“Killua…”
He had been searching for so long… he never thought he’d see the boy made out of moonlight again. It has been a year since East Gorteau…
Some things were different, new… but that striking hair, those deep eyes filled with so much emotion. It was all striking, stunning Killua.
“Palm and the others told me you were alive, but…”
Killua tenses, a large pair of beautiful white and brown wings pinning to his back, the blood dripping on the ground undeniably not crimson.
“Killua, why?”
Panic seizes in Killua’s heart, panic and fear shining in those big blue eyes.
He stumbles back, biting down furiously into his lip with sharp teeth.
Why…? Why?
“Because! Look at me!”
These appendages aren’t human; these legs that resemble a human… aren’t. A hard exoskeleton. These hands with only three fingers sharing that same exoskeleton. The small antennas that protrude from his head, hidden partially by his hair, soft wispy locks.
He balls his hands up, looking down, his frame shaking.
“I didn’t want you to hate me! I-I-I’m the same as that thing that-that killed Kite!”
He didn’t want to see Gon’s features twist into hate and disgust towards him…
He stayed hidden in the shadows, helping behind the scenes.
It was the only way…
A shiver runs down his spine, recalling how cold everything was… that was the last time he saw his blood all around him crimson.
He may not be human anymore. It was the only way. And he… didn’t care. As long as he got to help Gon. Anything for Gon. Killua knew… he knew he’d never be able to be face to face with Gon again…
So why…?
And why isn’t Gon looking at him in horror, rage, there’s a slight furrow to his eyebrows, and something sad, but…
“You are nothing like that.”
Gon steps forward and Killua winces, taking a step back on his injured ankle.
“You are so brave and strong and so, so kind and beautiful…”
Gon takes another step, and another, and Killua is frozen until he is staring into those determined eyes.
“And something I wish I would have realized earlier…”
Gon cups Killua’s cheek, rubbing away a stray tear, wishing to take all of Killua’s pain with it.
Killua’s skin is soft, delicate, like a baby’s.
Killua is delicate…
“You’re so fragile.”
Something he never saw. Killua sheltered tears and sorrow behind a hard gaze or a snappy attitude.
But right now, Gon can see it so clearly in Killua’s eyes, tears brimming up, that sadness and fear, and he wants to tell Killua it’s all okay, he can cry.
“So I’ll protect you this time.”
Because fragile things need to be cradled and held and wrapped in warmth and kept safe.
He tugs his hand away, Killua drawing in a gasp of air.
“You can’t. I’m a monster. More than before.”
Something boils in Gon. It isn’t towards Killua. Sweet Killua. Who was never a monster.
“You’re as beautiful as you’ve always been.”
He should have never let Killua go.
Killua’s always been good at keeping a straight face. A smile. Whatever he needs to be. Even if Killua could shoot lighting from the sky and move mountains, almost like a god, he was delicate.
Gon wishes Killua would just call him stupid, say that he was embarrassing, but there are only conflicting emotions in Killua’s eyes, twisted in his eyebrows that are pushed down, buried deep like his sharp teeth are into his still very pretty pink lips.
Killua shakes his head once, twice, backing away slowly; Gon winces for Killua when he hears a snap.
Killua’s ankles give out before his knees can even buckle.
Gon has no idea if they are actually broken, just sprained, or anything like that. He doesn’t even have time to think, his body moves faster than his brain, and Killua is engulfed in warmth.
Warm. Gon is warm.
Fire burns his eyes and scrapes his throat, his chest heavy, his ears hot.
He forgets the splintering pain, digging his fingers into Gon’s jacket, tears streaming down his face.
“Killua…”
Gon’s touches are assertive and strong but gentle; he’s careful when lifting Killua up, not wanting to hurt him more, or tear his wings, nothing at all.
He holds Killua close to his chest, lowering his nose into Killua’s fluffy nest of hair for a moment.
He still smells like Killua.
He’s the same sweet Killua.
“Killua?”
Killua stirs, blinking back tears and sniffing softly, a cough getting stuck in his chest, as he stares at a few loose strings against Gon’s same old horribly ugly… yet comforting jacket.
He doesn’t wanna go.
He doesn’t-
It’s a whirlwind that feels like it’s ripping him apart; all these thoughts and feelings, and he feels Gon’s thumb rub against the blade of his bony shoulder, holding him closer.
It doesn’t help.
He buries his nose into Gon’s chest until it hurts his nose and his antennas.
“Hey… hey… shhh… it’s okay.”
Stupid.
Stupid!
“Killua?”
He doesn’t dare look, yet…
He takes a peek, and Gon is wearing that same dumb expression he always does of pure resolve.
“We’ll be together forever, okay? And I’ll protect you.”
Stupid. There’s no way that could be true… but…
Just for a while… let him indulge…
Gon’s arms are warm and strong.
And… and he wants to stay.
So are we gonna talk about how Killua seem to have a traumatic response when someone use their Ren and catch him out of guard? And how it's more or less clearly Illumi's fault? No? Okay then.
Thinking about Hanahaki & Star Tear disease. Aged up (18 y/o) Killua since I was him for Halloween this year.
WARNINGS: Angst, Blood, Death, No comfort, Killugon mentions, My own version of Star Tear disease
For Killua, the flowers you'd spit up would be Heliotropes. They mean everlasting love.
Killua has always loved Gon, never taking his eyes off of him. When you came into the group of four, you never expected to fall for the platinum blonde boy. Yet you did. Killua never looked at you or gave you a second thought. The only person who ever actually loved you, even just as a sibling, was Kurapika. So obviously you told him when you got Hanahaki and Star Tear disease.
Surprisingly, you were able to slow both of them down with Nen, though you refused to get surgery or confess to Killua. You were content dying for him. Eventually, Gon, in front of the group, asked you what romantic love was to you.
“Love is when you're willing to die for someone, even if there's a cure. Just so you won't forget them. Love is when you're slowly going blind for them because you won't confess your love to them, as they are in love with someone else, and to hear it would only cause more pain. Love is painful.. Physically, emotionally, and psychologically..”
You had started to cry halfway through your answer, making your Star Tear disease known to the group. Watching as your tears left your cheeks, became dark blue stars, and floated to the ceiling, they all gasped. All but Kuripika, who knew and had seen you cry before. Your vision went more blurry, even after you'd stopped crying.
That was the first time he'd looked at you. It was the first time he'd actually seen you. And all he saw was someone so foolishly loyal to an asshole. Then they all witnessed you cough up flowers and blood. They were full flowers, which meant you were closer to dying.
Out of concern, they all took you to the hospital where the doctor explained.
“First, Hanahaki disease is a disease that kills someone who has unrequited love for someone. Hanahaki is when, because of that unrequited love, flowers sprout in the victims lungs. They will slowly cough up petals, turned to petals with blood, turned to full flowers, turned to full flowers with blood. Each one of these is a stage. The last stage is the closest to death. The flowers the victims cough up have meaning, y/n is coughing up Heliotropes, and Heliotropes mean everlasting love. The cure is to either have your unrequited love to love you back or to take the surgery.
Star Tear disease is a disease that turns the victims' tears to stars. Generally, these stars are the favorite color of the victims' unrequited love. The victims will slowly become blind the more they cry. The only cure is to confess to your unrequited love.
Unfortunately, Y/n decided not to take the surgery. We cannot do anything without his consent.”
(Time skip cause I'm impatient)
It has been weeks since you last went to that doctor. You were now almost fully blind. You decided you wanted to take a walk with Killua.
“It's been a while since we last talked, huh?”
“Yea, Y/n..”
“I can't wait for you and the group to go back to York New City. I thought I'd be able to go this time.”
“What do you mean, Y/n? You are going to go with us”
“Killua—” You had a coughing fit, now coughing up a bunch of flowers and blood. You gave him a sad look and put your hand on his cheek. “—I love you so much - I just couldn't forget you.” You went limp just as quick as you had confessed to him.
.
.
.
.
.
Killua put Heliotropes down on your grave. It had been years. He should be over you, shouldn't he? He regrets not realizing he loved you sooner. It hurts him knowing if he had just looked at you before you were dying—
“I love you too, Y/n.. I miss you so so much..”
When you get too old for your anime crushes so you now just want to adopt them (Don’t mind the low quality, my iPad sucks)

“We haven’t even done that!” “Yet, Killua!” “GON YOURE MaAKING it worse.” “My babies are innocent.” Said Leorio and Kurapika. “Okay fine, I edited the photo.” Illumi sighed. “Moving forward, who wants to go first in karaoke?” Kurapika changed the subject.

Uvogin x Thief reader!
Here’s Part 1 of Uvogin z Thief Reader!!! It’s an upgrade to a really old fanfic of mine and I’m very happy about it! Gonna be a slow burn but a very well written descriptive story!
——————
You're not the type to back down, are you?" The sly voice echoed through the dimly lit corridor, a stark contrast to the chaos outside.
Y/N, the notorious thief known for her unmatched agility and uncanny ability to vanish into thin air, found herself in a tight spot. Cornered by a group of individuals who were equally adept in the art of theft and deception—the Phantom Troupe.
She had come to the auction hall to pilfer the latest set of rare artifacts, a prize that had eluded even the most skilled hands in the business. But as she held the gleaming treasure in her grasp, she felt the air thicken with the presence of her pursuers.
Her heart pounded in her chest as she recognized the unmistakable aura of Chrollo Lucifer, the leader of the Phantom Troupe. His crimson eyes bore into her as he offered a thin smile, the kind that didn't quite reach his eyes.
"You've got guts, I'll give you that," he said, his voice like velvet over a sharpened blade. "But I'm afraid you're in no position to decline my offer." The other members of the troupe emerged from the shadows, their faces a mix of curiosity and amusement.
Y/N, with the artifacts clutched tightly in her bag, took a step back, her mind racing. Join them? Impossible. But she knew better than to underestimate the ruthlessness of the Phantom Troupe. Her options were slim—join or become their next victim.
She met Chrollo's gaze with defiance, her jaw set. "What makes you think I'd ever consider joining a bunch of thugs like you?"
-^1: Y/N, a renowned thief, is caught by the Phantom Troupe at an artifact auction. Chrollo Lucifer, their leader, is impressed by her audacity and offers her a place in the group. Surrounded by the troupe, she considers her options, knowing their reputation for ruthlessness.-
The air in the corridor grew tense as the troupe members exchanged glances. Chrollo's smile grew wider, revealing a set of sharp teeth. "Ah, a challenge," he mused, "how delightful." He gestured to the burly figure standing behind him, "Take her to the room we've prepared. She'll think it over."
Y/N was marched down the corridor, her hands bound with an unbreakable Nen thread that burned at the slightest struggle. The room they brought her to was surprisingly spacious, with a single bed, a table, and a chair.
The walls were adorned with weapons and trinkets, hinting at its usual occupant's tastes. As the door slammed shut, she looked around, realizing she was to share this space with Uvogin, one of the most feared members of the Phantom Troupe.
Uvogin leaned against the wall, his arms folded over his broad chest, watching her with a mix of curiosity and amusement. "You're going to be a handful, aren't you?" he said, his deep voice rumbling through the space.
Y/N's eyes narrowed as she sized him up. Uvogin was notorious for his brute strength and volatile temperament. But she had a knack for reading people, and she could see the flicker of something else in his gaze—respect, perhaps. Or was it something more?
“It appears we are.”
"Looks like we're bunkmates," Uvogin said, his voice a low rumble that seemed to resonate within the very walls of the room. He strolled over to the bed and plopped down, his boots hitting the floor with a thud. "Make yourself comfortable, if you can."
—————
Y/N took in the sparse accommodations, her mind racing with possible escape routes. She gritted her teeth, refusing to let the fear show on her face. "I'd rather not get too cozy with the enemy," she spat, her eyes never leaving his.
Uvogin chuckled, his amusement clear despite his gruff demeanor. "You've got spirit," he said, his eyes glinting with something akin to admiration. "But you're not going anywhere until Chrollo says so." He leaned back, his hand resting casually on the hilt of his sword. "But don't worry, I won't bite—unless you ask nicely."
The days turned into a tense dance of cat and mouse. Y/N tried to maintain her distance from Uvogin, but the confined space made it near impossible. She watched him, studied his every move, looking for weaknesses she could exploit. But every time she thought she had found one, he'd catch her eye and give her a knowing smirk, as if he could read her thoughts.
Uvogin, for his part, was surprisingly courteous. He never laid a hand on her, except to unbind her when she needed to eat or use the facilities. He'd even bring her food, though it was always cold and tasteless, a stark reminder of her captivity.
The other troupe members would come and go, trying to persuade her to join their ranks with various tactics—from sweet-talking to outright threats. But she remained firm, her resolve unshaken.
. Uvogin's courteous behavior surprises her, and she remains unshaken by the Phantom Troupe's attempts to recruit her.
Nights were the hardest. The silence was deafening, filled only with the occasional snore from Uvogin and the distant echoes of the city outside. She'd lie there, her mind racing with thoughts of escape, her body tense and ready to spring into action at the slightest sound.
But each night, she'd also find her gaze drawn to Uvogin's silhouette in the moonlight, his chest rising and falling steadily. There was something almost…comforting about his presence, despite the danger he posed.
One evening, unable to stand the incessant whispering of her thoughts, she spoke up, breaking the heavy silence. "Why do you guys want me so badly?" she asked, her voice low and measured.
Uvogin stirred from his position, his eyes opening lazily. "You've got potential," he said, his voice gruff with sleep. "Chrollo sees something in you that could be…useful."
Y/N rolled her eyes. "I'm not a tool to be used," she retorted, trying to keep the tremor of fear out of her voice.
Uvogin sat up, his gaze intense. "You're not just any thief," he said, his tone serious. "You've got a reputation, and not just for your skills. You're…different.".
Y/N felt a twinge of annoyance at his perceptiveness. She had worked hard to keep her emotions in check, to never let anyone see past her tough exterior. Yet here she was, confined with a man who could potentially crush her with his bare hands, and he was peeling back layers she had kept hidden for years. "What do you mean, different?" she demanded, trying to keep her voice steady.
Uvogin leaned against the headboard, his muscular arms crossed over his chest. "You've got guts, y/n," he said, a hint of admiration in his voice. "But it's more than that. There's a…spark in you. A fire that refuses to be put out, no matter the odds." He paused, studying her in the moonlit room. "The troupe needs that kind of spirit."
Y/N scoffed, trying to ignore the warmth that his words kindled within her. "Flattery won't get you anywhere," she said, turning away to face the wall. But his words had planted a seed of doubt in her mind. Was she really so special? Or was this just another ploy to get her to comply?
The days grew longer, the tension in the room thickening with each passing hour. Y/N felt a strange pull towards Uvogin, a confusing mix of fear and attraction. She would catch herself watching him when he wasn't looking, studying the way his muscles moved as he sharpened his nails—his own brand of Nen. His eyes, though fierce, held a gentleness that seemed at odds with his reputation.
“Goodnight Uvogin.” Y/n promptly flipped her body to face the other direction. “Goodnight y/n!!” His voice boomed with happiness
——
One night, unable to sleep, she found herself staring at the tattoo on his chest, a symbol of the Phantom Troupe. It was intricate, almost mesmerizing. "What's it like?" she asked, her curiosity getting the better of her. "Being in the troupe?"
Uvogin's eyes narrowed, sizing her up. "It's family," he said, his voice gruff. "We watch each other's backs, share our spoils, and fight together. We're not just a bunch of thieves and murderes. We're something more."
Y/N rolled onto her side, propping her head on her hand. "And what makes you think I'd fit in?" she asked, her voice a challenge.
Uvogin's gaze softened, and for a moment, she saw a glimpse of vulnerability in his eyes. "You remind me of someone," he murmured, almost to himself.
"Someone who didn't take crap from anyone, no matter how powerful they were."
The room grew quiet again, and Y/N felt the weight of his stare. She knew he wasn't just referring to her skills; there was something personal in his words.
"Someone from your past?" she ventured, curiosity piquing.
Uvogin's expression remained stoic, but she could see the flicker of memory in his eyes. "Someone I cared about," he admitted. "Someone who didn't make it out of this life."
The silence that followed was heavy, filled with unspoken understanding. Y/N knew all too well the pain of loss and the cost of the life they led. For a moment, she allowed herself to feel a flicker of something other than defiance—sympathy.
"I'm sorry," she said, the words slipping out before she could stop them. Uvogin's gaze sharpened, as if surprised by her sudden show of emotion.
A moment later, she felt his hand on her shoulder, gently turning her to face him. "Don't be," he said, his voice softer than she had ever heard it. "It's the life we chose."
Y/N looked into his eyes, seeing the weight of his words. For the first time, she saw the man behind the moniker, the pain and the loyalty that had driven him to this path. It was a stark reminder that even in a world of thieves and killers, there were moments of humanity.
"Why do you stay with them?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.
Uvogin's hand lingered on her shoulder, his gaze searching hers. "Because," he began, his voice rough with emotion, "they're all I've got." He paused, his eyes flickering with something that looked almost like regret. "We're all lost souls, Y/N. Bound together by a thread of fate that none of us can cut. Besides I love violence, and making people feel pain.” His chuckles boomed with mischievously at his confession.
Y/N felt a pang of something unfamiliar—sympathy, perhaps—for this man who had become both her jailor and her confidant. "What was her name?" she asked softly.
Uvogin's expression grew distant, his eyes glazing over as he spoke her name. "Evangeline" he said, his voice thick with unspoken sorrow. "She was…special. Like you."
Y/N sat up, her curiosity piqued. "What happened to her?"
Uvogin's expression hardened, his grip on the covers tightening. "She was taken from us," he said, his voice a low growl. "By someone who didn't understand what family truly means."
"I'm sorry," she said again, the words feeling inadequate.
Uvogin nodded, his eyes never leaving hers. "We all have our reasons for being here," he said, his voice barely above a murmur. "But maybe, just maybe, we can find something more than just survival together in this life of murder, violence and thievery."
Y/N felt her walls cracking, the defiance she had clung to for so long slowly giving way to a strange sense of camaraderie. She didn't dare to hope, but the thought of belonging to something, to someone, was tempting.
Their eyes remained locked, the tension between them no longer just hostility, but something more complex, something that made her heart race in a way that had nothing to do with fear. Without warning, Uvogin leaned in, his breath warm against her face, and for a moment, she thought he was going to say something else.
But instead, his lips met hers, the kiss firm and demanding, yet not without a hint of tenderness.
Y/N was taken aback, her mind reeling from the suddenness of it all. But she didn't pull away. Instead, she found herself responding, her body moving of its own accord as she leaned into the embrace. “Uvo~”
His arms wrapped around her, pulling her closer, the beat of his heart pounding in sync with hers. It was a kiss that spoke of unspoken desires, of two souls finding an unexpected kinship in a world that offered them little warmth.
The kiss deepened, Uvogin's grip tightening, his hand tangling in her hair. Y/N could feel the strength in him, the power that made him feared throughout the underworld. But there was something else there too, something that made her heart flutter—the gentleness that lay beneath the hardened exterior. It was a contradiction that intrigued her, a softness she hadn't anticipated finding in this place.
When they finally pulled apart, both of them were breathless. Uvogin searched her eyes, looking for something she wasn't quite ready to give. "I've been thinking," she said, her voice a little shaky. "Maybe…maybe Chrollo's offer isn't so bad."
The room was still, the air thick with the weight of their shared secret. Uvogin's gaze searched hers, looking for any hint of deceit. "You'd really consider joining us?".
Y/N took a deep breath, feeling the gravity of her decision. "I can see the bond you all share," she said, her voice steady. "And maybe…maybe I could find a place among you."
Uvogin's expression was unreadable, his hand still resting on her shoulder. "You're not just saying that to get out of here, are you.?" he asked, his tone a mix of hope and skepticism.
Y/N took a deep breath, her heart racing. "No," she said, the word coming out stronger than she expected. "I've seen how you all are together. You're not just a bunch of thieves—you're a family."
Uvogin studied her for a long moment, his eyes searching hers. Then, slowly, a smile began to spread across his face. "Welcome to the Phantom Troupe," he said, his voice gruff with emotion. "You're going to need a new name though."
Y/N's heart skipped a beat. "A new name?" she echoed, a hint of excitement in her voice.
Uvogin nodded, his smile growing wider. "Yeah, everyone in the troupe has one. It's part of our identity. What do you want to be called?"
Y/N took a moment to ponder, her heart racing. This was a significant step, a declaration of her new allegiance. "How about 'Phantom Thief'," she suggested, a smirk playing at the corner of her lips.
Uvogin chuckled, the sound rumbling through the room. "I like it," he said, his eyes lighting up with approval. "It's got a ring to it."
The days that followed saw a shift in the dynamics of their captor-captive relationship. Y/N, now considering herself the Phantom Thief, began to open up to the other members of the troupe. They were an eclectic bunch, each with whose needles could slice through anything with ease;
Shizuku, the stoic and mysterious member who was unique. Her weapon being a vaccum that could suck up anything.
Machi, a radiant girl who was deadly as she was friendly.
, strikingly lesbian, yet a femme fetal who was as unpredictable as the tides;
, whose fiery aura and torturing blade skills were as mesmerizing as they were terrifying. Shalnark and phinks were very accepting and fun to be around.
Nobunaga, Uvogin best friend was chill, deftinkeu high all the time too!
Their banter, their inside jokes, their shared meals—it all started to feel eerily familiar. Y/N found herself warming up to them, their rough exteriors hiding hearts that were fiercely loyal to their own. And then there was Chrollo, the enigmatic leader with the eyes of a predator and the mind of a chess master. He watched her with a mix of amusement and scrutiny, as if she was a puzzle he hadn't quite figured out yet.
—————-//—-/-
One evening, as the troupe gathered in their makeshift headquarters, Y/N approached Chrollo, her eyes meeting his unwavering gaze. "I've been thinking about your offer," she said, her voice steady despite the butterflies in her stomach. "Maybe I could get used to this life."
Chrollo's smile grew, his crimson eyes gleaming with excitement. "Ah, the Phantom Thief decides to join the fray," he said, his tone light and teasing. "Welcome, my dear. We're thrilled to have you with us."
The next day, to Y/N's surprise, Chrollo suggested a shopping spree as a way to celebrate her newfound allegiance. "A little treat before the real work begins," he said with a wink.
The troupe split into two groups—the girls and the boys—each with their own set of goals. Y/N, Machi, and Pakunoda set off into the bustling streets of the city, their eyes sparkling with excitement. They darted in and out of stores, their laughter echoing through the alleyways as they tried on ridiculous outfits and poked fun at each other's choices.
Machi found a pair of gloves that she claimed would perfectly complement her Nen abilities, while Y/N's eyes widened at the sight of a sleek, black jumpsuit that seemed tailor-made for her new identity.
Pakunoda, ever the fashionista, held up a garish hat with a wide brim. "What do you think?" she asked, her cheeky grin lighting up her face.
Machi giggled, her eyes glinting with mischief. "It's definitely…something," she said, holding it atop Y/N's head. "But maybe not for a Phantom Thief."
Pakunoda pouted playfully, snatching the hat away. "Fine, more for me then," she said, plopping it onto her own head and striking a pose. The three of them burst into laughter, the tension of their usual missions temporarily forgotten.
Meanwhile, the boys had taken a more laid-back approach. Uvogin, Feitan, and Phinks lounged in a nearby café, sipping coffee and watching the world go by.
Hisoka, ever the flamboyant one, had insisted on tagging along, his eyes scanning the crowd for potential…companions. More so children. "So, what do you think of our newest recruit?" Feitan asked, his tone casual as he stirred his drink.
Uvogin's gaze drifted to the memory of their stolen kiss, his expression unreadable. "She's got potential," he said, his voice a low rumble. "But she's still got a lot to learn."
“I think she’s a great woman, one id love to battle once more. Yet she holds not a candle to my Illumi~” Hisoka interjected. “What do you mean once more?” They asked the clown.
“we fought once, she took my precious Gon~ Away from me.” He pouted a bit. “Although I do say, it was quite ravishing.” “Why didn’t you say anything about this sooner hispka?” “It wasn’t in my best interes~” his face distorted into a lustful smile.
———
The shopping spree continued, with the girls trying on everything from flashy jewelry to tight leather pants. They giggled and whispered conspiratorially, sharing stories of their past heists and the thrills of outsmarting their marks. Y/N felt a strange sense of belonging, as if she had finally found her tribe.
"So, Phantom Thief," Machi began, holding up a pair of fingerless gloves that were adorned with silver studs, "What's your specialty?"
“I’m a jack of all trades, but my best specialty would be my hand to hand combat. I possess the ability to deduce one’s pressure points. But it doesn’t work on people as advanced as you bunch.” She laughed at her words.
Machi's eyes widened in admiration. "Wow, you're like a real-life cat burglar," she exclaimed, her voice filled with excitement. "Maybe you could teach me a few tricks."
Pakunoda leaned in, her curiosity piqued. "Yeah, I've always wanted to learn how to manipulate pressure points! Mind reading is only as far as anything goes.” she said, her eyes shining with excitement. "Imagine the kind of mischief we could get into!"
The three of them shared a knowing smile, the kind that spoke of shared secrets and future escapades. They left the store, their arms laden with bags filled with their new treasures. The city lights reflected off the various weapons and gadgets they had managed to 'acquire' along the way.
It was a strange juxtaposition—the laughter and camaraderie of friends on a shopping trip, all while planning their next heist.
As they meandered through the crowded streets, the girls couldn't resist the allure of a street performer's sleight of hand. Y/N watched, her eyes narrowed as she tried to discern his secrets. "Amateurs," she murmured under her breath, earning a smack on the arm from Machi.
But amidst the chuckles and gasps of the crowd, she heard a familiar voice, one that sent a jolt of recognition through her. "Yo, that's the thief from Yorknew!" It was Gon, his youthful exclamation cutting through the din.
Y/N's heart skipped a beat as she turned to see the young boy, now older and more seasoned, standing alongside his friends—Killua, Leorio, and the stoic Kurapika. Her eyes widened, and she took a step back, her hand instinctively reaching for her pocket where she kept her lockpicks. Had they come to apprehend her? Or were they just here by coincidence?
Gon's eyes lit up with excitement as he rushed over, his friends following closely behind. "It's really you!" he exclaimed, his voice filled with the same enthusiasm she remembered. "Wow y/n , You're even more amazing than I thought!"
Y/N's hand froze over her pocket, her heart racing. She had hoped to avoid this confrontation, but it seemed fate had other plans. "Hi, guys," she said, trying to keep her voice steady. "Long time no see."
Gon's grin was as wide as she remembered it, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "We never got a chance to thank you for what you did back in Yorknew," he said, his eyes searching hers. "You saved us from that crazy guy—Hisoka!"
Y/N felt a twinge of anxiety. How much did they know? Did they recognize her as the thief she had been that night? She forced a casual smile. "It was nothing," she said, her heart hammering in her chest. "Just a little…adventure."
Killua's eyes narrowed, his sharp instincts picking up on the tension. "You're not in trouble, are you?" he asked, his voice laced with concern.
Y/N swallowed hard, her mind racing. "No, no trouble at all," she said, her smile forced. "Just out for a little…shopping spree."
Leorio eyed the bags in their hands, his gaze shrewd. "Looks like you're going all out," he said, a hint of suspicion in his voice.
Y/N forced a laugh, her heart racing. "Just living life to the fullest," she said, trying to keep her cool.
But Kurapika's gaze was unyielding, his scarlet eyes piercing through the facade. "Is that so?" he said, his tone measured. "You seem to have changed a bit since we last met."
Y/N felt the weight of his scrutiny, her heart pounding in her chest. She had hoped to keep her past life a secret from them, but it seemed fate had other plans. "You guys have changed too," she said, trying to deflect. "You're all so…grown up."
Gon's grin didn't falter. "Thanks," he said, puffing out his chest. "We've had our fair share of adventures."
Leorio leaned in, his eyes gleaming with curiosity. "So, what brings you to the city?" he asked, his gaze flicking to the bags they held.
Y/N's mind raced. She couldn't tell them the truth—not about the Phantom Troupe, not about her new life as a member of the notorious group. "Just passing through," she said, her voice a tad too bright. "You know how it is with the life of a thief."
Killua's gaze sharpened, his instincts on high alert. "Y/n, you’re not in trouble with any hunters, are you?" he asked, his eyes darting around the area as if searching for signs of pursuit.
Y/N's pulse quickened, her mind racing for a plausible lie. "No, nothing like that," she assured him, her voice steady despite the rising panic. "I've just been…keeping busy."
Before she could say more, Uvogin's formidable presence appeared beside them, his eyes scanning the group with a hint of suspicion. "Looks like you've made some friends," he said, his voice a low rumble.
Y/N's heart sank. She had hoped to avoid this. "Guys, this is Uvogin," she said, her voice tight. "He's…an old acquaintance."
Gon's eyes widened with recognition. "Oh, you're with the Phantom Troupe!" he exclaimed, his excitement unabated. "That's so cool! Me and killua have already met them!!”
Y/N shot Uvogin a panicked look, but his expression remained unfazed. He simply nodded in greeting to the group of hunters. "We've got to get going," he said, his voice firm but not unkind. "The city has more than enough to keep us busy."
Gon and his friends looked at each other, a mix of excitement and wariness crossing their faces. "Ah, right," Gon said, his smile faltering slightly. "We've got some exploring to do too."
Leorio stepped forward, his gaze still locked on the Phantom Troupe members. "It's been great seeing you again," he said, his voice a tad forced. "But we should let you get back to your…shopping."
Y/N nodded, her smile tight. "Yeah, we've got a lot to do," she agreed, hoping they would take the hint.
Machi and Pakunoda stepped in, sensing the tension. "Come on, Phantom Thief," Machi said, tugging at her arm. "We've got to get back before the boss starts to worry."
Their eyes met, and Y/N knew she had to play along. She took a deep breath and nodded, turning back to Gon and his friends. "It was great seeing you all," she said, her voice genuine despite the fear bubbling inside her. "But we really should get going."
Gon looked crestfallen, but he nodded. "Yeah, we've got a lot to do," he said, his eyes still sparkling with excitement. "Maybe we'll run into each other again."
She hoped they wouldn’t. For kurapikas scarlet eyes had awoken in that ver moment, if anything they both could’ve been killed on the spot. If she ran into him again, or with another phantom troupe member they’d be fucked.
It really was a mess, but at least of all people, she had Uvogin.
**Title: Seven Minutes in Heaven**
Short little fan fiction about Gon x Killua confessing their feelings in a game of seven minutes in heaven! There is Leorio x kurapika content too, but more so them being in love and supporting parents!
————
The dimly lit room was buzzing with excitement and nervous energy. It was a typical night for the group of friends, but tonight felt different. The atmosphere was charged with unspoken feelings, especially between
a certain pair: Gon Freecss and Killua Zoldyck. They’d navigated countless challenges together, yet this simple game of “Seven Minutes in Heaven” brought the most formidable challenge of all: vulnerability.
Leorio and Kurapika sat together on the couch, their fingers intertwined. They’d long since settled into a comfortable relationship, and while they teased their friends about their obvious crushes, they couldn’t help but hope that Gon and Killua would finally take the leap.
“Kurapika, do you think it’ll happen today?”
“Maybe Leo~”
“Let’s hope, it’s getting tiring seeing them all shy.” “LEORIO!” Kurapika playfully smacked his arm.
“Alright, everyone!” Leorio announced, his voice cheerfully cutting through the ambient chatter. “If we’re going to play this, we need to set some ground rules. Only the brave shall proceed into the ‘heaven’ of that closet!”
“Don’t you dare call it that.” Killua rolled his eyes, suppressing a grin. His gaze instinctively flicked to Gon, whose excited smile made his heart race. Maybe tonight would unveil the feelings they’d both kept buried.
“Let’s get started!” Kurapika clapped his hands, his anticipation palpable. “We’ll draw names randomly, and everyone must take their turn. But… let’s keep Hisoka out of it, alright?”
Gon chuckled, but there was a tinge of worry in his eyes. Hisoka was unpredictable, and the thought of him alone with either himself or Killua made Gon's stomach churn
“Why not? I promise to behave!” Hisoka chimed, appearing out of nowhere, a mischievous smile plastered on his face. The flamboyant clown had a knack for drama, and the tension skyrocketed as he licked his lips, clearly reveling in the suspense.
“I think our odds of survival decrease significantly if Hisoka is part of the game,” Killua mumbled, his expression tinged with anxiety. “Babs, stop scaring the children.” Illumi interjected.
The games began, laughter and giggles punctuating the room as each participant disappeared into the closet for their seven minutes.
Kurapika and Leorio emerged first, their cheeks flushed, and their smiles a mix of triumph and giddiness.
“Leorio, it’s our turn what should we do.” “I think you know what, Kurapika.” “Do I~” his words were interjected by Leorio pulling Kurapika into a steamy kiss. “Leo..” Pika whispered.
The two emerged out of the closet looking flushed and slightly disheveled. “Oh my God, how unholy of you two~” Hisoka teased.
*CHROLL DESCENDS FROM THE HEAVENS*
“AH WHAT THE FUCK!” Killua screeched. “Did somebody call me?” Chrollo spoke. “Bitch get out of my house!” Kurapika responded. “
Pretty Kurapika, don’t be so mean to me.”
“HE’S TAKEN. IM GONNA KILL YOU!” Leorio charged at him.
“I think that’s my cue to leave, see you around Kurta~”
*Chrollo descends to hell*
“That was random as hell.” Illumi says while wheezing.
Finally, it was Gon’s turn to draw. “I got killua!! Yay come on.” “Baka! Don’t be so giddy.” Killua said blushing.
The rest of the group watched in anticipation, particularly Leorio and Kurapika, who were practically bubbling over with hope.
Just as the two boys stepped into the closet, the door creaked ominously. The moment it clicked shut, the familiar warmth of a shared space surrounded them. Time seemed to stretch, distorting their senses as they stood close yet uncertain.
“Um… so, what should we…” Gon began, his voice barely a whisper, filled with exhilaration and nerves.
, Hisoka swung open the door of the closet, a wide grin on his face. “I couldn’t help it! I need to protect my little Gon from… bad influences!” His tone dripped with mischief, eyes sparkling as they landed on Killua.
“Don’t you dare put your hands on him!” Killua growled, already outside of his comfort zone. The threat of Hisoka brought forth a primal urge to protect.
“Really? I just want to play!” Hisoka twirled, making a mock bow. “Is it so wrong for me to want to spend time with my favorite boy?”
. He glanced at Killua, who looked ready to unsheathe a blade at a moment's notice. The tension was palpable, a powder keg just waiting for a spark. “Killua it’s ok!”
“Hisoka, you have no right to barge in here,” Gon said firmly, surprising even himself. “You need to back off.”
“Look at you, so brave!” Hisoka laughed, unfazed. “But let’s see how brave you are alone — and how long Killua will stand by!”
Just then, Illumi stepped forward, his presence a cold shadow looming over them. “You should leave my brother alone, Hisoka.” His voice was low and menacing, and the room instantly quieted, tension thickening the air.
Startled, Hisoka held up his hands in mock surrender. “Alright, alright! I was merely playing a game!” With a flourish, he stepped back, practically skipping away from them.
The closet door finally closed behind them again, sealing Gon and Killua in their moment. The silence stretched, heavy with half-formed thoughts. It was then Gon mustered the courage to break the ice.
“Killua, I…” Gon’s voice trailed off, the raw honesty flickering between them like a flame.
“I feel the same. I’ve always felt the same.” Killua took a step closer, their hearts now racing in rhythm. “But I didn’t know how to say it.”
Gon smiled—this was the moment he had yearned for. “Maybe we don’t have to say it. Maybe we just have to understand it.”
With that, they leaned closer, the past few moments fading away in the glow of their realization. The world outside melted into insignificance as they shared a whisper that only they could hear, the door of the closet forgotten.
Meanwhile, somewhere in the room outside, Leorio grinned at Kurapika, relief washing over them like a tide. Their friends had finally started to piece together the puzzle, and with his eyes on Illumi, Kurapika hoped that perhaps tonight, darkness would stay at bay.
“We knew it Kurapika, today was the day!!” He squeezed the blonds hand tighter. “They did it.”
As the minutes passed, their prayers echoed in silence, wishing for a world where love, no matter how complicated, could always shine brightly in dark corners, just like the love blossoming in the closet between Gon and Killua. And in a moment, the world outside would be forever changed.
hunter x house: Bake off!
Fan fiction about the hunters x phantom troupe in a challenge tv show. Todays challenge is a bake off!!! ———
“Today we’ll be competing against the Phantom troupe! I hope we win!” Gon said with a gleam in his eye.
"I can't believe we're doing this," Leorio murmured to himself as he surveyed the kitchen. The counters were cluttered with ingredients and baking equipment, a stark contrast to the sleek, professional tools he was used to in his medical practice.
“what should we do Killua?” “Ion know gon, but let’s stay out for now.” Leorio grabbed kurapikas hand with assurance.
“What are your thoughts kurapika?” “I just want the prize.”
The groups had been briefed by the eccentric producer of the reality show, a man who loved to stir the pot more than he did his batter. Each team was to bake a signature dish that would be judged by none other than the legendary Chairman Netero and the elusive Hanzo. The Phantom Troupe, known for their destructive tendencies, had been pitted against the hunters in a culinary battle royale, and the stakes were high.
"Alright, everyone," the producer announced, "You have one hour to prepare your dishes. No nen, no shortcuts. Just good old-fashioned baking skills."
The room buzzed with excitement as the contestants donned their aprons. “Guys! Im so excited what should we do?” Meanwhile, Killua's curiosity was piqued by the variety of spices and flavors at their disposal. “Maybe we could use a unique flavor?”
"Guys, I've got it," Gon exclaimed, his enthusiasm infectious. "We're going to make a triple-layered cake with each layer representing one of our personalities!"
Leorio rolled his eyes, "Gon, we're not here to make a metaphorical mess, we're here to win."
Kurapika, ever the strategist, suggested, "We should focus on something simple yet impressive, like a chocolate lava cake. It's hard to screw up, and if done right, it's bound to wow them."
Leorio nodded in agreement, "Fine, but we need to stand out. How about we add a twist with some exotic fruit filling?"
Killua smirked, "I know just the thing." He dashed to the pantry and returned with a basket of rare Whale Meat fruit, "This will give our lava cake an unexpected kick."
Leorio raised an eyebrow, "Whale Meat fruit? Are you sure that's a good idea?"
"Trust me," Killua replied with a grin, "It'll be a taste they'll never forget."
As the clock ticked down, the kitchen transformed into a whirlwind of activity. Gon carefully measured out the ingredients for the batter, his hands steady and precise. Leorio, on the other hand, was more experimental, mixing and matching flavors with a devil-may-care attitude. “LEORIO be more careful!”
“I’m doing the lava center, I’ll make sure it’s perfect”. Kurapika said.
The tension in the room was palpable, each team eager to outdo the others.
The Phantom Troupe members weren't exactly known for their baking prowess. “Ughhhh this is too hard!” Uvo roared. “I’m just going to dump in the ingredients.”
“Uvogin, be patient and try to measure more. “ chrollo offered advice. Nobunaga, ever the rebel, had snuck in some suspicious-looking herbs, whispering to himself about the "special" brownies he intended to bake.
Shalnark, the brains of his group, watched with amusement, occasionally tossing in a helpful tip.
In another part of the house, Phinks and Shalnark were locked in a friendly bet. "If we win, I get the artifact," Phinks said with a smug smile.
Shalnark retorted, "And if we don't?"
"If we don't," Phinks said, his eyes narrowing, "You owe me a favor."
Shalnark's smug smile didn't waver, "I'd rather eat Uvogin's burnt cookies than lose to you."
The kitchen was a symphony of whisks, purring mixers, and sizzling pans. Each group had its own strategy and dynamics. Chrollo, the leader of the Phantom Troupe, tried to maintain order amidst the chaos, his eyes darting between the clock and his team's precarious creations.
Meanwhile, the girls' team of Shizuku, Pakunoda, and Machi worked in harmony, their movements fluid and efficient. They had a secret weapon: Machi's ability to manipulate threads of nen to assist in their baking. “but are you sure we can use men?” “Yeah machi, they said not to.” “Shizuku, and paku it’s okay!”
They hoped it would give them the edge they needed.
Hisoka and Illumi, in the sixth group, had a different approach. They weren't here to win; they were here for the thrill of the game. Hisoka had his eyes on Gon, eager to test the young boy's limits, while Illumi remained in the background, his fingers playing with the strings of fate. They had agreed to work together, but it was clear that their alliance was as fragile as a soufflé.
"So, what are we making?" Hisoka asked, his voice a purr as he sauntered over to the counter.
"We're making you regret ever stepping into this kitchen," Illumi replied dryly, a hint of mischief in his eyes.
Gon, blissfully unaware of the darker undertones, was busy slicing strawberries for the garnish. "Guys, remember, we need to plate our desserts nicely. First impressions are important."
Killua nodded, his focus on the whipped cream, making sure it was perfectly fluffy. "Got it, Gon."
As the timer approached the final minutes, the kitchen grew hotter, both from the ovens and the pressure. The Phantom Troupe's kitchen was a mess of spilled flour and smoking ovens. Uvogin had managed to burn something yet again, and Chrollo sighed heavily.
"This is a disaster," he muttered, wiping a bead of sweat from his brow.
The girls' team, on the other hand, was a well-oiled machine. Machi's nen allowed them to achieve a level of precision that was unheard of in the baking world. The three of them had created a multi-tiered masterpiece that was as beautiful as it was daunting.
"Machi, make sure the nen threads don't show," Shizuku whispered, her eyes sharp.
Machi nodded, concentrating as she pulled the threads taut, ensuring the perfect symmetry of their dessert. "Don't worry, it's all under control."
Leorio, feeling the heat of competition, took a deep breath and checked on their lava cakes. The timer beeped, and he opened the oven with a flourish. The cakes looked perfect, their chocolate centers threatening to ooze out. "Alright, team, let's get these plated!"
The hunters worked together to assemble their dessert, carefully placing the warm cakes on their plates. Gon's strawberry fanfare added a touch of whimsy, while Kurapika's precise knife work created an elegant border of chocolate shavings. The exotic fruit filling added a burst of flavor that made their mouths water.
"Looks like we're ready," Leorio announced, stepping back to admire their creation. "Now, let's just hope the judges appreciate our… unique combination."
The teams made their way to the grand dining room, where the judges sat at a long table, their expressions unreadable. Each group placed their desserts before them, their hearts racing as they awaited the verdict.
“We’re going to calll our teams by random but.”"Let's start with Team 1," the producer announced, gesturing to the hunters. Gon beamed with pride as they presented their whale meat-filled chocolate lava cakes.
Chairman Netero took a bite, his expression inscrutable. After a moment, he nodded. "Interesting flavor profile. The fruit complements the richness of the chocolate quite nicely."
Hanzo, the sterner of the two judges, tasted a piece and was silent for a moment before speaking. "The technique is good, but I'm not sure about the fruit choice."
Leorio felt his heart drop, but before he could protest, Gon chimed in, "It's a delicacy where we come from!"
The room erupted in laughter, easing the tension. The other teams watched with a mix of admiration and trepidation. The Phantom Troupe's dessert was a hodgepodge of burnt cookies and half-baked brownies, but the smell of the "special" ingredients in Nobunaga's brownies made even the stern Hanzo lean in for a closer sniff.
"Team 3 ," the producer called out, and the trio of Phinks, Shalnark, and Feitan stepped forward with their offering. A cake that looked as if it had been through a battle. The icing was a Jackson Pollock painting of food coloring and the cake itself was lopsided.
"We call this the 'Nen-tastic Chaos Cake'," Phinks announced with a smirk.
Shalnark rolled his eyes, "You do remember the bet, right?"
"It's all about the taste," Feitan said, a sadistic glint in his eye as he cut a piece for the judges.
Chairman Netero took a cautious bite, his face twitching slightly. "I can see the… effort you've put into this," he managed to say, his tone diplomatic.
Hanzo, on the other hand, was less forgiving. "What is this supposed to be?" he grunted, poking at the lopsided cake with his fork.
Phinks' grin didn't falter. "It's a representation of the chaos we bring to our enemies."
The room was filled with snickers, and even Hanzo couldn't help but crack a smile. They moved on to the next group, the tension in the air thickening with each plate presented.
The girls' team had constructed a dessert that was both beautiful and intimidating, a testament to their nen abilities. The cake looked like a sculpted work of art, each tier perfectly balanced and gleaming with an otherworldly sheen.
"This is our 'Thread of Destiny' cake," Machi explained, her voice steady despite the nerves that danced in her stomach. "The nen threads are invisible, but they hold the layers together and keep the filling from spilling out."
The judges exchanged a look of intrigue. Hanzo took a knife and sliced through the first tier, revealing a perfectly sealed layer of raspberry compote. The cake held firm, and the room fell silent as he brought the slice to his mouth.
The flavors exploded, a symphony of sweetness and tartness that made even the stoic hunter's eyes widen in surprise.
"Impressive," he murmured, his praise echoing through the room. The girls' team exhaled in relief, sharing a proud look. “But the points was to not use nen.”
Machi blushed, “It’s just for show. We promise!”
The producer winked, “Well, let’s see if the taste can win you some points, then!”
Hisoka and Illumi, approached the group with a dessert that was as enigmatic as they were. It was a simple, single-layer cake with a dark, mysterious glaze.
"This is our 'Heartstopper' cake," Hisoka announced with a dramatic flourish, his eyes gleaming. "It's a special recipe, one that's sure to… well, you'll see."
Illumi smirked, placing the knife in Hisoka's hand. "Go ahead, judge it for yourself."
Hisoka cut into the cake with a dramatic flair, revealing a deep red center. The room collectively gasped. It was eerily reminiscent of the bloody battles they had seen the duo partake in. “Gon~ this one’s for you.”
Gon looked up, his eyes wide as he took the proffered plate. He took a tentative bite, and to everyone’s astonishment, his face lit up. “It’s delicious!” he exclaimed.
The room buzzed with shocked whispers. Even the judges were taken aback by the positive reception. “How did you manage to get the taste just right?” Kurapika asked, his curiosity piqued.
Hisoka chuckled, his eyes never leaving Gon’s. “It’s all in the presentation, my dear boy. And the secret ingredient, of course.”
Illumi leaned in, his voice a low murmur, “We used your blood, young one. It adds a certain… je ne sais quoi.”
Gon nearly choked on his bite, his cheeks draining of color. Killua's eyes narrowed, and Kurapika's grip on his knife tightened. The room fell silent, the only sound the ticking of the grandfather clock in the corner.
"Your turn, Team 2," the producer said, trying to lighten the mood. Chrollo stepped forward with a forced smile, his team's dessert a sad-looking pie that had seen better days.
"Our humble offering is a classic apple pie," Chrollo announced, hoping against hope that the judges would appreciate their simplicity. The crust was burnt, and the filling looked suspiciously runny.
Chairman Netero took a bite, his face a mask of politeness. "Ah, the timeless appeal of apple pie," he said, his voice a tad forced. Hanzo took a piece and chewed thoughtfully. "It's… edible," he said finally, earning a glare from Chrollo.
The Phantom Troupe leader's pride was bruised, but he couldn't argue with the truth. Their baking skills were as sharp as a spoon.
"Alright, Team 6," the producer announced, "Hisoka and Illumi, let's see what you've got."
Hisoka stepped up with the "Heartstopper" cake, a smug smile playing on his lips. He slid the plate in front of the judges, the deep red center seemingly mocking them.
“we hope you enjoy our cake~”
Chairman Netero took the first bite with a look of skepticism. To everyone's surprise, his eyes lit up, and he nodded in approval. "The flavor is quite… intriguing," he said, savoring the bite.
Hanzo, ever the skeptic, took a slice, his expression unreadable. His first bite was met with a flicker of shock, quickly followed by a nod. "It's… surprisingly good," he conceded, earning a smug smirk from Hisoka.
. It was clear that Hisoka and Illumi had played a clever trick, using their infamous reputations to throw everyone off balance. The tension was palpable as the judges moved on to the final dessert, a cake from Team 4 that was a concoction of random flavors and textures.
"This," bolenov announced with a dramatic flourish, "Is our 'Phantom Phusion' cake. It's a fusion of our diverse tastes and abilities." The cake looked like a Jackson Pollock painting had collided with a dessert, a wild mix of colors and patterns that seemed to shift and swirl before the eyes.
The judges shared a look, then took their forks and dug in. The first bite was a symphony of flavors, each layer a surprise. It was as if each bite told a story, a story of the Phantom Troupe's chaotic existence.
"Well," Hanzo began, his expression thoughtful, "it's certainly… unique." “Franklin, kortopi, and bolenov you outdid yoursevs, didn’t you?” The room chuckled at the understatement, the tension easing slightly.
I was time to announce the winners. The producer clapped his hands, and the room fell silent. "Judges, have you made your decision?"
Chairman Netero leaned back in his chair, stroking his beard. "This was indeed a… unique experience. But, after much deliberation, we have our winners."
The room held its breath as he announced, "Team 5, with their 'Thread of Destiny' cake, wins for creativity. Team 1, the hunters, your whale meat-filled chocolate lava cakes were… an adventure for the palate.
Team And Team 6, Hisoka and Illumi, your 'Heartstopper' cake had us all on the edge of our seats. But, the overall winner, with a perfect balance of flavor, presentation, and sheer audacity, is Team 6!"
Gon watched in horror as the judges enjoyed the "Heartstopper" cake, his mind racing. He hadn't realized that Hisoka and Illumi had gone to such lengths to psych out their competition.
Killua's eyes narrowed, his hand tightening around his own plate, and Kurapika's gaze was as sharp as the knife he held.
"Well done, Team 6," the producer exclaimed, clapping his hands together. "Your prize will be revealed shortly. For now, let's take a commercial break."
The room erupted into a cacophony of voices as the contestants dispersed to their respective corners. The Phantom Troupe members exchanged high-fives, while the hunters congratulated each other on their close second place. Hisoka leaned in closer to Gon, his eyes gleaming with mischief.
"Looks like I've got your blood on my hands," he murmured, wiping a smudge of the dark glaze from his lips. "In more ways than one."
Gon's eyes widened, and he took a step back, his heart racing. "What did you do to the cake?"
Hisoka's smile grew wider. "Just a little trick to make it extra special for you," he whispered. "But don't worry, it's all in good fun."
Gon's eyes searched the room for the producer, hoping to voice his concerns, but the man was nowhere to be found. Killua noticed his friend's distress and stepped in, his own expression cold and hard. "What's the deal with the cake, Hisoka?"
Hisoka's smile didn't waver. "Oh, just a little secret ingredient," he said, his voice a seductive purr. "But don't worry, it's all for the thrill of the game."
Killua's eyes narrowed, his grip on his plate tightening. "If you've done anything to harm Gon…"
Hisoka held up his hands, still smiling. "Relax, it's all just a harmless prank. Besides, you know I prefer my battles to be more… interactive."
Killua's eyes searched Hisoka's, looking for any hint of deceit. After a moment, he nodded, his tension easing slightly. "Fine. But if you mess with him again, I won't be so forgiving."
The producer returned, a gleaming artifact in his hand. "And now, for the grand prize," he announced, holding up the artifact. It was an intricately carved stone, the surface etched with ancient runes that seemed to shimmer with an inner light.
"This is the Heart of the Dragon, a relic said to grant the user a temporary boost in their nen abilities. But remember, it's only temporary. Use it wisely."
. "We'll take it," he said, a hint of a smirk playing on his lips.
Leorio couldn't help but feel a twinge of annoyance. "What are you going to do with that?" he challenged. "Use it to bake better cookies?"
Chrollo chuckled, his eyes never leaving the artifact. "Oh, I have much more… ambitious plans for it. I’m going to put it up in our side of the house! Just to rub it in to Kurapikas face.” “BITCH i don’t care you won!!” Kurapika yelled.
The producer nodded, placing the Heart of the Dragon on the table. "As winners, Team 6, you have the right to choose the next challenge. What will it be?"
Hisoka's eyes gleamed, and he leaned in closer to the producer. "How about a game of hide and seek?" he suggested, his voice dropping to a whisper.
"But with a twist. Whoever finds the hidden treasure first gets immunity for whatever mischief they get into at the house.
The producer's eyes lit up at the idea. "Excellent! And what will this treasure be?"
Hisoka's smile grew even wider. "Oh, something that'll really get their hearts racing." He glanced at Gon, who looked increasingly uncomfortable. "Let's say… a single golden ticket to the next round of the show, hidden somewhere in the house.
The first team to find it gets a pass to the next challenge without having to compete."
The producer's eyes sparkled with excitement. "And what happens to the team that doesn't find it?"
"They're automatically up for elimination," Hisoka said, his tone playful yet predatory.
The hunters exchanged glances, the air in the room growing thick with anticipation. Kurapika set his jaw, his eyes flicking to the Phantom Troupe's side of the house. "Fine," he said through gritted teeth. "We'll play your game."
“How delightful~”
“Good luck, gon”
anyone else

Am I the only one who thinks killua would be Into hard rock music?
My HxH headcanons!(ik this ain’t what I usually post but I’m getting back into hxh lol)
Gon: He is a really good cook, like really good. He learned from aunt mito, they were always in the kitchen together when he was younger.
Killua: He would be really great with hair, he learned from doing Allukas hair when they were younger. It’s a skill he never forgot.
Illumi: His guilty pleasure is those crepes filled with ice cream. Hisoka most definitely showed him it, now he eats it in his free time secretly. He would over eat it like he would eat 72 of them in one day just cause.
Hisoka: Fills kids candy with razors during Halloween. (Sorry but he def would😭)
Feitan: Likes to tinker with things, like he makes weapons that he uses to torture his enemies.
Machi: Despite her name she hates things machi flavored.
Chrollo: Used to be an arts and craft person, like making bracelets and jewelry. He made them when he was little (like 7-8) he would make them with stuff he found in meteor city.
Alluka: Binge watchs my little pony and monster high religiously.
Leorio: Makes really corny dad jokes and references. Thinks he’s a comedic genius, even though no one laughs.
Kurapika: I feel like he would like really obscure bands.
I will still be posting black butler content but I kinda wanna branch out a lil more. I hope u all have a wonderful day remember to drink water.((๑╹ω╹๑ )

Let me set the stage for you, the sun is comfortably shining through the window of a beautifully decorated bedroom. It would be the perfect place to wake up in, unfortunately for you instead of laying in your bed sleeping in you are up at the ass crack of dawn in heavens arena.
You were with Gon and Killua y’all had met by chance, running into them literally. You had been running, attempting to get away from a maniac. They had protected you, you guys started talking and became quick friends with you deciding to go with them on their journey to Heavens arena.
Here you were in the crowd watching the current fight. You were up next, you pretty confident in your ability’s, you were a tad bit ahead of Killua in Gon in developing your Nen ability. You were still in the testing stage, trying to find out what will work for you.
The audience roars as the fight ends, you say goodbye to your friends and start heading towards the ring. The lady over the intercom announced the next fight it was you versus some guy named Yuto.
You step into the ring, Yuto enters the ring he looks like he would be knocked out by one punch but as we all know looks can be deceiving. You make the first move running towards him he stood still, not a good sign. He jumps up in the air at the last second.
He looks down and is startled to not see you, suddenly he is launched downward. You had jumped when he jumped except you went higher. You had kicked him down literally, he fell to the ground with a thud. He was stunned but got back up, he was stronger than he looked.
You kept hitting him never letting him get a single hit out. He knew he would go down but he wasn’t going down without leaving you with something that would cause great pain in the future.
He activated his nen ability, he focused it on his hand and hit your stomach. It didn’t knock you back it was actually really weak. You simply punched him in the nose hard and he was out. You simply thought that his nen was weak and had no effect on you, oh how wrong you were.
You started to notice things in your life changing, or rather the people in your life started changing. First it was Killua, he became much more protective over you even going as far as to not let fight certain opponents he deemed to powerful.
Gon on the other hand became much more clingy towards you. Always wanting you to be right next to them whenever y’all went anywhere, even going as far as to hold your hand to make sure you stayed with them.
They started to see you more as a sibling than a friend, that much became obvious to you. That wasn’t the bad thing, the bad thing was how they acted. They gained this strange mentality that you were their frail, weak little sibling even though that was far from the truth.
Then Hisoka jumped into the metaphorical ring. The boys warned you about him, but his aura alone was enough for you to stay away. That doesn’t mean y’all didn’t interact, you and him had bumped into each other once or twice. Soon enough Hisoka found himself trying to find out more about you, for some strange reason he found himself drawn to you(not like that).
What is happening to you?! you wondered. What is making the people around you act like this? Is it all in your head? Or is something more happening?
How did y’all like this? I’ve never really done Yandere work before of course this is only the first part. I hope y’all like this I’ll try and pump out part 2 tomorrow. Love u all have a great day remember to drink water╰(*´︶`*)╯

Despite how everyone around you is acting, your life continues on. To say things have gotten worse is a huge understatement. Lemme give a run down of why, well it all started one week ago.
You had grown to hate the boys possessive behavior, you wanted to leave and go back home. Unfortunately things can never be that easy, you had been working up the courage and trying to find the words to say to let them down easy. Then you finally burst their bubble and told them the truth. You sat them down and told them “Guys I have to say something important” Gons smile slowly faded and a concerned look washed over his face. “I want you to know that…. I’m not happy here. I haven’t been for some time”
gon and Killua shared confused looks “what do you mean you’re not happy? You have everything you need” Killua said now slowly getting angry “Look I’m just tired, tired of well everything. I’m going back home tomorrow I miss my family and my bed. I hope y’all understand” you said trying to let them down gently. “Is it us?” Gon said “ no as I said I’m just tired” you said in an exhausted voice. “You sleep 8 hours every night!” Killua said in a somewhat desperate tone. “Look I’m going back home, I’m sorry but this is my decision” you said now agitated by their responses.
“We can’t let you do that!” Gon said exchanging looks with Killua “The world is dangerous! There are sick people out there that could hurt you!” Killua said angry that you would even say something such blasphemous. “Killua is right you could get hurt out there!! Let us protect you” Gon said in a worried tone, “I’m not made of glass I can protect myself! It’s my choice to leave not yours!” You said angrily “[reader] don’t do this!” Gon said
“IM LEAVING, THIS IS MY CHOICE STOP BEING SO DAMN CONTROLLING” you shouted then you turned to leave. No longer caring about hurting them. Suddenly you felt a sharp pain at the back off your neck then blackness.
You wake up, confused blinking wearingly. You try and get up but your arm won’t move you blink away the your sleepiness, and see your arm tied to the bed post of the bed in the hotel in Heavens arena you were staying at. Those fucking psychos you think. You look around and spot Gon and Killua sleeping on the couches. “What the fuck you guys?!” You scream waking them up.
“[reader] your awake!” Gon said in a somewhat happy tone but there was nothing to be happy about at least not in your eyes that is.
“What is happening?!” You shout as panic begins to replace your anger. “Calm down, look we couldn’t have you leave us, unprotected it’s safer with you here” Killua said attempting to calm you down.
“Calm down?!? I will not calm down what the fuck!?!” You said tugging at the chain hard, causing your wrists to bleed. They rushed over restraining you as you tried biting them.
So that’s how your life is going right now, they feed you everyday despite your many protests to be set free. You were scared, a week or two ago they were your best friends how did it come to this. You started to back track in your life to try and find out what changed. I mean you currently had a lot of free time. So you thought back on everything trying to find out why they are acting like this maybe it was Hisoka you thought, or maybe it was someone I fought, or maybe they’re just fucking lunatics you thought.
You eventually stopped caring all you wanted now was to escape and leave this place and never look back. So you hatched a plan, you were going to leave during the night. Killua was your biggest problem he was a fricken trained assassin how do you beat that? So you continued to develop the perfect plan then something unexpected happened. They had made it to the top floor.
Fuck. All that planning out the window, Gon decided to go and visit his aunt mito. They were taking you with them how you ask? By drugging you of course. Killua came into the room holding a needle and a bottle of mystery liquid. You started panicking, Gon rushed over and started trying to calm you down, but you kept squirming so he physically held you down while Killua put the needle in your arm mystery liquid filled your body.
“It’s alright” Gon said calmingly “you’re just going to go to sleep for a while” Gon said his voice now sounded like an echo, then darkness.
The drugs were strong but your will was stronger, even in your sleep you fought it. You woke up in flashes then immediately going back to sleep the first time it happened you were on someone’s back you ever so slightly turned your head and saw Hisoka standing in the hallway. The second time you woke up you were boarding a ship still on someone’s back.
The third time you were below deck with Gon standing over you feeding you what tasted like soup. The fourth and final time you were be carried bridal style into a house. Which you soon learned was aunt mitos.
You were placed on a bed “f-f….uck” you said waking up slowly with the world’s worst headache. After waking up you felt the weakest you had ever been in your entire life it was horrible. You were in and out of sleep, throwing up, having fever dreams the whole 9 yards.
They hated seeing you like this but they didn’t want you to try and run away. Aunt mito became your savior you tried asking her for help but she just thought you were in pain from this terrible sickness you contracted from the ship ride over, at least that’s what the boys said.
“H-he..lp m…me” you managed to croak out “awh you poor baby” Mito said while placing a cold cloth in your forehead. Even though she was clueless of your situation she was the only sane one in that house. She was oh so kind to you it was heavenly it reminded you of your parents taking care of up when you were younger and sick.
You got better and eventually you left agin with them to York new, something about finding Gons father with a game or whatever you didn’t care you were still planning your escape.
Y’all were finally at York new the boys still so protective and controlling over you, huddling around as to make sure nobody even got close to you.
They needed money and fast so they could buy the game at the auction. That was your way out, the auction, you had a fool proof plan. Step one act like their helpless little sibling gain their trust back, essentially playing into their delusions.
Step two beg to go to the auction say that you want to be there to support them in their journey to find greed island. Step three once you are there book it to the nearest and buff security guard and tell them about the lunatics keeping you captive.
Of course nothing can ever go as planned can it? The phantom troupe just had to come and ruin your plan.
They had heard that the phantom troupe was worth a crap ton of money so they were hunting them down, unfortunately when they got caught you just so happened to have been in the area.
Fuck your life you thought as they stuffed you in the limo. You sat near the ones called Maci and Phinks. Machi was silent just staring you down trying to intimidate you, it didn’t work you were to pissed to be scared, they royally fucked up your perfect plan. Phinks on the other hand kept trying to talk to you you wanted to slap the shit out of him but that would result in your death and you valued your life, sort of.
So you instead kept your mouth shut only responding when you thought he would be angry if you didn’t. You looked up and saw this weird short black haired guy staring at you like Machi. He scared you his aura alone was enough to keep you away.
They lead you into their hideout you were almost positive this would be your final resting place.
You surprisingly spotted someone you knew, Hisoka, fucking, marrow. Why of all people him, Gon almost gave away the fact y’all knew him. Maybe just maybe Hisoka could save you from this hell.
They discussed what to do with y’all, suddenly the blond one named Shalnark spoke up saying he knew you. What the shitnuggets you thought I don’t know this guy. Suddenly a distant memory flooded into your head you had met him.
At the time you didn’t know the tragedy he inflicted on your family. He had killed your aunt, in front of you, kinda lemme take you back.
He had heard about this valuable piece of tech that your aunt had, and of course he needed to have it. You had just so happened to be staying at your aunts at the time he decided to break in. He had broken in, your aunt of course was refusing to show him where it was, he’s a busy man so he placed his pin in her and mind controlled her into showing him were it was.
You had a nightmare and ran out of your room looking for your aunt you ran into him. He looked down surprised to see a tiny lil kid hugging his leg, crying, asking for your auntie. He hadn’t accounted for their being kids in the house, he had no problem killing kids, he hated doing it but if the job required it. This job didn’t, so in a split second decision he kneeled down to your level and patted your head saying your auntie was out and he was a babysitter.
He calmed you down and brought you back to bed, tucked you in and everything. He told you was watching a horror movie so any screams you heard where the movie. You fell asleep, woke up went out and found your aunt decapitated. Not a fun memory.
You spook up saying “Hey you were the babysitter that killed my aunt!” Killua and gon and most of the troupe gave you the “what the fuck” look.
“Ah so you do remember me” Shalnark said smiling “unfortunately yes” you said under your breath.
This was going to be a terrible interesting mostly terrible adventure. Buckle up!
That’s all for today I’ll update y’all tomorrow with part 3! :3 love you all remember to drink waterฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ(part one is on my page)

𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚛𝚊𝚌𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚜: 𝙺𝚒𝚕𝚕𝚞𝚊, 𝙶𝚘𝚗, 𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝙿𝚑𝚊𝚗𝚝𝚘𝚗 𝚃𝚛𝚘𝚞𝚙𝚎 (𝚖𝚘𝚛𝚎 𝚝𝚘 𝚋𝚎 𝚊𝚍𝚍𝚎𝚍)

The phantom troupe is certainly an interesting mix of crazed individuals. All insane in their own way. The guy named Nobunaga wanted y’all to join them, honestly you were just happy you weren’t going to die.
Gon and Killua were pissed at not only the phantom troupe but also themselves, how could they be so stupid and get caught like that.
Meanwhile you met most of the group minus their boss. You thought Shalnark was kinda scary not only with the whole killing your aunt thing, but also because you felt this underlining malice in his voice when he spoke. You thought Machi was chill, she was cool and was against Feitan when he suggested killing y’all.
You thought Pakunoda was low key really cool in your eyes she seemed badass. You thought Phinks was annoying he kept trying to talk to you. You thought that Feitan, well is Feitan he is cold to you. He acts like you are a nuisance but he keeps staring at you it’s weird.
Shinzuku and Franklin were alright they didn’t really talk to you but they kinda seemed nice.
Let’s fast forward a little bit, Nobunaga had you and the boys in a room in their hideout. He was waiting for his boss to get back so he could approach the idea of adding y’all to the group.
Don’t think that your plan to escape them still isn’t happening, the phantom troupe kidnapping y’all was a momentary set back. Your plan was still in motion. So there you were clinging to Killua curled to his side, for the first time this was your choice.
To escape you needed to play into their delusions that you are their helpless little sibling. So you tried your best to seem like you actually tolerated them.
Gon and Killua eventually started arguing, they made up and with you on Gons back they charged at Nobunaga. Last second they turned and broke down the walls, escaping. Smart you would give them that. (This is where I change the original plot a little)
As they were running also happened to be the time Chrollo, Shalnark, Machi, Phinks, and Feitan happens to be coming back. Y’all ran right past them as they turned the corner.
Y’all were close to the fence that fenced of their hideout from the rest of the world. Panic overcame you if the boys successfully escaped which they were you. Would be trapped yet again, screw my plan you thought you were going to escape NOW.
So you started to thrash around on Gons back he tried to hold on to you. As he jumped up to hop the fence you jumped back pushing his back with your feet hard. You flipped off his back and instead of landing over the fence like you hoped, you landed right into Shalnark.
“FUCK”, you said angrily. In your rashness you had forgotten that the frickin phantom troupe was right behind you.
He caught you hoisting you up by your armpits like you were a cat. When you finally got your since back you started thrashing. “NO NO THIS ISNT WHAT I WAS TRYING TO DO” you yelled, but he just held you tighter.
The boys were frozen, what do they do? Should they try and save you? I mean the ficken phantom troupe had you literally in their arms. They were too powerful for the boys to beat. So they ran, they would save you. What kind of big brothers would they be if they didn’t?
They walked you back to their hideout, except they wouldn’t let you walk you were held rather tightly by Shalnark to prevent you from moving.
You thought about activating your nen but you had heard from a friend of a friend that their boss Chrollo could steal Nen abilities and you didn’t want to find out if those were just rumors or not.
Honestly you were so fucking tired why was life doing this to you?
You officially believed you were cursed, you wanna know why. Because the fucking phantom troupe were becoming like Killua and Gon sorta at least that’s one of your theories, or they’re just lunatics.
You talked with their boss Chrollo he was actually kind of nice to you. Although he treated you like you were younger it was refreshing to not be treated like you weren’t made of porcelain.
It was the rest of the troupe that were starting to treat you like the boys did and you had no idea why. It was mainly Shalnark and Phinks.
“So what do you want from me?” You asked putting your head in your hand, despite your situation you were insanely bored.
“To talk, you know the chain user don’t you?” He asked speaking slowing as if to make sure you heard and understood every word. “For the last time no I don’t know who you’re talking about. I know your goonies went through Killuas brain but I am not Killua. I don’t know who you are talking about” you said making sure to say Goonies extra loud so the whole troupe heard you. At this point you didn’t care if you made enemies.
Chrollo looked at your eyes intensely as if to catch you in a lie. You stared back equally as intense, no longer caring what happens to you.
You and Chrollo talked more, eventually you were in the center of the whole troupe they were conversing with their boss. You occasionally butted in when it was relevant to you.
Pakunoda was ordered to make sure you really didn’t know the chain user. She walked over and put a hand one your head, looking through your memories. She stopped took her hand off your head and just stared at you with wide eyes like she say something she wasn’t supposed to.
You didn’t understand, did you live through something that involved them. You couldn’t have the only on you have history which is Shalnark.
She paused before turning to look at her boss saying that you didn’t know the chain user. She followed up with saying “this child is….. i-important” she said stuttering. The troupe looked at her strangely
“Their memories, were run of the mill but it’s just that there’s something up with her something strange she isn’t telling us she knows something” Pakunoda said sounding unsure.
“What could I possibly be hiding?” You asked now angry. “I just wanna go home can I please just leave?” You said tired.
They didn’t let you leave instead they held you there because you were “suspicious” or whatever you didn’t care you were so tired of everyone.
They started acting weird like the boys, ‘fuck fuck fuck’ you thought when you realized that they were becoming scarily attached to you.
They smothered you with affection (mostly Shalnark) and talking. They became weirdly protective even Feitan was becoming possessive. It was like a virus spreading to the people you talked to.
Machi was more protective towards you. When she had to watch you see kept you close tho her side, when you strayed she would literally pull you too her and pushed you against her side.
Shalnark was always with you talking he even started talking and acting like you were his fricken child!
Hisoka just sorta stared at you but his eyes spoke a thousand words.
Phinks on the other hand was trying to get you to warm up to him. News flash it didn’t work. Feitan surprisingly became a sort of breath of fresh air. Whenever you were with him he didn’t talk just stared. It was scary but at least he wasn’t being clingy like the rest of them.
They were soft with you it felt weird and out of character for them. But seeing how the boys suddenly started acting with you nothing was impossible.
That’s all for today Part 4 tomorrow! Love u all drink lots of water! Bye bye! (All parts are on my page)༼ つ ◕◡◕ ༽つ

𝙲𝚑𝚊𝚛𝚊𝚌𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚜: 𝚔𝚒𝚕𝚕𝚞𝚊, 𝚐𝚘𝚗, 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚙𝚑𝚊𝚗𝚝𝚘𝚖 𝚝𝚛𝚘𝚞𝚙, 𝚔𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚙𝚒𝚔𝚊 𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚍𝚊.

Another day with the phantom troupe and you are already losing it. They are so smothering, physically and socially.
Let’s just say you no longer fear death.
Shalnark is the worst. Always with you doing something, everything Shalnark says was a hint of malice behind it he scares you.
Let me walk you through an average conversation with Shalnark “[readerrrrrrr] what are doing outside, you know your not supposed to be outside without a troupe member” he says as if you were a toddler caught in the cookie jar.
“I think you and me both know why I’m outside” you say, wasnt it obvious you hated it here and wanted to escape?
He walks up to you, you step back out of reflex “Next time you leave without a troupe member I’ll break your leg, as punishment” he says smiling. He pats you on the head before taking your hand and dragging you back inside.
So in short you are basically fucked, after that warning you stopped trying to escape. You now had little regard for your own life, as I said you no longer fear death. After what you have been through I can’t blame you.
Meanwhile with Killua and Gon they are currently scheming trying to find away to get you back. “They must be so scared!! What if they are torturing them or worse?!!” Gon said almost to tears at the thought of you being tortured.
Gon was like a chaotic mother hen, always stressing over you twenty four seven. Killua on the other hand was more calculated, in short he’s the brains of the two.
Kurapika and Leorio were with Gon and Killua the boys insisted on helping Kurapika with his revenge journey, mostly for you but also because Kurapika is a close friend and they want to help him.
Meanwhile with you, you were currently talking with Chrollo. Just about random things y’all liked it was weird to have such a normal conversation with them.
Chrollo had informed you that you were going with them to catch someone that worked with the chain user. Apparently he was working with a team of bodyguards. They were going to some hotel to find them.
So off you went, you were chilling by Machi’s side walking down some random street. Suddenly you felt a very familiar presence, the boys they were here. You had a knack for sensing people’s presence.
As much as you wanted to say something, you knew that this was your chance to escape from both of the groups of psychopaths.
So you devised a plan of escape, it was simple run when the boys attacked.
And soon enough they striked, sure enough you booked it as soon as they jumped out. The phantom troupe were caught off guard but recovered quickly. Unfortunately for them you had already started running and you didn’t plan on stopping.
The phantom troupe was to focused on the boys they didn’t notice you had already run off. After catching the boys Machi looked around “hey where’d the kid go?” Machi said confused despite you being right next to her she was too focused on the boys to notice that you slipped away.
The boys shared a look with each other a look of relief despite them being caught you had escaped that’s all that mattered.
You had run and didn’t stop you were finally free and this new found freedom gave you an adrenaline rush. It was euphoric, you were hopping on top buildings, going left, right, left right. Trying to make it hard for anyone following you to follow.
You were scared to look behind you what if you saw they chasing you. So when you were positive they couldn’t have followed you, you looked, no one was there. A wave of relief waged over you, you stood there in the rain for the first time in months, alone.
It was so nice you started crying, tears of joy it was amazing. Crying in the rain alone not having to worry about psychos smothering you.
After you stopped crying you realized how all that running made you insanely hungry. So you wondered the streets, you were broke so your only hope was to either dumpster dive or steal someone’s wallet. You were so hungry you didn’t care about the law.
With this new found wallet you bought your favorite food in the whole world, sat down and ate alone in peace. It was pure bliss you didn’t even care about the rain.
Eventually you found a nice ally way to sleep in, better than the phantom troupe you thought. As you found a flattened cardboard box to lay on a door creaked open slowly. You shrunk back scared. “Hello?” A child’s voice asked. You looked to see a kid that looked your age, blond hair and a big pink dress.
She scanned to ally and found you “oh are you alright?” She asked in a kind voice. “Yes miss dong worry about me I’ll be leaving now” you said rushing out of the ally but someone had snagged your shirt collar “I don’t want trouble honest” you said pleading.
“I’m not going to hurt you!” She said in an almost annoyed tone. “My names Biscuit Krueger just call me Bisky” she said holding you up by your shirt color like you were a kitten.
She inspected you intensely before staring at you wide eyed. After her shock wore off she put you down and ushered you inside despite your protests.
“Come along” she said leading you into her house “sorry miss bisky but i don’t even know you” you said planting your feet in the ground to stop her from dragging you.
“Your right how rude of me, what your name?” She asked as if she didn’t just shove you into her house. “[r-reader]” you said unsure if you should truthfully answer or not.
After getting more aquatinted she sat you down on her couc, brought you a towel and tea. “There is something very important I need to tell you” she said sounding like she was about to tell you you had cancer or something.
“There is something I sensed in your aura, something bad” she said worryingly “what do you mean?” You asked now worried “well this might be a stretch but I believe you have been hit with something that is affecting not only your aura but your entire being”
You were officially scared, could this explain the way the people around you have been acting?
“I’m entirely sure what is happened to you but I know that something is terrible happening to you” bisky said thinking about what could possibly be plaguing you. “….” You were lost in thought at first you thought she was insane dragging you into her house like this big the more you started thinking the more things made sense.
“Could this thing you are talking about could it, it affect the people around me?” You asked hopeing that you weren’t stuck with some type of virus making people act like this.
“Possibly, I need to do more research before I can answer, anything strange happen to you lately?” She asked.
I could name a mountain of things you thought. But how do you tell someone that not only did your closest friends turn psycho but the fricken phantom troupe kidnapped you and started playing a fucked up version of house.
“Well…. The people around have been acting strange… like possessive strange, always around me trying to keep me safe but it hurts me more than it helps” you told her trying to beat around the bush that you had been kidnapped.
“Well that is certainly strange, I’ll research it more, you should get some sleep” au said getting up “wait!” You said grabbing her hand “lemme help you, I’m not tired” you said trying to plead your case.
“The bags under your eyes say differently” she says pointing at the grey-purple blobs under your eyes.
“You can shower here I have spare clothes I’ll lay out a mat for you”
She leads you to a bathroom, giving you spare clothes to change into. You hopped in the shower, pure ecstasy washed over you. Finally peace, you thought washing yourself.
You had a sound sleep for the first night in months.
You woke up to Bisky shaking you, you opened your eyes looked up at her. She had a grim look on her face, big a good sign.
“What’s wrong??” You said now fully awake and worried.
Bisky sat you down and shared the grim news. “I didn’t want it to be true” she said sadly “but I’m almost positive……[reader] I believe you have been plagued with…. A nen curse”
“What is a nen curse??” You asked with a mix of curiosity and worry
“Some people in the world have the nen ability to give others curses.. of sorts. It’s complicated but a nen curse usually affect the persons nen but in your case it is affecting your entire being”
“…” you didn’t know what to say is this why people are treating you like you are made of glass?
“It most likely happened if you recently got into a fight with someone who can use nen” Bisky continued “I’m so so sorry this is happening yo you” Bisky says sympathetically.
You feel a strange stinging in your eyes, you were about to cry.
Then something went through your head bisky was most likely going to become like the rest of the people you talk too, “I-I need to leave” you say getting up in a hurry.
“Wait [reader]!” Bisky says grabbing your hand. “Look your going to become like everyone else I meet for mine and your own safety stay away!” You said grabbing your hand back before running out the door no longer even caring.
You life was over this stupid curse has ruined your whole life.
“[READER]!!” A male voice calls out, oh no it’s him RUN.
Suddenly you hear biskys voice “[reader]!! There might be a way to remove the curse!] she says desperately
To late.
That’s all for today, sorry to leave you on a kinda cliffhanger. BUT I will update tomorrow so don’t worry. Love you all have an awesome day remember to drink water!!(⊃。•́‿•̀。)⊃

You know just before something bad happens, and that split second before it happens you feel intense regret. Yea that’s happening right now.
You turn towards the male voice and see none other than Phinks, Feitan and Shalnark. You now regret running out of miss Biskys house like that.
Phinks had shouted your name so loud it made you straighten up and forget about your sadness. Regret overtook your body instantly, RUN was all you could think.
So you started running, “wait!” Bialy said running after you “I can help you!” She says still running after you.
“BISKY PLEASE STOP CHASING ME THEY WILL KILL YOU” You said desperately. Bisky looked behind and say the 3 men catching up to y’all at record time.
“I’ll help you I PROMISE” she said diverging left, jumping up onto buildings. They didn’t chase after, because of her form they didn’t think she was a threat.
Suddenly you were tackled to the ground by Feitan. You fell with a thump, “GET OFF OF ME” you said now panicking. Feitan held on to you not letting you run away again.
Suddenly you were pulled away from Feitan, you zoomed up into the air. “AHHHHHHH” you screamed scared.
Why were you suddenly in the air? Well let’s all thank Hisoka.(THATS RIGHT IM WRITING HIM BACK INTO THE STORY)
“WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON!?” You said now in Hisokas grip.
He raced off with you bridal style in his arms. Hisoka looked down at you and smiled one of his terrifying smiles.
Hisoka had run with such sped that you had gotten whiplash. You thought about struggling but him dropping you at the speed he was going is basically the equivalent of barrel rolling out of a car.
Y’all had outrun the phantom troupe, Hisoka stopped at the back door of a bar placing you down softly. The security guard tried to stop ya from entering but he got a card to the throat.
Y’all had entered the bar gaining strange looks, y’all sat down and you unloaded everything you had when waiting to ask him. Why had he taken you from his own group, why were yall at a bar, where were the boys.
Hisoka explained everything, he had double crossed them, the boys had escaped and he still didn’t answer your question about the bar.
It was a lot to take in all at once, but suddenly a question popped into your head. “How did the troupe know where I was?” You blurred out suddenly.
Hisoka smiled a sick smile “well that’s quite simple” he answered in his signature smooth voice. “The troupe was always cautious with the things they loved” you shuddered at his words. You wouldn’t call what they put you through to be love.
“They put a tracker in your arm” Hisoka said like that was normal. You stoped breathing for a second, a tracker? You thought, once again you were speechless.
Hisoka grabbed you arm pointing at where it was. “W-what” you said in a painfully sad voice.
“While you were sleeping, that’s how I found you after leaving a happened upon one of the tracking devices they used to follow you” he said holding it up.
In a daze you lifted up your arm and used your nails to try and dig it out of your arm. You scratched through your arm, blood dripping down your arm. You had dug it out of your arm and threw the blinking sphere on the table.
You arm started shaking, your adrenaline wore off and it started to hurt but you didn’t care.
Hisoka smiled once again, you were intriguing. But he didn’t want to fight you, it was strange he saw you as somewhat family. The only reason you weren’t cooped up in some apartment was because Hisoka was to sure he could protect you.
He stood up signally y’all where leaving he took the tracker and as y’all left slipped it into a waiters pocket. People have you strange looks as y’all left, understandable I mean you are still bleeding out.
You grabbed napkins and trued your best to dab the blood. As y’all started walking you started zoning out. You mind began to wonder, you knew about his nen ability bungee gum that’s how he grabbed you, but what if it was still attached to you?
You use gyo on your eyes and sure enough it still was. He knew you were gonna run like you always did. But you knew that you could play to your strengths, feeding into their delusions until he let his guard down then you run.
That was your plan with everything because it worked so well. You needed to find Bisky and get this curse off you.
Hisoka suddenly stopped he looked around before grabbing your hand and walking towards the right. He leaned against some ally wall while holding your hand.
Suddenly someone appeared, he had the palest skin you had ever seen you would think he was sick if he wasn’t to built. He had long black hair and a weird crop top get u, but who were you to judge his fashion.
He looked at you before looking at Hisoka in a questioning way. “This is [reader] their staying with me” Hisoka said as if he hadn’t ran away from the phantom troupe with you.
Y’all started walking with the weird man, he spoke rarely but he said enough if that made sense. You gathered from his limited words that he was an assassin and he needed help with a job.
You felt something strange with him, you started tuning out their talking focused on the assassin. You closed your eyes and focused, you could hear his heartbeat it was playing a melody of death. The more you focused the more you realized how much death surrounds his overall aura.
He scared you, kinda like how Feitan did but differently. He was lean and towered over you it was intimidating.
After walking for awhile Hisoka told you to stay with the man you now know as Illumi. He turns to leave.
“Wait what? Where are you going?!” You shouted as he walked away. “He’s gonna babysit you for a little bit.” Hisoka said with a smile.
When you knew he was out of earshot “fuck you” you said lifting your middle finger towards Hisoka. You stuck your tongue out but quickly put it back in when you remembered Illumi was right there.
Y’all started walking again, it was awkward and illumi was too menacing to talk to.
You thought about everyone you met in the past months, Hisoka, Bisky, and mito were the less obsessed. Despite Hisokas weirdness it felt like a breath of fresh air talking to them you felt almost free.
You suddenly spoke up “Hey man look I know you don’t want to watch me and I don’t want to be watched, how bout you let me go and I just leave? How does that sound?” You said hopefully.
He simply gave you a look, grabbed your arm and pulled you closer as you looked like you were about to book it and he didn’t want to chase after you.
You shaked around in an almost playful manor. He gave you the run down you where joining him on his mission, while Hisoka went to the auction.
Here you were in some underground club, “stay here” Illumi said coldly before leaving to find his target, it was some rich male loser.
You saw his picture he looked like a loser, that’s what you thought at least. Suddenly you spotted the rich loser and by some chance he planted himself right next to you.
“Hey sweet cheeks~” he said in a voice that made you think he was a discord moderator.
He put his hand on your back and started rubbing your back. “Oh fuck me” you said under your breath.
He tried and failed to flirt with you, “I’m actually a minor” you said coldly “age is just a number” he said leaning in.
You decided you were tired of waiting for Illumi and decided to take care of this yourself.
You lead the perv to some back room, saying you were curious about body stuff. You held back the puke as you spoke.
He closed and locked the door, you activated your nen into some random nail you picked up of the ground, held it between you fingered and shot it at him. It hit him right in his forehead, he fell with a thump.
(Let’s say your nen is you can focus your nen into objects and shoot them out like bullets)
You unlocked the door and ran right into Illumi he was standing in the door way. He looked down and say the rich perv dead.
“Whoops…?” You said in an unsure tone.
It was an interesting night you and Illumi talked more. He surprisingly wasn’t mad you snagged his target. Yall talked about his job as an assassin, and you talked about how gay it was that the phantom troupe kidnapped you.
You felt comfortable telling him about you being kidnapped you didn’t know why.
As time passed and you talked, you felt tired and fell asleep completely forgetting about your nen curse the very thing that got you into your situation.
You woke to Illumi staring at you, y’all were in some shitty motel. Y’all left going god knows where, you tried asking but he didn’t answer.
Fuck your thought, what if he becomes insane like the rest?
After several trains yall arrived at the infamous Zoldyck manor. You knew after last night Illumi was a Zoldyck like Killua, you avoided mentioning you knew his brother that but for some reason you think he knows already.
Y’all stopped at the testing gate, he stepped back, “open it” he said blankly.
“What? Are you kidding I can’t open that?!” He didn’t seem to talk no for an answer and he would let you leave so you had no choice but to try.
You weakly pushed at the stone wall and of course it didn’t open. “Use you nen” he says from behind you.
“Ughhh fine” you say pulling the many nails you collected last night out of your pocket.
You channeled every thing you had into the nails you decided to actually try this time. You put everything into it and shot them out they clustered together and with a loud bang they landed in the stone wall.
The dust blew back as the gate slowly but surely began to slowly move.
“HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT ITS MOVING” you shouted turning around to Illumi “LOOK ITS MOVING” you said like an excited toddler discovering ice cream.
The gate stoped but you didn’t you fired more nen charged nail into the gate and with each nail it moved until it was open.
You later on the ground sighing in relief, that took a lot out of you.
Illumi pulled you up and dragged you inside before the gate closed again.
He practically dragged you up the hill to the giant mansion , after catching your breath you questioned him. “Why are we here?” You said tiredly.
He didn’t say anything, you passed a girl that guarded the way. She gave you a confused look you returned the look.
Suddenly a women with the puffiest dress imaginable showed up and started asking an insane amount of questions all at once to illuminate mostly about you.
After she settled down she grabbed you inspecting you closely. She pulled you inside, suddenly you wished you were back with Illumi. You all sat down on the many couches, with some old man named Zeno.
Illumi explained that you opened the testing gate, he talked bout your abilities saying you were capable. It would be nice if his mom wasn’t all over you it was suffocating.
Y he started talking about you staying here for a little bit. Suddenly dread washed over you, here we go again.
Sorry for not posting part 5 in like four days I’ve been busy my bad, love you all bye bye(•̀ᴗ•́)و
