simply not be really holding something from her, he was in the middle of the event. “So, my brother has the gif? Please tell me your secret, because I can’t take him out of the middle of the exposition to even just talk to him.”

“Well, is more like a miracle.” Gon intercepted, making her even more confused now. Specially after Killua hit him hard at his head.

“Besides, you’ll become the center of attention if he moves from the middle, since someone needs to take care of the event” Alluka also spoke now, making the conversation hard to follow.

“We will go for the gif and come back, out there is full of people, wait for us.”

As they parted, she began to massage her temples. All the emotions were hard to make sense in her head. She could feel the pain take over, taking deep breaths and focusing on the rest of the paintings she found a reason to distract her from crying. Thinking on leave with them once they returned, she looked at the last painting. It was an abstract one, blue and red mixing and creating a refreshing balance. Even if she wasn’t fan of that type of painting, this one caught her total attention.

Giving one step back, she stumbled against someone. Mouth opening, already offering apologies, before looking at the grey eyes already looking at hers. The world froze at that moment, her mind running through the possibilities of having died just in the moment her headache began.

The tuxedo fit his body perfectly, and his hair was styled as well. When he moved one step towards her, his eyes started to shine red. She gasped and moved apart from the phantom in front of her. Her hands started shaking and goosebumps traveled over her spine while her eyes to glowed in tears.

“You died; you died three days ago. Shit, did I just die in my fucking brother biggest event?” bending she hold her hands over her chest, crying in denial.

“(Y/N)…” his voice, that was his voice. The same voice since the first time she met him. Soft and calm. She died and was somehow in heaven, in front of the love of her life; she thought. His hands took her and held her against his chest, letting her cry all she needed. “Since the first moment I saw you, I felt something in my heart telling me you were going to be important for me. When I told you about me, my life, my clan… you just held me, help me and stood by my side-”

“No. No, what the hell is this? A bad joke?” breaking apart from Kurapika’s arms, she turned at the entry of the room, thinking about running away. His arms held her again, tighter this time, not letting her break apart.

“It was Alluka, she came with Killua and saved me, dear.” He whispered over her ear, his own tears making his voice raspier. “I told you; I promised you that the next time we saw each other I will confess my feelings… I love you, and I have loved you for so long… I didn’t want to let you come so close to me; I had a mission to finish. But now…” one of his hands covered her face and guided her sight at his eyes. “All I thought when I was slowly dying was why I didn’t stop you that day from leaving and move away with you… why didn’t I just kissed you back there? I had to die and come back, (Y/N)… I promised on my deathbed that if I could live again, I’ll run to you and never let you go again.”

Holding him and listening to his words, her tears kept cascading from her eyes, but her heart came back to live. In that silent room, she began to laugh and cry at the same time, being stopped only by a soft pair of lips that took all her breath out.

“I’ll never let you alone again, I’m yours… I love you, please accept me, take my love and love me again” he was in total denial of being parted from her ever again, but he needed to hear the right words again.

“You idiot!” she hit his chest with reproach, and took a deep breath, before calming herself. Softly smiling, she cupped his face. “Of course I accept you, Kurapika… I never stopped loving you, never. I’m all yours, just as I was the last time we saw each other, even more, I’ll dare to say.”

“You have to marry me” his glare was serious but his smile break through his face, making his eyes shined even more than normal, causing her heart to miss a beat.

“You must take it slow, Kurapika. We just had our first kiss!” her giggle made his heartbeat faster and his face moved to her neck, nuzzling over her skin before moving apart from her.

“To late for that…” he kneeled and took a little box of his pocket, a golden ring with a ruby stone in the center. “My dearest, would you marry me?”

“Say yes! He already asked for permission!” her brother screamed like an excited little kid, which cause her to laugh before nodding, his friends and family began to cheer and applause. Gon and Killua screaming at the top of their lungs for a yes.

“Yes, I’ll marry you, Kurapika.”

Uvogin x Thief reader!

Here’s Part 1 of Uvogin z Thief Reader!!! It’s an upgrade to a really old fanfic of mine and I’m very happy about it! Gonna be a slow burn but a very well written descriptive story!

——————

You're not the type to back down, are you?" The sly voice echoed through the dimly lit corridor, a stark contrast to the chaos outside.

Y/N, the notorious thief known for her unmatched agility and uncanny ability to vanish into thin air, found herself in a tight spot. Cornered by a group of individuals who were equally adept in the art of theft and deception—the Phantom Troupe.

She had come to the auction hall to pilfer the latest set of rare artifacts, a prize that had eluded even the most skilled hands in the business. But as she held the gleaming treasure in her grasp, she felt the air thicken with the presence of her pursuers.

Her heart pounded in her chest as she recognized the unmistakable aura of Chrollo Lucifer, the leader of the Phantom Troupe. His crimson eyes bore into her as he offered a thin smile, the kind that didn't quite reach his eyes.

"You've got guts, I'll give you that," he said, his voice like velvet over a sharpened blade. "But I'm afraid you're in no position to decline my offer." The other members of the troupe emerged from the shadows, their faces a mix of curiosity and amusement.

Y/N, with the artifacts clutched tightly in her bag, took a step back, her mind racing. Join them? Impossible. But she knew better than to underestimate the ruthlessness of the Phantom Troupe. Her options were slim—join or become their next victim.

She met Chrollo's gaze with defiance, her jaw set. "What makes you think I'd ever consider joining a bunch of thugs like you?"

-^1: Y/N, a renowned thief, is caught by the Phantom Troupe at an artifact auction. Chrollo Lucifer, their leader, is impressed by her audacity and offers her a place in the group. Surrounded by the troupe, she considers her options, knowing their reputation for ruthlessness.-

The air in the corridor grew tense as the troupe members exchanged glances. Chrollo's smile grew wider, revealing a set of sharp teeth. "Ah, a challenge," he mused, "how delightful." He gestured to the burly figure standing behind him, "Take her to the room we've prepared. She'll think it over."

Y/N was marched down the corridor, her hands bound with an unbreakable Nen thread that burned at the slightest struggle. The room they brought her to was surprisingly spacious, with a single bed, a table, and a chair.

The walls were adorned with weapons and trinkets, hinting at its usual occupant's tastes. As the door slammed shut, she looked around, realizing she was to share this space with Uvogin, one of the most feared members of the Phantom Troupe.

Uvogin leaned against the wall, his arms folded over his broad chest, watching her with a mix of curiosity and amusement. "You're going to be a handful, aren't you?" he said, his deep voice rumbling through the space.

Y/N's eyes narrowed as she sized him up. Uvogin was notorious for his brute strength and volatile temperament. But she had a knack for reading people, and she could see the flicker of something else in his gaze—respect, perhaps. Or was it something more?

“It appears we are.”

"Looks like we're bunkmates," Uvogin said, his voice a low rumble that seemed to resonate within the very walls of the room. He strolled over to the bed and plopped down, his boots hitting the floor with a thud. "Make yourself comfortable, if you can."

—————

Y/N took in the sparse accommodations, her mind racing with possible escape routes. She gritted her teeth, refusing to let the fear show on her face. "I'd rather not get too cozy with the enemy," she spat, her eyes never leaving his.

Uvogin chuckled, his amusement clear despite his gruff demeanor. "You've got spirit," he said, his eyes glinting with something akin to admiration. "But you're not going anywhere until Chrollo says so." He leaned back, his hand resting casually on the hilt of his sword. "But don't worry, I won't bite—unless you ask nicely."

The days turned into a tense dance of cat and mouse. Y/N tried to maintain her distance from Uvogin, but the confined space made it near impossible. She watched him, studied his every move, looking for weaknesses she could exploit. But every time she thought she had found one, he'd catch her eye and give her a knowing smirk, as if he could read her thoughts.

Uvogin, for his part, was surprisingly courteous. He never laid a hand on her, except to unbind her when she needed to eat or use the facilities. He'd even bring her food, though it was always cold and tasteless, a stark reminder of her captivity.

The other troupe members would come and go, trying to persuade her to join their ranks with various tactics—from sweet-talking to outright threats. But she remained firm, her resolve unshaken.

. Uvogin's courteous behavior surprises her, and she remains unshaken by the Phantom Troupe's attempts to recruit her.

Nights were the hardest. The silence was deafening, filled only with the occasional snore from Uvogin and the distant echoes of the city outside. She'd lie there, her mind racing with thoughts of escape, her body tense and ready to spring into action at the slightest sound.

But each night, she'd also find her gaze drawn to Uvogin's silhouette in the moonlight, his chest rising and falling steadily. There was something almost…comforting about his presence, despite the danger he posed.

One evening, unable to stand the incessant whispering of her thoughts, she spoke up, breaking the heavy silence. "Why do you guys want me so badly?" she asked, her voice low and measured.

Uvogin stirred from his position, his eyes opening lazily. "You've got potential," he said, his voice gruff with sleep. "Chrollo sees something in you that could be…useful."

Y/N rolled her eyes. "I'm not a tool to be used," she retorted, trying to keep the tremor of fear out of her voice.

Uvogin sat up, his gaze intense. "You're not just any thief," he said, his tone serious. "You've got a reputation, and not just for your skills. You're…different.".

Y/N felt a twinge of annoyance at his perceptiveness. She had worked hard to keep her emotions in check, to never let anyone see past her tough exterior. Yet here she was, confined with a man who could potentially crush her with his bare hands, and he was peeling back layers she had kept hidden for years. "What do you mean, different?" she demanded, trying to keep her voice steady.

Uvogin leaned against the headboard, his muscular arms crossed over his chest. "You've got guts, y/n," he said, a hint of admiration in his voice. "But it's more than that. There's a…spark in you. A fire that refuses to be put out, no matter the odds." He paused, studying her in the moonlit room. "The troupe needs that kind of spirit."

Y/N scoffed, trying to ignore the warmth that his words kindled within her. "Flattery won't get you anywhere," she said, turning away to face the wall. But his words had planted a seed of doubt in her mind. Was she really so special? Or was this just another ploy to get her to comply?

The days grew longer, the tension in the room thickening with each passing hour. Y/N felt a strange pull towards Uvogin, a confusing mix of fear and attraction. She would catch herself watching him when he wasn't looking, studying the way his muscles moved as he sharpened his nails—his own brand of Nen. His eyes, though fierce, held a gentleness that seemed at odds with his reputation.

“Goodnight Uvogin.” Y/n promptly flipped her body to face the other direction. “Goodnight y/n!!” His voice boomed with happiness

——

One night, unable to sleep, she found herself staring at the tattoo on his chest, a symbol of the Phantom Troupe. It was intricate, almost mesmerizing. "What's it like?" she asked, her curiosity getting the better of her. "Being in the troupe?"

Uvogin's eyes narrowed, sizing her up. "It's family," he said, his voice gruff. "We watch each other's backs, share our spoils, and fight together. We're not just a bunch of thieves and murderes. We're something more."

Y/N rolled onto her side, propping her head on her hand. "And what makes you think I'd fit in?" she asked, her voice a challenge.

Uvogin's gaze softened, and for a moment, she saw a glimpse of vulnerability in his eyes. "You remind me of someone," he murmured, almost to himself.

"Someone who didn't take crap from anyone, no matter how powerful they were."

The room grew quiet again, and Y/N felt the weight of his stare. She knew he wasn't just referring to her skills; there was something personal in his words.

"Someone from your past?" she ventured, curiosity piquing.

Uvogin's expression remained stoic, but she could see the flicker of memory in his eyes. "Someone I cared about," he admitted. "Someone who didn't make it out of this life."

The silence that followed was heavy, filled with unspoken understanding. Y/N knew all too well the pain of loss and the cost of the life they led. For a moment, she allowed herself to feel a flicker of something other than defiance—sympathy.

"I'm sorry," she said, the words slipping out before she could stop them. Uvogin's gaze sharpened, as if surprised by her sudden show of emotion.

A moment later, she felt his hand on her shoulder, gently turning her to face him. "Don't be," he said, his voice softer than she had ever heard it. "It's the life we chose."

Y/N looked into his eyes, seeing the weight of his words. For the first time, she saw the man behind the moniker, the pain and the loyalty that had driven him to this path. It was a stark reminder that even in a world of thieves and killers, there were moments of humanity.

"Why do you stay with them?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

Uvogin's hand lingered on her shoulder, his gaze searching hers. "Because," he began, his voice rough with emotion, "they're all I've got." He paused, his eyes flickering with something that looked almost like regret. "We're all lost souls, Y/N. Bound together by a thread of fate that none of us can cut. Besides I love violence, and making people feel pain.” His chuckles boomed with mischievously at his confession.

Y/N felt a pang of something unfamiliar—sympathy, perhaps—for this man who had become both her jailor and her confidant. "What was her name?" she asked softly.

Uvogin's expression grew distant, his eyes glazing over as he spoke her name. "Evangeline" he said, his voice thick with unspoken sorrow. "She was…special. Like you."

Y/N sat up, her curiosity piqued. "What happened to her?"

Uvogin's expression hardened, his grip on the covers tightening. "She was taken from us," he said, his voice a low growl. "By someone who didn't understand what family truly means."

"I'm sorry," she said again, the words feeling inadequate.

Uvogin nodded, his eyes never leaving hers. "We all have our reasons for being here," he said, his voice barely above a murmur. "But maybe, just maybe, we can find something more than just survival together in this life of murder, violence and thievery."

Y/N felt her walls cracking, the defiance she had clung to for so long slowly giving way to a strange sense of camaraderie. She didn't dare to hope, but the thought of belonging to something, to someone, was tempting.

Their eyes remained locked, the tension between them no longer just hostility, but something more complex, something that made her heart race in a way that had nothing to do with fear. Without warning, Uvogin leaned in, his breath warm against her face, and for a moment, she thought he was going to say something else.

But instead, his lips met hers, the kiss firm and demanding, yet not without a hint of tenderness.

Y/N was taken aback, her mind reeling from the suddenness of it all. But she didn't pull away. Instead, she found herself responding, her body moving of its own accord as she leaned into the embrace. “Uvo~”

His arms wrapped around her, pulling her closer, the beat of his heart pounding in sync with hers. It was a kiss that spoke of unspoken desires, of two souls finding an unexpected kinship in a world that offered them little warmth.

The kiss deepened, Uvogin's grip tightening, his hand tangling in her hair. Y/N could feel the strength in him, the power that made him feared throughout the underworld. But there was something else there too, something that made her heart flutter—the gentleness that lay beneath the hardened exterior. It was a contradiction that intrigued her, a softness she hadn't anticipated finding in this place.

When they finally pulled apart, both of them were breathless. Uvogin searched her eyes, looking for something she wasn't quite ready to give. "I've been thinking," she said, her voice a little shaky. "Maybe…maybe Chrollo's offer isn't so bad."

The room was still, the air thick with the weight of their shared secret. Uvogin's gaze searched hers, looking for any hint of deceit. "You'd really consider joining us?".

Y/N took a deep breath, feeling the gravity of her decision. "I can see the bond you all share," she said, her voice steady. "And maybe…maybe I could find a place among you."

Uvogin's expression was unreadable, his hand still resting on her shoulder. "You're not just saying that to get out of here, are you.?" he asked, his tone a mix of hope and skepticism.

Y/N took a deep breath, her heart racing. "No," she said, the word coming out stronger than she expected. "I've seen how you all are together. You're not just a bunch of thieves—you're a family."

Uvogin studied her for a long moment, his eyes searching hers. Then, slowly, a smile began to spread across his face. "Welcome to the Phantom Troupe," he said, his voice gruff with emotion. "You're going to need a new name though."

Y/N's heart skipped a beat. "A new name?" she echoed, a hint of excitement in her voice.

Uvogin nodded, his smile growing wider. "Yeah, everyone in the troupe has one. It's part of our identity. What do you want to be called?"

Y/N took a moment to ponder, her heart racing. This was a significant step, a declaration of her new allegiance. "How about 'Phantom Thief'," she suggested, a smirk playing at the corner of her lips.

Uvogin chuckled, the sound rumbling through the room. "I like it," he said, his eyes lighting up with approval. "It's got a ring to it."

The days that followed saw a shift in the dynamics of their captor-captive relationship. Y/N, now considering herself the Phantom Thief, began to open up to the other members of the troupe. They were an eclectic bunch, each with whose needles could slice through anything with ease;

Shizuku, the stoic and mysterious member who was unique. Her weapon being a vaccum that could suck up anything.

Machi, a radiant girl who was deadly as she was friendly.

, strikingly lesbian, yet a femme fetal who was as unpredictable as the tides;

, whose fiery aura and torturing blade skills were as mesmerizing as they were terrifying. Shalnark and phinks were very accepting and fun to be around.

Nobunaga, Uvogin best friend was chill, deftinkeu high all the time too!

Their banter, their inside jokes, their shared meals—it all started to feel eerily familiar. Y/N found herself warming up to them, their rough exteriors hiding hearts that were fiercely loyal to their own. And then there was Chrollo, the enigmatic leader with the eyes of a predator and the mind of a chess master. He watched her with a mix of amusement and scrutiny, as if she was a puzzle he hadn't quite figured out yet.

—————-//—-/-

One evening, as the troupe gathered in their makeshift headquarters, Y/N approached Chrollo, her eyes meeting his unwavering gaze. "I've been thinking about your offer," she said, her voice steady despite the butterflies in her stomach. "Maybe I could get used to this life."

Chrollo's smile grew, his crimson eyes gleaming with excitement. "Ah, the Phantom Thief decides to join the fray," he said, his tone light and teasing. "Welcome, my dear. We're thrilled to have you with us."

The next day, to Y/N's surprise, Chrollo suggested a shopping spree as a way to celebrate her newfound allegiance. "A little treat before the real work begins," he said with a wink.

The troupe split into two groups—the girls and the boys—each with their own set of goals. Y/N, Machi, and Pakunoda set off into the bustling streets of the city, their eyes sparkling with excitement. They darted in and out of stores, their laughter echoing through the alleyways as they tried on ridiculous outfits and poked fun at each other's choices.

Machi found a pair of gloves that she claimed would perfectly complement her Nen abilities, while Y/N's eyes widened at the sight of a sleek, black jumpsuit that seemed tailor-made for her new identity.

Pakunoda, ever the fashionista, held up a garish hat with a wide brim. "What do you think?" she asked, her cheeky grin lighting up her face.

Machi giggled, her eyes glinting with mischief. "It's definitely…something," she said, holding it atop Y/N's head. "But maybe not for a Phantom Thief."

Pakunoda pouted playfully, snatching the hat away. "Fine, more for me then," she said, plopping it onto her own head and striking a pose. The three of them burst into laughter, the tension of their usual missions temporarily forgotten.

Meanwhile, the boys had taken a more laid-back approach. Uvogin, Feitan, and Phinks lounged in a nearby café, sipping coffee and watching the world go by.

Hisoka, ever the flamboyant one, had insisted on tagging along, his eyes scanning the crowd for potential…companions. More so children. "So, what do you think of our newest recruit?" Feitan asked, his tone casual as he stirred his drink.

Uvogin's gaze drifted to the memory of their stolen kiss, his expression unreadable. "She's got potential," he said, his voice a low rumble. "But she's still got a lot to learn."

“I think she’s a great woman, one id love to battle once more. Yet she holds not a candle to my Illumi~” Hisoka interjected. “What do you mean once more?” They asked the clown.

“we fought once, she took my precious Gon~ Away from me.” He pouted a bit. “Although I do say, it was quite ravishing.” “Why didn’t you say anything about this sooner hispka?” “It wasn’t in my best interes~” his face distorted into a lustful smile.

———

The shopping spree continued, with the girls trying on everything from flashy jewelry to tight leather pants. They giggled and whispered conspiratorially, sharing stories of their past heists and the thrills of outsmarting their marks. Y/N felt a strange sense of belonging, as if she had finally found her tribe.

"So, Phantom Thief," Machi began, holding up a pair of fingerless gloves that were adorned with silver studs, "What's your specialty?"

“I’m a jack of all trades, but my best specialty would be my hand to hand combat. I possess the ability to deduce one’s pressure points. But it doesn’t work on people as advanced as you bunch.” She laughed at her words.

Machi's eyes widened in admiration. "Wow, you're like a real-life cat burglar," she exclaimed, her voice filled with excitement. "Maybe you could teach me a few tricks."

Pakunoda leaned in, her curiosity piqued. "Yeah, I've always wanted to learn how to manipulate pressure points! Mind reading is only as far as anything goes.” she said, her eyes shining with excitement. "Imagine the kind of mischief we could get into!"

The three of them shared a knowing smile, the kind that spoke of shared secrets and future escapades. They left the store, their arms laden with bags filled with their new treasures. The city lights reflected off the various weapons and gadgets they had managed to 'acquire' along the way.

It was a strange juxtaposition—the laughter and camaraderie of friends on a shopping trip, all while planning their next heist.

As they meandered through the crowded streets, the girls couldn't resist the allure of a street performer's sleight of hand. Y/N watched, her eyes narrowed as she tried to discern his secrets. "Amateurs," she murmured under her breath, earning a smack on the arm from Machi.

But amidst the chuckles and gasps of the crowd, she heard a familiar voice, one that sent a jolt of recognition through her. "Yo, that's the thief from Yorknew!" It was Gon, his youthful exclamation cutting through the din.

Y/N's heart skipped a beat as she turned to see the young boy, now older and more seasoned, standing alongside his friends—Killua, Leorio, and the stoic Kurapika. Her eyes widened, and she took a step back, her hand instinctively reaching for her pocket where she kept her lockpicks. Had they come to apprehend her? Or were they just here by coincidence?

Gon's eyes lit up with excitement as he rushed over, his friends following closely behind. "It's really you!" he exclaimed, his voice filled with the same enthusiasm she remembered. "Wow y/n , You're even more amazing than I thought!"

Y/N's hand froze over her pocket, her heart racing. She had hoped to avoid this confrontation, but it seemed fate had other plans. "Hi, guys," she said, trying to keep her voice steady. "Long time no see."

Gon's grin was as wide as she remembered it, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "We never got a chance to thank you for what you did back in Yorknew," he said, his eyes searching hers. "You saved us from that crazy guy—Hisoka!"

Y/N felt a twinge of anxiety. How much did they know? Did they recognize her as the thief she had been that night? She forced a casual smile. "It was nothing," she said, her heart hammering in her chest. "Just a little…adventure."

Killua's eyes narrowed, his sharp instincts picking up on the tension. "You're not in trouble, are you?" he asked, his voice laced with concern.

Y/N swallowed hard, her mind racing. "No, no trouble at all," she said, her smile forced. "Just out for a little…shopping spree."

Leorio eyed the bags in their hands, his gaze shrewd. "Looks like you're going all out," he said, a hint of suspicion in his voice.

Y/N forced a laugh, her heart racing. "Just living life to the fullest," she said, trying to keep her cool.

But Kurapika's gaze was unyielding, his scarlet eyes piercing through the facade. "Is that so?" he said, his tone measured. "You seem to have changed a bit since we last met."

Y/N felt the weight of his scrutiny, her heart pounding in her chest. She had hoped to keep her past life a secret from them, but it seemed fate had other plans. "You guys have changed too," she said, trying to deflect. "You're all so…grown up."

Gon's grin didn't falter. "Thanks," he said, puffing out his chest. "We've had our fair share of adventures."

Leorio leaned in, his eyes gleaming with curiosity. "So, what brings you to the city?" he asked, his gaze flicking to the bags they held.

Y/N's mind raced. She couldn't tell them the truth—not about the Phantom Troupe, not about her new life as a member of the notorious group. "Just passing through," she said, her voice a tad too bright. "You know how it is with the life of a thief."

Killua's gaze sharpened, his instincts on high alert. "Y/n, you’re not in trouble with any hunters, are you?" he asked, his eyes darting around the area as if searching for signs of pursuit.

Y/N's pulse quickened, her mind racing for a plausible lie. "No, nothing like that," she assured him, her voice steady despite the rising panic. "I've just been…keeping busy."

Before she could say more, Uvogin's formidable presence appeared beside them, his eyes scanning the group with a hint of suspicion. "Looks like you've made some friends," he said, his voice a low rumble.

Y/N's heart sank. She had hoped to avoid this. "Guys, this is Uvogin," she said, her voice tight. "He's…an old acquaintance."

Gon's eyes widened with recognition. "Oh, you're with the Phantom Troupe!" he exclaimed, his excitement unabated. "That's so cool! Me and killua have already met them!!”

Y/N shot Uvogin a panicked look, but his expression remained unfazed. He simply nodded in greeting to the group of hunters. "We've got to get going," he said, his voice firm but not unkind. "The city has more than enough to keep us busy."

Gon and his friends looked at each other, a mix of excitement and wariness crossing their faces. "Ah, right," Gon said, his smile faltering slightly. "We've got some exploring to do too."

Leorio stepped forward, his gaze still locked on the Phantom Troupe members. "It's been great seeing you again," he said, his voice a tad forced. "But we should let you get back to your…shopping."

Y/N nodded, her smile tight. "Yeah, we've got a lot to do," she agreed, hoping they would take the hint.

Machi and Pakunoda stepped in, sensing the tension. "Come on, Phantom Thief," Machi said, tugging at her arm. "We've got to get back before the boss starts to worry."

Their eyes met, and Y/N knew she had to play along. She took a deep breath and nodded, turning back to Gon and his friends. "It was great seeing you all," she said, her voice genuine despite the fear bubbling inside her. "But we really should get going."

Gon looked crestfallen, but he nodded. "Yeah, we've got a lot to do," he said, his eyes still sparkling with excitement. "Maybe we'll run into each other again."

She hoped they wouldn’t. For kurapikas scarlet eyes had awoken in that ver moment, if anything they both could’ve been killed on the spot. If she ran into him again, or with another phantom troupe member they’d be fucked.

It really was a mess, but at least of all people, she had Uvogin.

**Title: Seven Minutes in Heaven**

Short little fan fiction about Gon x Killua confessing their feelings in a game of seven minutes in heaven! There is Leorio x kurapika content too, but more so them being in love and supporting parents!

————

The dimly lit room was buzzing with excitement and nervous energy. It was a typical night for the group of friends, but tonight felt different. The atmosphere was charged with unspoken feelings, especially between

a certain pair: Gon Freecss and Killua Zoldyck. They’d navigated countless challenges together, yet this simple game of “Seven Minutes in Heaven” brought the most formidable challenge of all: vulnerability.

Leorio and Kurapika sat together on the couch, their fingers intertwined. They’d long since settled into a comfortable relationship, and while they teased their friends about their obvious crushes, they couldn’t help but hope that Gon and Killua would finally take the leap.

“Kurapika, do you think it’ll happen today?”

“Maybe Leo~”

“Let’s hope, it’s getting tiring seeing them all shy.” “LEORIO!” Kurapika playfully smacked his arm.

“Alright, everyone!” Leorio announced, his voice cheerfully cutting through the ambient chatter. “If we’re going to play this, we need to set some ground rules. Only the brave shall proceed into the ‘heaven’ of that closet!”

“Don’t you dare call it that.” Killua rolled his eyes, suppressing a grin. His gaze instinctively flicked to Gon, whose excited smile made his heart race. Maybe tonight would unveil the feelings they’d both kept buried.

“Let’s get started!” Kurapika clapped his hands, his anticipation palpable. “We’ll draw names randomly, and everyone must take their turn. But… let’s keep Hisoka out of it, alright?”

Gon chuckled, but there was a tinge of worry in his eyes. Hisoka was unpredictable, and the thought of him alone with either himself or Killua made Gon's stomach churn

“Why not? I promise to behave!” Hisoka chimed, appearing out of nowhere, a mischievous smile plastered on his face. The flamboyant clown had a knack for drama, and the tension skyrocketed as he licked his lips, clearly reveling in the suspense.

“I think our odds of survival decrease significantly if Hisoka is part of the game,” Killua mumbled, his expression tinged with anxiety. “Babs, stop scaring the children.” Illumi interjected.

The games began, laughter and giggles punctuating the room as each participant disappeared into the closet for their seven minutes.

Kurapika and Leorio emerged first, their cheeks flushed, and their smiles a mix of triumph and giddiness.

“Leorio, it’s our turn what should we do.” “I think you know what, Kurapika.” “Do I~” his words were interjected by Leorio pulling Kurapika into a steamy kiss. “Leo..” Pika whispered.

The two emerged out of the closet looking flushed and slightly disheveled. “Oh my God, how unholy of you two~” Hisoka teased.

*CHROLL DESCENDS FROM THE HEAVENS*

“AH WHAT THE FUCK!” Killua screeched. “Did somebody call me?” Chrollo spoke. “Bitch get out of my house!” Kurapika responded. “

Pretty Kurapika, don’t be so mean to me.”

“HE’S TAKEN. IM GONNA KILL YOU!” Leorio charged at him.

“I think that’s my cue to leave, see you around Kurta~”

*Chrollo descends to hell*

“That was random as hell.” Illumi says while wheezing.

Finally, it was Gon’s turn to draw. “I got killua!! Yay come on.” “Baka! Don’t be so giddy.” Killua said blushing.

The rest of the group watched in anticipation, particularly Leorio and Kurapika, who were practically bubbling over with hope.

Just as the two boys stepped into the closet, the door creaked ominously. The moment it clicked shut, the familiar warmth of a shared space surrounded them. Time seemed to stretch, distorting their senses as they stood close yet uncertain.

“Um… so, what should we…” Gon began, his voice barely a whisper, filled with exhilaration and nerves.

, Hisoka swung open the door of the closet, a wide grin on his face. “I couldn’t help it! I need to protect my little Gon from… bad influences!” His tone dripped with mischief, eyes sparkling as they landed on Killua.

“Don’t you dare put your hands on him!” Killua growled, already outside of his comfort zone. The threat of Hisoka brought forth a primal urge to protect.

“Really? I just want to play!” Hisoka twirled, making a mock bow. “Is it so wrong for me to want to spend time with my favorite boy?”

. He glanced at Killua, who looked ready to unsheathe a blade at a moment's notice. The tension was palpable, a powder keg just waiting for a spark. “Killua it’s ok!”

“Hisoka, you have no right to barge in here,” Gon said firmly, surprising even himself. “You need to back off.”

“Look at you, so brave!” Hisoka laughed, unfazed. “But let’s see how brave you are alone — and how long Killua will stand by!”

Just then, Illumi stepped forward, his presence a cold shadow looming over them. “You should leave my brother alone, Hisoka.” His voice was low and menacing, and the room instantly quieted, tension thickening the air.

Startled, Hisoka held up his hands in mock surrender. “Alright, alright! I was merely playing a game!” With a flourish, he stepped back, practically skipping away from them.

The closet door finally closed behind them again, sealing Gon and Killua in their moment. The silence stretched, heavy with half-formed thoughts. It was then Gon mustered the courage to break the ice.

“Killua, I…” Gon’s voice trailed off, the raw honesty flickering between them like a flame.

“I feel the same. I’ve always felt the same.” Killua took a step closer, their hearts now racing in rhythm. “But I didn’t know how to say it.”

Gon smiled—this was the moment he had yearned for. “Maybe we don’t have to say it. Maybe we just have to understand it.”

With that, they leaned closer, the past few moments fading away in the glow of their realization. The world outside melted into insignificance as they shared a whisper that only they could hear, the door of the closet forgotten.

Meanwhile, somewhere in the room outside, Leorio grinned at Kurapika, relief washing over them like a tide. Their friends had finally started to piece together the puzzle, and with his eyes on Illumi, Kurapika hoped that perhaps tonight, darkness would stay at bay.

“We knew it Kurapika, today was the day!!” He squeezed the blonds hand tighter. “They did it.”

As the minutes passed, their prayers echoed in silence, wishing for a world where love, no matter how complicated, could always shine brightly in dark corners, just like the love blossoming in the closet between Gon and Killua. And in a moment, the world outside would be forever changed.

The auction light burned her vision, making her cover her eyes as soon as the curtains were opened, the people letting out a gasp as they stared at the scene infront of them. Rumors has it that a mermaid was being auctioned off at the mafia auction this year, and from the looks of it, it looks like the rumours were true as they all watched her blink in confusion, her tail shining brightly as the light from the auction hall hit it, making the vibrant colours appears more mesmerizing.

They all stared at her, listening to the host intensely as everyone wanted the mermaid to themselves. After all, mermaids are rare, and if you managed to make one transform, it can provide great and powerful offsprings.

She looked confused at first before the situation finally dawn upon her as she tried to look for a way to escape, but being enclosed in a tank didn't help her case. As she looked at the crowd and the host in panic, the crowd started to bet more and more, competing against each other to buy her. She was beautiful, as all mermaids are, but what made her more desirable was how innocent and helpless she looked, which just fueled the desires of the people in the auction house more, with one common thought, 'I can't wait to break her.'

After almost half an hour later, she was auctioned off, and in her frantic state, she didn't look at who brought her as a lady started to push her tank towards the storage.

"Kortopi, are you going to make a copy of her too?" The lady that took her to the storage room asked, glancing at a strange man. He had a thick and messy mane of grey hair covering his entire head and obscuring everything except for his left eye. He also had a small mouth and round head. He wore a light blue tunic, light blue pants beneath it, and black shoes.

Kortopi nodded as the lady pushed her tank towards him, as another girl, seemingly called 'Shizuku' as the lady referred to her as, looked at the mermaid with great interest.

The mermaid shifted uncomfortably in the tank, trying to make herself as small and as far away from the top of the tank as she could as a man with blonde hair and black eyes tried to pull her out of it. He looked fairly tall and muscular. His most distinguishing features where his piercing eyes and lack of eyebrows, making the mermaid almost giggle before she remembered where she was.

Suddenly, she was pulled out of the tank in an blink of an eye, by a string as a girl with pink hair rolled her eyes. The mermaid, shocked at what just happened, laid on the ground for a few seconds before looking straight at the girl with pink hair. The mermaid's hair were wet, and so was her whole body as she pant heavily, finding it a bit difficult to breath as her atmosphere suddenly changed.

"Machi, be gentle! Leader told us to bring her without any bruises or cuts!" A man with blond hair and bright green eyes wearing a lavender outfit, exclamated.

"She wasn't going to come out on her own, Shalnark." Someone said as the mermaid was too busy being dragged towards Kortopi, struggling on her way as Phinks tried to keep her to stay still. The mermaid whimpered, feeling distressed at the whole overdeal as she flinched as Kortopi put his hand on top of her head, focusing on greating a copy of her with his fake gallery.

The mermaid watched in the mixture of fear and curiosity as her exact replica was created besides her, the only think that made her unique from her replica was that her replica didn't feel as lively as she did, making the replica almost look like a doll.

"Kortopi, why does the replica look... A bit different from the mermaid?" Shizuku asked, staring intensely at the replica and the mermaid infront of her. Phinks agreed before Kortopi began to explain.

"Mermaids can not be replicated fully, it's one of the things that make them so unique and rare." The mermaid nodded along in almost a child-like manner as she glanced at Kortopi.

Suddenly, the mermaid felt pain in her neck before her eyes were blindfolded as she began to loss conciousness.

"Good thing they are vulnerable to all type of drugs then." Was the last thing she heard before she lost her conciousness.

꒷꒦꒷︶꒷︶꒦꒷︶꒷︶꒷꒦꒷︶꒷꒷꒦꒷︶꒦ ͘ ˖ ⊹

The mermaid woke up in a tank, in the middle of a room inside of an abandoned building.

The mermaid groaned, bubbles forming from the action as she looked around before spotting a figure sitting nearby, reading what looked like a Bible. He had slick black hair that were pulled back, wearing a fluffy jacket without anything underneath with a weird tattoo on his forehead. The mermaid stared at him in silence, fear slowly creeping in the longer she stared at the man who was calmly reading the book with the help of the light generated by a candle.

The mermaid flinched as the man shut off his book, turning around to made eye contact with her.

"You're awake." He smiled as he approached her, making the poor mermaid swim as far back as the tank would allow to keep her distance from the man.

"Shhh, don't be, scared, love, you are mine, now. You shouldn't be scared." The man whispered as he stared at her.

There was something unsettling in his gaze, something more unsettling at the way he talked, making the mermaid fear him more.

The mermaid squeaked in fear as he grabbed her arm, pulling her out of her water tank as he pulled her towards his chest, sliding an arm underneath her tail to support it as he nuzzled against her neck.

"Mine... You don't know how long I have waited to get my hands on you, Maki." The mermaid froze in fear, 'Maki', no one knew her name, except her clan members and the members of the Kurta clan, even the people that were auctioning her off didn't knew her name.

Maki gulped in fear, as she glanced at his face, his gentle smile and calm demeanor making her question her own fear.

Why is he so calm? Why was she freaking out when he had been nothing but nice to her? Who was he?

Maki shook her head gently, trying to focus on the situation more and not on her thoughts as she finally spoke after months.

"How... Do you know my name..?" She asked quietly, her voice hoarse from not being used from months.

"Oh, Maki... I know everything about you."

"Dancing with you"

Kurapika Kurta x fem! Reader

Note: another short scenario!

Your POV:

You walked along the various types of flowers, as it swayed across the feild. You sat down in a certain spot, perfect for a date. Which is why you're here at this moment, actually. You were waiting for your beloved significant other, which will soon be your fiance.

You waited patiently and hear soft steps from behind, you see no other than your beloved, 𝙆𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙠𝙖. He smiles softly when he saw you sitting so gracefully on the blanket you placed above the grass.

He walked closer to you, and you slowly stood up. 𝙆𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙠𝙖 gently held your hand, slowly bent down, and placed a soft kiss on top of your hand. He stood up straight and cupped your face, pecking your lips with his own. You both smiled in silence, enjoying the soft moment. "Shall we start this date, my love?" He asks lovingly. "Of course" you reply. You can't help but feel like a fool in love when you're with him.. It's just something you can't explain, but you know it's just how much you love him truly.

The date continued as planned, and as the sun sets, 𝙆𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙠𝙖 stood up and held his hand out for you "will you dance with me, princess?" He asks. Your cheeks gets tainted with red as you slowly take his hand in yours, "Yes, my love" you reply.

You both stood up and start to dance along the flowers in the sunset. It felt like a fairytale, unreal, perhaps, but this 𝙞𝙨 real. He was yours, and you were his. All alone in your own little world, together.

𝙆𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙠𝙖 chuckles as he cups your cheek and stops dancing for a moment. He slowly went in for a passionate and loving kiss, as you quickly kissed him back. "𝘕𝘰𝘸 𝘐 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘦𝘵 𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘭, 𝘪𝘯 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯.. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘴 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵" he says softly as a murmur but you heard it clearly, and smiled. You both decided to sit beneath a large tree, with you laying your head on his shoulder, both of you cuddled up within each other. You enjoyed the rest of your time enveloped within each other's presence, loving each second of it with no regret.

Kurapika Headcannons:

He is extremely cautious around you when you two first meet. He knows your need for fighting is at the level where it beyond the point of Hisoka.

You meet in an alleyway. He was taking a shortcut, you were about to off a man.

Kurapika being the person he is tried to help him and you beat him badly.

Yes he did just get his ass beat but he is oddly fascinated on how you fight(think of ruby roundhouse).

You were fascinated because any normal person would have ran.

You asked him if he would like to get lunch with you and he is flabbergasted.

One second you beat him then your asking him on a date basically!

The man who you were about to off he is as confused as kurapika but then he starts calling you names and you finish the job.

After that he does get lunch to find out what the hell was going only to find out you an acquaintance to the phantom troupe and not on good terms.

You help him track down the scarlet eyes as well as help find them through underground ties.

He grows attached to you the longer your together because he realise your actually a sweet person driven mad by trauma like him.

Also doesn't want to in fear of losing you but your a badass so he give into the fact he might like you more that friends.

And he is devastated when he sees you in a state proving to be fatal.

He is begging and crying for you not to leave him and that when he confesses.

He used to unconsciously see you as an invincible being from heaven, now he realises your human and is overly protective.

He still thinks your a badass though.

His protection protocol is literally turning into your ungrateful asshole of a cat with a self destruct nuke for anyone who is within arms length of you.

However he knows not to mess with your food or whole planet is doomed.

Dates are often because a date to you both is movie night, walk in the park or the classic restaurant cafe.

NSFW:

Boobs, ass or thighs he's all of them.

Wearing a deep cut shirt while watching movies on the couch he will suck on your tits like a baby.Depending on how horny he is he might continue he might not(the latter isn't the most likely. 😏

I stand by this till my grave he will call you mommy whether or not he's the one in control or you are.

If your the dom suck his nips and he will be flustered you don't even need to tell him to beg he's already the face of the ahego searches .

He prefers it if you use yourself in him rather that an strap because he has a breeding kink .

However he will go crazy if you ride his cock while having a vibrator in him pull his hair while your at it.

He likes being manhandled because that's one of the things that remind him of when you first met.

If you were lingere he is in love again, put him in it and you will fuck yourself stupid on him and even then you will fuck like rabbits until you pass out.

Dom kurapika is gentle because he doesn't want to hurt you...

UNTIL HE GETS IN THE MOMENT

You are wearing makeup, hair gel or anything that you think will make you beautiful he will fuck you so hard infront of the mirror that if it wasn't there you would of thought he was a horse.

He will tell you how beautiful you are while your crying and your hair is all over the place.

praise he adores it.

Your walking around in the kitchen making him dinner because he's had a rough day.

And he gets a boner from the sight of you in one of his shirts strutting around with those cute panties of yours that cling so deliciously to your ass.

The house almost burned down because he decided to lie you down on the counter and make you scream with out the s.

Tight Jeans and your ass will be smacked.

His ass though...

You admitted to him the first thought that came to you when you became a couple was ' is he peggable'.

He is.

At times when he feels down and feels like hes going to waste away, you overstimulate him.

Peg him with a vibrating cock ring on his dick while pulling his hair and making him suck on your fingers.

Moans like a god who am I kidding this man will get you horny be anything he does but when he moans especially as the sub you cum evertime he moans and fuck him till he has problems walking the next day.

You both love leaving hickeys on each others thighs.

Suffocate him he will bite you and moan while eating you out or giving you head.

Hair pulling yet again.

You look at him only to find him staring back at you, tears in his eyes, makeup ruined, lingere ripped in diffeent places with his cock peeking out the top of the waistband.

When you give him head he acts as if you just fucked him with a strap the size of an elephants.

He's that sensitive.

He isn't pulling your hair because he's busy trying to keep quiet in the bath room stall of the cafe.

Kurapika will make you gag when he's pissed.Eventhough he doesn't intend to take it out on you,he does and you love it.

I mean I imagine he has a pretty red head with quite a thick shaft but in length it's average.

His cum is more sweet than bitter and your starting to wonder if it's because it's sticky and slightly thick like honey
