Sleep takes up too much time
I haven't written in my diary very much lately and I don't know if that is good or bad
It is exhausting to have to put on a brave face and continue to try to function despite being horribly anxious
I can feel myself falling into my own thinking traps
Super proud of myself for actually calling my mental health clinic and telling them that I had run out of meds. We are gonna ignore the fact that I started running out a week ago. Long story short you are capable of self advocacy <3
Getting sick the week that I actually try to leave my house is just canon typical bs for me at this point
