Spicy Indian Red Curry
Ingredients (dish for 4 persons): - 3 chicken breasts - 300 g spinach - 2 large sweet potatoes - 400 g Red lentils - 1 tin of chopped tomatoes - 1 tin of coconut milk - 2 chilli peppers - 2-3 tablespoons of red curry paste - 1 tin of tap water Seasoning: - Salt and pepper - Ground cumin seed (djinten) - Ground coriander (ketoembar) - Fresh ginger Serve with naan bread and some fresh coriander.
