aunt PIF would be the major reason why MK would quickly get better from being sick, and I like to think Red Son would also take care of MK but would be like, “I’m only taking care of you out of pity, not because I care about you or anything-“

Aunt PIF would be the only one to be chilled and actually know what to do when MK catch any kind of demon-related disease while the monkies would freak the fuck out

At this point Mac and Wukong need to get over themselves and share a bed. It would probably benefit them both a lot.

Macaque being slightly coldblooded at night bc being resurrected kept his body temperature lower + Wukong being touch-starved = gay monkeys cuddling

Personal comments under the cut (mentions of past self harm)

Around 3 years ago I had some anxiety issues, one of the main things that I thought it wasn't self harm for so long was the fact that when something that involved other people went wrong because of a choice of mine (even just minor inconveniences) the pain of guilt was so strong that to turn it down I had to physically sting my skin with my nails. (I play guitar, so I always have a hand with longer nails to play arpeggio). Never it went to the point that it would bleed, but bc of that I thought It was no problem. Thanks to my therapist I know that just because it wasn't the "typical" self harm doesn't mean it wasn't a serious issue.

All of this to say that I might be projecting a little. And honestly I can't even imagine how terrible Wukong might feel everytime the guilt comes back to him...

This is the time where I have to pray that I didn’t messed up anything with this mythological figure bc the info about him are sooo few. For those confused, I already mentioned this character in THIS part of the comic. In certain representation he's more similar to a bull while in other more like a snake. I tried a lil bit of both.

Also yeah I know they can use the cloud to reach it but lets make it the woods and bushes are too much in the way of the cave

The volcano he's forging the weapon in at one point started to go to sleep, and Macaque and PIF helped him to re-activate it.

if it wasn’t clear only the cuff remains when the weapon isn not summoned. Kind of a in-between from completely summon it like macaque and keeping it hidden like wukong does. Also as his shadow powers grows, he will able to extend/stretch/widen the staff more like the normal ruyi bang.
