IN THE GARDEN OF DEATH
The sun has set, no more light
The moon is gone, and the stars don’t shine
I hear silent whispers of quiet through the night
I look at the sky and long for what once was mine.
The breeze tells a secret song
a chilling melody of what went wrong,
of hearts once warm, now grown cold
in griefs embrace, their stories told.
In the garden of death where shadows roam,
I find an odd comfort like home,
As I sit by your gravestone,
And mourn all alone.
TIME THE CRUEL WATCHER
Time is cruel to us all
he watches us rise, and watches us fall.
And with his impartial eyes
He sits back and watches our demise.
Everyday he steals a piece of our youth
A heartless thief, devoid of ruth
He sees us hope and dream
And crushes them with his schemes.
No matter how much we try with all our might
Against him we can not fight
Though time may be cruel, and relentless in his call
We’ll dance in his shadows till the day we fall.
THE FIRES INVITATION
In hearts chamber a fire exists
It burns with such furry I can not resist.
Deep in my veins it takes such form
It’s a force of nature, a thundering storm.
It’s quite hard to describe, is it like the embers that glow?
Or like the sea tides, an unmatched flow?
Is it a foe I should learn to fear?
Or is it my blade when dangers near?
It invites me in it’s wicked dance
It asks me to join the show
Should I give it a chance ?
will I rise or burn, oh only heaven would know!
THE PARADOX OF YOU
I find my self on two sides of a war
Cant decide if I had enough or want more.
How can a soul hold such duality?
An angel’s love and the devils cruelty
Each moment a perfect blend of sunshine and rain
The chilling of warmth this lovely pain.
Your presence a balm and a blade alike
Your eyes and it’s gaze is a sharp bloody knife
It Keeps me wondering when you will strike.
The sweetness of love, the bitterness of hate
Entwined in a dance sealing my fate.
I love you with an ambition that known no bound
Yet your presence leave scars deep and profound.
loving and hating you are two sides of the same chain.
For in the depths of my being, you'll always remain,
A tormenting paradox, an eternal refrain.
Draped in Shadows
In the courtyard where the peepal tree sighs, A girl once danced in sunlight’s embrace, Her laughter mingled with temple bells, But faith now lingers like a ghost in this space.
Incense curls, like a serpent's breath, Winding through tales of glory and grace, Yet beneath the vibrant marigold blooms, Lurk whispers of fear that time can’t erase.
The sacred texts, heavy as stone, Speak of dharma, yet silence her pleas, For every prayer, a question lingers, “Why must love bend and break on its knees?”
In the twilight of rituals, colors fade, As the Ganges flows, a relentless stream, With every aarti, her spirit feels caged, Caught in the web of another’s dream.
Once, she sought solace in divine embrace, But the gaze of the faithful grew cold and stern, With every gaze that pierced her soul, The light of devotion began to burn.
The goddess adorned with silken threads, Yet her heart aches under the weight of her chains, For in the shadow of sacred shrines, Love is a battlefield, and faith bears its stains.
As festivals come and go, like fleeting dreams, She stands amidst the echoes, searching for peace, But the mantras sound hollow, the colors bleed, And the truth of her heart lies in pieces, released.
Once, she believed in the lotus’s bloom, But now sees the thorns that cling to the stem, In the temple’s glow, she feels so alone, Her faith, a whisper—a broken hymn.
In the end, as the sun dips low, She lays down her trust in the sacred soil, For the girl who once danced in the light of the divine, Now walks a path where shadows recoil.
Yet beneath the ruins of faith that once soared, A flicker ignites in the ashes of doubt. For from shattered beliefs, new paths may unfold, In the garden of healing, her spirit breaks out.
She whispers to the stars, “I will rise from the dark, With each step I take, I’ll reclaim my own spark.” In the silence, she finds strength to create, A faith not in gods, but in love, unrestrained.
