Throwback to my first ever digital drawing, drawn with a xencelabs drawing board on GIMP. Seeing as GIMP is not at all meant for drawing, and I'm not at all an artist, I'm super proud of this one.
I call this one "The Lady Contrasted by The Sheer Magnitude of Space".
This is the Velvet Star Cluster! 💜💜💜
Not only does this photo contain a large cluster of around 500 stars, but it also contains a beautiful planetary nebula named NGC 2438! There might even be a tail of stars due to gravitational interactions in the past 💫💫💫
