Nico And Hazel - Tumblr Posts
Hey, it's me again. Has Nico ever been on a horse? I feel like he would be someone who enjoys it, but doesn't want anyone else to know about it.
Nico knows how to ride horses. You can’t be Hazel Levesque’s brother and not know, but he doesn’t take lessons or do shows like the others riders. Will of course wouldn’t object if Nico ever decided to take lessons (equestrians tend to wear skin tight pants) But Nico ain’t no slacker, he’s at the barn almost as much as Hazel. He’ll pat a horses’ nose as he walks by or help a newbie tack up. People who don’t know Nico personally will think “Oh there’s Hazel’s brother”. Nico doesn’t mind, he’s proud of his sister and supports her horse back riding a 100%. He takes pictures of her and Arion. He goes to all of her shows and is just there for her. Bonus pic of Hazel and Arion taken by Nico of course:

A/N: Horse kisses! Hazel is the sweetest little thing! A special shout out to @thatgaydemigodnerd for being so interested in my au! If you or anyone else has questions or requests go ahead and ask! Asks are my cocaine
In Thracian mythology, Otrera was daughter of Thracian prince - Itil (Itis in Greek versions) and the Thraco-greek god of East wind and sea storms - Eurus. There also myths that her father had a relationship (a.k.a. was lover) with Hades. Imagine Nico hears his father has relationship with the father of the woman who tried to kill his friends and sister.
Friendly reminder that just like Nico had to learn it’s okay to be queer, Hazel would have had to learn that it’s okay to be queer, a person of colour or a woman.
Hazel was born in the 1920s-1930s and we don’t talk about that nearly enough-
I’ve gotten my supplies…
If I was in camp half-blood. Honestly I would call Hazel, Nico, and Reyna into my Cabin (13) anyways we would be having so much fun being witches. Let’s see how well this goes…
Does anyone know the nursery rhyme that goes like
One for sorrow
Two for joy
Three for a girl
Four for a boy
Five for silver
Six for gold
Seven for a secret never to be told
This nursery rhyme is usually associated with crows when it's actually about Magpies. Magpies are so pretty like geywhgfiweusygurkeswtyufes
Anyways, did you know the ancient Romans believed these birds had an association with magic and fortune-telling. The meaning nowadays has changed though. Now they are related to things like ill tidings, bad omens, and Witchcraft. Which I would totally try when I live alone in the house of my dreams. I might even get two magpies to complete the dream.
HC about Hazel Levesque: because of the trauma of being alone in Asphodel for so long, she doesn't like to sleep alone. If she's around someone she feels safe with, she usually ends up in their bed at night.
Nico, being Hazel's brother, is her most frequent victim. She moves a lot in her sleep, so it's not very comfortable for him. Sometimes she pushes him out of his bed in her sleep, and sometimes he wakes up choking on her hair.
He doesn't have the heart to kick her out of his own bed.
