I've been thinking... wouldn't it be cool if the Octarians moved in to Inkopolis and Splatsville alongside the Octolings? It's kinda obvious that Octavio's probably changed his mind about the Inklings since the Octolings have been able to move in. Also take in mind the final boss fight in Splatoon 3. He got his army back, but is there really any need for one? What if he decided to give them a break and let them go mingle with the other fresh marine life?
