I thought I was doing really good between coming off old meds and going on new ones but since I decided to fuck up my doses and miss some and have been fixing it my head hasn't stopped hurting for 3 fucking days. Maybe 4. Everything hurts.
Emotionally this is getting increasingly difficult to deal with and sleep is the only thing that takes my mind and body off of it.
I'm so fucking sick of feeling like this. And no, nothing helps.
