Hi. May I Request A Period Comfort Fic With Karno And Reader? Thank You

The first thing that greeted you as you emerged from your slumber was a scent so delicious it smelt like home. A variety of noises came from the kitchen, along with the scent, which had you fully awake.

You sat up and your eyebrows furrowed at the slight feeling of pain and you fretted it would get worse.

The seconds passed and curiousity peeked its head in you. Who was in the kitchen? And what smelt so good?

You slipped out of bed, patting down your messy hair with your hand and slowly stepping out of your bedroom.

Following the scent, you made your way to your kitchen, the sunlight falling brightly in the form of golden ribbons on your skin. And in the middle of the room, with an outline of heavenly glow stood a man you didn't expect to be here, looming over a steaming pot.

Hearing you enter the kitchen, he turned to face you, the morning light swirling within his warm irises, bringing pleasant tingles to your stomach. "Good morning. How do you feel?" His voice was gentle and welcomed your own into a sweet duet.

"The pain is not too intense, but I'm assuming it'll get intense later during the day." You answered, coughing to clear your throat at the end of your sentence.

Karno spared the pot a glance and then looked back at you, smiling sweetly. "Have a seat, the food is ready."

Your eyebrows rose and your eyelashes stood up. "I didn't know you could cook."

He chuckled softly. "It's one of my hidden qualities."

Sitting down by the table, Karno filled up a plate for you and brought it to you on the table. Staring down at it, you were quite impressed. "When did you learn how to cook?" You asked.

"I managed to get my hands on a few cooking books and... Well, I had some—or a lot of failed attempts at first." He spoke as he dragged a chair close to you and picked up a fork, stabbing some of the food with it and bringing it to your lips. "Here. Let me feed you."

His consideration had helped you forget about your discomfort for some time, a gentle smile spreading across your lips. You opened your mouth, allowing your boyfriend to feed you and the warmth seemed to be spreading across and filling up not just your body, but your soul as well. "It tastes great!"

"Thank you. I didn't add spice this time."

"You don't know how thankful I am." You said, laughing at his pouting expression.

"No one appreciates my spices." He sighed.

"So tell me, what happened with your first attempts at cooking?" You asked, eating more of his homemade food.

He remained silent for a while, his brown eyes casted to the side.

"Karno?"

"Well..." He prepared another bite for you. "They... Didn't like all that spice."

You bursted out laughing at that, teasing him. "I told you! Your spices are a safety hazard."

"(Name)..." He sighed, but laughed along, your own laugh and grin contagious. "I heard you were not feeling too good, so I finished work as soon as possible and rushed here before you could wake up."

"Thank you so much." You reached for his hand on top of the table and gave it a squeeze, his heart racing happily at the sensation of your skin touching his. "Are you going to stay longer?"

He nodded. "Yes. I took the entire day off." His free hand reached for your face, tucking a strand of hair behind your ear and leaning in to press kisses to your temple.

A grin bigger than before stretched out across your face. "Then... Can we watch a series?"

"Sure, my Ophelia." He kissed your lips softly, his big hand still caressing your hair. Pulling away his nose brushed yours in an Eskimo kiss and you giggled at that, the apples of your cheeks reddening from all the smiles and the racing of your heartbeat.

Once you were done with your meal, Karno got up and left the plate in the sink, before returning to your side. "Allow me, princess." He said with a charming smile that you found incredibly precious.

"Allow you what—Oh!" You couldn't maintain your surprised, when he slid a hand behind your back and the other behind your knees, picking you up like a bride. "You don't have to go that far." You said, burying your rosy face in his shoulder, a little embarrassed he was holding you this way, but undeniably pleased.

"I like spoiling you though." Karno kissed the side of your head and you let him take you to the bedroom.

He placed you down on the bed, before snapping his fingers, creating big white pillows.

"They're so soft." You commented upon one touch, your hand sinking in them.

"I'm glad you think so." Karno placed them all around you and brought you your laptop, before joining you beneath the covers as well.

You snuggled against him, his warmth enveloping you and his cinnamon scent soothing your tense nerves. And soon enough, you had forgotten about your pain.

Hello. I am that anon who requested the Tauxolouve smut fic.

Can you write some angst for Tauxolouve x goddess reader?

Like the Goddess reader moves on are falls in love with other god but Tauxolouve still has feelings for her.

"New"

Genre: angst

Warnings: none

A/N: I'm not sure if you wanted a part 3 of Sweet Inexperience or a standalone........ So I just went with the standalone, because the other option broke me to pieces, so... Yeah. That's a separate fic. (I'm sorry if that's not satisfying 😭)

Hello. I Am That Anon Who Requested The Tauxolouve Smut Fic.

Spotting you from across the gardens, Tauxolouve's footsteps altered direction and he moved up to you.

Your dress hugged your body beautifully, in a way so ethereal, even when you turned away from him, motioning to a man with a movement of your hands.

"Pleasant surprise to see my little lady here." Tauxolouve addressed you, with a smile so charming, your heart clenched.

"Yeah, I was..." You laced your fingers and held your knotted hands before your crotch. "Taking a walk."

"Well, can I join you?" He proposed and the hope that flickering in his irises was too beautiful. Too heartfelt. So heartfelt, your shoulders stiffened.

"Sure." You answered, your tone not matching his bright one at all.

"Good, let me take you somewhere then." He said, walking off and you followed, stopping only to steal a glance at the eyes of a god peeking at the two of you from behind the tall bushes with the roses.

You felt guit enveloping your heart, but it would be worse if you didn't tell him. He deserved to know you moved on and your feelings changed.

Another god had captured your heart. You had fallen for his reserved charm, his shyness and were touched at the pure admiration he harboured for you. He just never came out with it, because he believed he stood no chance before the god of sagittarius.

Determined to end it all with him, you followed Tauxolouve, your eyes upon his strong back, that would always hide you and protect you when you needed it, but still not making you feel weak or fragile or that you couldn't fight your own battles.

Your stroll was a silent one and you couldn't quiet down the aching of your soul. Inspecting his profile made you feel so hurt, that tears swelled up in your eyes. You made a halt in your steps and wiped away the blurriness in your eyes, the tears wetting your knuckles.

"What's the matter, little lady?" Tauxolouve's eyebrows were furrowed as he rubbed his warm palms up and down your arms. "What's wrong...?" He asked gently, giving you time to gather your thoughts.

"Tauxolouve..." You sobbed, looking up at him through wet and salty eyelashes. "I'm so sorry...!" You hiccuped and buried your face in your hands, no longer bearing to face him, with the same face he kissed, loved and admired.

"What are you apologizing for?" He leaned in to press a kiss to your forehead, but you pulled back so suddenly, his breathing hitched.

"Tauxolouve..." You inhaled deeply and your sorrowful eyes casted upon him, with guilt drowning in your watery irises. "I'm so sorry... I can't date you anymore..."

His mouth dried and his heart pounded loudly. "You can't... Why...?!" He swallowed and his Adam's apple moved visibly. "Did I do something wro-"

"No! Please, don't blame yourself!" You hurried to stop him, pain stabbing your heart from every angle at his hurt expression. "I just... I moved on..." The tone of your voice fell significantly and you lowered your head in shame. "I'm so sorry..."

Tauxolouve remained in silence, his lips locking in one place, tightly against each other.

Looking up, his gorgeous slanted eyes had turned into sparkling rivers, heartbreak tumbled out of his every word. "I see..." He chuckled airily in self deprecation. "I... I can't hold you by my side against your will." His lower lip trembled and he bit down on it, blinking away the tears. "You've found someone new, haven't you?"

You nodded wordlessly.

His breaths were shaky and he pursed his lips together into a devastating smile. Even if it hurt him and killed him, his love was the most imposing feeling, even now. He wanted you to be happy and if you needed him out of your life for it... Then so be it... "He better make you happy." He said, a single tear streaming down his cheekbone. "And if he doesn't, make sure to not compromise with someone like him."

With your hands clasped together, you straighten your back, staring him straight in the eye. "I'll make sure of it. And... I'm sorry..." You said quietly, whipped some remaining tears away.

"No need to apologise, little lady." At the uttering of that pet name, his composure grew more unsteady and he barely held himself back from collapsing to his knees.

"Can you... Not call me that, please?"

"Oh, yes." His shoulders stiffened, his teeth close to drawing blood from his lip. "I'm sorry... (Name). It won't happen again."

Seeing you walk away from him was when he allowed his shoulders to tremble and his facial expression broke. He cried, until he believed he had dried and his tongue tasted the blood of his bottom lip. Looking at the spot beside him, now empty, there was only one heartfelt thought ruling. "I hope you have a good life."

Karno ♋ - Where are you? ❄

A/N: Please excuse the grammatical errors and spelling mistakes. I do not know, why i have written this and for whom.

She was sitting in front of the computer screen. Her mind was filled with a web of emotions. A dull ache filling her heart. All the pain, all the tears have been useless. She has been useless. Wasting her time on something which didn't interest her.

Her father was sitting next to her. His lips pressed tightly together. His eyebrows furrowed. He kept staring at the screen as if that will change the numbers. Somehow that will change the E grade to a D or perhaps in his mind he wanted an A.

He glared at her; his glasses making his eyes look angrier. Nobody spoke a word for a few minutes. She knew what was coming; she braced herself.

" I never thought, your marks would be so poor, ( NAME)." the anger evident in his voice. For a moment it felt like he was about to say something else but he stopped. Her mother called her. " How much marks did you get?" she asked as gently as she could. " I failed in one subject. I need to retake that subject." she couldn't look her in the eyes; her head hanging low.

Her mother sighed, " When is that exam taking place?"

" I don't know i will ask Mr. ( teacher's name ). " she replied.

Her father was still gazing at the screen, his eyes focused on that E grade. His hands clenched in a fist.

She called her teacher on the phone and informed him about the whole situation. He sounded like he was in pain. " ( Name ), i am sorry this has happened. Don't worry, you will do better in the upcoming exam. "

" Sir, is everything alright? " she asked.

He was a silent for a few seconds. " Today is probably one of the worst days of my life. My wife was on her way to work. She suddenly collapsed; one of her co-workers had admitted her to the hospital. They are saying it seemed like she had a stroke. I still haven't seen her yet." he said.

The tears which she held back suddenly overflowed, her voice started to crack. " I am sorry sir. Please take care of her. I will call you later. " saying that, she quickly ended the phone call.

She looked at the clock which showed 6 pm. The sun was setting. Her father was sitting beside her mother. He was speaking loudly, he was telling her, "These are the moments where i wish she wasn't born. She is useless. PATHETIC!"

Her mother was looking at her hands on her lap. She didn't reply.

Her teacher called her father on the phone. She could hear him say things like, " I am sure she is doing this deliberately. Failing because she wants to fail. I am not going to spend any more money on her education, anymore. " saying that he ended the phone call and slammed the phone on the table.

"(Name), come here! " he said.

She quickly closed her books and went there. He scolded her. The ache in her chest gaining momentum. Her mother gestured her to go and study.

She started studying, while tears were flowing down her face, wetting her clothes. Perhaps she has never felt this kind of fear before. The uncertainty brought more tears to her eyes. Some tear drops rolled on to her lips.

The night falls, she is studying, dried tear stains on her face, puffy eyes, her hands shaking, her voice cracks every now and then. Her parents are watching TV in the other room. She was trying her best to ignore his words. Trying so hard to stay composed.

They ate dinner in silence.

She went to her room. The window was open. However, Karno made the decision to knock, making her aware of his presence. She embraced him as soon as he entered her room. His soft sandalwood scent calmed her a bit. They stayed in each others embrace for a few minutes.

His mind was flooded with questions as he saw her puffy eyes and pale face. She took his hand and lead him to the bed.

They were lying on the bed, their eyes focused on the ceiling. Her left hand placed on top of his right hand. She broke the silence by saying, " I failed in one subject. I need to retake it." a sigh escaped her lips. Karno was aware of what must have occurred.

" Don't pay too much attention to what he says. Focus on your studies. You will get out of this mess." he said. His voice as gentle as a cool breeze.

She moved closer to him and turned on her side. " I, ... can you hold me, please?"

Karno held her as softly as he could. " This is just a bad dream, sweetie. Tomorrow you will wake up with new found strength."

" I hate this, all of this. The worst thing is i disappointed mom. She has always been there for me, supported me. Now there is nothing more that i can say or do that will change this." the words came out like a mumble.

" It would be wrong for me to say, that i know what you are going through. But nobody can change the past. We can only work in the present and look forward to the future." he paused and took a deep breath.

"None of this is permanent, (name). Neither pain nor sorrow, neither happiness nor joy." He added before kissing her gently on the forehead.

" You have to go to school tomorrow. You should get some rest." The tone of his voice was pleading, urging her to look at the future and have faith in herself. She nodded her head and closed her eyes.

" Everything will turn out alright. " was the last thing she heard before sleep took over her.

A fic where we are cuddling with Tauxolouve and slowly fall asleep, while he softy sings a lullaby. Thank you.

"Sing for me?"

Genre: fluff

Warnings: none

A/N: I was so so calm while writing this, I hope it'll calm you down as well, sweetie❤️ Also, I finished the fic and then did my brain decide to entertain itself with the question: "Does Tauxolouve's bed actually have a canopy or did you just mix it up with Leon's?" And all due compassion for my poor nerves ("pride and prejudice" reference) it does indeed have a canopy. Enjoy, love!❤️❤️

A Fic Where We Are Cuddling With Tauxolouve And Slowly Fall Asleep, While He Softy Sings A Lullaby. Thank

The gentle summer breeze slipped into the room through the opened windows in Tauxolouve's room, blowing between the canopy curtains and making them sway gently, casting curves of shadows and light by the lit up candles surrounding you.

Tauxolouve laid on his back and you on top of him on your stomach, your cheek resting on his chest.

A thin blanket was draped over your joined bodies, cutting through the coolness of the wind and balancing the temperature.

Tauxolouve kept a hand wrapped around your waist and he used his free one to rub your back slowly, the softness of his touch lulling your eyelids to grow heavy.

"Tauxy..." You murmured, half in a daze between Hypnos's silky veil and your boyfriend's caramel scent.

"You can sleep." He spoke quietly, his eyes narrowing endearingly at you. "You deserve it."

"I do?" You asked in a breathy whisper, feeling your body growing lethargic in his arms.

"Yes." He responded with honesty, pressing a kiss to the top of your head. "I'm so proud of you."

You smiled sleepily at his words, your body curling a little more within his comforting and safe warmth, your face nuzzled against his shirt and your fingers curling around the fabric, as if wanting to grab onto reality and consciousness a little longer just to soak up in his presence. "Hey, Tauxy...?"

He hummed in response, letting you know he was listening closely.

"Will you sing for me?"

Your question made his eyebrows rise for a split second, before he composed himself again. "I don't know if I have a good enough singing voice though. But okay..."

Silence ruled for a while, the soft breeze barely ruffling the leaves of the trees outside and behind your fallen eyelids, shades of orange trembled faintly, shyly.

Tauxolouve took in a breath and began humming. The vibrations emanating from his chest bringing a small smile to your lips as you felt every single one of them. His lips parted and the softest sound possible came out. The notes sounded sewed with the finest fabric, the strings attaching them out of fine gold, invisible to the eye, but blinding to the soul. He sang in breathy whispers, his words slightly higher in volume, but just enough so you could hear them without disturbing you as your consciousness slipped away from you.

You felt your fingers weakening around his shirt and slipping away, but the last sense of present remaining in you ushered you to hold on again, readjusting your grip.

Tauxolouve covered your hand with his and pressed another kiss to the top of your head. "I'll be here when you wake up. I promise."

All you could do at this point was nod as the faint orange of the candlelight faded more and more, as if you were being dragged away from them and led outside into the night. You were actually not moved at all though and you could tell by the warmth of Tauxolouve's body that never parted from yours.

Tauxolouve continued his lullaby, only shifting slightly, so his chin was resting on top of your head, his melodic voice sounding as if coming from your heart. His vocal cords and heart cooperated, the latter picking every word coming out of his lips and then the first twisting sweetly and smoothly, drawing out note after note in a rhythm you doubted you could find anywhere else, aside from his sternum and chest.

Which is your favorite Barbie movie? ( ^▽^)

I recently watched Barbie as princess and pauper and fell in love with King Dominic again 🫠

Can you write a fluffy story where MC is cleaning her childhood room and finds a old barbie movie ( your choice ) and decides to watch it with Louie? Pretty please ( ^ω^ )

"Childhood memories"

Genre: fluff

Warnings: none

A/N: YES!! KING DOMINIC✨✨🔥🔥😩😩 And also prince Antonioᕙ( ͡◉ ͜ ʖ ͡◉)ᕗ🔥🔥🔥 Barbie is amazing!!🥺🌹🌹 I love a lot of Barbie movies, such as The Twelve Dancing Princesses (fun fact: I burnt that DVD from watching it too much), Barbie In The Three Musketeers, Princess Charm School. I actually couldn't pick a favourite until I actually sat down to write this fic. And now I can proudly say... It's BARBIE IN THE NUTCRACKER🥺💖🌹💕🥺🥺🥺🌹🌹🌹

Which Is Your Favorite Barbie Movie? ()

It started as a chore, it really did. But with every box you'd open, new memories would jump out at you.

Clothes and shoes that were too small for your current self, showing you a totally different person from the one you were today, as you cleaned away the dust.

Drawings of vivid childlike dreams shoved messily into shelves and all around your desk.

Those, along with your toys, brought a smile of sentimentality to your face, feeling as if every childhood bliss unfolded before your eyes like a film tape that was buried in the past covered in dust, yet not forgotten.

Soon, your mind had drifted away from cleaning your childhood room. A happiness so energetic and thirsty chased all those thoughts away from your mind, as you dug deeper between your toys and some sparkly hair clips with butterflies and flowers attached to them.

Your fingers made contact with a broad surface and peering into the box, you couldn't identify what it was, due to it being in the very dark bottom.

You began pulling out one toy at a time, equivalents of memories. Of how you first got them on Christmas or on your birthday or on an ordinary Wednesday evening. You turned some toys on. Some made sounds rather loud and not so coherent, because of how the batteries had began to run out. Some didn't turn on at all. Some toys had glue on them and you giggled as you remembered the way you'd accidentally break them, yet how happy you were to see the pieces sticking back together again and the fun continuing.

And finally, you reached the object of your interest. You pulled it out and your mouth opened into a huge grin, your eyebrows rising. You laughed happily, the mere sight of this movie in its colorful case bringing you so much nostalgia and happiness you swore your heart would burst and your eyes would fill with tears.

You still loved this movie and a bright idea made your eyes light up. You would combine the two things you loved dearly.

"So what's this movie about?" Tauxolouve asked, his face illuminated only by the light of your laptop. He spread his right arm, welcoming you gently into his embrace, as you joined him on the bed, two bags of chips in your arms, which you dropped on your lap to get comfortable.

"It's a movie I loved as a child, Barbie in the nutcracker. It's like... A sweet adventure, with ballet, classical music and it's got that fairy tale glow." Even talking about it made you smile, love filling your ribcage to the brim.

You put on the movie and cuddled close to Tauxolouve, resting your head against his chest and pulling the blanket up to your chin.

The movie started and the familiarity of it, combined with Tauxolouve's warmth made you feel at peace.

You watched as Clara slept and how the fairy dust danced around the room, enchanting the nutcracker awake and the magic of that scene didn't fail to take your breath away even now.

Tauxolouve watched silently, a pleasant smile on his face, until the point when the owl gave Clara the golden locket and he saw your eyes practically shine at its sight. "Do you like her locket?"

"Yep! It's so pretty!" You giggling, your cheeks a little rosy from the happiness. "I remember wanting it so badly when I was little."

Tauxolouve pressed a kiss to your temple, his heart flattering when you chuckled softly at his heartfelt move, before falling silent again.

You two watched on as Clara and the Nutcracker took off for their adventure and landed into a pile of pure white snow.

"What a cute fairy." Tauxolouve commented lightheartedly as the little snow fairy approached the two heroes. "But he's right, she should've said thank you to Clara for fixing her wing."

You chuckled at his commentary, but agreed.

His eyes squinted kindly as more fairies came out and started dancing. "The music is lovely."

Clara walked forward and the flowers growing from the places where she previously stepped, made the cozy fairy tale elements of this movie shine even more.

"Huh," You began, upon seeing the broad scenery. "I remember that being much more detailed. I still love it though."

"That's what matters most. For a movie or a painting or a poem to never stop conveying the same feelings each time you watch it, even if it is after years."

"That's a beautiful way to put it." You agreed, smiling and nuzzled more into his chest, breathing into his caramel scent, which fit perfectly with the feelings of this movie.

Warmth, fairytales and caramel. This is it. This is a feeling you knew you'd never get tired of.

"I just realized..." Tauxolouve muttered.

"What?"

"This mouse or rat king or whatever he is..." He stared aside, his eyebrows forming downturns. "He reminds me of the king. He's got the same tyrannical look."

You snorted. "I can see that, yes."

More of the movie passed you by, your attention focused there and your heart pounding with pure happiness and tranquility as more and more familiar figures came upon the screen.

Until the scene where the Nutcracker and Clara talking beneath the moonlight appeared within the screen of your laptop. "Oh my god, that scene...!" You breathed, more happiness and nostalgia gushing forth from your lungs. "I completely forgot about that scene..." You watched on, transfixed into this movie that seemed like a dream which you could only explain by feelings and sensations the next morning. "It's such a sweet scene..."

"Indeed. It's very heartfelt." Tauxolouve nodded. "The lesson of this scene is seeing who someone is within and believing in them. That even if they once failed, they can always try again, isn't it?"

"Yes, that's exactly it." You nodded, proud at this movie for being a part of your childhood and loving Tauxolouve even more for being able to see the magic in it, which many would mock for not having flashy enough graphics. "It's the type of thing that as a child you admire and when you're older, you understand it. But in both cases, it's precious and irreplaceable."

"I hope you know I want a hug after this too." Tauxolouve whispered into your hair as Clara hugged the Nutcracker, after breaking the cell, which the mouse king had turned invisible.

You laughed. "You can have one after the movie."

"Alright. I'm gonna remember, just so you know."

The movie came to the point where the Nutcracker turned back to prince Eric, by Clara's kiss and you gripped Tauxolouve's shirt, feeling the exact same giddy feeling you'd always experience as a child in this part. The emotions overtook you and you turned to Tauxolouve, placing a kiss to his cheek.

Tauxolouve chuckled teasingly. "We're gonna need to replay that part if it means you're gonna kiss me every time."

"I still owe you a hug!" You laid back on his chest, with Tauxolouve's arm still warped around you, continuing the movie.

Your eyes, ears and heart were glued onto the screen, until the colours faded to black and you sat up, your body feeling light. "That movie is still so beautiful." You said, your brain clouded with the childlike sweetness that never actually left you and you had merely discovered it again. "You think they married?" You asked, turning around and accidentally pushing the unopened bags of chips off the bed. It was a clumsy move, yet it brought you back to those times when you'd ask everyone around you if the characters were going to marry and be together forever, not caring if you stepped on something, as you were so caught up in your excitement.

Tauxolouve smiled sweetly at you, patting you on the head. "I believe it is as possible for them to get married as it is for us."

Your eyes widened at his words, your lips parting a little. Blood rushed to your cheeks, warming up your face and melting your surprised expression into one of affection for this man.

"You like that idea for us or them more?"

"Both." You honestly replied. "One day... Clara loves her Nutcracker just as much as I love you, after all."

Tauxolouve took your hand in his, bringing it to his lips and leaving a gentlemanly kiss there, before staring at you with a charming smile. "Now where's my hug?"

You laughed and threw your arms around him, squeezing him tightly into a hug similar to that in the movie. "Satisfied?"

"Very." He said and then he snapped his fingers.

"What did you do?" You asked, pulling away a little to look at him, irises filled with curiosity.

"Take a look in the mirror."

A little nervous, you got off the bed and went to stand in front of your mirror. "Lou!" You exclaimed, delighted. Resting on your collarbones was a golden locket in the shape of a heart. "It's like that from the movie!"

Tauxolouve approaches you, his reflection coming to stand behind your own as he pulled you into his arms from behind.

"Thank you so much." As you stared into the mirror at your entangled forms and the golden chain clasped arouses your neck, you knew Tauxolouve would make sure each and every fairy tale you harbour in your heart would come to life.

Hi(^3^)/ I was wondering if you could write a story where mc meets Tauxolouve during a royal ball? Please add a bitter sweet ending. Thank you 💗

Tauxolouve ♐ - Together For A Day

A/N: Thank you for requesting anon.💓 This is my first ever Tauxolouve fic, so please have mercy on my poor soul.🥺 I hope you enjoy reading this. ❤

You found yourself standing on the balcony. The moon shore brightly, illuminating the forest below. The cold wind brought shivers down your spine.

In this otherworldly atmosphere, your thoughts wandered through the meticulously tended gardens of the palace, before serenely descending into the captivating depths of the encompassing woodland. Nevertheless, the tranquility of your mind was abruptly disrupted by the delicate resonance of a refined yet resolute voice, gracefully guiding you back to the present moment.

" May I humbly inquire about the motive behind your isolation amidst these captivating surroundings?" The gentle articulation of this inquiry was directed towards you.

" I came here to get some fresh air." you answered.

" Then, i hope you do not mind me being here?"

A youthful gentleman gracefully approached, his presence exuding both strength and gentleness, as he stood beside you.

" I do not." you said. " What is your name? " you asked as your eyes wandered off into the forest.

" Tauxolouve." he answered. " ( Name)" you offered your name in return. " Why weren't you dancing? Do you not like to dance? " he asked; his voice laced with genuine curiosity.

" I do. I just don't know anyone around here." you replied in a quiet voice, not willing to spare any more details.

" I see "

" Will you dance with me? ", he asked, extending his hand towards you, " I can be your friend, if you want? " he added with a smile.

His eyes held neither arrogance nor malice.

After some consideration you placed your hand in his and entered the ball room.

The talented musicians filled your heart with warmth and joy through their beautiful melodies, while numerous elegant couples gracefully glided across the dance floor, capturing your gaze. You exchanged a smile with Tauxolouve, who mirrored your gentle expression. Taking the lead, the two of you danced in perfect harmony with the rest of the couples, never separating from each other's presence.

The minutes flew by swiftly, without either of you realizing. He relished the time spent with you, and you also grew to appreciate his presence. The ordinary evening turned into a delightful one.

The melodies produced by the violins, harps, and pianos altered, resulting in the conclusion of that particular song.

The moon had risen high in the sky at midnight, and a sense of dread began to overwhelm you, compelling you to depart. Your face showed uneasiness, causing Tauxolouve, who had been closely studying your shifting expressions, to hesitate. He comprehended your feelings of despair.

" ( Name )", he said; his voice coming out as a wishper. " Will i ever see you again? " his eyes were solemn, there was a longing in his heart. " I don't know", you wishpered. You could no longer hold his gaze; those gentle brown eyes held a sadness which was unbearable to look upon.

Time was running out, you had to hurry. " Farewell my friend. " He held you hands one last time, softly placing a kiss on your knuckles. You put aside those forlone thoughts and met his gaze one last time. He put on his best smile, as if to say, he was grateful to have met you.

" Farewell." you said.

The door opened and you quickly slipped out.

I hope i am not bothering you by requesting this. (._.)

Can you please write a fic where reader is being comforted by Tauxolouve? She has been feeling numb lately which is effecting her life negatively. As if there is a dull ache in her heart. Thank you

"Stuck"

Genre: comfort

A/N: You're not bothering me at all, love, don't worry! I'm here whenever anyone wants to open up about anything💖💖 It may seem difficult now, but I promise you, life gets better 💖💖💖💖 I love you SO much!!

I Hope I Am Not Bothering You By Requesting This. (._.)

The sun was bright, oh, so bright and yet here you were, gloomy like an autumn cloud. You didn't feel like you fit in, in all this carefreeness and all those... Feelings.

You walked beside Tauxolouve down the path between the bushes of the mansion, having escaped the havoc going on inside with all the gods gathered there and looking for some peace, just the two of you.

"Many flowers have bloomed recently." He commented.

You nodded, remaining silent and not making any commentary at all. You didn't mean to sound like you were ignoring him and his presence didn't displease you at all. Quite the opposite, you loved it. But lately a shadow was following you everywhere, along with a heavy load on your sternum. Your breaths were heavy, your chest filled to the brim with an emptiness so overbearing, it drained you. It felt like you were dragging along a metallic ball, cuffed to your ankles and your wrists. You'd walk a few meters and then you'd stop, your mental exhaustion taking a tool on your physical strength as well.

Tauxolouve stopped and you didn't notice him at first, lost in your own dark and dull world as you were.

"My lady?" He said and hearing his voice from behind you, made you aware of the distance between you.

You walked back to him slowly and even that felt like a labour. "I'm sorry, I was... I was thinking." You tried to fake a smile, but you barely formed a straight line with your lips, before it fell apart again.

Tauxolouve showed you the palms of his hands and you got the hint, placing yours on his. He gave you a gentle squeezed and smiled, looking into your eyes and he was concerned at how lifeless they seemed. "You can talk to me if there's something wrong. I won't force you to, but just know that I'm here whenever you feel ready."

You inhaled deeply and then let it back out. Looking around you, nothing sparked a single feeling. The newly bloomed flowers... They were just there. The birds and the butterflies flying around the trees and the bushes... They were mere shapes in the wind and sky. "It's nothing..." Which wasn't entirely a lie. Your chest was filled with nothing. You didn't exactly feel sadness and obviously not happiness or peace. "I'm fine."

Tauxolouve's mouth fell a bit into one of dissatisfaction. He didn't want you to believe he was barging into your heart, but he couldn't bear to see you hurting and struggling all alone. "Want to seat down?"

You shrugged your shoulders and allowed him to lead you to the pavilion of the garden.

A table and two chairs were placed there, the flowers around you offering their fragrance to the breeze and as you sat down, their aroma relaxed you just a bit.

"The mansion is pretty loud today, don't you agree?"

"Yep. All the gods are here." This time, the sentence you uttered was longer, but the voice that spoke it, was low and kind of monotonous. You didn't approve of the way it contrasted against Tauxolouve's peaceful and colorful one. You huffed, the heaviness of your stomach not letting you enjoy even a simple breath.

You felt hopeless, but seeing your god sitting there, ready to listen and let you fall into his arm whenever you felt weak and frail, made you wanna reach out to him, as he seemed to be your only beacon of hope at the moment. At this incredibly dark and dull moment, that if it had a sound, it'd be the sound of a clock, stuck in one specific hour and not moving forward.

"Will you listen to me?"

"Of course, my little lady." He turned his chair to face you properly, its legs grazing the floor of the pavilion as he did. "Talk to me if you desire."

"It's just that..." You swallowed thickly, before continuing, "Lately, I have been feeling numb and it's effecting my life negatively." You took a deep breath and paused, placing your hands on the table and looking down at them.

Tauxolouve's hands joined yours in a tender hold, a little loose in case you wanted to slip away from him at any moment you felt overwhelmed and needed some space.

"It's as if there is a dull ache in my heart and I just cannot seem to lift it..."

Silence ruled between the two of you for some moments, both of you staring down on your intertwined hands. You tightened your fingers around his and he got the signal that you wanted him to hold them tighter as well. And so he did.

Then, he cleared his throat. "Sometimes routine can be overbearing—if routine is the problem! So how about we spice things up a bit, hm?"

"You mean?"

"You can start leaving candies in your pockets and save yourself a nice surprise for when you find them. Or stick a note on your fridge every night before you sleep and say something to the you that's going to read it in the morning. Or..." He trailed off, thinking. "Read a book you used to love. Or a movie and poke awake that feeling of nostalgia." He reached out, tucking some of your hair behind your ear and smiling sweetly at you. "Perhaps a good cry is what you need. Maybe you just want to cry—since you described it as an ache—but something's holding you back. You can even call someone dear to you and tell them that you love them. Feel your love for them and feel theirs for you too. Or you can pick up a new hobby!"

"And what if that doesn't work...?" You said, doubt whispering those words to the back of your mind. "What then? Am I just going to be an empty shell for the rest of my life?"

"No! Absolutely not!" Tauxolouve's eyebrows rose momentarily and then he placed a hand on the top of your head, stroking your hair softly, until his hand relaxed on the back of your head. "There's always a happy ending for us. Sometimes we have to chase it though. But I promise you, you will be happy again. It might seem like it's taking a while, or that the road is too far for you to walk it all, but I assure you, you're getting there!" With his fingers slipping through your hair, he pulled you in and he pressed a kiss to your forehead. "And if it still feels difficult, you can always contact a professional. It sounds scary and overwhelming, but once you find the one that works for you, it's really worth it. They're not scary people and genuinely want to help and give you a bright future. And of course, seeing a therapist is not a shame. They're here to help and that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. You're just going through a difficult time, like a lot of people."

"We'll see. I want to see how this escalates first and when I'm ready... If I need to... I'll go..."

"Of course, don't pressure yourself. You know... All this reminds me of myself before I met you. I was empty once too. I didn't have anything to make me happy, I had pushed everything and everyone aside. But now... Now I found my happiness. That's why I'm saying that there's always a happy ending. Maybe not the one we originally expect, but when we actually see it and get to live it... It feels right and irreplaceable."

Tauxolouve snapped his finger and forth came a silver tray filled with tarts so sweet and colorful, you could practically taste them with your eyes. An elegant pitcher with delicious aromatic tea also appeared beside the tray with the treats and two teacups sat on their little plates. "These look wonderful, don't they?"

You nodded, genuienly.

Tauxolouve picked up a strawberry tart and extended it out for you, its sugary scent flying to your nose instantly. "Try one. This one's my favorite."

It may be a long road for you, but you knew Tauxolouve and all the people who loved you deeply won't ever abandon you. There will always be someone waiting for you at the finishing line with a warm hug. No matter how long it may take you to run it all. They are willing to wait, purely because they love you and nothing is pressuring you. You could take your time and heal.

"Two different worlds" Part 6

Genre: fluff

Warnings: none

A/N: I could've sworn I posted part 5 during August. I CAN'T BELIEVE I POSTED IT ON JUNE😭😭😭 But it's here now🥹✨ Enjoy!

"Two Different Worlds" Part 6

You rubbed your eyelids and forehead and then your cheeks too, massaging them. You stretched and then shifted around in bed, flipping to your side so you could stare out of the window.

The birds were chirping and the sun was a little blinding, dipping everything in pure gold.

You raised a hand, as if to touch the morning light with your fingertips and you smiled softly at the warmth you felt on your skin, as rays fell on your hand.

Sitting up, you felt healthy again, any discomfort from yesterday totally gone, as you basked into the glory of the golden hour. You slipped out of bed and walked up to the window, your reflection very faint on the glass as you admired the city that was slowly starting to wake up. People were walking down the street yawning, some were listening to music, others were running.

Earth mornings contained a simplicity the Heavens lacked. Up there, no one really slept, so no one had to wake up. And no one stopped to admire anything, because they were way too occupied with their own selves and appearing beautiful, but they never cared for their inner beauty. Earth felt more real, more welcoming. There was a place for everyone here and everyone could climb every ladder, while in the Heavens your birth determined most—if not everything.

Turning your gaze back to your bed, you noticed a white shirt at the foot of the bed. You held it up, unfolding it as you did so. You put it on and you knew the owner immediately. The scent of caramel was basically imprinted on the fabric and its size was bigger than yours. And there was also a pair of shorts, which you changed into as well.

You opened the door and peeked outside, listening to the faint sound of Tauxolouve's voice. He must've been up for a while now, because his throat was very clear and his voice was full of energy, already sounding ready for activity.

You walked down the hallway barefoot, your feet touching the cool floor as you followed the direction of Tauxolouve's voice.

"It's no problem, really," He said. "I could go to the store after nine. Would that be alright?"

You stood at the door of the kitchen, watching Tauxolouve as he leaned outside the window, talking to a neighbour of his, whose voice reached your ears very faintly and you couldn't hear very clearly.

"Just milk? And yogurt. Got it!"

You folded your forearms before you, leaning against the doorframe and resting your head there too, as you admired the beautiful smile across his face as he spoke.

A warm and gentle morning breeze picked up, making his hair sway slightly and his irises sucked the daylight within. The tone of his voice gave your stomach a funny feeling, making you want to grin until your cheeks hurt.

Looking at Tauxolouve as he stood there with the sunlight as a glowing outline to his well shaped figure, you could see how Tauxolouve was absolutely correct...

The morning sunlight was the best light to bring out the purity of something.

Tauxolouve waved and stepped away from the window, his gaze meeting yours as he turned around. His eyebrows rose and a warm smile spread across his lips. "Good morning. How do you feel?"

You smiled back, feeling as if the corners of his lips were pulling yours upwards as well, inviting them to form this bright movement from the genuine interest of your heart. "I'm perfect. In fact, I feel very refreshed."

"You've had a quick recovery. I'm happy to hear." Then he moved to open a shelf on the wall, carefully taking out two mugs. "I was chatting with this sweet elderly lady from the next house." He continued on as he took a pan from a drawer. "You see, her son moved away pretty recently after getting married—what a beautiful wedding that was—and I help her whenever she needs something, because she can't serve herself at this age and state she's in."

Your heart beated in a steady pace, making most of every heartbeat as affection and admiration beyond physical spread across your soul for this human man before you. You watched him from behind as he moved around the kitchen counter. "You drink coffee?"

Now that he mentioned it... Did you drink coffee?

You hesitated a little before answering, but this beverage which you've heard of so many times, piqued your interest a little too much to deny it. "Uh, yes...! Yes, I'd like some, thank you."

"And how do you take your coffee?" His next question made your lips part, but you didn't know what to answer. You didn't even know there were different kinds of coffee up until this point.

"How... How do you take it?" You asked, trying to come up with something.

He responded, but his words made no sense to you. You couldn't afford to complain though. You immediately came up with something to cover up your lack of knowledge and humanity. "What a coincidence, I take mine that way too!" You chuckled, trying to act as natural as possible.

You two made small talk as his hands moved around the kitchen and to you, they seemed as skillful as they were when he was painting.

A sort of food was taking shape in the pan and the odd coffee machine churned and gurgled, adding depth and life to the background.

Tauxolouve placed a plate in front of you and set your coffee by its side, before taking his own seat opposite of you. "Please, do tell me your thoughts on my cooking." He ushered politely and your eyes fled to what he addressed as 'pancake'.

You picked up your silverware, stabbing the soft food with the fork and cutting with the knife. You brought it to your lips and its scent swayed to your nose, warm, sweet, tempting and also comforting.

You closed your lips around the fork and your eyes practically lit up, staring up at Tauxolouve as if he was the most divine being you've ever encountered. "That's... So delicious..." You breathed, amazed and captivated as you stared down at your breakfast, before digging in for more.

He smiled, gathering a forkful for himself. "I'm truly flattered to be praised by such a precious lady."

You swallowed weirdly, nearly choking on your coffee as the blood rushed to your cheeks and you tried your best to hide behind your mug.

He placed his fork down with a clink from his part, before putting his elbow on the table and resting his chin onto his curled fingers. "I hope you haven't forgotten how beautiful I find your eyes, little lady. And just now they shone so brightly." His eyes narrowed into your own and you placed your mug down, too worried you'd loose grip of it and break it.

Your fingers trembled a little and excitement made the hairs of your arm rise. You couldn't look away from him, you didn't want to. He may not be a god, but with you, he could use a spell so strong you'd loose sense of what you should've been doing. Or perhaps, shouldn't...

His eyes softened, their previous intensity melting away and then turning his expression into one of absolute tranquility. "You know, about the wedding I mentioned earlier. I remember gifting them a painting. They're such a great couple, all that chemistry made me want to put it down on a canvas."

Your tense macules began relaxing, allowing you to enjoy the sound of his voice and collect your own thoughts and words for the conversation. "She must see you as a son then." You said, smiling softly at the sweet thought.

He smiled too, looking down at his fingers on top of the table.

"Since her biological one is away right now." Looking at his humble reaction, you held nothing but respect for that man. "You know... You're a wonderful person for doing all that."

His dark eyes rose to meet yours and he chuckled. "I don't know what to say when you suddenly start being so uplifting towards me, little lady." His hand reached for yours and covered it softly, his thumb tracing over your knuckles. "But thank you..." He trailed off, his smile faltering as his eyes stared deeply into your own, as if searching for something important.

Both of you were silent. Staring into his eyes, you saw a depth so deep, you slowly began loosing yourself in them and you didn't mind. Not any longer. And the way your heard beated into this steady, lovesick rhythm made you wonder... What did he see in your eyes.

He considered you his muse, but a part of you—or perhaps your entire heart—wanted him to see you as more. You craved to be seen as a woman. And as a soul.

You two enjoyed your breakfast, the birds chirping in the distance and the cars driving by added to the background as you conversed about a variety of topics.

At the end of your breakfast, Tauxolouve rose from his seat and brought the plates and the mugs to the sink. "You can go inside and relax if you want, I'm just gonna wash these real quick. Don't worry, I won't be loud."

Hearing him say that, you furrowed your eyebrows and came to stand beside him. "It's not fair to let you do this all on your own."

He chuckled, looking at your expression. "It's fine. You're my guest after all."

"It doesn't matter." You contradicted him. "It's because of me you have to wash twice as much. At least, let me help you." You weren't quite sure how you'd go about that, but you were willing to try. Plus, you'd get to spend more time with him and be closer to him physically.

Tauxolouve sighed, as if exasperated and shook his head from side to side, with a smile across his face. "Fine fine. Let's do half and half."

"Thank you."

"I should be the one thanking you." He said and picked up a sponge and you watched carefully as he washed the first object.

You copied his movements exactly like you remembered them and rubbed the plate with the sponge, which created foam around your fingers, making you grin.

"You seem to be having fun." He chuckled, his gaze soft on you and how concentrated you were on your task.

"It really is fun." You admitted. The rest of the gods up there didn't know what they were missing on by being arrogant and uptight. You honestly found washing dishes to be quite fun. You reached for the bottle of soap and your bodies touched in process.

He was warm and you found yourself craving you could lean against him more, without needing an excuse for it. And his scent was sweet, reminding you of caramel. Your stomach tingled and you looked back in front of you, acting like it never happened, but it was getting harder and harder to cover it up, because as you two went about your task, your arms kept touching and his scent entranced you, as if you were in his arms and embracing him tightly.

Time went by way more quickly than you had anticipated and soon enough, you were finished. You just... Wished it could last longer, so you could stand by his side for just a little more.

Hi ( ≧Д≦)

Can i please get a comforting story with Tauxolouve? My anxiety is out of control, because of the stress at work. I am moving to another state within a week. I need cuddles and some wholesome talk. Please (*_ _)人

"Everything will find their way"

Genre: comfort

Warnings: none

A/N: I wish you the best for your new beginning!!!! I'm sure life has great things ahead for you💖💖💖💖 For now, you should have courage. Better times are ahead, I promise you that❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hi ( )

The moon watched over you as you walked up the stairs to your doorstep. You pressed your keys into the lock, but before you could turn them, somebody cleared their throat, startling you.

Your shoulders jerked and you blinked several times, snapping out of your trance.

"Did you not notice me?" Tauxolouve said, from his seat on the staircase you just passed by.

You breathed in deeply, trying to focus on his question and find your words. "No, I didn't." You pulled the keys out and held them in your hands, hearing the jiggle as you did. "I was deep in thought."

"About what, if I may ask?" He wore a sweet smile on his face and patted the spot next to him on the step. "Join me? It's a beautiful night."

You nodded wordlessly and approached him, taking a seat beside him on the cool step of the staircase. You remained silent and so, the noise ceased, until Tauxolouve took the lead again.

"So?" He said. "What's on your mind?"

You rubbed your forehead with your hand and huffed, staring off into space. "It's not very positive."

"Life is not only positives and I'm always here for you."

You turned to look at him and the interest on his face was genuine. Looking deeply into his eyes, you saw a chance for hope. You knew Tauxolouve wouldn't mock you and he was an understanding man. "Fine..." You sighed. You opened your mouth and closed it again, the right words not coming forth. You clicked your tongue and furrowed your eyebrows, trying to point an accurate finger at your feelings.

"Don't rush, I'm here." He said calmly and you nodded at that, taking a deep breath to gather your thoughts.

"My anxiety is out of control, because of the stress at work. That's one thing... And..." You lowered your head, massaging your temples with your fingers and closing your eyes as you did so. "I am moving to another state within a week." You swallowed thickly at your own words. "It's like... Suddenly a hundred things need to be taken care of. And I have... I constantly have this feeling inside me that something terrible is about to happen. It's like I can't get a moment's peace. I'm fearing constantly. My mind's constantly full and I'm tired...!"

Silence filled the space between the two of you, dancing with the moonlight that washed over the world at this hour.

"Come here..." Tauxolouve spoke softly, spreading out one arm for you and motioning with his fingers. "Let me hold you."

You wordlessly complied and scooted closer to him, until he could easily wrap his hand around your arms and hug you close. You rested your head on his shoulder and breathed out through your nose. The last few days were so hard on you, his arms felt like the safest space. As if time stopped when you were within them.

"I know it's hard. It's probably really hard right now. There are responsibilities everywhere and stuff waiting to be done. And on top of it, something is changing in your life." Tauxolouve's sweet voice was like a warm breeze to your ears and you nuzzled against him more, listening closely. "But nothin lasts forever. Therefore, it won't always be that way. You need to be strong."

"It's hard though..."

"I know, my sweet, I know." He said and with his free hand, he started combining his fingers through your hair. "And as for the fact that you're moving: it sounds difficult now, because it hasn't started yet and you don't know what is going to happen, therefore you don't have a program yet. But once you settle there, things will form a schedule. Your life will stabilize and you won't have to worry about adjusting. Now it's hard because it's new and it hasn't started yet. But trust me, things will work out. They always will and we adapt. You'll make lovely memories there and you'll grow to love it."

A cool breeze blew then, the leaves of the trees ruffling and you shivered as the summer slowly turned to autumn.

Tauxolouve's hand left you and you felt even colder, making you look up at him surprised, but your words died in your throat as you watched him taking off his jacket.

Tauxolouve remained with his shirt and vest on and motioned for you to wear his jacket as he held it up with a gentle smile.

You turned around and allowed him to slip the jacket up your arms.

Once it was done, you laid back against him and he hugged you again. His jacket was warm and it smelt wonderfully and surrounded by his scent, your lips curled into a calm smile.

Tauxolouve pressed his lips to your hair and whispered softly against them. "A new begining is always hard. Especially when you have to deal with preexisting matters. But trust me when I say this: Everything will find their way and you'll settle into peace once more." He kissed you again, inhaling your lovely scent. "I'm always going to be there for you. I'll always be an unchanging aspect of your life. I love you." Tauxolouve snapped his fingers and a string of light fell across the sky, making your eyes light up at the sight of the shooting star.

Hi, i need some Karno comfort (*_ _)人 Some cuddles with him humming a lullaby and some forehead kisses with some exam reassurance. Thank you very much! You are a wonderful person ❤

"Believe in yourself"

Genre: comfort

Warnings: none

A/N: I believe in you! You'll do great, sweetie!! I'm sure you've worked hard and will succeed. I love you🎀🎀

Hi, I Need Some Karno Comfort (*_ _) Some Cuddles With Him Humming A Lullaby And Some Forehead Kisses

You rubbed your eyelids and then stretched your shoulders. Your body was sore from sitting in the same place for hours.

You rose from your chair and made your way to the bathroom, wetting your toothbrush and applying toothpaste on it.

You were lost in thought, while brushing your teeth, staring into the mirror with a tired look and your eyelids falling from the weight.

Your hand began to slow more and more, until it stopped moving completely, your toothbrush staying in place on your teeth and you closed your eyes.

"(Name)...?"

You hummed sleepily at the male voice that called out to you.

"My ophelia, you're sleeping on your feet." Karno sighed and rubbed your back soothingly. "Have you been studying until late at night again?"

You nodded and wordlessly began brushing your teeth again.

Apparently, at some point during your sleepy daze, you didn't notice him coming into the house at all. Your brain was so tired, you barely comprehended what was around you.

Once you finished, you washed off the toothpaste and set the toothbrush back into the cup by the mirror.

Karno placed his big hand on your head and stroked your hair softly, making you smile at the contact. "Come on, let's go to bed."

"Are you staying here tonight?"

"Yes, I missed you, so I came." He said, genuinely.

He led you to the bedroom and as you crawled into bed, he stared at you and with a little sadness in his voice, he spoke. "Please, take care of your health." He joined you beneath the blanket, wrapping his arms around you. "Think of it this way: if you're not healthy, you won't be able to focus on your goals."

"Alright, I promise to take better care of myself." You said. "But lately, my mind's been all about exams, I can barely sleep from this stress in my stomach."

Karno tightened his hold around you, placing a kiss to your forehead and you closed your eyes to enjoy it fully. "Everything will be fine." He whispered against the skin of your forehead, his voice gentle and calming. "You studied for this and you've worked hard. You deserve a break. I know it's not the easiest, but I want you to believe in yourself, you'll do great."

You nuzzled your nose into his chest and laid your head on his arm. The bed felt so comfy and his arms were so warm, it was exactly what you needed all those days.

Silence ruled for some time, his breathing the only thing that cut it. And then, he started humming. He hummed a rhythm constructed by his vocal cords and you smiled sleepily against his chest at the sound.

You felt the vibrations of his lullaby through his body and his breaths were like added instruments to his song.

He hummed a rhythm you've heard before, but sleepy as you were, you couldn't remember which one it was. You just knew you loved it and Karno had payed attention to you long enough to remember.

"Ka... Rno..." You called out his name amount your cloudy mind and the information that began to fade in your mind.

"Yes, my ophelia?"

"Will you stay... Stay with... Me?"

Karno smiled down at your nearly sleeping and defenseless form, stroking you back. "Of course. Enjoy your sleep, you deserve it."

Star Crossed Myth Advent Calendar Fanfic: Day Fifteen - Kiss It Better (Tauxolouve/MC)

(Twenty-Four days of Star Crossed Myth Flash Fics using this prompt list)

Title: Day Fifteen - Kiss it Better

Pairing: Tauxolouve/MC (MC's name left blank so you can fill it in with whatever you wish in your head)

Word Count: 574

Rating: T

Prompt: "Gently kissing the other’s knuckles"

Summary: MC hurts her hand but Tauxolouve has a way of making it better.

Day Fifteen: Kiss It Better (Tauxolouve/MC)

Slumping down on the sofa, ___ nursed her hand with a sigh. The icy pavements today meant she had slipped on her way back home from work and whilst she had managed to stop herself from falling over, she had scraped the back of her hand on the wall she had nearly careered into.

Knowing that Tauxolouve had arranged to meet her shortly, she was about to see whether she could find something to tend her hand with, when there was a knock at her door.

Not wishing to keep her boyfriend waiting, ___ quickly headed over to the door and opened it, forcing a smile onto her face. “You’re early.”

Tauxolouve tilted his head and smiled fondly at her. “When Aigo offers to finish up for you, you take it. Who knows if it’ll ever happen again.”

___ blinked. “Aigonorus offered to…” she trailed off with disbelief.

“Perhaps it’s some form of Christmas miracle,” Tauxolouve replied with a slight laugh as he headed into her apartment.

However, the pleasant mood did not last long as his gaze fell upon her hand. He bit his lip. “___, what happened?”

“Huh?”

Tauxolouve’s expression became more serious as he looked back up at her with hard eyes. “Your hand. Did someone hurt you?”

“Oh! No nothing like that! It’s just… it’s icy out and I almost slipped… must have grazed it on the wall when I stumbled. I was going to try and find something to treat it with when you knocked…”

Relaxing a little, Tauxolouve guided her over to the sofa and sat down with her. “I know what will make it feel better,” he murmured softly with a glint in his eye.

“... Lou?”

Smiling lovingly at her, Tauxolouve gently raised her hand and then bent down a little, gently kissing each grazed knuckle one by one.

___ averted her gaze, her breath hitching. Well if she had started to forget that it had been hurting when talking to Tauxolouve, she was certainly not thinking about the injury at all now. She tried not to blush.

Giving her hand a kiss for good measure, Tauxolouve looked back up, his expression kind and concerned. “You didn’t hurt yourself anywhere else did ya?”

“N-no. Really, Lou, I’m fine.”

Tauxolouve took her hands in his own this time. “If you’d made a wish I probably could have come and walked home with you.”

“It’s just a little scratch…”

“This time. But you did say you’d done it stoppin’ yourself from falling.”

___ sighed, though she was touched by his concern. “I can’t try and call you every time I think it might be a bit treacherous weather wise…”

“... No, I suppose not,” Tauxolouve murmured, getting to his feet.

“Lou?”

Tauxolouve turned back to her with a smile. “I’ll handle the cooking tonight. Don’t want you to hurt that hand further.”

Scrambling to her feet, ___ moved over to him. “I can’t ask you to do that… maybe if we cook together again?”

“Alright, little lady, but I’m doing the chopping.”

___ laughed a little. “Lou, you don’t have to…”

“But I want to,” Tauxolouve replied softly, wrapping his arms around her. “And whilst you are right that wishing every time the weather is a bit off seems excessive, perhaps this is a sign I should try and meet you at the planetarium after work more often.”

Returning the hug, ___ smiled softly. “... I'd like that,” she admitted quietly.

"One Dance" Part 2

The sharp end of his quill dug into the yellowish paper and formed dark lines and curves, along with circles. When the letters faded, he moved the quill away from it, dipping it back into the pot filled with ink as dark as the nightly terrors that plagued one’s mind. He turned towards his paper again, but his hand froze, his mind hushing all thoughts except one…

How beautiful you were.

Your eyes shone with millions of sparks, the stars in them dancing as elegantly as you moved and your gorgeous hair swayed around your face, a deserving frame of your beautiful features.

The blood fell from his face though, rushing to his stomach and dropping along with it. Ink was dripping from the tip of his quill onto his paper, but he didn’t care, he didn’t even notice.

A god was following you and Tauxolouve knew him. They’ve never spoken, but he knew he was the same age as the two of you, his face admittedly handsome and his body pleasant to look at. Yet he never imaged he’d see you with your arm linked in his, grinning and whispering amongst yourselves.

The library was quiet, Tauxolouve’s strained breaths and rapid heartbeats the loudest thing he was aware of. His fingers grew limb, his quill falling and rolling across the paper with a tap against the wooden table, causing a crack to ruin the flawless surface of the library’s silence.

At the sound, your eyes flitted to him and the corners of your lips, that brightened up your face so beautifully just a moment ago fell, your eyebrows lowering and eyes losing their spark, the stars in them dull.

The young god beside you turned to you, speaking words Tauxolouve couldn’t identify because of the distance separating you, but his eyebrows curled in worry, the look in his face proving concern.

Tauxolouve’s mouth dried. If it was his decision alone, he’d run up to you and hold you in his arms. He’d tell you how sorry he was and how much he craved for your eyes to be on him, your hand in his and your sweet scent to stain his clothes. He’d confess of the nights he’s laid on the grass and dreamt of you as he admired the countless stars that adorned the sky. He’d even tell you of the times your lips enticed him to kiss them, to trace them with his thumb. Anything, so long as you’d forgive him. As long as you’d be his and he’d be yours.

Your heels smacked the floor lightly, but he could hear your hurry in them and depict it in your manners. Such as the clumsy way you grabbed the young god’s hand and reasoned with him to leave with you.

Tauxolouve’s jaw clenched and he pursed his lips together. The way this god looked at you was the same way he’s always dreamt of openly looking at you. And the way you smiled… His heart tightened in his chest and his eyes fell to the black ink smeared across the yellowish paper, ruining his neat handwriting.

The way you smiled at him was the same way you had smiled at him that night at the ball, a few months back, when guilt wasn’t staining his mind and even though his days were dipped in melancholic foreboding and he watched silently as the things he loved faded and got covered in dust by the lack of use… At least he hadn’t hurt you. At least the sight of him didn’t cause your smile to die.

By the time Tauxolouve finished his school assignments, the moon had exiled the sun from the sky, stealing the throne it rightfully deserved and offering the night sky the silver jewels it made by itself, while it was waiting for the sun to stop being selfish and blinding.

His head was empty. The only thing he could feel was a painful aching coming from his heart and filling his chest with blades that hurt him with each breath. Stepping out into the night breeze, he walked slowly, allowing the cool air to pass through his dark hair, hopping to blow away his heartbreak too, but unfortunately that is not how it works. The laws of love and loss were not determined by the wind. That’s why it wasn’t flitting and remained like a scar, reminding you for a long time of every heartbreak or every racing of the heart.

Love had the potential to feel like flowers blooming, their petals tickling one’s stomach, but also like lightning striking you and killing you.

He heard talking, words tied together like music notes across a staff and upon turning his head, his lips parted, but he didn’t say anything. Instead, he remained there, staring at a painting that made his eyes bleed and his heart stop.

The young god was smiling down at you tenderly, his eyes soft and your back was facing Tauxolouve, who longed to be the man holding you right now. “Good night.” He said and leant in, his eyes closing.

Tauxolouve’s heart jolted and before it could leap out of his throat, he moved to leave. He would’ve had… Had you not stopped the young god.

Your pretty hand touched his chest and he opened his eyes again, staring at you in subtle curiosity. “I’m not ready.” You said, denying his lips.

“Alright.” He nodded, his hands slipping away from your waist slowly. “Good night.”

“Good night.” You turned away from the young god, only for the step you were about to take to vanish, your foot staying in place. Your eyes found Tauxolouve’s and you stared at him wordlessly, a lump in you throat as your mind was kept prisoner to his presence.

“How have you been?” Tauxolouve asked, hesitantly taking a step closer to you, relieved to see you weren’t pulling away.

You swallowed thickly and forced your gaze away from his. “Good, thank you.” You straightened your back, still not daring to look back at him, knowing full well you’d never be able to say the next words if you did. “I hope you’ve been well too. Good night.”

“Wait!” He called out, his hand reaching out for you, but stopping just before he could touch you, assuming you wouldn’t want that.

You turned to him sharply, your face not stern, but still guarded. “It’s late. I want to go home.”

“I know, I’m sorry. But…” He breathed in deeply and fisted his hands by either side of his hips. “I need to tell you something.” He paused, staring like a desperate man into your eyes and perhaps, that’s what he was. A desperate man. Desperate for no one else, but you. “That night, when you confessed at the ball…” He began, seeing as you were listening to him, although your body was slightly turned away from him. “I denied you, but please. Please, allow me to take it back…!”

“What are you asking of me?” You asked, your heart racing and it hurt you deeply. It shouldn’t be racing like this. You had moved on… Or so you thought. Regardless, you had to keep yourself together.

“I’m asking if you’d want to try this with me. Be together, I mean.” He didn’t know what he was doing. He swore he’d push them all away, so he wouldn’t have anyone to lose, yet here he was, blinded by love and pain and going against his better judgment.

You closed your eyes and inhaled deeply, your body facing him fully. Your heart ushered you to accept, yet your mind advised you to deny. You promised yourself a new start after all. And you had someone who loved you and treated you well. It was wrong for you to yearn for Tauxolouve still. “Like you said back then… It won’t last. After two weeks, everything will fade away. After one dance all of this will be nothing, but another experience in your list of lovers. I will be yet another meaningless name among the many. That’s not what I want.”

The cracks across Tauxolouve’s heart spread more and more, until the bloody carves connected and his heart fell apart, blood no longer flowing in his veins, as he listened to you, answering him honestly about a lie.

“Being another goddess is not what I want.” You said, hurting inside, but you steeled yourself and turned your back to him. “I want to be someone who lasts. I want a love that’s deep and strong, not something that’s disposable and useless after two weeks. I’m sorry, but our goals just don’t align…” And then you fled, your feet moving quickly away from him, so he wouldn’t see the tears you could no longer hold within your ribcage.

Tauxolouve’s head hang low, his gaze unfocused on the ground as his eyes blurred. He hated himself. He hated his fate. He hated not being able to cherish the one he loves. And he hated how there was no one here to grant his wish.

“I wish you understood…” He muttered, a broken whisper lost in wind.

That night, you sat outside at the balcony of your house, your arms folded onto the table and your face buried in them. Usually you’d stare up at the stars, but you didn’t dare to anymore. Their silver glory reminded you of all the dreams you’d craft.

You’d dream of him and his caramel scent wrapping around you, as he’d hug you close. You craved to nuzzle your nose into his chest, or rest your temple onto his shoulder and stargaze with him.

But you forced yourself to get rid of those dreams now… Thus, you avoided the sight of the stars, your mind not obeying your wishes, or the fact that you were with someone else right now.

You closed your eyes, trying to part your senses with everything around you, blocking away the reality and your surroundings, so you could fade into darkness. And apparently, it worked a little too well. Your muscles relaxed and your breathing slowed down, your eyelashes resting on your cheeks, as your mind drifted away.

Humans would often say the laws of the universe are unpredictable. No one really knows what life has for them next. Gods, on the other hand, never question such things. They’re connected to the universe, pulling the strings of humans’ fates, be it through reforming them or rewarding them.

Yet what they didn’t know… Was that a god’s wish could be granted ever so often.

Your mind molded a lake, its waters crystalline, though when you peered into them, your reflection was not present. You looked around you, your brows furrowing at how vivid and real the dream felt.

A statue of a god came into view and casting your eyes lower, a god in his teenage years stood there, paint brush in hand and his fingers stained in colors. His eyes were dark and gorgeous as the sunlight found home within them and when he stared at you, your breath hitched.

But gazing closer, you noticed his gaze was not quite on you. His eyes were casted far, a peaceful expression across his face. Your mind was hazy… Who was that god…? He looked familiar, but you couldn’t name him, like a place you’ve been in your childhood and is now nothing but a fever dream you’re not even sure if really existed.

Then his face blurred, the image wrinkling like the surface of the lake’s water and you found yourself inspecting the next thing you saw closely. Now, a man was right in front of you, his features helping you connect the previous young god to this one.

In this image, his face was shaped with every aspect of maturity and although he was an adult, you could still tell you knew him.

Something tugged at your heartstrings at the sight of him though. His face was covered in dust, his clothes wrinkled and also dirtied and your throat tightened the more you looked at the distress written all over his beautiful face.

Just as the image began to fade and your world got dipped into endless and bottomless darkness, a tear streamed down your cheek. “He’s dying…!” You choked out.

A big portion of air entered your throat suddenly and your eyes opened widely. You sat up, gazing frantically all around you. For the breathtaking lake, the handsome young god, the beautiful yet sorrowful man that pushed everyone away so he wouldn’t have to part with anything… Yet no one was here, except from you and a single name in your mind. “Tauxolouve…”

Beams of sunlight slipped through the brunches of the trees, adorned with bright green leaves, representing life and purity. And yet, you couldn’t enjoy them like you normally would.

Sitting below the shade of a tall tree with a book in hand, your efforts to ease your mind were proven pointless. Your eyes were on the pages, but your mind was unable to focus or process anything the letters tired to explain.

Early this morning you had broken up with the young god. The guilt was too heavy to bear at this point and the chain attaching you to him snapped, metallic pieces scattering everywhere.

You shut the book and set it on your lap, before you buried your face in your hands. The dreams of a god were never a coincidence. They always meant something and always told the truth.

You heard the sounds of soles wandering down the green path, with the intoxicating scent of the flowers enchanting every sense and muscle. You looked up… “Tauxolouve!” You cried out, with much more volume than you had intended and Tauxolouve halted in his path, staring at you in surprise.

“Yes…?” He asked, hesitantly. His eyes seemed lifeless and his movements sluggish and it hurt you deeply. Those eyes were not the same eyes of the young god from the dream and it only proved how broken he is. It only proved how much pain he has been carrying on his shoulders up until this point.

“I need to speak to you.” You said, lowering your voice again and pursing your lips together after you said that.

He swallowed thickly, expecting only the worst after what he did last night, but he still complied. Could it have been your precious eyes, your lovely voice or perhaps his desire to behold you staring at him? He earnestly didn’t know, but he allowed the desire to overtake him, like a leaf on the waves of a current.

You inhaled deeply and looked up at him with watery irises, which reminded him of gems at the bottom of a marble fountain. “I am so sorry… I… I had no idea…!” You began to speak, yet all your reason crumbled, your vocal cords bending in a manner that gave out a broken sob.

“What are you apologizing for?” He asked, surprised and worried to see you shedding your beautiful tears and words. “You’ve never done a single awful deed.”

“I have.” You insisted, biting down onto your lips in frustration. “I didn’t know… How much you’ve struggled.”

“What are you talking about, little lady?” He asked, working up the courage to cup your face in his hands and wipe your tears away with his thumbs, before more streamed down your cheekbones.

“Tauxolouve…” You breathed, before spreading out your arms and enveloping Tauxolouve’s torso within them. “I did know your true intensions behind anything. I judged you incorrectly and only made your pain worse…” You paused, sucking in a few quick breaths, before continuing. “You pushed me–and everyone else–away so you wouldn’t have to part with anything once you’ll die. I had no idea…”

“How do–“ Tauxolouve’s arms tightened around you. “You need to let go before your boyfriend sees.” He tried to reason and pull away, but you gripped his clothes and kept him there, within your hug.

“I broke up with him. I don’t want to be with him, I never loved him.” Looking up at him, Tauxolouve’s mind hushed and you threw his heart into chaos with your sweet tongue. “I love you. I want to be with you, please don’t push me away.”

Tauxolouve placed his hand on the back of your head, pulling your face into his chest.

“Lou…?” You asked softly, feeling the slight jolt of his body.

“Don’t look, please. Just… Just give me those moments…” He answered, his voice shaky. A cool tear fell onto your forehead and you gave his body a squeeze.

“I love you. Please, allow me to be by your side and ease your pains form now on.”

“(Name)…” He sobbed more clearly now. “Thank you, thank you… I love you.”

I Accidently Dropped Some Hot Water On My Hand. It Hurts A Lot. Can I Get Tauxolouve? I Am Someone Who

The sound of rain pattering the roof made the inside of your house overflow with music, crafted by nature itself and the soothing sound swayed through the hallways and the rooms, along with the warmth that embraced you gently in here.

You pulled your wool jacket around you more, as you stood in the kitchen, with only a single, small light illuminating your surroundings in a soft yellow, so warm it leant into hues of orange

The kettle on the stove was whistling as you hummed to yourself, the rhythm of a song you’d heard this morning stuck in your head.

Your feet were light, your socks sliding across the floor a little as you took two mugs out of the shelf and the ceramic created a small, yet somehow heavy and hollow noise as you set them on the counter.

As you placed a teabag in each mug, you listened to the sound of the TV’s parasites as your boyfriend changed he channels, using the remote you just taught him how to use. The signal was poor, due to the weather, but it didn’t waver your pleasant mood one bit. Tauxolouve was seated in the living room, waiting patiently for you to make the tea and bury yourself back within his arms. Simple moments like those enhanced life and made it beautiful. All of the hardships were worth it, if it meant you could have one sniff of his familiar scent and bask into the light of his smile, which warmed you like the gentle fire in the fireplace.

The whistling intensified and steam began escaping from the lid. You walked up to it, your legs as if practicing a dance only you knew the steps of and wrapping your fingers around the handle, you pulled it off the stove.

You tilted the kettle and hot water started pouring from it and into the mugs, soaking the teabags and spreading the aromatic scent of the tea around your nose, along with the steam.

Breathing into the scent and humming to yourself, your attention wavered, your mind overtaken by dreams. But a sudden pain made your body shudder, a cry leaving your throat and staring down at your wet hand, you hissed, becoming more and more aware of the pain.

“Everything alright, my little lady?” Tauxolouve asked, from the other room, his voice slightly muffled by the raindrops hitting the roof and the walls separating you.

You left the kettle back on the stove quickly and rushed to the sink, turning on the tap and letting the cold water wash over the burnt skin. You swallowed and sighed, the water at least stopping the sensation of pain.

Tauxolouved entered the kitchen and his worried eyes met yours. “What happened?” He stepped closer, noticing the cold running water and the boiling kettle settled clumsily on the stove. “Did you burn yourself?”

Your eyes snapped upwards to meet his and you stiffened your muscles, doing your outmost best to conceal the discomfort across your face. “I just spilt some water, nothing to fret over though.”

“That was boiled water!” He insisted and it was impossible to miss the genuine concern in his tone. “It can’t be ‘nothing’.”

You shook your head and turned off the tap, stepping away from Tauxolouve and retreating to the mugs. “I promise, I’m perfectly fine.” Or so you said, but the stinging pain across your flesh remained, a physical reminder to yourself that you could in fact feel pain. As if it was a mission of your body to remind you not to believe in the same lies you sold to other people. You wiped the spilt water with a cloth and reached for the kettle once again.

Your boyfriend stopped you though, gently taking ahold of your hand. “Allow me.” He asked sweetly, smiling kindly.

“Fine.” You agreed. “Thank you.”

Tauxolouve gave your shoulder a caress and moved to continue pouring water into the mugs. “But you know…” He started, his eyebrows furrowing a little, though his face did not grow stern. “I’d like it if you were honest with me about how you feel.”

You cleared your throat, opening the cupboard of sugar and shoving a spoon into the snowy concoction. “I’m always honest with you.”

Tauxolouved sighed and set the kettle aside, before turning to face you. “My little lady…” He took your hand in his and brought it to his lips, kissing it gently. “I know you were in pain just now. But why hide it from me?”

You stared off to the side, you weren’t used to having such conversations. “I’m just… Used to putting on a brave face, I guess.” Your eyes shifted back within the depths of Tauxolouve’s. “I don’t like to show it when I’m struggling, it’s always been that way.”

“I see…” He said, bringing your burnt hand to his chest and with his free hand, he cupped your cheek and brought his lips to yours. His soft lips slid over yours and after a tiny smacking noise, he pulled away and rested his forehead against yours. “I want you to promise me you’ll always come to me from now on when something is wrong.” He spoke, his warm breaths grazing your lips. “There’s nothing wrong with being vulnerable and experiencing struggles. All of those are a part of life and you should reach out, when you’re dealing with one. It’ll make overcoming it easier and even if the process is not that easy, it’s already much more preferable to walk a dark path accompanied by someone, than by yourself alone.”

You nodded, genuinely understanding. “I’ll… I’ll try…”

“Thank you.” He smiled and kind wrinkles formed at the corners of his eyes. He left a small kiss at the tip of your nose and you chuckled softly at the slight ticklish feeling of it. “So how are you feeling?”

“It hurts…”

“Alright, my angel.” He said, brushing a gentle thumb over the hurt area. “Let’s get you some lotion.”

Um... could I maybe request a Hudehaut x Reader comfort fic where reader is trying to deal with the knowledge their mother is dying?

"Mother"

Genre: comfort

Warnings: mentions of death of a family member

A/N: Hello, love.💓💓 I wasn't sure if you meant natural death (as in the reader is thinking of what will come to pass) or due to something like an illness, so I made it more open. If you think I didn't portray it well, please, let me know and I promise to rewrite it to the best of my abilities. I love you.💗💗

Um... Could I Maybe Request A Hudehaut X Reader Comfort Fic Where Reader Is Trying To Deal With The Knowledge

The door to Huedhaut's room opened and he greeted you with a smile. "Come on in."

You tried to feign a smile, but the only thing you managed was for your lips to form a straight line as you nodded, acknowledging his presence. "Hey..."

He stepped aside, welcoming you into his room and he inspected you suspiciously as you paased him by.

Turning to face him, you were met with his serious expression. "What is it?" It was pointless to believe he wouldn't catch onto what was going on. Huedhaut knew you better than he knew himself.

"I'm finishing up with some documents and you have my attention, alright?"

You nodded. "Alright." You sat down at the foot of the bed and Huedhaut left a sweet caress on your hair, before moving to his desk.

As he picked up his quill, your eyes wandered to the floor and remained there, your mind frozen in a cold hell. You knew Huedhaut well to know he must've been giving you time to collect your thoughts and you were glad he was so perceptive. Your feet led you here, because your heart couldn't bear to be alone right now.

A hand touched your shoulder softly and pulled you out of the realm of your thoughts, which had become a skein of aching and denial. "Will you tell me what's bothering you?"

Looking deeply into his sapphire eyes, you swallowed thickly. "Hue..." Your vision blurred and when you blinked to clear it, cool tears streamed down your cheeks. "I really don't want to be alone right now..."

"You don't have to be alone." He took a seat beside you and wrapped a hand around your back, pulling you close, so you were resting your temple on his shoulder. "You know you can always talk to me."

"I know. But it's hard to put into words." Your voice kept breaking more and more as you spoke. "When I say it aloud, it becomes even more real... Too real."

Huedhaut gave your body a squeeze and pressed a kiss to the top of your head, remaining silent, so you could speak whenever you wanted to.

You sucked in a deep breath and spared yourself from the suffering of holding it inside you for too long. "My mom is dying." You finally managed to utter.

Huedhaut's hold on you was firm. He breathed in deeply and waited your next words.

"She's dying and I cannot stop it. I'm gonna have to part with her." Your breath hitched, as sobs came forth, the tears thick as they covered your face. "It hurts so much and I can't stop it!"

Huedhaut turned you around and hugged you tightly, your cries muffled by his chest and your tears staining his uniform. "I'm so sorry..." He whispered, truly devastated to hear that. Gods didn't view life and death quite the same as humans, but Huedhaut understood... He understood your heart with all the happinesses and the sorrows it came with. "I'm terribly sorry..."

Your fingers curled, gripping the back of his snowy white jacket tightly, desperate for some sense of comfort you didn't seem to be able to find. You wished you could get lost within his scent and never face the real world again. Alas, that was a wish he could not grant. "I don't want this day to come, ever. But I know it's not up to me. I feel so hopeless..."

Huedhaut's fingers slipped into your hair and began combing through them, gently untangling all of the painful knots formed there. "I know it hurts. Loosing someone you love so deeply... But unfortunately that's a path humans must take. It's going to hurt, but you'll get through it. I promise you that."

"I don't think I will. How will I manage without her in my life?!" You cried, your sobs getting louder and messing with your speech.

"It's how it works. You'll never stop loving her and you will miss her, but I promise you with everything that I am... This unbearable pain will not crash you forever." He said, speaking softly as he rubbed your back to sooth you, his heart breaking as he felt you shaking in his arms. "Humans are born... But then they die... It's natural and it will happen to everyone. Just... Try and think that, your mother will not suffer where she'll go. She'll be in peace. It's those left behind that must bear the loss, but... Life will find it's rightful path again. Everyone and everything will heal one day."

"But what until then...?!" You asked, choking out the words through the tears covering your face and painting a heartbreaking picture out of your features.

"Until then, you'll have me, your friends and everyone else who loves you." He said, kissing your head softly. "You'll never be alone in this. That's another promise I'm making and I will keep."

"Hue..." You breathed.

"Deep breaths now... Let me hold you."

I don't how that will be possible to write as a story but if you can then please write something. I am sorry.

"That...! Is your strength..."

Genre: comfort

Warnings: suicidal thoughts

A/N: Hello, dearest!! The year has just started and an entire life is unraveling still. Please, don't give up!💓💓💓 I love you, you can do this!!🌹🌹🌹🌹

Can I Please Get Some Comfort From Tauxolouve? I Am Feeling Horrible Physically And Mentally. I Was Considering

The call ended and the continuous sound of deeps filled up your ear, before you left your phone on the table, with trembling fingers. You put your elbows on its cool surface and buried your face in your palms, your wet cheeks cooling down your heated palms.

You breathed in deeply and exhaled through your nose, your eyebrows furrowed in frustration. Holding your palms against your temples, you stared at the wall opposite of you and you could feel the silence suffocating you, wrapping around your heart, lungs and mind and squeezing tightly, until you were holding back tears again.

Your body and soul felt tired, exhausted... Your muscles were sore, your eyelids heavy and as much as you slept, you'd always wake up just as tired by the sun's greeting.

Your mental health was dragging you down too, like iron shackles pulling you deeper and deeper within the ocean's abyss. The waves crashed into your pained body and your sobs begged for you to open your mouth and let the water rush in. You felt nothing but hopeless, even considering the end. Even considering opening your mouth, while still beneath the water.

You did your best to keep your friend's words in your head, gripping them tightly. "Don't leave." She had begged. "Don't give up." She had pleaded.

You were not thinking so much about it right now, but it didn't change the way that everything around you appeared grey and cold.

You slowly turned your head to the balcony and took a deep breath. You got up, your feet feeling heavy, as if your ankles were made of steel and stone and you stepped out into the night breeze, clutching your jacket tightly around you. The cold had at least managed to wake you up a little.

You connected your palms before your chest and shut your eyes tightly, your fingers intertwining. "I wish you were here... I need someone to hold me, at least for a little." Your words came out as a whisper, as if you were too scared the stars would hear you, but at the same time, you wanted them to.

You gripped the railing and stared at the ground with an empty gaze. The pain was dull and perhaps that was the worst. Because you couldn't cry it out. It was just a hole staining your soul. Your heart was the locket and you had lost the key, so cold air slipped inside and howled during the night.

A breeze blew just then and you looked up, tufts of hair swaying around your face, like a broken frame fighting to hold onto its pieces against the inpatient wind. Your eyebrows rose, a feeling different than the dull and aching pain, finding home within your chest. It wasn't exactly the brightest of emotions, but it was better than feeling the nothingness and physical exhaustion suffocating you.

A star twinkled in the sky and it descended lower towards the Earth. Towards you. The light took on form and features, until you could undeniably recognize the form of the man you love, flying down to your side.

You watched on silently, as he landed on your balcony, the streetlight broken and dipping the entire neighborhood into darkness and securing the intimacy of this moment for just the two of you. "My little lady," He spoke softly, tongue dripping with honey at the sweetness of his tone and vocal cords made by velvet at the softness of it. "I'm here."

You nodded, your lower lip quivering. "You are, indeed."

He spread out his arms, wordlessly. His features were soft, the wrinkles at the corners of his eyes giving his expression the welcoming and kind appearance you always adored.

Tears spilled from your eyes and they felt somehow freeing. Redeeming. You sobbed as you rushed into his arms, throwing yours around him, your fingers curled around the soft fabric of his uniform, gripping him tightly and never wanting to let go. "Thank you for coming." You said, voice low and muffled against his chest, your shoulders jerking along with your ragged breaths.

"I will always come." He answered, wrapping his arms around you securely, his warmth and caramel scent embracing you and protecting you from the world that seemed so uncaring with you. "I promise you that."

"Life seems so hard right now. So hopeless...!" You explained, opening up between sobs. "Physically, mentally, I feel horrible. I've considered ending everything." You wiped some tears away, but it was pointless, since new ones soon came forth, like rain falling from the Heavens and causing floods. "I don't know. I just... I just want to be held."

"My little lady..." He breathed, squeezing you in his arms and preventing the cool wind from touching your fragile and already tired body. "I'm here, don't worry. I will hold you as much as you yearn for." He placed a hand on the back of your head and began stroking your hair, while speaking, lips close to your soft head. "Life is hard sometimes. Life can look like a dark tunnel with no exit and you may walk and walk, until your feet start hurting. Until you want to give up." He rubbed your back, feeling your labored breaths and placed kisses to your hair, between words. "But trust me. Life... Has always something for all of us. I didn't believe it myself, until I met you, but it's true. Things may seem like they're not worthy of the trouble and hardships now, but... The more you live, the more you'll gain. Surely, bad experiences are part of it too. There are wonderful things down the road too, though. Things that once you live them, you'll be thinking back on the days when you wanted to give up and be glad you didn't."

"What if that's not how my life's going to be and I only have hardships?"

"That's impossible." He objected, gently, giving your trembling body a warm squeeze. "Everyone's lives are shaped with both good and bad moments. But I promise you this. With everything in me! Brighter days are coming and it'd be tragic if you were to miss them. Right now, no one can fathom what life has in store for them specifically, so it's easy for most of them to say 'it's over, I can't do it'. But I know that, if you were to close your eyes by your own hand..." He paused, taking a deep and shaky breath, his body shuddering at the thought. "You'd also be closing the door to every beautiful thing that you could've had experienced." He cupped your cheeks in his hands and tilted your head upwards, so you would be facing him properly. "Every time you feel like giving up, remember a time in the past you told yourself you couldn't get through and you could've sworn you wouldn't make it. And yet you made it. That...! Is your strength..."

Your lips formed a smile, a trembling and weak one, but a smile nonetheless. Burying your face back into his purple scarf, you still felt exhausted, physically and mentally. But now determination melted some of the sharp, icy corners. You could do this. You are strong, just like Tauxolouve and everyone who loves you believes and even more.

I've Been Loving Your Vampire Related Series!!! Could I Possibly Get A Werewolf (I Guess Were Lion) Scenario

Your legs were trembling and as thick droplets of water streamed from your hair to your boots, your body felt heavy. Your clothes were dump and you were dragging your feet on your way inside the tavern.

The warmth was like a sweet shiver to your spine and you breathed in shakily, pulling your hood down.

There was noise by the chattering customers and the sounds of glasses clinking in cheers, droplets of alcohol jumping around.

You placed your bow and arrow by the door and hanged your wet cloak from the clothing hanger, leaving it there to dry. You walked farther into the tavern, your wet soles leaving wet footprints behind, which gradually faded with each step.

A lady with a metallic tray full of beer rushed by in rhythmical steps, practically dancing her way to a table of four, humming and talking energetically to the music of lyres, flutes and banjos.

You reached a table at the corner of the wooden room, close to the fire and you sat down, breathing a little heavily as you stretched and cracked your knuckles. You raised your hand and waved at the lady dancing by and she turned to you with a large grin.

"I'm listening."

"Tea."

"Kind?" She asked, holding the round metallic tray beneath her arm.

"Green."

"On it!" She said, skipping off to the counter.

You sighed and folded your forearms on the table, burying your face in them. You closed your eyes and as your clothes began to dry from the fury of the intense rainstorm outside, the musicians played their instruments and sang, the warmth of the fireplace caressing your figure.

"That's my table." At the male voice that interrupted your peace, you looked up to find a man standing there, his eyebrows furrowed as he looked down at you.

"Excuse me?" You asked, furrowing your brows as well, but in confusion.

"I guess I have to explain everything..." A corner of his lips curled upwards and he languidly stepped closer, dropping a palm onto the table's wooden surface. "That table is mine. This is my seat and anyone who values themselves should know not to sit here."

"It's a public place." You replied, resting your chin on your forearms and only angling your eyes to look upwards. "You can't force me to leave."

The man's eyes widened momentarily, before narrowing again, this time a smile with a hint of something twisted adoring his lips. "I see how it is..." He dragged a chair back and flopped down on it, his movements lazy and oozing confidence. "Feisty, aren't we?" He said, sinking back into his chair and crossing his legs with a sly smile.

You shrugged your shoulders and buried your face back into your forearms, no longer knowing how this stranger reacted, no longer able to see him as you were.

"Green tea!" The waitress rushed to your table, placing down a black and large ceramic mug of steaming tea and placed a small wooden box of sugar beside it, before waltzing away again, twirling a few times to the music.

You inhaled deeply and closed your eyes, smiling calmly at the soothing and intoxication scent of it.

But behind the black ceramic mug, a figure remained there, unchanged.

"Are you... Going to stay here...?" You asked, quirking a brow.

"Do you want to?"

"Just curious." You shrugged your shoulders and looked down at the steam swaying above your mug.

The man raised a hand and the waitress snapped her head towards him, her attention undivided. "Wine." He said and the woman nodded, rushing to attend to his request.

You touched the mug a tiny bit and pulled away, seeing at it was too hot to drink for now.

There was a soft thud on the table and looking up, the waitress was already moving away from your table, after having placed a glass of wine there.

The man reached for it, his fingers appearing gentle, yet firm from where you sat and stared, as he brought the glass to his lips. "So?" He asked, swaying the glass in his hand and watching as the crimson liquid sloshed around the glassy barriers restraining it. "Are you going to talk to me or simply stare?"

Realizing you had been staring, you averted your eyes from his and tested the temperature of the ceramic mug again, only to find that it was still very hot. "I just spaced out."

He let go of a breathy laugh through his nose and placed his glass of alcohol down, close to your mug. "And who may you, who dares to steal my table, be?"

"(Name)."

His eyes narrowed at the sound of your name and he remained silent, a sly smile spreading across his lips.

"Something the matter?"

His grin widened. "I've heard about you. You're a hunter, aren't you?"

"Yes, you've heard correctly." You nodded, straightening your back against the backrest of your chair. "I'm here on a job."

"I see." He said, his whiskey eyes trailing down to your drinks. "To slay a monster perhaps?"

"Perhaps." You admitted, your eyes finding your bow at the opposite corner of the room and then resuming your attention back to him. "A beast."

The man looked deeply into your eyes, the flames of the fireplace reflecting in his eyes and making them look as if he lit them up himself with just a glance.

You swallowed thickly, not knowing why. You'd faced beasts and monsters of all kinds and battled with many creatures, yet an arrogant man made something in you stir? "What's your name."

"Leon." He replied, voice low and raspy, making a shiver run down your spine. "And... What kind of beast may that be?" He said, leaning against the table and seeming as if he was going to leap at you at any moment.

You hesitated, eyes narrowing. "Are you not from this town?"

"Why does it matter?" He asked, eyes like thin blades, pulled straight out of the fire.

"I just assumed you're a traveler, since you seem to not know about the beast roaming this town. But you acted like you owned this spot earlier, so I'm guessing you come here often."

He chuckled throatily and your heart beat loudly, the blood rushing through your ears quickly, sounding like the wind howling outside. "You're smart." He sat back up, his back against the backrest. "After all, you are one of the best hunters of this land." He rose abruptly from his seat and spared you one last flaming glance, before turning away, the fire dying in his eyes.

"May I bring you anything else, sir?" The waitress spoke up, her musical tone replaced by one of timidity.

"No need." He responded, voice louder than hers and stronger in flow. "I'm leaving." He shoved his hand into his pocket and then tossed a few coins on the wooden table. They clicked as they fell, their gold absorbing the light of the dancing flames.

Your eyes followed them, counting inside your head and once you were done, your eyebrows rose and you got up from your seat, your hand reaching into the air, as if you wanted to grab onto his long coat, with the fur around the collar. "Wait! Did you just pay for mine too?!"

His hands were shoved within the pockets of his pants, as he turned around slowly, his wicked gaze finding yours again. "You entertained me. It's been a while since someone did."

You remained standing there, refusing your seat, until you watched him cross the doorway, his long coat swaying behind him, before the door of the tavern closed. Once the man was gone, you collapsed back into your seat and stared down at your reflection upon the tea's surface. You put your elbow on the table and with your fingers, you massaged your temple. You didn't know what it was, but his eyes never faded from your memory, until you fell into a deep slumber that night, exhaustion overtaking you, because of your long trip.

Two days went by. You stayed at an inn. The second night there was when you stepped out into the cold midnight air. The torches of the houses were put off and the half moon was the only thing kind enough to offer you some faint hint of light.

Your quiver of arrows was over your shoulder, strapped to your back and a collection of your sharpest knives was secured around your belt. You gripped your bow tightly in your hands. Your fingers were stinging from the pain caused by the cold, but you had learned to work with the pain.

You had tamed the pain and made him your ally, your weapon even.

The soles of your knee-high boots crashed brunches and rocks beneath them, as you wandered deeper and deeper into the forest, until the tall trees thickened, blocking the moonlight from reaching the forest floor.

You remained as quiet as you could, every single one of your senses on the edge, looking out for anything, from a smell, to a sound or a sight. Your breaths mixed with the winter air, that blew through the trees, their brunches entangling and even with their lack of leaves, they hid the sky.

Your nose was numb from the cold, your lips reddish, as the blood gathered there and at the tips of your fingers, prioritizing those body parts to the rest from the frostbites and ensuring their function.

Noise reached your ears and you listened closely. Running water.

You followed the sound and came upon a thin, but impetuous waterfall, which ended up within a river, that streamed between big and slippery rocks and disappeared into the tree-line.

And then... Footsteps, heavy and ragged, beastly breathing.

You rushed and hid between the trees, where the moonlight couldn't reach you and reveal your presence. Your fingers curled around your bow tightly as you waited, holding your breath in anticipation.

A form emerged from the trees and it was far from human. A thick and broad torso of golden fur, balanced on four strong legs with sharp claws.

Once your eyes trailed higher, you beheld the beast's entirety.

A big head, adorned with a wild, untamed mane of fiery brown and jaws that could tier apart metal. It was a lion, but more huge, every step it took almost making the Earth shudder. The beast turned its long tail to you and walked towards the waterfall.

Your instinct kicked in and with cautious, silent movements, mastered by years of practice, you reached towards the quiver thrown over your back and pulled out an arrow. Its tip was made of steel and you narrowed your eyes, as you dragged the bowstring of the bow back, aiming at the beast's heart, while it was bent into the riven, quenching its thirst.

You sucked in a short breath, your chest rising as your fingers let go of the bowstring and it swung back into its rightful shape, shooting out the arrow with a violent speed. It flew across the air, cutting through the icy atmosphere and heading for the beast's heart.

Pursing your lips together, you felt as if your freezing skin was developing cracks, that spread all over your face, as you watched the lion leap away from the arrow.

Its face turned to you, its eyes spotting you between the trees.

You knew the real battle would begin right now. The hunters that believed they could kill a beast with one shot, were the ones that never returned and their memories lived on in myths and legends of impulsive foolishness and overconfident rush.

You stepped out into the moonlight and faced the beast, your heart beating loudly from a mix of fear, determination and adrenaline. You pulled another arrow out of the quiver and aimed it at the lion, making it believe you would shoot. But you knew better...

The lion leaped forward, sharp teeth bared at you as it roared loudly, scaring away even the smallest form of life around the perimeter by the might and the volume of its sound.

You waited, calculating your time, before the beast reached a few meters away from you and you jumped out of its way, leaving it land before a bush. You pulled your bow's bowstring backwards and let go of it, the steely tip hitting its right leg.

The beast roared in pain and its expression became crazed. It turned to you, facing you with eyes the color of warm whiskey. Staring into the beast's eyes, at first you were petrified at how human they looked, as if speaking to you a language you understood. A language you both understood.

And then, it ran away... It disappeared into the trees, running through the winter air.

You sighed, your breathing quick and heavy. You brought a hand to your head and ran your fingers through your hair. In all your years as a hunter, you had never witnessed eyes like those in a monster's face. They would always inspire terror and they'd look unfeeling and so easy to attack them. Yet this beast... His eyes prevented you from doing what you came here to do. They made you feel as if it was wrong.

You heard the sound of brunches crunching once more and you spun around, thinking the lion had returned from another path of the woods. But laughter came from between the trees and human shadows fell upon the ground covered in the moonlight of the half Selene.

A group of men appeared from the tree-line, their bodies wrapped in leather and daggers strapped to their belts. Their faces and hands were dirtied and upon spotting you, you watched them halt and whisper something to each other.

Your brain ushered you to run. You were one and couldn't hold off five men at once. Your feet obeyed quickly, moving along with the howling wind, as you ran against it, as if opposing nature itself.

The men chased after you and from the sounds of their footsteps, you could tell they had split. You gritted your teeth, your feet carrying you through the cold air, which caused your face to sting and your eyes to squint.

You ran out of the tree-line, finding yourself at a cliff. The gurgling of water reached your ears, coming from the bottom of the cliff, where a valley unraveled, the river flowing there mad and unmerciful, chipping away at the rocks surrounding it and taking their sharp pieces along. To the gates of hell, you assumed, by the sight of it.

The five men caught up to you, all of you breathing heavily, as you turned to face them, pulling a dagger from your belt, its blade glinting in the moonlight, as if the silver light of night licked and tasted the cool steel.

The men inched closer to you and you took a step back, your breath hitching in your throat as the scent of death reached your nose and stealing a glance at the far off valley, bones and ribs were stuck between the sharp rocks. Some apparently have fallen and got stabbed by the edges of the rocks.

As the men with the daggers closed in on you, your hold around your own knife stiffened to the point of pain. Either they killed you, or the river's wrath swallowed you and tiered you limb from limb, as it dragged you along, drowning you in the process.

Just then, a growl came from the tree-line and you watched on, as the color drained from the faces of the men. "I though it was a myth..." One of them muttered, voice barely above a whisper, because of the numbing terror that imposed over every fiber of his flesh and mind. His fingers grew weak and were left trembling, as the knife slipped out of his hold, hitting the soil of the ground.

You glanced beyond the five men, at the figure of the beast that came out of the trees. It wasn't rushing, it wouldn't lash out. It knew none of you could go anywhere. You were all trapped and under its mercy.

The lion roared and leaped forward, making the men cry out in horror, their feet moving faster than their brains, running away and into the thickness of the trees, their terrified cries fading in the distance, along with their footsteps.

You swallowed thickly and gazed back at the giant lion, that was now towering over you, its shadow covering you from the moon's eyes. You raised your dagger, staring the beast deeply within its eyes, bravery rushing through your veins and making your body tremble slightly, as it surpassed your fear.

The lion's eyes remained in yours and the feeling of moral mistake from before returned to your heart. Something in you didn't allow you to attack and skin its face. It stepped back slowly and you stood there, the sound of the angered water screaming in your ears, unsatisfied as it was that he tasted no victims, as you watched the lion disappear into the woods, the night covering it, without the moonlight disturbing it.

Two days passed. Morning rose, the moon fleeing, as if it feared they'd torture it to tell of what it witnessed.

The sunrays slipping bashfully through the grey clouds spread across the sky, the warmth never reaching the town and abandoning it deep in a state winter.

The pharmacist handed you a bottle, closed shut with a cork and you slipped coins of gold across the counter for him to take. "Thank you." You said, heading towards a sofa by the wall and the pharmacist nodded, before turning to the next costumer at the other end of the counter.

The door to the store swung open, the bells hang right above it ringing the arrival of another costumer. Your eyes wandered curiously to the door, as you took a sip of the green glassy bottle. You lowered the bottle onto your lap and gazed at the familiar man that walked in and directed his steps to the counter.

You stuffed the cork back into the bottle and held onto it, as Leon's body turned around, his long coat swaying behind him. "And who do we have here?" He said, a broad and sly grin across his face as he approached you. "Little miss hunter..." He chuckled lightly to himself. "So? You slayed the monster?"

Your fingers tightened around the dark green bottle in your hands and your eyebrows furrowed. "No." You answered, honestly. "Not yet."

Leon's tongue remained rested, no words sang by his vocal cords. He snorted. "What are you doing here? Did your failed ambush give you wounds?"

You shook your head, your hair swaying around your face. "No, my head hurts. That's all." You stared up at him. "What are you doing here?"

He shifted in his seat, facing you and draped his left arm across the back of the sofa. "Just a wound."

"A wound?" You asked, eyebrows rising a little. "What happened to you?"

Leon's smile widened, amusement coloring his eyes, which inspired an odd feeling of déjà vu in you. He slipped out his thick coat, revealing his bandaged right arm underneath. "Let me show you..." He reached out for the bandage wrapped tightly around his toned arm and pulled it away, revealing a crimson cut across his skin.

"How... Did this happen...?" You breathed, staring at it. It almost looked like a wound caused by an—

"An arrow hit me." Leon's voice made your blood run cold and your fingers lost grip of the dark green bottle of medicine.

It rolled across your lap and flew into the air, but Leon caught it, before it could hit the floor, his movements fast.

"You almost dropped this." He said, his voice a raspy whisper you barely registered in your head, among your daze. "... Little miss hunter."

"It's you..." You uttered, watching closely at the wound that seemed to be healing on its own the more closely one stared at it.

"I've got to admit, you're smarted than I thought you'd be." He chuckled and pushed the glassy bottle into your hands, before he rose from his seat. "I guess I'll see you around, miss hunter."

Hi. I am the anon who requested the Three Weeks story. Thank you for writing it. 😊 You absolutely made me hate the MC ( Shinobu). SCM MC has lots of issues.

Can you please write a happy ending for Tauxolouve and the Goddess reader? Please 🥺♥️

Thank you!

And please make that Shinobu girl pay!!!! 😤😤😤😠

Sorry this took so long! I know at least a couple of people were waiting for a sequel to this.

Anyone who is happy with the unhappy ending in Three Weeks can leave that as a standalone, but for those of you who wanted a happy ending, well here it is!

Title: Three Months

Sequel to: Three Weeks

Word Count: 7,966

Fandom: Star-Crossed Myth

Pairings: Tauxolouve/Goddess!Reader, Teorus/MC (Shinobu)

Main Characters: Huedhaut, Tauxolouve, Teorus, The King, Ichthys

Minor Characters: Shinobu, Partheno, Zyglavis, Leon, Aigonorus, Karno

Rating: T

Genre: Angst, Angst with a Happy Ending, Mending Relationships, Getting back Together

Summary: Three months have passed since the emergency Wishes were dealing with led to you meeting Tauxolouve in the market place. Since breaking up with him two months ago, Tauxolouve's abilities have diminished severely and Huedhaut has had enough. He pleads with you to at least check in on the other.

A/N: Prologue is written from Huedhaut's PoV, then the main chapter is in second person reader's PoV like Three Weeks was. Spoilers for Tauxolouve's main path, as well as some minor implied one for Huedhaut's. (Side note: Yes, I know in canon it's two weeks that Tauxolouve dates Goddesses not three. I think that was my own stupid error but at this point this is an alternate time line so hopefully everything still makes sense. Sorry!)

"A line that should've never been crossed" Part 2

Genre: romance/royalty AU

Warnings: none

A/N: HELLOOO!! I'm going to write one last part for this as the finale. Chapter 3 will be the finale. Zyg is such a fangirl he needs 3 chapters.

For The Second Part Of, "A Line That Should've Never Been Crossed", Mc Decides To Ask Zyglavis To Stay

The horses' hooves smacked down against the flinty road, their horseshoes steady onto the slippery street.

The rain from earlier had left behind fog that covered the far off stony buildings and the tops of the ones close by, the horizon darkening by the midnight ruling over the entire sky.

The carriage ride was slow and steady, the faint sounds of the reigns and the wheels driving over every uneven part of the road, along with the horses' hooves, like a soft lullaby to your tired head.

You leaned your head against the door of the carriage and closed your eyes, wrapping the cloak around you a little more. The low vibrations helped your tensed nerves relax and a numbing sleepiness crept up on you as the carriage went on, between the sleeping houses with the dark windows.

And suddenly everything jerked. The carriage jumped and you winced, hitting your head against the door, where it had been resting.

The horses made a halt and you heard their shocked neighs, loudly. You sensed a difference in the position of the carriage and pulling the hood of your cloak over your head, you moved to open the door of the carriage.

You stepped outside, along with your guard and it was in fact as you expected. The carriage was tilted unnaturally towards one side. "What happened?!" You rushed to the front, where the coachman stood, inspecting the very visible damage the front left wheel had endured.

"It is severely broken." He said, smoothing out the wrinkles of his suit and turning towards you, before bowing. "I'm afraid, your highness, we have to send someone to deliver a letter to the palace, so they can send another carriage." His eyebrows furrowed in displeasure as he continued and you grew more worried. "It will undoubtedly take us an hour, unfortunately."

"Oh, my..." You breathed, taking in the sight of the broken wheel trapped into a pit in the ground.

Something cold landed on your hand and looking down on it, a droplet was streaming down your skin. Another droplet fell and another and another... Soon enough, soft rain had began to drip from the clouds and you didn't doubt that soon enough, it'd grow even more intense.

You were about to climb back into the tilted carriage to protect yourself from the rain, when a voice, that made every hair on your body rise, approached the carriage.

"Is anyone harmed?"

Your head spun around immediately. You couldn't explain why, but you'd recognise that deep, melodic voice everywhere.

"No, we're all alright. But we can't reach the palace that way." The coachman answered the man's question, the latter listened.

He was dressed in black, just like the last time. But this time around, he lacked a mask, which showed off his whole face and the entirety of his beauty exposed like that, made you forget all about the rain that had started to pick up.

The gentleman turned to you and his expression was formal, his manners quite stiff, but polite as he bowed his head. "I could offer you my carriage and take you to your palace, if that would be aligning with your wishes, your highness."

Your gazes were locked within each other's as he spoke and you almost forgot to breathe.

"That would be very considerate of you. Thank you." You replied and the cold violating your skin didn't bother you as much anymore.

"Allow me..." He said quietly, holding his arm out for you and you laced your hand through it, smiling in gratitude towards him and he led you across the road, towards his own carriage, which was in the colour of ravens' wings, with your guard in tow.

A servant opened the door for you and Zyglavis gripped your hand and helped you into the carriage, before joining you, sitting beside you.

"So are you a nobleman?" You addressed him as soon as the black horses attached to his carriage began moving forward, pulling you along.

He remained silent at first, staring out the window at the foggy flinty road, as more and more water wrinkled the smooth surface of the glass, making it look like it was crying. "Something along those lines." He faced you once again, his presence so close, but his gaze so distant, yet there was a yearning within those deep grey eyes. "Why were you traveling at such a late hour?"

"I was returning from a trip to a neighbouring land and night caught up to us."

"The streets are dangerous past midnight."

Air left your nose into a quiet self deprecating laugh. "The court life is not too safe either."

Zyglavis eyed you from the corner of his eyes as you sighed, turning your attention to the window to your right, watching as the cold droplets of rain splattered the glass and streamed downwards.

The carriage gave you two a small jolt and he cleared his throat, his hands firsted on his lap. "It must be tiring for one in such high position."

"There's... Hypocrisy everywhere..." You spoke in a low tone, which made you wonder why you were speaking at all to begin with. What drew you to him? What made your lips part into this swan cry? "Caprices that desire fulfilment, requested by people who don't care about the weight of their actions."

"The weight of their actions..." He echoed and his gaze darkened ever so slightly.

You nodded, turning to look at him, sitting there on your left. "So what brings you here so late?"

"I dislike traveling during the day." He said, blinking away the sudden darkness from his features.

"The heat can be tiring, indeed." You agreed and then none of you spoke again.

Muffled noise of rain and horseshoes came from outside and soon enough, your castle appeared in the distance, looming before the horizon and its high tops piercing through the fog that seemed to suffocate everything close to the ground.

The imposing gates opened and the carriage continued inside, until it finally stopped before the grand, marble staircase.

You stepped out, but something pushed you from within towards the carriage painted into the colour or night, as if some god of death drove it. "Pardon me!"

Zyglavis stared at you, his eyes so deep and dark maybe he was the god of death after all.

You swallowed thickly and tried to collect your thoughts, but also not look away from his beautiful gaze. It felt as if your entire existence depended on those eyes. As if by averting your gaze, the cord of your lifespan would snap and Zyglavis would carry your soul away in his carriage. "It's dangerous to keep traveling in this weather. Please, do come inside. Spend the night."

Zyglavis pursed his lips and looked off to the side. He didn't speak, his desire dueling with his logic over the final decision.

You stared at him, hope flickering within your ribcage, invincible to the icy rain that soaked your clothes and skin.

Zyglavis took a deep breath and hopped off the carriage himself, giving you a bow. "After you, miss."

You two moved for the inside of the palace, sheltering yourselves from the rain and as you walked forth, servants surrounded you like vultures, offering their services.

You directed Zyglavis and yourself to a large room with sofas in deep red of blood and wine and a fire crackling in the fireplace, right in the middle of the spacious room.

The servants took your cloaks and filled two classes of liquor for you to warm your throats.

You held your own glass and extended the other towards your guest, which he accepted gracefully, his fingers cold as they brushed yours.

The flames of the fusses of the chandelier carried no warmth, the only light slipping into the room was from the fireplace, which crawled across the carpet of deep red and golden details.

You watched quietly as the gentleman took a small sip from his liquor and then you asked him, your voice smooth and just a little above the crackling of the burning logs thrown into the fireplace. "Is its taste to your liking?"

"Yes, I must admit." He answered, his deep voice sending a sweet shiver down your spine. "It's of excellent quality."

You drank some as well, its warmth sliding down your throat and setting your insides alight. It tasted slightly of cherry and then rest was flames.

Zyglavis' eyebrows furrowed a little, but aside from that, his face remained stilled and dignified, the light of the fire worshiping his porcelain complexion and every bone of his face, which shaped his skin so attractively.

There was something alluring in him, something which pulled you to him like a puppet and as if that invisible string was made of steel.

You rose from the sofa and walked around the one he was sitting, as to not be abrupt with your manners. You swayed around his sofa, your dress moving with you and you went to stand beside the piano in the room, setting your delicate glass of liquor there. You wandered around the instrument, your fingers stroking the wood of it as your eyes devoured his head from behind.

His ponytail was tied quite loosely with a black ribbon and it fell over his right shoulder.

"Had it not been for you, I'd still be stranded in the cold." You said, your movements languid as you completed a circle around the piano and approach his sofa from the right side, the warmth of the flame almost hurting from this distance. You sat down and set your hands on your lap, turning to gaze at Zyglavis to your left. "Thank you."

"There's really no need." He said and took another sip from his glass, which was still almost full.

"I'd have caught a cold without you. I must thank you. It's what I judge correct."

Zyglavis' eyes met yours and you felt as if your breath was stolen, your mind falling into a trance and reliving the ball, where you had first met him.

"May I ask you something?" You breathed out the words, your lips barely responding as he stared at them and then back at you.

He nodded, the fire flickering in his eyes as if they were gems thrown into the fire, but still cold somehow.

"Why did you leave that night?" You asked. You still had that rose on your boudoir. It had began to wither by now, but you forbade everyone from replacing it. You swore you'd never see this man again and kept it as his only reminder. You feared that without it, you'd wake up one day to realize he was merely the creation of a dream or a hallucination. But there he was...

Zyglavis remained wordless at your question and got up, going to stand before the window and peering up at the dark and starless sky through the deep crimson curtains. He looked like a raven, chased away from a leafless tree branch.

You rose from your seat as well and approaches him, but still stood at a certain distance from him. You wanted to touch his back, feel his oddly alluring cold again and yet... Something tugged him away from you.

He sighed heavily, focusing on his faint reflection in the glass with narrowed eyes. "I keep making the same mistake. I always say I won't come close to you and now look at me..."

You furrowed your eyebrows, his words like an ancient riddle. "I don't understand... Why do you keep pulling away?"

Zyglavis turned around and his body had such grace and elegance, you sucked in a breath. His eyes lowered to your lips, your chin, your neck and then your pulse, decorated with pearls. His feet moved and he came to stand in front of you. His gaze on your neck was intense and there was an intense desire in it. Almost like hunger. He blinked and stepped away again, just as you were about to reach for him.

Your hand remained in the air, your fingers empty and warm, lacking his cold.

"I admire you. The way you're fair. How you're so kind." He breathed in deeply and walked to the piano, setting his glass beside yours. "But this time, I must really go."

"And this time..." You hushed. You'll really never return... Is what you wanted to say, but your words suffocated and died in your throat, never meeting his ears, nor the atmosphere.

He cleared his throat and walked passed you, his dark presence like a cool breeze, even though warmth filled the room. "Tomorrow night I'll be leaving."

You clasped your hands before your crotch and lowered your gaze to his boots as they left the room.

The sun began to set behind the mountains, the bright sunlight from before turning into a tragic gold that started dying, withering, like the rose you kept on your boudoir.

You stared down at the empty hallway, as the sky was bleeding behind you. Your guest had not come out of his room all day. He only opened the door for some servants to bring him breakfast and that was it.

You walked away from the window, your heels sinking into the blood red carpet draped across the dark brown floorboards. You found his room and raised your hand, a motion too alike with the one you attempted yesterday, only to have him pull away.

You knocked and his footsteps approaching the door gave you goosbumps, your heart almost stopping when his door opened and your eyes met.

He bowed and you bowed back.

"Good evening." You spoke, his beauty poisonous, promising it'd kill you and you'll like it.

"Good evening."

"You... Didn't come out of your bedchamber at all today." You swallowed thickly. You assumed he was avoiding you, but as if by a spell, you followed his trail, hoping that this time, the raven wouldn't fly away.

He nodded and reassured you. "My health is fine. Tonight, I'll be departing."

Your stomach dropped and your eyebrows formed a crease between them. Just like the night at the ball, he turned away from you and this time, you placed your hand above his, which gripped the doorknob. "Zyglavis, wait."

"Again...?"

You breathed in deeply and took a step closer to him, his scent intoxicating your senses and driving your logic further astray. "Please... Stay. Just for another day."

His pale fingers gave the doorknob a squeeze and you sensed it, with your hand atop of his. Your fingers touched his again and the soft coldness of his hand felt like something forbidden. Something you shouldn't be touching right now.

"One day?"

"One day."

Silence.

Then his hand shifted and still without facing you, his knuckles traced your own and his fingertips caressed your skin.

You tried to close your hand around his hand, hold him close, but he pulled away like the cold wind. You couldn't touch a raven's wings. "Will you meet me at the bottom of the staircase at the entrance tonight?"

"I will. I vow that." He stepped back inside his room and the dark wooden door began to close.

"Thank you for meeting me here." You said and bowed, smiling softly.

"You shouldn't thank me. We need to break away afterwards." He said, his tone stern and unwavering, making the hairs on the back of your neck stand.

You pursed your lips and tightened your cloak around you when a cold breeze blew, some hair of Zyglavis' pintail swaying. "Shall we walk about the gardens?"

His eyebrows lowered slightly, the decision he made obviously the wrong one. "We shall."

You walked down the path leading to the tall bushes forming a labyrinth. The dark green leaves appeared black beneath the sky's midnight gown and not a single cricket could be heard. Quietness and stillness ruled over everything, as if all had come to a peaceful, but bitter end.

"Won't you talk to me at all?" You spoke and your tongue was like a silver blade cutting through the silence.

"I'm afraid if we converse any more, something terrible is bound to happen."

You made a halt and faced him, his eyes seas of darkness and regret. Between the bushes you were all alone and titles held no meaning other than lies and hypocrisy. "How could you ever possess me danger?"

"In more ways than you think."

"Tell me one!" You begged, as if clutching the robes of the god of death, begging for one more chance at life. "Tell me why you pull away!" You said and your breath alone was too loud for this place dipped in darkness, like a lair for the darkest secrets and most unredeemable regrets.

The gentleman sighed and raised a hand, which met your cheek. "If I told you... You'd run away yourself." His fingers fell lower, tracing your soft skin and touched the pulse on your neck, his jaw clenching visibly. "So let me hide. Let me have just this one night."

"You could have more." You whispered, your plea evident in your tone.

"No. No, I couldn't." His blackly gloved fingers parted from your skin and his cold remained unchanging, like a signature on the bottom of a letter, sealed securely and carrying dreary secrets. "It is a secret I shall bear and you shall not the burden."

"At least offer me some time..."

He simply stared at you and then offered you his hand.

You accepted. You accepted the raven's wing and allowed him to bring you up into the empty sky.

But he kept you on the ground. He walked by your side and didn't allow you to look down at your shadows.

"But why?" You'd ask.

He'd never respond. You wandered around the silent gardens with the bloody red roses for an hour, the two of you with laced hands, like porcelain figurines on a music box, playing music from deceased musicians and notes from those who suffered from heartbreak.

He brought you back at the bottom of the staircase, where he met with you and his hand slipped away from your own. "Good night." He bowed and grace was a word that'd describe each and every movement of his as he bid you farewell.

You bowed and watched him go. A tall and strong figure that feared something you didn't know. A figure surrounded in mystery and questions no one will ever know the answers to.

Three months passed like the cold wind of night passes through the trees, taking away their leaves and burying them beneath the snow.

You two would meet at night in the gardens, you'd talk, yet he'd fall silent once again when you'd asked him to stay longer.

And aside from his arm, he didn't let you get too close, something pulling him back. Maybe the same cord of steel was tied to him as well, but was dragging him away.

Your heart was beating in a steady pace as you wandered down the empty halls like a lost soul. You held a candelabra in hand, the flames of the fuses leaving a trail of thin smoke behind, as you moved around the palace's eerie silence.

The knuckles of your fingers knocked on the door and you listened closely for the footsteps that would make you shiver. But none came...

It wasn't proper, but you turned the handle on your own and stepped inside. His bedchamber was empty and the bed untouched.

The only sign of residence was the desk. A quill with a black feather was dipped in black ink and a notebook was open on the desk.

A word caught your attention and the cord of steel he had around your throat tugged you forward. You knew this was improper, but he always said your relationship was forbidden too, when it felt so good.

You walked up to the desk with slow hesitant footsteps and you focused on the word. Your name.

You set the candelabra aside, the fire showing you more of his neat and calligraphic handwriting. Your eyes ran over the sentence your name was in and your lips formed the words you read silently.

(Name) is as beautiful as she's been described.

Your eyes opened widely and you read more, holding onto every curve and line of the black ink he used.

But I must not let myself get carried away. I may be captivated by her, but I must remember what I am, which stands in between everything growing from this. If only I hadn't lost control and went to that ball. If only...

Your breath hitched upon hearing footsteps approaching from down the hallway. They sounded heavy and steady and your heart beat that much loudly in your chest.

You looked around you desperately, reality finally bringing you back to your senses. You were in Zyglavis' bedchambers and reading something that was apparently as important as the bones were to be flesh.

But it was so enticing... So... So forbidden, like what he claimed he was.

You braced yourself and your breath vanished, upon his arrival, his tall and dark figure looming at the doorway.

"Your highness." He breathed.

You bowed. "Forgive me for entering univited." Your skin shivered as he moved closer, his footsteps like the heavy melody of an instrument, singing about doom and regrets. "Zyglavis..."

The gentleman stared deeply into your eyes, as if he already knew everything that wrapped your brain with the web of desperation. "You read it?"

You nodded slowly, guilt making you lower your head.

His cold fingers curled beneath your chin and he lifted your head upwards. "If you want to know more, look at me, not the floor."

"Will you tell me?" You asked, hope in your voice, which cut sharply through the darkness of your expression. "Will you finally tell me?"

His knuckles traced a cold path down your neck like the first night and he took a deep breath, upon reaching your pulse with his eyes. "I'll tell you what I must. The rest I will lock them away."

"Why...?"

His knuckles moved to your collarbones and your heart raced, the secrets heavy and unmoving, like an iron gate not letting you reach the raven in its cage. "I've told you before, but I admire you. You're fair and kind." He hushed and continued, when you touched his wrist. "And allow me to say that you're a beautiful woman." His hand fell away and your eyes narrowed, your lips pursing in bitterness. "But I must stay away. For your own good."

"How do you know that's going to do me any good?!" You asked, a desperate plea. "Why don't you let me know of what's stopping you?"

He took a step back, staring at you with an expression of suppressed desire. "You're going to be scared if you know and that's the last thing I can bear. Knowing I frightened you."

You took a step closer, your heels clicking against the floor, like the last heartbeats of a heart. "Is there poison on your lips?"

"No."

"Then why...?" You stood in from of him and touched the raven's wings, careful not to hurt the feathers. "Why can't you stay?"

He remained silent, as the wind opened the window and the cold blew out the flames of your candelabra.

"Why must you keep me in the dark?" You placed a palm on his chest, your shoulders shaking from the cold.

"I'm afraid I cannot warm you, my touch is too cold for that." He said and once again moved away from you, the raven had flown away to another branch.

"Maybe I like the cold." You said, turning to face him, his body unbothered by the cold air of the midnight. "Maybe I prefer it over the boiling touches of the capricious and the greedy ones'."

"You have no way of knowing the danger you're subjecting yourself to."

You sighed heavily. "Just for this moment, pretend we're the only two people alive. Just for now let me taste your lips. Let me have one kiss."

"I'd give you all of me, if only we had more moments. If only I had more warmth to offer you."

A single tear filled your eye and streamed down your cheek and that made him sigh.

He bit his lip and came to you. He wiped away your tear with his thumb and looked down at you, raw emotion finally visible on his face. "You have no idea of knowing how much I crave you."

"Then why must you deny me?" You asked, a heartbroken whisper.

He swallowed thickly and his Adam's apple moved above the collar of his suit. "You're making it so hard to do so. You're making it so hard to control myself from just..."

"Just...?"

His beautiful grey eyes fell lower and found your pulse. "Taste you."

Your eyes widened, your breath hitched. "Zyglavis..."

He pursed his lips, but did not look at you. He couldn't bear to face you anymore. He was a creature thirsty for blood and in a human's eyes, he was nothing but someone molded for malice and not love.

The wind screamed as it turned the room to a cold hell and Zyglavis moved backwards, regret more painful than before stabbing him as he moved away from you.

"... You're a vampire." You whispered.

His fists tightened beside his hips and his usual proud posture had crumbled under the weight of shame.

You leaped into his arms and his shoulders jolted in shock.

You didn't care about the cold wind, but instead you wanted more, which you sought into his embrace. "I'm not frightened."

"No..." He touched your arms, wanting to gently push you away, but you held tighter onto him, looking him in the eyes, which were as dark and deep as death.

"Don't push me away, please. No more!"

"(Name)-"

"Let me stay by your side." You pleaded, just like someone on a deathbed would beg for one more day. "Just for one night..."

With a heavy heart, he granted that. He let you have one night and he kissed you, his lips cold, yet sweet and as you closed your eyes, you thought you'd died, but you didn't mind. Not when he'd take you.

But the next night brought misfortune... You read over his letter and the heavy sounds of the hands of the clock were echoing inside your sternum, as if the sound was emanating from your chest.

He didn't meet you in person, he couldn't bear it. Instead, he wrote his bitter passion on a paper, before the raven flew away.

"I couldn't stay longer. I'd be too dangerous for you. As long as I stayed by your side, a part of me would always hope you'd be mine one day and I cannot risk your safety like that, when there's such an impulse boiling within me, begging to be set free. Thank you for allowing me close to you for so long. Thank you for giving me a chance to love you from so close. Pretend I never existed. I was only a nightmare."

Tears ruined your perfect face, sobs breaking your sternum like glass. "No, Zyglavis, you were a dark and forbidden dream. A dream I wish was a reality. A dream I'll make into a wish for my nightly lullabies. A dream about a raven I never caught."

He didn't take his diary with him. Maybe he left it behind on purpose as a keepsake, because this time around, he'd really never return. The god of death left you there for eternity. A lonely eternity.

"I'd write him a letter, but I don't know where he lives. I don't know where he went. So I'll just to whisper my feelings to the wind." You whispered, your sobs mixing with the wind and the sounds of the clock, which counted your broken heartbeats.

Hello!!💗💗💗

Could I get a Scorpio period comfort?🥺❤️❤️❤️❤️ Than you, sis!🤧💖💖

SCM- DEPARTMENT OF PUNISHMENT

SCORPIO ♏- In My Arms

A/N: Hi!! 🥺💗 I hope you are feeling better. 💓💓💓

You walked home as quickly as you could. The pain intensifying with each step you took. Just few more minutes and i will be home, you thought trying your best to ignore the pain.

You placed your bag on the sofa and quickly went to the bathroom. The hot shower relaxed not only your body but also your mind.

You came back to the living room and collected your bag, bringing it to your room. You wanted to go to bed but there was homework to do. So you decided to quickly do your homework and then relax.

Time went by swiftly as your wrote in your notebook. Before you realized, it was already 7.30 pm. After arranging you books for tomorrow, you went to the kitchen to make yourself a cup of tea.

Pouring the tea in a cup, you added some honey in to it. You placed some of your favorite cookies on a plate and placed it on the tray beside the cup of tea.

Once your were sitting comfortably on the sofa, wrapped in your favorite blanket, your turned on the TV. Slowly you took a sip from the cup. Your body relaxed a bit, as the pain subsided.

Focusing your attention at the TV, you drank the rest of the tea and ate a few cookies.

-

The clock showed 8 pm. " You should take rest." a stern yet gentle voice said. Scorpio turned around to see, Zyglavis who was waiting for him to finish administering the punishments on his list.

"Just, few more minutes."Scorpio said in a apologetic tone. The corners of Zyglavis's lips curled up as he heard that.

-

Scorpio knocked on the window of your room. The lights were turned off and there was no answer. He waited for a few minutes, thinking that maybe you haven't heard the sound. He knocked again. But once again there was no response.

He snapped his fingers; opening the window. Carefully he walked to the living room to find you sleeping on the sofa.

He placed a packet on the table and snapped his fingers to turn off the TV.

"(Name)?", he said softly running his fingers through your hair.

"Hmmm." you mumbled as you struggled to open your eyes.

Looking up you found yourself staring at those gorgeous eyes, which held the most breathtaking pair of stars within them. The tiredness vanished from your body and you sat up.

Scorpio sat beside you. There was a mischievous look in his eyes as he smiled at you. "Is there something on my face?" You asked suddenly self-conscious of yourself.

The smile on his face only brightened as he slowly untied your hair. A hair brush appeared in his hand as he snapped his fingers.

With gentle hands and soft brush strokes, he neatly brushed your hair. It was becoming difficult to keep your eyes open, as your body grew more and more relaxed under his touch.

" (Name)?", his voice tenderly brought you out of your drowsiness. " Hmmm ", you responded.

"Don't fall asleep love." he said tying your hair with a ribbon," You need to eat."

Once again he snapped his fingers and the hair brush disappeared.

" I don't feel like cooking. " you said yawning. " You don't have to. I brought some of your favorite food for us." You finally noticed the packet sitting on the table.

He snapped his fingers and two plates along with two spoons appeared on the table. The delicious aroma filled the room as he took some of the (food name) on the plate. Picking some (food name) on the spoon he brought it to your lips.

The corners of his lips curled up as he witnessed how your eyes lit up as you took the first bite. " Delicious!" You said as you took another spoonful of (food name) in your mouth. " I am glad you like it." he said.

He took the rest of the ( food name ) on his plate and ate it. Once you both had finished brushing your teeth and doing your night-time skincare routine, you decided to watch one of your favorite movies.

Wrapping the blanket around the two of you, you leaned on his shoulder. "(Name), do you think they will meet again?" Scorpio slowly voiced the question.

" Yes, they will. It might seem difficult but their friendship has influenced their lives in positive ways. They will be reunited." you replied.

Various emotions flashed on their faces. Happiness at finally finding him, followed by sudden anger that he didn't inform them before leaving, and ultimately relief as the three of them hugged each other vowing to stay friends until the end of their days.

The credits rolled on accompanied by a song.

You gazed at Scorpio who had his eyes glued to the screen. A single tear feel down his cheek and he smiled. Like the sun on a spring day, looking at the crops on the fields.

You placed your arms around his neck and softly kissed his cheek. " Let's go to bed." you voice coming out in the form of a gentle wishper.

He picked you in his arms and carried your to your room. He placed your on the bed, before lying beside you. You snuggled close to his chest as he started humming a tune. Soon you drifted off into deep sleep.

There are times in my life where i feel like my dad is right about me being immature. That i can't do anything right. There are times where he has said horrible things in front of other people.

You have written many comfort stories for many people but my request a slightly different and similar at the same time.

This might sound stupid. I am apologizing in advance.😔😔😔 What if reader doubts her relationship with Tauxolouve because she think he probably finds hre immature like her dad? She distances herself from him.

The ending is upto you.

Thank you for reading my rant.

"The riches of your soul"

Genre: comfort

Warnings: none

A/N: Hello, sugar cube!!🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 Reminder that no matter what anyone else says, you're wonderful!!💖💖💖💖 Just because someone says a certain things doesn't mean said thing is a fact. You're the only one that gets to decide your worth and NO ONE can cheapen it. I LOVE YOU!!

There Are Times In My Life Where I Feel Like My Dad Is Right About Me Being Immature. That I Can't Do

You held your breath, as you stepped out into the gardens, where Vega told you Tauxolouve was. Your feet moved along the flinty road between the bushes with the roses, though your mind didn't notice their colors, or their scents, or even the fact that new ones had bloomed.

You heard distant humming and your eyes rose from the ground, landing on the figure of your darling, that wandered around the grass, the smile on his face emanating an otherworldly serenity. His silky hair danced a little in the gentle warm breeze and staring at this beautiful man, your heart clenched.

Looking down at you hands, you were once more reminded of who you are, once appearances fade, falling away like a mask that's going to decay in the corner of an attic. You swallowed thickly, your desire to be near him and speak to him nothing but the ambition of a fool. You turned your back to Tauxolouve, the garden all around you turning grey, as your heart bit on your ribcage, crashing it bone by bone.

"(Name)!" Your name startled you a little, but the voice was familiar. A voice that sounded like home and the evening of a spring.

You faced him, your face stiff and your jaw tight.

"My little lady," He stepped back into the crafted path, abandoning the grass that surely craved for his presence once more. "did you not see me?"

You shook your head. "No, I thought you were inside." You said, your tongue coated in lies Tauxolouve's sweet ears believed. "I was coming to find you."

"Looks like there's no need." He said, his hands cupping your face, bringing his soft velvet lips to your forehead. "I found you first." He smiled at you and your heart tightened.

You loved him so much that, at times, you thought your heart would stop and the only worry in your mind, was if he'd be offered the heartbeats you'd never use.

And yet... A corner in your heart ached, a thin yet ruthless needle piercing you there as you stared within Tauxolouve's dark eyes. Were you really in the same space of mind? Did you really deserve such a kind, gentlemanly and mature man...? You doubted that more and more as they days were born and died again, your thoughts siding with your father, the one who forced those ideas into your head.

"Would you like some tea?" He asked, bringing you back to reality, your body becoming aware of the sensation of his hands once more. "I'm dying to know how your day has been. I remember you telling me about a movie you were excited to watch, have you watched it yet?"

You followed your boyfriend to one of the tables of the garden, sheltered beneath a pavilion, the sunrays reaching you soothingly, in thin gentle portions, shade and light colliding into comfort.

Tauxolouve materialized the pitcher and the cups, adding some small pastries to the side. From the ones he knew you adored and would always make your jaw shiver and your lips to curled upwards in a happy, bright movement. "So? How was your day?"

Your lips parted and you sucked in a breath, but it died young, never reaching anyone's ears. You simply smiled and responded, peering up at him over your teacup. "Good. Excellent. How about you?"

Tauxolouve's eyes remained on you curiously, your lack of enthusiasm unsettling him.

The honest truth was that you wanted to tell him of everything that happened. Of all the movies you'd watched, the coffees you had and the suggestions you had for future dates. But...

You swallowed the tea, barely acknowledging its taste and aroma as it streamed down your throat.

Reminiscing of all the times you let your vocal cords explode with words and your lungs to feel with passions made you wince, wondering what Tauxolouve was truly, genuinely thinking.

You drank your tea in silence, feeling out of touch and loathing for your own soul. Your father was right, that's the conclusion you reached. That you were immature, an oxymoron for you to be standing by Tauxolouve's side so carefreely.

"Is everything alright, my little lady?" He asked, setting his cup down on the delicate little plate. "You don't seem too energetic today."

Your gaze fell and your fingers tightened around the handle of the cup. "Everything's fine." You said, trying to hide how small you felt, compared to Tauxolouve. You believed you didn't fulfil him, how could you...? You were immature, a child in a grown up's body and Tauxolouve had to deal with it. He was way too sweet to decline someone and you swore deep down, beneath that porcelain, flawless skin of his, exasperation boiled.

So you pursed your lips, refusing to open your heart, considering it the root of the problem.

Tauxolouve reached out a hand from across the table and placed it upon your own, the sunlight washing over your complexions. "I know something's on your mind. I know every inch of you, inside and out."

You looked up at him and sensed your courage leaving your body. "Louie..." You breathed, your father's words repeating inside your head over and over again, untill they became the poem of doom and sorrow. "I don't... I want you to be honest with me."

Tauxolouve stared at you silently, waiting patiently for you to continue.

"Do you... Feel fulfilled in this relationship?" You finally admitted to the demons that lived inside your head for days. "Do you think I'm perhaps... Lacking something important...?"

Tauxolouve eyed you in disbelief, your words sounding like a blade grazing a glass in his ears. "Lacking... You?"

You nodded, staring down at his twitching fingers. "Yes. Like..." Your voice fell significantly and he almost missed your words. "Maturity could be what I'm lacking..."

Tauxolouve sighed at your words and rose from his seat, the sound of the chair's legs grazing the floor making your heart jolt, along with your shoulders. He walked around the table and only when he kneeled in front of you, did your eyes meet his. His fingers reached out for your face, caressing your jaw up to your cheek softly. "My little lady, who caused you to think that way?"

You swallowed thickly, wishing you could swallow the words as well, but they lingered still on your tongue. "My father..." You spoke, your voice coming out in a whispery tone.

Tauxolouve's hands fell on your lap, gripping your own, that rested there already. "Will you listen to me?"

You nodded.

"Thank you." He smiled softly, looking deeply into your eyes. "Ever since the day I met you, my life has been beautiful... Who am I kidding!" He shook his head, his eyebrows lowering. "I didn't even have a life before I met you. It began now. After I met you..." He paused, bringing your hands to his lips and pressed several affectionate kisses there, all over your knuckles and the back of your hands. "So tell me... Do you think someone immature could have had such a meaningful influence on someone's life? Such a positive influence, I mean."

You swallowed thickly, eyes casted away from him and upon your teacup.

"Answer me, please." He pleaded, voice gentle and patient.

You hesitantly shook your head, your lips parting shakily, as a warm breeze blew, some hairs tickling your cheekbones. "No... I guess they wouldn't."

"That's right." He continued, tucking your dancing hair behind your ear and inspecting every part of your face with love and affection in his gaze. "You're not immature. I can't believe your father called you such a thing, it just goes to show how little he knows about you." With your hands still within his and him still on his knees, he leaned in, pressing your hand to his cheek, longing to feel your skin against his own. "If you truly were immature, I highly doubt anyone would stick around for so long. They—we all stay around, for the riches of your soul. You have an ethereal inner beauty that pulls people to you. And your mind..." He paused, kind wrinkles forming at the corners of his eyes as he smiled at you. "It's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen."

You bent over, touching your forehead to his. You breathed into his caramel scent, eyes closed, when you felt a soft sensation on your lips, as if made of velvet and the finest of silk. You kissed him back and the sun stood as the only witness to that wordless promise of love you two shared.
