I really hate proshipper v anti discourse, not because I'm like, a centrist on the matter, but because "anti" is a term I've never actually seen someone self identify with and seems to be just a general conglomerate strawman of every argument and opinion a proshipper could disagree with, and "proshipper" covers everything from "making suggestive comments about a character who's age is so ambigious/irrelevant you'd have to google it to know they're a minor" to "drawing snuff porn of feral animals", which means that identifying as a proshipper either means you're comfortable writing/drawing the zoophilia porn, or you're comfortable using the same labels and arguments as the people who do.

This is a pocket on the internet that is so special that has been curated over time. It really could just be people ship what they want and others are just ready to block them if they don't like it. Fandom has a history just like anything else, if you're going to be involved in fandom culture the very least you can do is research fandoms, or at least Tumblr's fandom history. There was art of the most bizarre things you could fathom. Creativity has been drained from the souls of the people who try to dictate what is morally acceptable or not.

Political art, art of murder, gore art, furry art, etc. could all be disturbing to others, and inappropriate at times depending on context. Art, ships, fandom, etc. has never been a place where people find their moral compass, it's to be away from the craziness of day to day life and live in fantasy. Whatever that would mean for someone, after all, everyone's different. Creativity is an outlet for the soul, stop judging so harshly for those who decide to actually do something about their thoughts and use an outlet to make something.

I typically headcanon a lot of my F/Os and characters I have ships for transgender in some capacity, however the idea of being shared by two F/Os that are cis men is a tempting thought.

Even if it's a ship I don't care for or even hate, I still would like to see it on my dashboard. Because, if the person who is shipping it is a kind person who engages with my posts, the ship becomes a reminder of someone nice and eventually I either end up liking it or losing my hate for it. But things like Game Of Thrones I fail to see in any of those lists despite having incest in it on full blast- maybe cuz the whole community liking it tends to be cishet non-disabled white folk, its like you guys spesifically want to harm people weaker then you and bully real victims of abuse just for fun- oh yeah, cuz thats exactly what you do. Big corporation makes something problematic? You complain about it for maybe 1-2 posts and then forget it, small artist made by a kid who has maybe 30 followers max and draws enemies to lovers? You make a blog dedicated to harrassing them till they literally end their life. Antishippers are not some sort of heroes, you are the abusers, HELL, i literally got GROOMED BY AN ANTISHIPPER!!!
