Me, after finishing the second season of Dark: thinking that now I can re-watch the first season more thoughtfully, focusing on a concept of time and free will, staying absolutely calm.
Also me, a half an hour into the first episode of S1: crying my eyes out after hearing Mikkel say "Ultimate fist bump", having zero chill about any on-screen interaction between family members, realising that Bartosz was able to steal Martha away by telling her that Jonas hooked up with French chicks 24/7 for the last two months, heartbroken over any detail that make those rare beautiful smiles dissapear from Jonas' face, unable to get over Michael's suicide, ending up being depressed.

Guys... I have found this masterpiece on YouTube today and I've never seen a better video on Dark Season 2. This is a “must watch” situation. The parallels, the quotes, the music, the editing - they're as close to perfection as it could get.
I do not own anything, just sharing a beautiful video created by littlesociopath with you all.
Oh, wait a minute...I can't believe I've never thought about it before!
What if Michael actually named his child Jonas, because in Mikkel's subconsciousness Jonas was always a really cool and nice elder boy? And Mikkel wanted his son to grew up as someone similar to his cool childhood friend... Maybe Michael didn't remember Jonas properly, because of all the drugs Ines used to give him when he was a child. Yet still, Jonas represented something important for Mikkel, something good and pure, that even drugs couldn't erase it. And it was just enough for Michael to choose name Jonas for his son.
Guys, Michael literally named his son after his son. Let that sink in.

Imagine how it must have felt for Mikkel to slowly watch his son grow into that boy who was his cool older friend when he was a kid, the boy who took him into those caves and abandoned him in the past. And yet he never held it against Jonas.
