IM SO HAPPY ABT MORE POC REP IN MEDIA CAUSE OF ANNBETH AND GROVERS CASTING BUT IM ALSO JUST EXCITED CAUSE I THINK ALL 3 OF THEM FIT THE VIBE OF THE CHARCTERS SO WELL AND THE ACTING IS GOING TO BE INCREDIBLE THEY QUITE LEGIT BEAT OUT EVERYONE WHO AUDITIONED. EVERYONE

yet some of y’all are focusing so much on their skin color though that y’all are making it abt their skin color

like SOME or y’all are minimizing it down so much to their skin color so this will be my quick rant abt y’all and then i will be done (hopefully)

be excited abt more rep in media of course and you can express that but SOME of y’all need to find a way to express your excitement about the actors that isn’t just their skin color because that is quite legit “making it about the characters skin color”

i honestly think that they just fit the vibe of the parts so well

like let’s praise them for the talent that ended up getting them the roll that the author of the books himself chose them for

Finn’s agent when he hears that they are casting for the role of Nico de Angelo, who’s gay and in love with his “best friend” (kind of)

it’s a shame Finn’s too old to play Nico now, but imagine how cute it would’ve been if Nico was  ST season 1 Finn, when he had chubby cheeks and everything, and then by the time of The Last Olympian he would like this:

I expect no less than Alexandra Daddario herself to play Athena in pjo series and Longan Lerman as Poseidon, thank you very much
