Is it just me, seeing all these “how to cope with shifts” “wear a tail to school” etc. videos, thinking that… we can restrain ourselves? In public or at school, I’ve never let out a howl, bark, except subtle canine body behaviour that I do. I’ve never had to distract myself from shifts, or had to wear gear to school or wherever. It paints alterhumans as beings who can’t control these things and would need some kind of special treatment, while basically all of us, adults at least, seem like your normal human being.

wish we could be more open about the inhuman parts of our love. How did you make your mask look so smooth? I did the usual techniques but nothing works for me . Any tips?
oh my gosh sorry for not answering this sooner i just saw it!! i used felt and start gluing from the middle and then in small sections moving outwards. take your time and hold down the areas and smooth them out as best as you can while doing so. heres a quick diagram that i just made on ms paint this a mouse! (the scribble is where you start and you just go outwards from there!!)
