I'm a little bit obsessed with building bare-minimum-amounts-of-cc apartments recently....
Water Way Apartments
Two complexes with multiple units in each!! Kinda furnished only basics so you can fancy it up with your own things, choose whichever unit you like and make it your own :) or you could even make a household and have them live in all the units!!
Top floor apartment units have 1 bd 1 ba, ground floor apartments have 1 bd 1ba, and the basement units are 1 bd 2 ba :) the size is 20 x 15 and i put it on the water tower way lot in copperdale !! and its no cc :) it uses some packs but its mostly basegame

I just finished decorating my first apartment... Samaira seems pleased with it.
I’m on to decorating my second apartment in San Myshuno. I’m calling it the “urban gardener apartment” because it’s designed for a city dweller who loves plants and gardening. I think Ziva Blumenfeld, botanist and founder of the San Myshuno Farm Co-op, is settling into her new place.

After a long day at work, Ziva Blumenfeld (botanist and founder of San Myshuno Farm Co-op) unwinds by relaxing on her balcony.
Slowly, the chaos of the city fades away... bright lights dim into the gentle flickering of a candle, deafening noise decrescendos to the soft gurgling of a fountain, and you escape, if only for a moment, the eternal frenetic pace of city life.
More pics of my makeover of 18 Culpepper House, which I’m calling the glamourista apartment because it’s designed for a glamour girl or guy (I was imagining a social media star). I want to thank everyone who liked/commented on this build (shout out to @wafflekone, @shysimblr, @kilra0, @earthtomarvel, and @peanutbutterjay for their nice comments) and because it was requested that I share, I thought I’d show my appreciation by making it available for download soon.
After struggling with a couple of weird glitches (a random black window and curtains turning blue or disappearing all together...ugh) I think this apartment is finally ready to share.

Thoroughly play tested. There’s only one routing issue caused by a meditation stool layered over a yoga mat so you’ll need to move it to use the yoga mat.
Cheats used: MOO, resized objects, & unlocked/hidden objects.
