We the tax paying people have the authority to put down the rabid dogs down and send the rest to a different obedience school.. erm.. police academy. Or no? That isn't the way it works any more? And no one sent out the memo?

i hope they have the ability to go after darren wilson for personal damages

Reminder: the Darren Wilson fundraisers raised over $660,000. The national average salary is $60,000. As a reward for murdering an unarmed black child, Wilson was given more than eleven years salary in addition to his normal pay, and over $430,000 of it was funneled through a charity and therefore tax-free.
