I may have to answer these with a bit of the future in mind- at present in the story, they've barely just started becoming friends. I would say that so far, they seem to enjoy talking, even if Astarion doesn't realize he likes talking to her. He will 🖤

This may be cheating, but Astarion loves Ofelia's blood. If he could choose another quality, he secretly likes that she doesn't give up being nice to him, even when he isn't sure what to do with it. He also really likes her eyes 🤎

I really wish I could get into this because I have it all planned out, but alas we're still in Act 1 in both the game and the fic. :(

Ofelia loves Astarion's red eyes and the way he gets more vampire-like when he drinks. She also likes his "big ass" ears and his sense of humor.

I'd say that both Ofelia and Astarion hate their respective tormentors, know-it-alls, authority, and excessive heat. Both of them can get pretty irritable, lol.
